you've heard it.
That actually just might get it.
I've heard of Bill.
Well, thank you for the call, right, Bill? Uh, that was the shortest bills ever been.
Billy, You okay? Yeah.
That was literally That was That was literally the shortest he's ever been.
I gotta mention Jibril Cox a little bit because, you know, at linebacker, you know, obviously he's responsible for for run support, but so many times, he was locked up with wider Meyer, the talented tight end who is the leading receiver for Texas A and M.
And you would see the ball go across the middle or towards the hash marks, and he was there.
Had three pass breakups and really took wider Meyer out of the game.
Fantastic football player.
You know, he could be using a nickel situation.
He's 663 He's £225.
I think the guy runs like, 045 40.
Great athlete. Very smart.
You know, we worry about their tight end going to the game.
He was a leading receiver.
We shut him down.
Let's go to Mike and Alexandria.
on the bud light hotline.
Mike, you're on with Coco.
Hey, Coach, You've done all right. Good.
How are you? Oh, man. Doing good.
Listen, I wanna mimic the same thing other people been saying.
I think the defense played fantastic.
The best they've done all year.
You know, the guy.
The guys looked like they were in position, you know, They just and they were making plays and and coast, honestly, our staff look pretty during good.
It's just that we just didn't, you know, put the ball in the end zone.
But, uh, I'd like to tell you if they could do anything to pick up that blip.
Believe me, we worked on it this week.
You promise? You All right.
Thank you, Mike, for the call fans.
We're going to continue with Coco takes the more of your calls and questions via Twitter and the l s u sports mobile app.

Does your on show presented by and talk with me on the issue? Sports radio network Back with you tonight inside TJ Ribs Talking, fighting Tiger football time Now for the Offensive Player of the week Presented by your local Southern quality for dealers this week, terrorist Marshall Junior and his final game as a tiger had 10 receptions 134 yards and a touchdown, thanks to number six for his contributions to L S U football.
And, of course, all of us wish him the very best moving forward in the future.
Terrorist Marshall Junior are offensive player of the week presented by your local Southern quality Ford dealers coaches We continue to talk about last week on this show.
You stressed the importance of establishing the run game against the very stingy Texas A and M defense front and again, they were second in the S E C against the run.
You knew it was gonna be a challenge on Lee.
36 yards rushing on Saturday, put you in a lot of third and longs on the night that allowed A and M to rush three or four.
Bring some delay blitzes and passing situations when it comes to the running game.
What are some things that l s u forget Texas A and M? What are some of the things tell us you could do to help establish that run a little bit? You have to be more creative ways to use motion ships we have to get the ball outside were running everything inside.
We've got to use the talents that we had.
I think Jon Emery is outstanding.
Outside runner Kyra Davis is an outside running inside runner.
Gotta have better scheme than that again.
Better way got heated to put them attack a lot of times.
Sometimes it was scheme.
Sometimes it was just technique.
All right, let's head out to the bud Light hotline list.
Moved north Bossier City.
Mark is waiting patiently Mark your on.
Makoko Hey, Coach Chris.
Look, Last year, you know, we talked, And, uh, every time I went to school, we took a couple shots.
Big kind of sobering year this year.
That's okay, Coach, because I know you're coming back, but I got a couple of observations and questions.
First observation is it looks like like, uh, uh, Johnson has a quicker released and family second Observation is watching the Auburn and Alabama game.
Alabama defenders love to talk on the shirt, break up the, you know, the speed of the receiver.
So I hope you're gonna watch that closely because they get that a lot in Auburn game.
And my question is this.
What are you doing to prepare us toe to be in that top echelon you're in and you're out.
I know it's been a tough year, and I know that, you know.
I mean, you've been faced with all kind of adversity this year, but what are you doing to prepare us? We're always that you're in and year out.
Well, first of all, you know, this is my fourth year.
It's not my Ted here.
You know, we were probably the best team in the history of college football this time last year, so it's not that far removed.
But now we have a lot of young players.
We have, I think, the number three recruiting class in the country.
We've been in the top five every time.
I've been the head coach here.
We have tremendous young players.
We do have some things that we have to get fixed, but I can't fix them to allow for the season.
I'll evaluate everything.
Believe I come to work every day to be another shoot national champion, and I would have a national championship program with us by only goal.
Thank you, Mark, for the call.
Let's go to Steve and Denim Spring, Steve, you are on with Coco.
How you guys doing? You know what? You just answer the questions anybody would never have coach.
Oh, just a minute ago.
What a great answer.
Any fan of college football looks at the 2020 season and just takes it as seriously as you could take it through.
All that we've been through is a nation coach.
I know you don't see things that way, and I know you're gonna fix things, and it's gonna all be good, but I was very happy with the defense last year because the most important question of the week is this.
You ready? Out of all the delicious food that I'm sure you enjoy that Thanksgiving? What would you What would you have? What would you put on the menu for Christmas? A duplicate of what you had during the Thanksgiving season.
First of all, thank you.
And I enjoyed my company.
Almost great people.
Very families, you know, I'm I'm always gonna like horse to dressing.
I'm gonna stay with north to address it.
I'm gonna do it, but calling pious.
Okay, Oyster dressing christmases.
Well, Coach, no question.
All right, at the time I get it.
All right, Well, Steve is racking up some menu items because he calls in every week.
Wants to know what's on your menu as well, Coach.
We kind of talked about the issues on the offensive line.
I know you touched on it Monday during your press conference this week.
In practice, I mean, what was kind of the emphasis on what the offensive line has to do? Not only this Saturday, but moving forward the next three games.
Protection is upstarts pass protection.
I told you know, we had well minus three turnover ratio.
It takes on Lee level to protect the football.
Now we gotta put him in better positions.
We gotta make better calls up front.
We gotta change the protection When the overloaded blitz from one side to another.
We gotta be very smart.
We have to put those guys in the situation in a week, and I think this league had done it.
Alabama is gonna be a challenge.
I don't think you don't see the the technique and the screen now that you saw last week on the offensive line.
All right? Speaking of the old line, let's go upto Alexandria.
Scott is on the line.
He wants to talk about the offensive line.
Scott, you're on with Coco.
Uh, somebody, uh, I thought the offensive line and played pretty poorly last week.
Uh, are you willing to try some other players? If I could do better? Yeah.
You know, we have some young players.
They're not, They're not ready to go.
We rotate a couple of guys in there.
We play the guy that we think that already thes young players.
They're gonna be some two players.
So I'm going to get bigger and stronger.
Some of don't understand the speed of the game yet, but I think that's really the bigger players.
Thank you, Scott, for the call, coach.
You know, we kind of touched on it.
One of the callers asked earlier We saw both freshmen quarterbacks in the game last Saturday.
Should be noted, they were both under assault.
Virtually at the snap.
Markets were tight.
They had to release the football quickly in passing situations.
Overall, your assessment of the quarterback play and is the battle for starting on Saturday still ongoing as we sit here tonight.
Or have you made a decision for the starting quarterback? You know, I love both those young quarterbacks and their different, somewhat different And, uh, you know, T.
J had a fantastic game against South Carolina.
You know, we went, We went to Harvard.
We didn't protect him.
We turned the ball over the same thing It takes, saying if we didn't protect him, we turned the bullet was not his fault.
