And I just wanna apologize for my profanity for the bottom.
My ****ing heart like it? Really? It really hurts.
Alex, put away your $70 e got signed.
I'm signed over.
Yo, man, this was this was a part of the care package.
Man, I I'm getting one of those drake candles pretty soon too.
You know, you're assigned Rovio the same way that you're also signed to the Eagles to play backup.
Wide receiver and quarterback.
I'm on the practice club right now.
****ing, uh, surprise.
The Broncos didn't get you.
Oh, you know what they call? But I was like, You want me to play quarterback in years, man, I haven't thrown a ball like that since Pop Warner.
Um a ZMA Muchas that is the topic to talk about.
I didn't put that on the list of topics because you know what? My buddy who's a Broncos fan, was like, Dude, the NFL really screwed us.
I'm like, bro, you aren't gonna win that game with the ****ing quarterback like **** out here.
Like, I don't know the same store.
One of those teams that would drop a dumb ass came to the Broncos with e.
I have had to die on the hill of supporting Drew lock all season.
I'm you know, bro.
I was heavy on it, and then I just tripled and quadrupled down on it because Cory was, like, not drew like any ****.
And so far, Drew Lock hasn't shown that he isn't it, But he also hasn't shown enough to show that he is the guy.
So, you know, I've had to deal with defending them, and I'm gonna be honest with you? I did.
I did a lot of research on.
I was like, This team is not performing toe what? I thought what I thought their peak performance would be.
But that is another story.
But you know what? Let's talk about your favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Thank God they want me money this week.
Why long? I honestly I'm gonna tell you something.
This this game, this Washington football team and I'm gonna be honest with you, man.
I'm gonna take back some of my words.
I know I wasn't always Ah, hold on.
Did you take my background? Are you talking about the football thing? Yes.
If that was yours and yes.
See, Drew Lock sucks.
Your attendance on this podcast ***, Corey, You know what, Corey? Corey, while you're here.
Honestly, um, we want to see when we could set up a time for you to jump on this pod Live you are.
You are a member of this podcast, but we would love to have a just vicious battle between you and Christian with me as a mediator with you being on it.
So please let us know when your work schedule is eyes flexible or when you can use some of your sick days, you know? Yeah.
Take a PTO day, you coward.
I don't wanna hear any excuse.
It's just say, just say you were near someone and weeks, bro.
Who is it? Two weeks, though.
If you're getting paid, leave, uh, get that bag they come about.
But but honestly, uh, could Alex Smith really lead this team The washing football team to the playoffs? You know what? At this point, it's believable.
I don't know if it's more of my feelings on how impressed I've been by some of the play of the Washington football team or Christmas is it is on.
Wait, are we? Um, I didn't even look at the calendar that far.
E think we're doing the Palm Christmas you are.
Wait, no, no, no, no.
The 22nd, um, if he could do it on that day, we could totally do it so well, that actually would be Wednesday for him.
So theoretically, that would work.
All right, let's let's let's plan that the rest of it later.
But look, Alex Smith has been very impressive, and I know like I know that was about the right there, but regardless, he's always been someone who can keep a team in a game.
I mean, I just didn't think he had it in him after, you know, having to have a bionic leg and you know, everything he went through.
So I think he's kind of secured comeback player of the year, especially if they make the playoffs just because, Yeah, I know Big Ben had his elbow surgery, but, I mean, Alex Smith has had to overcome Farm or and I just kudos to Alex Smith.
But I really think this washing football team is gonna be the one coming out of this division.
Yeah, I mean, when you look from top to bottom, we kind of talked a couple weeks ago, said the Giants might be potential contender to come out of here.
Daniel Jones is out.
I don't know if he's on the I R.
But cold McCoy's for sure going to start next week.
A quarterback for them, Carson Wentz looked completely pitiful last night.
Outside of that, Hail Mary.
At the end of it, he didn't really do much of anything on that offense.
So, yeah, I think Alex Smith and the Washington or leading this team, I kinda wanna go back to a point real quick.
Yes, Alex Smith will, probably when comeback player of the year.
But I do actually want to shout out one other person who is an offensive lineman that will definitely not win this award.