I think if we protect these quarterbacks, CJ has a strong arm.
He's very accurate.
He's smart Night Eastern, Ernest reasons a bit better.
I think that's gonna come with time.
Max Johnson is a dual threat quarterback.
As you know, he could run the football.
He does have a quick releasing. Smart.
Those young quarterbacks.
I do believe that is probably gonna be D.
We haven't made a decision yet, but he's been going with the first team first.
I don't think it looks like that, but we're gonna play both quarterbacks in the game.
Alright, fans, stay tuned.
Look for the action coming up Saturday with kickoff against the Crimson Tide at 7 10 PM central time in Tiger Stadium again, if you're out there tonight.
Got a question for the coach.

Ls you getting ready to take on the Crimson Tide this coming Saturday? Kick off at 7 10 PM Central time.
As you prepare for this week, I know on Monday in the press conference, you talked about needing a better offensive plan.
Obviously, this season is, the caller said a couple of moments ago, has had a chair of changes and challenges.
Miles Brendan, of course, miss.
Most of the season the attendant started.
Quarterback players have opted out or have been injured coming home or about the game plan against Texas A and M last week was coming in.
Okay, cowgirl also cover socks.
Thanks for coming in.
That's like we got a pretty good crowd tonight.
I'm so happy to see that.
Thanks for coming in.
Thanks for, uh, actually run the whole supporting my show.
There's other shows you could support as well.
He on SportsCastrs.
Well, um, but I appreciate the support, so thanks for that, there's also head catches.
We targeted him when we had time to throw the football we had guys open.
We have to get them all, Erica.
But I think that we need to use shot every more and those sorts of combination off a better plan.
This competition of putting the guys space and let him take place across the board before working on this weekend's game plan.
What were the issues that you guys? Because I noticed, you said on Monday, uh, that that Monday a little bit of Tuesday was going to be focused on fixing L s U.
And then you would move the plan for the game plan against the Crimson Tide.
Um, what were some of those things that you wanted to fix for L S U? Not only this week, but moving forward.
We more creative or office give them different formation, given different run plays.
I always plays up the middle, do what our guys could do, get the ball to every Gilbert spread about a little bit.
We're fortunate to have Tory quarterback this week.
He has some physicality.
The hope this then again put out offensive line in the best protection for the best game that we see it in the running back rotation last week We saw Ty Davis Price.
We saw John Emery Junior again A Z you've talked about most of this year.
Chris Curry has been battling to get back 100% healthy.
We saw Josh Williams in the game as well last Saturday.
How was the work this week by the running backs in another upcoming game, where their performance could be pivotal? There has been really good Tom Davis and Chris stories, but taking most of the steps.
Jon Emery is better than gold terms.
I think he's gonna Players will be fine, but he's been limited in his reps.
And we do use jobs in certain situations.
He's an excellent young back here to walk on the urn of scholarship from Houston.
All right, let's go to the Bud Light hotline.
We've got Joe calling in.
Joe, you're on the coach O.
I don't know what's going on bad.
I just want to talk a little bit about the office, man, and, uh, get bigger.
Uh, I want I want to see a little more candy, man.
A bad feel. Pretty bad.
And like life on that gola information in Missouri.
I want to know like, What are we gonna do right here for pre snap? I was gonna pay for a justice, you know? Mhm.
Can I get that? He said, looking at the right.
Yeah. You know, you bring up a good point.
I mean, that's what that's what I've been doing.
We've got to be more creative on offense, say so much.
Stephen Level is a great Tiger.
Get one of best offenses.
All the world last year, along with Joe Brady struggling right now on offense.
But you know what? The first three again? We'll score 40 points season work every morning at five o'clock, we'll leave at 10 o'clock at night.
He's doing everything he can for the Tigers.
I expected call a good game this week.
Yeah, that's one thing I could say about Steve Ensminger, coach.
I mean, he and I live in the same neighborhood.
I've never laid eyes on him, and I know he's there, so I know he's a football most of the time.
Let's go to Greg and Metarie.
Greg, you're on with Coach o.
How you doing in on What's that? Great.
I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, living just for 30 years so tighter than roll tide.
This is the only week I'll be calling for the friends of God.
But unless you're the great cool.
Thanks what you do, coach.
And I hope that all the players are healthy and roll tide and no tires.
Yeah, I don't even know how to respond to that.
I really don't even know what to say.
Except for a Greg.
Thanks for the call.

Okay, once again, the show will return in just a few moments here on SportsCastrs.
So I will have the same preview There will be after tonight's Wednesday.
I l s u Coach a show.
So let's go some more news headlines, and we'll go from ESPN news headlines with you from 19.
When it comes to Team Fried, there's only one place.
Really, Uh, unless you shot.
Okay, once again, MBA says 48 positive for covert 19.
So once again, three initial, uh, way tried testing, so it looks like they're gonna be doing that between That's, uh they had 546 players that was tested between November 24th of November 30th.
And so that's a pretty good, um, um, it's about maybe about a six day.
So once again that z uh, 48 cases came out of positive, so it looks like hopefully it can be rectified.
A total of 46 players was tested positive in the weeks to come, so that Z once again, that is once again.
Hopefully, that will be, um, can't just basically impossible, roundly implausible to enter the gates of the S e.
C and B A spectator a fly on the wall.
Okay, once again, um, Jalen Suggs excess the game for number one.
Gonzaga with an injury.
So looks like he is out.
So Galen Suggs looks like he's hopefully eyes, um, fight for Gonzaga buddies once again.
Three l s u V editors on show will return back on the L s before trading network and also hearing forecast as well.

This Saturday for the 85th time, the Tigers and Crimson Tide will meet on the gridiron a game originally scheduled for November 14th.
A shift in the schedule allowed for the makeup game This Saturday at seven o'clock, two teams will square off.
You can join us at five o'clock for L s u Game day to start our evening leading this up to kick off around 7.
10 here on the L S U Sports radio network Coach.
You've been firm since the original postponement that you wanted to get this game.
Hope this game would happen.
Here we are awesome or changes may be in store with the schedule down the road, but you face off against the best team in the country up to this point in 2020 which again what you wanted to see happen.
That's why you come down the chute.
You wanna play in the big games like this more team in the country.
We got him in Death Valley.
We could play the first time.
We don't have enough players to play.
There was no back down about us.
It was just the rule.
Is that guys to play with more about them? We're ready to play.
I know it's gonna be a big challenge for us.
But the well guys practice today.
I can't wait to play Alabama.
I grew up watching other shoe Alabama.
I love the writer.
I love playing against.
Go see it, but I love playing against the best.
Guys want to compete against the best? Let's go start on the defensive side on this scattered report.
Always a tough defense.
I mean, you can pretty much count on that for Alabama.
They lead the conference in scoring defense, giving up just 18 points per game.
Fourth in Russia.
18 points is not that bad.
Third in passing defense, allowing just 2 38 yards.
When you scout this year's team with future NFL talent all across the board, what stands out to you about this year's defense and what do they do so well? Well, you know, they just play solid football.
I mean, the 43 defense, there's not much.
34 is a four man front.
They're very strong up front.
I don't think they have great players up front like they did in the past.
All those guys are pretty good.
Backers are excellent players here, great players.
The first round draft choices to their linebackers will be first round draft choices.
Certain this will be a first round draft sourcing corner.
Just great athletes played hard football.
Yeah, when you look at what they have and again just looking at the NFL board, you talk about their linebackers.
As you pointed out, you talk about their secondary when you look at their defensive front.
They've got 14 sacks on the season, very good against the run, a similar, I think in a lot of ways, to Texas A and M, not a ton of sacks, but they're good stopping run.
What are the challenges they're going to bring to the offensive line in both the passing game as well as the Russian? But we have to block their stuff to do a great job of stuff.
They play cover, too, and they start there in front of Bunch.
We have to be the water, one of the very style.
They have good technique.
We're gonna have to get the ball outside.
We just came run the football in the middle of flags and pass, get the ball deep.
You know, Steve's great at that, get the ball.
My best players hands and let her play.
You know, when you talk about their defensive backfield, they've got 10 interceptions on the season.
As you pointed out, led by Patrick Cer Tain What are the keys to getting some opportunities down the field? Is it about establishing the run and getting guys in the box so that you can get those isolated one on one matchups on the corners? Well, last year we way past open up the road, I'll get a wide open with great schemes.
Oh, guys scored a lot of football point, a lot of points, Clyde.
There was a letter.
Had a great game against them.
You know, we got to do the same thing. We had to spread them out.
We can't play in the box.
Gotta put athletes of space a little bit place when you look at the offensive line battle against the defense of front a Zai pointed out, As far as the sacks are concerned, is that the defense of front that is going to cause you trouble creating problems in the pocket, or is it gonna allow the linebackers just by simply being there? The linebackers, the biggest concern against the passing game.
Well, sure way have to pick up those great linebackers.
They're gonna blitz.
They're gonna let your protection you turn One way to go.
A couple of them.
Those guys were very fast out backs and about to do a good job.
A lot of time, but back.
So not to pick up the line.
Michael Corner of safety.
It's a combination of when you talk to the receivers this week again with as we talked about in the beginning of the show.
Plenty of opportunities now for some younger guys.
Some really talented gas cation boot comes to mind calling.
Mork comes to mind to Ray Jenkins.
Not to mention I didn't bring me to bring him up last.
But Harry Gilbert, who is a matchup nightmare, Those guys, What have you talked to them about this week? About running the good routes, finding open spaces? Because the ball could be coming their way up there with a chance to play.
Especially in Alabama.
A freshman you told about three freshmen regular? Yeah, they were giving Gartmore is, uh you shall Booth three true freshmen.
I'm gonna play this football game.
We're gonna play well and stay with us.
We got one more segment coming up with the coach.
We're going to talk about the offense for the Crimson Tide.
We'll talk about what the l s u defense is looking to do to create a big time atmosphere and possibly a big win on Saturday night when they kick it off at 7 10.
So stay with us.
One more segment with the coach here on Wednesday night.

They've been explosive all year.
Najee Harris, second in the NCC and overall rushing, leads the league with 17 scores on the year.
Matt Jones Devante Smith, one of, if not the most lethal combination in college football.
Jones, leading the league and finds himself in the Heisman race.
The matchup many air talking about, obviously, is.
Smith and Derek Stingley Junior are, too.
How do you balance trying to stop the run for Alabama with Harris and also covering downfield when the ball goes over the top but unfortunately, have got like a cover? A.
That's in the world.
They're trained very well.
Him and tomorrow.
Chase went after for two years, every day of practice and give it to the bottle.
He's an excellent player.
We've been like, we better get swears like that before.
He's gonna be a challenge.
But, you know, I think our Gaza for them, we have to stop the road.
This is a big man's game.
You gotta win the game up front.
This is the best offensive line.
I'll see the college football in the last 10 years or something, coaching these guys.
They're well coached to come off the football.
I think that's what makes their offensive.
So we have to be physical.
Front tackle Nei G.
Jones is a tremendous football player.
Steve Sarkeesian has done a tremendous job with this offense.
I've been against this offense for 11 years ago.
****, USC with these guys.
Steve was a graduate system with us.
We're very familiar with it.
They go run the football gap past, take shots.
We need to keep the ball in front of us.
Don't let anybody behind.
That would be physical.
What is the key to what their offensive line does? That also opens the door for Najee Harris because he's a great running back.
How do they help him once it says, First of all, there are in the stretch as good as anybody I've ever seen them outside Seoul team offensive line Comes off the foot older, very physical.
Five guys up for about sure is going to play in the NFL.
Get people off the boat.
They were you out? Not Jesus.
He's very physical.
It takes a little cut, gets up the field.
It makes people this obviously the Crimson Tide.
No, they haven't had a great deal of adversity on a fence this year.
But is there anything you've seen that any team on their schedule so far has been able to do even in small doses to disrupt their well oiled offensive machine.
You know, I see them for a while, but not for four quarters.
You gotta play four cars.
Just get I'll see you guys.
Come on the first quarter all fired up and stop him.
But then they get ward out.
We have to play 60 minutes. Four quarters.
Keep our guys for us.
You talk all the time, and it's been very effective about blocking out the noise.
Like all games, this one has plenty of noise around it.
Have you talked at all? Have the staff talked at all about Saturday suiting up, going out, bawling out and embracing another dog role Where it's ls you against the world? We'll talk about being the underdog.
Uh, this is one game at a time.
This is L S u Alabama.
It's a great tradition.
I got fired up, ready to go.
It doesn't matter if we 100 dogs were favored.
Gotta go play the game.
You know, one of the things that is odd among many in 2020 is that there's been very few home games for you and the Fighting tigers this year.
Um, I don't imagine there's gonna be anything different on Friday or Saturday.
But how do you try to maximize the fact even with, you know, a different atmosphere inside Tiger Stadium? How do you try to maximize being at home against the number one team in the lane? Well, first of all, you are.
You're not traveling.
The very comfortable in our routine on Friday on Saturday, we're gonna take them to the indoor practice facility, have a nice walk through so seven o'clock game, these guys going to get a lot of rest.
So they were very familiar with that.
You know, I missed the crowds, obviously playing that else you played at that valley with 102,500.
There's a big time advantage with all the recruits there.
So that's different.
Usually way need the crowd to get us going a little bit.
I don't think that's gonna happen this week.
These guys will be fired up.
I know a little crowd is gonna be there, but the energy is gonna come from with with them.
Yeah, I know. You were asked on Monday.
You know, what do you do to motivate this team? And you said, uh L s U and Alabama is coming to town.
You know, they walked in the meeting room Monday with a different company itself.
We put Texas A and M the bed.
We had a 24 hour rule and has been on the Alabama all week.
And our guys better point.
You talked about having some young players who obviously all years, certainly for the next couple of games to finish out the regular season are gonna have to carry a lot of the load at their respective positions.
And because of you guys recruiting so well, you got some good talent.
Have to believe you're pretty excited about these, the way these guys want to attack the next couple of days.
I love all freshman class.
These guys came in.
They have character.
The resilient they learned the offense that went out under fire did Well, sometimes Sometimes they do so well.
This is gonna pay for, uh, obviously ball protection.
The tide plus six in turnover margin on offense that could make points quickly after another team makes a miscue.
Winning the turnover battle is key in every game and being opportunistic for the Tigers on defense could make all the difference in this game and specialties, we have to go get the football.
Well, we have the Coast turtles.
We have to gain a possession.