Eyes Garett Bolles.
Garett Bolles is a left tackle for the Broncos.
He was their first round pick out of Utah a couple of years ago.
He was so bad he did not get his fifth year option picked up this offseason on going into last week, he was the number one rated offensive lineman by pro football Focus.
And he just got a large extension with the Denver Broncos, one of the biggest extensions right now in NFL.
Not the biggest, but one of the biggest extension.
So he went from getting his fifth year option not picked up in the offseason toe.
We're in right now.
Week 13 were in and he's there.
Sorry, Week 11 win and he's getting that option here or he's getting extended.
I honestly think that's one of the biggest comebacks in you know this year.
Obviously, Alex Smith almost dying and then being a starting quarterback for a team that might make the playoffs is pretty impressive.
I just wanted to shout out their balls because I think that's really impressive.
And the Broncos got stuck at left tackle.
No, I agree, because, like I was saying earlier, or I don't know if I said it off there, but I definitely was doing my research on the Broncos.
And no carrot Bulls was kind of on the hot seat in terms of, you know, his position, his playing time because of his inconsistencies.
So to see him kind of, you know, elevate his game and not only elevated to the point where his team notices, but his team is willing to compensate him for it.
Yeah, no, definitely.
Kudos to care. Bullseye.
I still remember him walking up when he was drafted with his son.
I don't know if you remember that, but yeah, there's always a nice scene, and that's why I was kind of sad.
Like, ****, he sucks and he's gotta have that memory like Daniel sucks.
But Daniel Jones is injury is he's he avoided a long term injury.
Thankfully, so could he.
Could he be back next week? Yes, they have said that it's an injury that could be quite nagging.
And that's never good to hear.
Because, you know, I mean, Austin Ecklie took I mean, **** near the whole season to get back in there.
So and, you know, we all know Danny Dimes is a is A is a speedster at the quarterback position.
You noticed how they in the broadcast.
They always act like Daniel Jones is like Vanilla Vic or something, you know, used to be that way, too, was Alex Smith before the injury.
Remember that long run you had on the on the Chiefs was like a 77 yard touchdown run.
It was pretty impressive.
Daniel Jones also gets the benefit.
The fact that when he does the read option, not a soul on that team is looking at the quarterback position for him to run it.
But I guess he's definitely he's had enough strikes where he should get at least a little bit of a look from the D N next time.
Because he's made, he's made him hurt.
You hear that one touchdown for 40 yards and that one that should have been touched down if the Buffalo Wild Wings sprinkler didn't come up and trip him before he hit the end of the end zone.
So way we all know Perry has, uh, has his finger deep in the in the NFL hierarchy.
That's why that's why the Cowboys suck this year.
He knew there is.
Even with all his cheating, there is no way to go to Super Bowl.
So the Cowboys how to get, you know Justin Fields or Trevor Lawrence so they can re restart that franchise para nos.
He's he. He knows Dax, not the future.
And then real quicks.
And since we since I figured out that if you do win the division, you go from being a potential top 10 pick to automatically, you're going to be, at least at best, the 19th overall pick.
No, I I actually looked it up.
That was that was the last wildcard loser.
So if that is the case, wouldn't it be hilarious to watch the Cowboys do that and then not be able to address anything.
I've said it all year.
You've heard me.
I pray to God the Cowboys make the playoffs because the other three teams in the division are going to get vast amount of draft capital.
Not one team is going to get the right toe lose to someone else.
Maybe they win the wildcard.
Great, then they're pickets, Even ****tier.
And I would be I would be so happy because there's no way this team wins the Super Bowl on def.
They somehow do.
That would be the greatest story in sports history, and I'm proud to have to unfriend Perry on every single social media platform.
If a five and $7 Cowboys, somehow, we're sorry.
Five and 11 Cowboys make it to the Super Bowl.
That would be insane.
But, yeah, in terms of teams, the Washington football team and Antonio Gibson, who was a receiver converted into a running back, has been phenomenal.
He's really stepped it up.
I mean, he had the the traditional Thanksgiving football day for a running back going against the Cowboys.