And on offense, we have to protect all the level.
Protects the foot coach moments before you lead the team on the field.
Don't wanna give away any secrets, but give us a little inkling as to what you will say to them before you march out to take on the number one team in the land.
Let it loose. Go play.
We'll play Tiger football.
Well, we hope you will be there.
Hope you'll be watching and listening.
L s u taking on the Crimson Tide on Saturday night again the kickoff just inside Tiger Stadium at 7.
As always for your time.
Good preparation for the next couple of days.
And we will see you Saturday night in Death Valley.
Thank you, Chris.
Take all the great fans here.
T j Ribs on the radio show Go tigers.
Alright, fans, that's going to wrap it up tonight.
Thanks to coach for his time is always the staff here at TJ Ribs taking care of us as well.
A stand Catherine with production assistant here at the restaurant and to the straws during the drink.
Back in our network studios, Mr Jeff Palermo we wanted Thank you for joining us on the airwaves wherever you are tonight and until this Saturday from Tiger Stadium.
This is Chris players saying so long, everybody and go tigers.
Okay, that concludes.
Tonight's, um uh Bergeron show will have the Saints preview once again.
Saints versus the Atlanta Falcons.
Game two of the Siri's between the city to the Falcons.
That will be this Sunday noon.
I will have the game for your SportsCastr and also stream yard.
So that will be, um, well, televising the SportsCastrs, friend art.
So once again, let's go ahead and go ahead and go through the previews.
We'll have the Sean Payton audio a conference call, and we'll also have the regime or Boris video conference.
So we have that in a second.
So let's began with Sean Payton talking about this week's game, the Atlanta Falcons.
So let's go ahead. Do that.
Oh, one morning.
How you doing? Trying Okay, Sean, with run with the way the run game has progressed, Was there a tipping point that you notice for this thing that kind of fall into place? Natural? Not in the game we just played that that plan shifted with but the news.
Who's gonna be playing quarterback for them? So obviously way ran it more than probably we had planned.
But the good news was we ran pretty efficiently getting.
But even before that, you gotta be rather officially I mean, there's somewhere e guess.
No, no, it's been It's been a big point of emphasis.
It's something that we feel like is obviously important.
What we do is a team that is in office way from the rest of the group way.
Go through with the media that was supposed you would reveal any players that would be an emergency quarterback.
Oh, how I'm going back to chemicals this morning.
When you're playing a paper time in the span of a couple of weeks, does that change anything that getting more difficulties in making sure.
Well, look, it happens every once in a while.
We're this close and, you know, right away two elements.
I mean, I don't know how much the film of our game last week's gonna help them.
And quite honestly, they jumped out on Clinton five takeaways.
And and so you're studying the overall scheme? Um, you do feel it's a division opponents.
So obviously, you know the personnel and just like they know us, uh, it's still about mentally and physically getting ready to play.
Uh, you know, a difficult game, getting ready to play with emotion and and all the things that are necessary to win show.
You guys obviously had a had a vision when you drafted Chauncey Gardner Johnson.
Has he made the jump that you thought he'd make between year one and two and just, you know, the ways performing the way.
You're making an impact.
He's playing at a high level.
I thought he's gotten better and better this year.
He's taking it away.
He's an important part of what we're doing defensively.
So pleased with with the progress he's made.
Yes, Sean, When, uh, when you guys radio a kind of a traditional pastoral, uh, that have nothing like for that Howard reactions that give you a really important.
Um, can you ask that again? I didn't hear the first part when we used tasting in a traditional wall.
Yeah, when you use and like, a traditional quarterback, uh, more that open up things.
And like the read option quarterback power game that maybe wasn't there and he was kind of entering became Thio.
So I I did you? It looks I think it probably matters by team, but it's something that was pretty effective when he was entering the game.
Um, so is it different when he's already in the game on every snap? It can be.
I mean, you know, in other words, uh, you know, in the past, it would be it wouldn't be unusual for a defense to play a certain defense when he's it at the quarterback position.
But now that he's there on every snap, it's probably less likely to get that same defense.
And just considering how much you guys that get around of the offensive line this year, how big a role that, uh ****.
And you just played, uh a, uh Those guys are doing a really good job, You know, you're coaching everyone.
You're not just coaching your five starters.
It's rare on a Wednesday that you have your starters practicing that first day.
You know, you're so I'm pleased with without that groups playing overall.
And I think those guys, they're doing well, all right. Thanks, guys.
Okay, once again is Sean Payton press conference.
Um, we'll go over to the Raheem Morris, um, press conference as well, and we'll have the film.
Study will also break down the game.
So let's go ahead and go to Raheem Morris talking about the Atlanta Falcons.
Some plans for the game this Sunday with the New Orleans Saints.
Let's go ahead and put that in for you.
It's interesting how much has changed from just three weeks ago to now.
At this time of three weeks ago, no one really knew exactly what the Saints we're going to do without Drew Brees.
And now you play tasting hell, you have tape on him.
How different is this week's prep In comparison to maybe what you were trying to have to figure out the last time you go around, You know, you gotta prepare for everybody because you never know what's gonna happen and That's what we did the last time.
So you know I'm going to prepare for tasting.
He's played two games now.
He's done really well.
He's two and O as a starter.
He's done a good job going out there and executing their offense.
And like I told you, when he does, he was able to dictate terms.
He was able to the same thing as we converse Bronco.
So we gotta go on, try to change the narrative and do those things, and it feels good for us and the coaching staff with a game plan and stuff yesterday.
You feel good about it.
Moving forward, let's go practice.
Something that Dirk said on Monday was that, You know, there's very little tape of teams going up against the Saints defense and coming up coming away with a lot of success.
They're playing really well right now.
When you look across the board of this group, who are some of those key pieces, you really have to know where they are at all times and that's exactly right.
Dennis Allen has these guys really going.
You know, Cam Jordan, who we all know whose a household name and what he's been able to do in the young rookie come out the other has really been playing really well and some of their leaders inside.
You know, 22 that got playing before man.
He is playing lights out.
He's playing ferocious.
He's playing with a certain edge.
He's playing with a demeaning as like no other.
We gotta go out there.
We got a match that, if not topic and just got so much of guys out there playing well for me, it's really been going good for what they've been doing on defense.
You know, Jenkins standing on that corn for those guys have been really well, some of the new adjustment that they put it in some of the new guys, they added to their defense, is really playing well tomorrow.
David screen, you're missing. I have mentioned him.
Do you want you have coached dramatically? Do you all, um, dramatically? Do you treat types of Hill like over here quarterback or wishbone quarterback at times, right? And you went old school me.
He called it here, you know, Let's just call him a joker.
Invisibility, You know, running quarterback has the ability to play the quarterback position like we know it.
But he could do all the different things, man.
We see them going to throw the ball in his last time, he threw the ball pretty well.
He did a couple different things. It was that way.
He's also you could use his feet.
He's gotta prepare with Tasting.
Hill does really well.
You gotta get to stop those things in order to dictate terms, you know, trying to make a one dimensional like you do it.
Most quarterbacks and we could do those things we have a chance to win.
Last time seemed like he leaned on Michael Thomas in the passing game.
Is, Are you all ready for that? Or as he diversified yet, you know, Michael Thomas is one of best receivers in the game, you know, Obviously he's what he's been doing over the last couple of years, and he was coming back off that injury.
He started to get a little healthy against us, and you could see it.
So we gotta be ready for Michael Thomas.
You know, he's heating up.
He started getting stuff going to get his production going like he always does.
He has great hands He's a great separator.
He absolutely knows how to win with the balls in the air, what is going to him.
So taste is found a nice little comfort zone with him, and we gotta find a way to stop that.
Well, but you mentioned the game planning, you know, taking place yesterday.
And when you are coming off of the game, when you give up eight sacks it and you don't have to get any specifics or anything.
But is there a tendency sometimes to maybe overreact to one aspect of a previous game and you play a team? Or is it really still just all about what you guys want to accomplish? You know, well, it's really not my style.
Overreact about anything in the game in particular.
What I like to do is go back and evaluate the tape and see what went wrong and what we broke down each sec and when we broke down and what was the reason? So you able to come back and correct those things, and you know, Matt Ryan does a great job of doing that.
So the dirt cutter and they're definitely the old line.
So we went back and we talked about it last time.
We evaluate what we need to do and how we need to do it.
And today was part of us and how we gonna dictate terms in the game and what we want to get done.
So we wanna go out, get some completions, we gotta get the ball out of our hand.
We gotta be able to run the ball a little bit.
So all those things should be helpful.
All those things should help us.
But this team is actually owned us when it comes to the South primary.
Lately, we gonna change that and somebody, you know, in the previous game against the Raiders, who really dictated terms early on was counted.
Neil, especially on that kind of third down stop where he could have made to tackle how he seems like he's really, really kind of coming into his own over the past couple of games.
What have you seen from him? Particularly, You know, it's really kind of this rhythm.
You know, the coaches have got a great spot for him and what he's doing and what he wants to do.
Some of the things that he's been able to do for us as far as the Blitzer.
As far as the robber in the middle of field, you know he's able to come out the middle.
It really brings the wood when it comes.
He's one of those running hit players that we talked about very early in this process, and he's really starting to show up and do those things.
And when he hits you, you feel it and it makes our whole team get a lift.
It's almost like a big play when Julio makes it.
It's almost like a big play.
When Calvin makes one is he comes up, make a big hit.
It's a big play for our defense that they play for our team.
Jason coach with Caleb, How do you feel? His season's gone and, uh, in particular? Then with this week, what are you looking forward to in that matchup with Kim Jordan? You know Campbell doing a really good job when the season just in general, we've been able to go.
I've been a better prospect than he has been in the past.
He's been holding up really well.
He's got a particularly tough matchup when you're talking about cam join.
One of the better begins in our league, and he's always gonna have a tough matchup with that guy.
It's about him getting better and better each time he plays them and finding a way to absolutely dominate the Siri's.
He's got to get better because you know, Cam's gonna bring it.
Became very confident player we gotta get. We gotta get killed to play.
Well, I gotta help him a little bit.
Let's just be honest and we'll do that.
But when it's time to step up, we got a lot of confidence that it will.
And then who is responsible for teaching for way? The peanut punch over there Not gonna ball that so much.
Gotta give a lot of credit to the defense of staff.
You know, it's just something that that we've been doing here since then.
Quinn showed up talking about getting the ball out.
You know, the ball, the brotherhood in the battle, you know, 20 constantly was the advocate of that, and it continues on, and now the players started take ownership of it, and when I'm coming up there playing the ball that they're able to play, you know, obviously for.
They started it off in the early part of the season plan against Dallas, knocking about three, and he's continued to go up to evolve throughout the season.
He's really doing a great job of it, ESPN Mike Terata Hey, Coach is a general rule.
Taking over as an interim coach on any level is what what's the most difficult part, Or maybe even awkward part about doing that.
Picking the most awkward part is when you when when you take over the interim head coach, you know, I would like to think I would hope that that head coach you had a lot of love for and you really cared about that guy, you know, and Dan Quinn, We can't say enough positive things with this building with this organization, with the players with the ownership, a front office.
I don't know if you'll find a guy or person that could say anything bad about our head coach, Ah, former head coach, and it starts with me like he's one of the greatest guys I've ever met in my life.
As far as a mentor.
He's one of the people that is making so much to me throughout my career.
He coached me in college.
We go way back, and that's definitely the hardest part when he's not around every day.
But fortunately enough, we have a great relationship, maybe to communicate with him whenever I want weekly daily, Whatever it be, he's all be there for me and he always will be.
Is it hard to separate, you know, trying to get the weekly stuffed on and not look at it as, Hey, this might be an audition for me now.
You know, Mike, you know, for me, it's like we've been talking about the whole time.
You know, this this question has been posed.
You know, for the last seven weeks or six weeks, whatever has been in different formats in different forms and my answer remains the same.
We have the one and oh, mentality, and that's just the way we're going to do it.
So this week we gotta go one and oversee the Saints.
Last week we had to go one and overseas.
Oakland and I will continue throughout the process.
If you worry about what could happen and what might happen, you won't.
You won't keep you want me to take advantage of the moment that's happening right in front of you, huh? Hey, Coach, are you doing? Uh, just one for May? I'm just curious.
You obviously like to put these games behind you, good and bad.
The 24 hour rule.
We heard guys talk about a lot.
But just how much easier is that you come in off of performance like that on Sunday and kind of do what you want to do going into next week.
How much? How much carry over is there in that? You? Certainly Paul, in this league better be able to enjoy the winds.
You know, they're hard to come by.
It's tough to win this league.
This is a great football league.
This is a great organization.
Everything we got going on is is awesome.
But when you win, um is definitely easy to correct.
It's easy to be hard on you guys.
It's not easier for any other reason than the corrections are arm or heartfelt.
And what can we do better? And how can we move forward and think things that we could do to even be a better football team? And how do we grow from this and all those type of things.
But, you know, when you lose, you gotta pick stuff up a little bit and try to see them all the same.
You know, we talked about not riding the emotional roller coaster, and certainly something we don't want to do on a weekly basis.
You can't live that way.
Hey. Just wanted to get since.
Will Calvin and Julio be able to do anything of practice today? And what's your sense of their potential availability? You know, we'll get him out there on a limited basis today.
You know, both of those guys would be out that way and hopefully get him going.
And we have to see what Julio goes.
You know, obviously we'll take it day by day with Julio, you know, before the expected, you know, ready to go out there and give us what we got today.
And it's normal reputation, and we get a chance to see those guys invites today and do what we can do.
That the follow up on that coach.
What about the Todd? You expect him to go this weekend and house carp shipping out? You know, we got a chance to go see tired today a little bit.
Get a chance to move around a little bit.
We'll get him out there today.
You know, normally we have a normal rest day in there for Todd.
So we'll see what happens tomorrow.
Come back a little bit more and see if we could get him to say they'll be, like, kind of a day by day issue to to get him to the game to see if we can play.
You know, at this point of the season, you know, everybody's got a couple of things.
Everybody got something, and we're trying to get our players and best health two Sundays and that Z we're gonna dio and with the carp, you know, car would be a little bit about these, that and, uh, you won't be out of practice today, and we try to see what happens.
Moving forward with our and he just one of the Dirk was talking about this when we have a chance to visit them.
Our own were weak.
Hey, loves that.
Just the old school.