We saw Aaron Jones starting up produces to some guy, some guy from the Cowboys this year, we got Antonio Gibson doing it phenomenal.
Their their defensive front wreaks havoc.
I mean, poor Joe Burrow, prior to his injury, got wrecked by the wall.
That is Chase Young trying to get into the end zone.
So I definitely stop talking about these two terrible teams.
Well, Corey, maybe if you help with the with the with the script, maybe you could coordinate some of this kidding.
Yes, it is the NFC lease.
And you love and you love the NFC East. Corey.
Yeah, something with Gibson.
You have Tony Pollard on the Dallas Cowboys.
You have Henderson on the Rams, and you also have David Moore from Memphis is well on the Bears.
Is Memphis creeping up? You know, in this an n c double, you know, like offensive player you because they had what at least forward really dynamic guys in the past couple years come in the NFL and they're not even close to a power five team.
Just wanted to point that out.
They also have a good quarterback this year and Brady White, who's actually out of Santa Clarita, California Um, who is probably a third or fourth round pick to So just like I wanted to point out, You know, I see schools that kind of get hot.
Kind of gets, um, NFL talent, but, uh, DeAngelo Williams as well, But just just recently, just notice that Memphis has put some really dynamic talent out there, so really, like all purpose type player.
Ladies, Antonio Gibson was a wide receiver and running back to and so it was Tony Pollard with Memphis.
So they just had all these guys four years ago just running around there.
I want to go back and watch the film on Memphis Cats play together.
No, that That's definitely something to definitely look at.
But, uh, last question Washington.
Do you think they won the division? Yeah.
Their own in that has some sort of semblance of uniformity and direction.
All right, this next game is gonna be a fun one.
We're talking about the San Francisco 40 Niners and be locked Angeles Rams.
Tell me, man, just just off first reaction in that game, what was what was your what was your thought? Half means game.
You have **** like that.
You had John Kim Law with that intersection.
That was just effing stupid.
I mean, he hadn't really done **** all year.
And then Jovon Kinloch comes out of nowhere.
It looks like a first round effing ****ing pick against us.
But I will be happy, I think.
Shut up a pack sandwich.
Um, now he tax religious from Memphis, I guess.
Yes, he is. You're just naming people.
What's that, Matt? I know he just went on slander golf right after the, um but I'm not even to get into Jared golf right now.
I honestly liked our performance.
It was the turnovers.
That really good ist over.
Um, if you have a look.
What? Matt? Under square square show, Uh, two time guests on the podcast.
What happened to the ramblings, Christian? Honestly, I'm not even gonna make excuses for us.
I think that the Niners just have just one of those teams.
They don't match up well for us, Kyle Shanahan just kinda has our number and classic golf game. Yeah.
No, you're right. Yeah.
I mean, the fumbles by the running backs aren't golf's problem.
But this is definitely why I say I don't like your golf by the way.
Jared Goff may have just caused me a first round bye and my redraft just wanna I'm blaming you, Christian.
You're blaming me, blaming me? I mean, okay, there's no boasts on this defense, but there's still a lot of defensive talent on this team.
I mean, they should not have put up that many points, but like I said, with our turnovers, it doesn't really matter who were playing against.
We play against the ethic Dolphins, and that's what's gonna happen.
You're gonna get a performance like that.
So I I think there's a lot of glaring needs.
But if if we can, really, Shanahan is McVeigh's daddy.
I mean, Christian.
I mean, Kyle Shanahan still has toe Thio sit on that game for the Atlanta Falcons that he lost.
So is that as bad as the Rams losing their Super Bowl by putting up three points? Probably not talking about that Christian.
We're not talking about that, daddy.
Sure, he's his daddy, but the House will have to wake up in the morning and realized that one team is seven and for the other team is five and six.
So are they still in the Hunt shirt.
It might **** the **** off 1000%.
Um, but, you know, I'm happy that are glaring.
Needs aren't like the Cowboys, where their entire roster acting sucks.
We just have to get our turnover efficiency down, which is learning how to tuck the ball, learning how to not make stupid interceptions, a defensive lineman.
And honestly, we'll get