Bringing to the DNA that what you respect most about him, just, uh that loved as a great the toughness, Uh, with that type of individual you're talking about car, I'm guessing.
Yeah. You know, you just love for me.
You know? It's the honesty.
Is the big body, the grit? The toughness is likely to put his hands on another man and absolutely move him.
He's a big man, you know.
He takes pride in that.
And, uh, I'm really proud how carpets played in the last couple of weeks on 14.
For coaches and force guys, it's been it's been unbelievable.
We have time for one more question from the A J. C.
Culture and part of the plans for Laquan Treadwell.
He as he moved up to the 53 man roster yesterday.
I can't believe you guys like delayed get two questions today.
This is I believe it s so nice to the lead.
No, we really find Cassie.
Um, and take that role that we're gonna be avoided with him.
He cannot get taken by himself, but he will take some of the 00 They'll be able to go out there.
You know, we got Christian Blake.
We got Brandon power.
Got to step up their game, elevate a little bit more on what's my pregnant, get him acclimated with our system and what we do, how we do it.
He already has been obviously being here on the team the whole season.
But coming off of Kobe, we'll get caught up on everything that we got going on and be ready to deal.
Okay, let's go over the film.
Let's do that film study So we wait.
But it was Skip the ad.
Okay, Don't study film.
And once again, um um Las Vegas and the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday.
Let's go ahead and go over the film once again.
The Atlanta The Falcons are running their, um, their packages.
So once again, Shaq information for them.
So let's this is on 33 situation.
That's, uh, let's play the tape.
So what happens? He will drop back so it looks like he's gonna drop back right here.
Looks like everybody's gonna be blocking, so it's gonna be a black.
So it's so far, so good.
He has some good black coverage and he gets a nice hole pass off to number 13, so good will pass.
Play right there.
So he gets close to the sticks on that play right there.
So number 13, that was a good pass play, but they slow them down right there.
So the Atlanta defense right there.
That's a, um, that's on 33.
So they prevent him from going into the, um um, getting at first down.
So that was a short game, right? Yeah.
When I pass play now, this is on fourth and one now, um, they will, um, pitch the ball out, running back, get it, and thats going toe once again.
Atlanta defense once again playing excellent on four from one.
So that's pretty consistent when it comes down to it.
So they get the stop right there on that play.
Now, this is Atlanta on 32.
Matt Ryan, um, throwing a pass.
It looks a nice little pass play.
And that is going toe.
That's going to go toe.
Calvin Ridley when that pet.
So you have to slow him down, But he'll throw that ball.
Like I said, he throws that ball or second or nine.
He had some pressure.
And that ball was thrown.
That was that was a discombobulated pass, right there.
That was one second and nine.
So this is on 39.
So let's see what happens here.
He will throw a pass right here.
He'll throw that screen going toe, tell you right side and let's see what happens in this class play.
They don't they don't get nothing on that path place.
So that's that's that's what That's good.
That's a pretty good defense applied by the, um Raiders.
So good defensive play there.
So they get a tackle right there.
So they have toe kick a field goal here and they have to get three points and they do get three points off the field.
That was three happen.
So it looks like Atlanta.
The Atlanta gets the ball, so it looks like Atlanta stripped the football.
So that's a another reason you cannot allow any turnovers like that, because if you because number 91 gets that ball, so that's a pretty good opportunity for them to get a strip.
They handed it to him.
Say this is what happened.
They'll get the ball to him.
I'll be a play action fake.
But they were stripped the ball right there.
So it's a stripped right there on car.
So? So that's once again, this is on 1st and 10 I formation, um, two backs in the backfield.
Um, let's see what happens on this run play.
They will pitch it out to the, um, that's gonna be a sweet play.
He goes, um, and not much there.
So they slow him down right there. So that's so defensively.
Both teams have made some significant plays.
Um, in the first quarter, it's a three. Nothing.
He, um he calls for the ball.
He's gonna throw.
Look, he's got He's got blockers, right? His class blockers are all blocking right there.
So his blockers all blocking.
So he will get the pass off and he will go deep on the past play.
And that is once again that was overthrown.
So that's an overthrown past that was on 13 11.
So he'll overthrow that passed.
So that's one thing you gotta do is disrupt his time patterns.
Because if you could disrupt his time and patterns that could help.
The defense is as well.
That's that's what it's called. Disrupted.
Tom and patterns.
So they kick in that field goal and they go up six or nothin, and then they'll throw a nights or screen pass right there.
So number a through that wall, it, But they don't get much there, so it's gonna bring 1/4 down.
So once again, the Atlanta defense just stout on that play past plate coming up here, Rose toe 17.
That was a good reception.
That was a great catch.
Um, that's one thing you gotta slow down right there and then it goto tight end.
So that tight end right there, that tight end is gonna be the biggest impact player for the Atlanta Falcons.
Um, so he'll throw another pass play, and that is gonna be an interception.
So he throws an interception into coverage right there.
So 24 comes in and gets that coverage and gets the interception when it comes down to it.
So that's, um Okay, this was on our 1st and 10.
Once again, um, Atlanta, um, in their Atlanta's got 123 for five people on that on that line.
So they got five down line five people on the line.
Looks like they're gonna go for a screen pass and it's gonna be a big game right there.
So 13 will get the big game coming in when I play.
So that's what you have to do when it comes down to the offensive.
Siri's with the Saints.
Get some place and get some screenplays in.
And I could cause, um, a defense to go.
It could be confused.
So past plate coming up right here.
This is a past plate, and that was a good um he gets it closer to the online so that some aka holler on the in that past play coming in downfield on a deep ball right here.
This is a good deep ball past place.
So there was a good deep ball for the touchdown right there so that it looks like he got close to the goal line.
So that was rugs on the catch, gets a break, gives him a first and goal.
So it's a great catch right there. Great catch.
But he didn't get into the end zone, so it wasn't He didn't get in the end zone yet.
So, once again, this is on second and goal.
Um, once again, they earn their iPhone information.
One back in the backfield.
Let's see what happens on this play.
He'll have to run it, run it up the middle and nice.
Will, um, defensive play by the Atlanta Falcons on the Golan presence.
But that's gonna cost them.
Uh, maybe some yards there that was holding penalty there.
Nice or run, but that caused him to go a second goal throw past play 13.
And he gets a nice little catching that play and was once again that goes against the Oakland rate Las Vegas Raiders in the field goal comes in once again, the 63 So it was a very low scoring football game.
When, when it comes down to it, a very low scoring football game once again Matt Ryan, um, looking for a pass.
He he has to throw and he throws a nice little reception right there.
So it's a good growth pass right there.
Um, he'll get it toe I once again his tight end on that place or tight end.
We'll get that yards right there so that tight end we'll get the yards so that once again, this is on 1st and 10, It would, um, pass right here. Passes.
It would be about it goes to the twenties or nice or strike right there.
So that's one thing you gotta do.
You got to put some pressure on, um, Matt Ryan because he will get out of that pocket.
And that's good presence right there by the Raiders defense.
Good presence right there.
So it brings up 13. 16.
I looks like he's gonna so he's gonna throw it, so he's gonna throw it down field, and he's gonna once again, Mrs Targets.
So that was Russell gauge on that, uh, when they catch So they missed the field goal land.
They missed the field goal.
That was a missed field goal.
So that was on the best field goal.
He almost had it, but it was wide to the right.
So once again, Atlanta has the ball after the, um, apparently so they will have it at 1st, 3rd and 10.
So, once again, um, they're they're going back into their um um no, no, no.
People will come back there, So it s so it z Good.
Good catch there.
So it brings up once again, they'll have the one man in the backfield.
Everybody spread out.
This is on fourth and three.
So they'll throw, so he's gonna throw right here, so he looks like I'm gonna stop it right here.
So it looks like he's He has some pressure coming down.
So everybody's blocking right now, so it sounds blocking so far.
So let's see what happens in this place.
So he will throw it.
He was here at his throws, but it gets it in.
He gets it to his target, and that is going to be readily for the touchdown.
So readily gets that touchdown right there.
So it makes it 12 3.
So a nice one touchdown right there.
So this is on second and nine.
Atlanta on defense.
Let's see what happens on this defense of play.
He will for a pass play here, and that will be caught for a first down.
So it nice or throw right there against the Atlanta defense, Number 83 gets the cats again and he would get the first down.
And once again, car looks like he's gonna throw it in that a pass play and it gets it, Um gets it.
Two of the tight ends.
So, um, so he's got once again, they will knock the ball loose.
That ball comes loose.
Looks like Atlanta will recover it.
So pretty good recovery right there.
So that's one thing.
That's one thing we cannot do is allow, um, Taysom Hill, um, to get popped like that and get that ball knocked out because that's something that could be detrimental to the Saints offense when it comes down to it.
So we have to be more careful when it comes down to that.
So, yeah, they recovered the ball, they recover.
So once again, um, empty backfield.
So they're gonna be in an empty backfield once again.
No backs in the backfield, um, behind Matt Rhyme to throw a nice will pass play.
And that is gonna get it closed that he got sticks right there towards the 50.
So let's see what happens when this past part right here, he will role um, a route right there.
Nice little, um, crossing a nasal route towards the right and you'll throw it so good defensive play right there.
So they will prevent that from happening right there.
So It's a good defense. Apply body.
Um, Las Vegas Raiders in general.
Looks like they're going to It's gonna be Johnson, um, getting that call, but Ryan gets a pass play out.
Hey, gets it out toe to his tight end once again.
So it's a pretty good reception for its tight end, but they kick a field goal in this one, so they don't get, um, point is, they don't get touched down to get points off of it.
And once again, they get loss of them.
So I lost right there on that play.
So good defensive play by the Oakland Raiders.
Uh, las Vegas Ray.
Excuse me? I get and an interception right here. That's something.
We cannot allow the happen right there and interception.
So you've got to be more consistent.
That's another thing we have toe prevent its those interceptions from happen.
He takes it, um, on a house call.
So it's a house call right there.
But a touchdown.
Now, once again Oh, Las Vegas has the ball.
Let's see what happens on this place, so you'll have to throw.
You have to pass play, and it's gonna be a nice or catch right there.
So nice or catch, Hey, will get it towards the 50.
So it'd be a pretty good catch against the Atlanta defense.
So once again, this is on 2nd and 12.
They went through a pass play right there and get toe aka holler.
That's Ah, good catch right there by aka holla and past players coming in.
And he would throw it and I would get another reception there.
Yeah, once again.
And then the past plate coming up here, he would throw a nice or a screen pass, and that would get some yards.
But the Las Vegas Raiders.
So that's one thing they did pretty well, um, on that place, on getting some yards, they have to get those yards, Um, going through now this is on 2nd and 10.
So they'll have to pass this football and they'll grow it toe 15.
That's ag a how on the cat.
So nice little cats right there by him getting at reception.
And then hey, would throw a nice little past play.
But it was a drop pass.
So that's a drop pass that rarely should have never happened against the Atlanta defense.
That could have been a good touchdown right there.
And that past play once again thrown to the ground and looks like you'll have to throw a screen right here and they don't get much there.
They have to kick a field goal would be a 24 yard attempt and they would get the field goal toe, get some points.
That would be 23 to 6.
Atlanta would throughout nights or pass play right here.
This would be toe Russell Gate, so it gets a nice reception.
So Russell Gates gets the reception there.
So you have to prevent Russell Gates from getting those plays.
And once again, that is, um, a reception by and then they throw it, uh, to Calvin Ridley.
So Calvin Ridley gets the reception right there towards the So this is on once again, that was on three plays.
Um, this play right here, this would be a nice or touchdown pass in the end zone.
So they they they're pretty consistent against that Las Vegas Raiders defense.
So they kind of was consistent going into those, um, that a consistent drive there Now this is on first intense so that, um, Las Vegas would run the ball so nice or run plate right there.
So they get the run, but it's gonna be a fumble, But let's see who gets it.
Looks like it's going to probably Atlanta, and then Atlantic comes up with the football.
So that's one thing they got was there was a turnover against the Atlanta defect, so there was some.
Now, here comes the screen pass.
This is a screen pass coming in.
So it's a screen pass, but not that's going to Smith right there.
So it's gonna go to Smith.
So Smith's another consistent, um um, wide out for them and the field goal was good.
So I made it for 33 to 6.
And then, um, past, um, looks like they'll get the ball again.
Looks like Atlanta will recover the ball on a fumbles.
It looks like they had another miscue right there.
So it was just something, um, I should have never happened, but once again, it does happen.
Now. This is on 1st and 10.
Once again, I formation to backs in the backfield.
Um, they will hand the ball away and they would get a big game.
That would be Smith getting a big game on that carry.
So a big, big game for Smith right there.
Third and seven, Um, they would hand the ball off.
And once again, Smith would get in the end zone touchdown when I play.
So Smith will get the touchdown.
He would he would.
He would have a good, consistent play.
He would have good catching, catching the bill so they would run three down linemen.
So they running three down linemen, This is, um, all right.
He had three down lineman's, um, when it comes, um, 13.
So this is what happens on 13.
11? Um, they were throwing nice.
Well, um, fast play, but that but that three down Lyman's absolutely worked because that caused them to go for 3rd 11.
Tow fourth down.
So that's just the how we look at this screen.
Okay, this is, um, on 33.
Once again, um, Atlanta leading 42 6 once again, one back in the backfield.
He's calling for the football, and it would hand the ball off.
And that would be a runt.
That'd be Brian Hill getting the carriage right there so Brian Hill would get a carry right there.
Smith got some, and I'm and that would be a not a good run right there.
That would be, um, Brooks games.
So Brooks games would not getting up in there.
That would be on the third and that this would be a third and a so Brooke Games.
I would not get anything on that run right there so that I would think I would say, if I was Atlanta, I would run Brian Hell, because Brian Help could get those yards.
And also Smith, I could get that that you can utilize those two individuals.
So that's just some my opinion.
I mean, look, that guy, Brooke James didn't get nothing off those plays, So that's something.
Um, um so they would have to kick a field goal here.
This would be a field goal coming up.
This would be about a 54 yard attempt.
This guy co, he's a He's an excellent kicker.
43 to 6 pass play coming up here, and they would get the sack play right here so they would get a sack right here.
So that that that is just something right there.
We have toe watch out for when it comes when it comes down to it.
So once again, um uh, Atlanta wins 43 to 6 was the final score.
So we're gonna go over some specifics of this game, so I'm gonna give you some breakdowns.
I'm gonna go through the specifics of this gang.
Let's give you those numbers.
I'm gonna go through Atlantis on current season performance, and I go through the last three games.
Okay? Last three games, Atlanta's two and one straight up and also there, too.
And one against the spread, their two on one against the spread.
So they scored 28 points in the last three games, so they scored 28 points.
They also garner 15 points at halftime, but they are also put up 305 yards in the last three games.
So 305 yards in the last three games.
When it comes down to it now, the defensively defensively Last week.
Uh, they last three games.
They did, um, give up 19 points.
Also, they gave up five at halftime, so they gave a 5.
3 at halftime, and also I'm going to scroll it down.
They gave up 342 yards in the last three games.
So in the last three games, they gave up 342 yards.
When it comes down to it now and once again.
So this is the I don't know if this is the right one.
See if this is the right one.
I don't I don't know if I put the right one and probably probably put the wrong one in there. Sorry about that.
Let me say I probably put the wrong one in there.
Sorry about that.
We'll go to the right one.
We'll go to the right, right areas, apologize for that.
So we had the wrong stats and that we apologize.
So we'll go to the We'll go to the correct stats.
Okay? We'll go to the correct stats right here.
Once again, these are the stats stats we're giving you Go to the Atlanta won the Atlanta Stats on the screen.
Apologize for that.
Once again, we'll go through those again.
We did give you those numbers.
They gave up 342 yards, so that was in the game.
Now let's go over to the Don't game.
This is gonna be in Atlanta this Sunday.
This is gonna be in in Atlanta.
So in dome games, let's give you those numbers right now.
Once again, Atlanta's three and five straight up and also three and five against the spread.
So therefore, four, um, in Don't games that's in the over and under.
Now, um, they scored 26 points in Don't games and also give up score 14 at halftime.
But they also put up 376 yards in, um um, the last, uh in dome games.
So that's in in dome games now in the last couple and don't games.
They give up 24 points and also ate at halftime, but they will give up 379 yards total in, um um, don't games.
So now in divisional games, let's go over the visual games.
We'll give you the divisional, um, that one or two straight up and also one or two, um, against the spread.
So they wanted to against the spread and one and two straight up.
Now they're all in three.
When it comes down to the over and under, that's in the individual games.
This isn't the original Game two Sunday.
Now Atlanta averages 16 points a game and also averages 10 points at halftime.
They also put up 339 Lords total and don't games that the average of 5.7.
Also, um, and the visual games they put up.
They give up 21 points, and they also give up 14 points at halftime.
So 21 points total and 14 points at halftime.
But they also give up 373 total guards on defense.
That's an average of 6.
Now let's go over to the turnover margins.
Let's go over to the turnover margins.
Um, in all games Atlanta.
Right now, the differential is, uh, 0.
5 now, on third down conversions there about 41% of six of 14, and also they're one of two on fourth down conversion.
So there, at 60% when it comes down to that situation, so they will punt.
Now they will punt, um um and game kickoff returns.
They'll have to kickoff returns for 30 and also one punt return for about nine, but they'll get six penalties for 51 yards.
That's in UM, all games now.
Also in home games.
Atlanta is point there. Differential.
2 point 02? That's not too bad right there, so they don't have their turnover ratios.
They're also go six for 14 on third down conversions and also all for one on fourth found convergence that some 37%.
So they will go 37% on those areas.
Also, the kickoff returns to for 28 on their, um, that kickoff returns is about 18.
6 George for average.
Now, Atlanta's last game.
They won 43 to 6.
Um, that that's against the Las Vegas Raiders.
They put up 100 125 yards on 32 carries, so they ran the ball 32 times for 125 yards, but they also through for 179 yards.
That was kind of a, uh, mixed bag right there when it comes down to it.
It was a mixed bag of bomb, um, throwing in passing.
So they threw 39 times but they also ran 32 times in that game vs Las Vegas.
Now, um, they only gave up 14 carries for 40 yards, 14 carries for 40 yards in that game versus the Las Vegas Raiders.
So the Raiders on, um, had 14 character, but they threw for 303 203 yards.
That's on 29 25 or 39 passes, But they had five turnovers in the game, so they had five turnovers.
Atlanta only had one, so they limit their turnovers toe one in that game last, um, Sunday.
Now the Saints, on the other hand, on the road. Saints.
On the other hand, let's go to the Saints.
Breakdown Saints on the road.
It's four on, one straight up and three and two against the Spread, but there are also three and two in the older Ananda.
Now they scored 30 points a game, and they also scored 20 at halftime, but they put up 384 yards on the road.
That's an average of close to six right there.
That's close to six for the Saints, and he, um, and once again and road games they give up 258 yards a game.
That's an average of 4.
7 yards for a pop.
They give up 18 points and eight at halftime.
Now for the Saints and non Don't games ST or six and two and don't games that straight up and also four and four against the Spread.
But they're six and two.
Yeah, in the over and under.
Now, Saints, um, average 28 points a game and don't games and also put up 17 points at halftime.
Also, they put up 365 yards total offense in dome games.
That's an average of 6.
0 going into this Sunday's game versus the Raiders.
So now did the Falcon. Excuse me.
Sorry, but that the Falcons uh, all right, um, scoring Saints give up 24 points and also 13 points at halftime.
They also give up 312 yards, totally gone Tobar defense and also that they have 1.
4 turnovers in games.
But there are yards for players 5.
3 when it comes down to it.
Now, I'm gonna go through the last segments, which is the divisional games.
I'm gonna go through that.
Okay, once again divisional games.
I'm gonna put this up.
I'm gonna put it in full screen for you, so I'm gonna go divisional games.
Okay? Divisional games.
Let's go through those.
Um, four and zero in divisional games, they're also three and one against the spread and also two and two.
They score 30 points, um, individual games and also scored 19 at half time, 19 at the half time.
Also, they put up 371 yards.
That's just what they do in their games.
Also, that's average of 5.7.
That's close toe once again. Six.
That's a good number coming in now.
Um, in the divisional games on defense, the Saints only give up 14 points and also give up eight points at halftime, but they give up 258.
8 yards, um, on total defense on.
Then they also contribute the two turnovers on defense and causing those turnovers.
So that's some how we look at these games when it comes down to it.
Santa Nam Saints and on falcons.
Now, the turnover margin for the Saints right now is, um is that 0.
6 that third down conversions once again.
Also fourth down conversions of one of one in the game.
But they all but their penalties is they have too many penalties in games that six felonies for 65 yards.
Also in road games, the Saints once again turnover margin is that plus eight or so? UH, so it's 0.8.
Also there, seven for 13 on third down conversions for about 52%.
Also there, one for one on fourth down conversions and road games.
So that's how you look at these games when it comes down to it now the Atlanta Falcons.
Right now they're four and seven and straight up in five and six.
So I'm kind of looking at this game, and I'm gonna say this about this game.
Look, if the Saints come out this Sunday and just do what they have to do, don't let up in the first half or any or anything else.
We can win this game by maybe 20 or maybe greater.
It's a three point game, but I say it's gonna probably be around 10 to 20 point game if if if we do everything in the correct form.
So, um so once again, that's my opinion.
So once again, we will wrap this up tonight.
So once again, thanks for joining us here for this addition of Saints game preview taking on the Atlanta Falcons.
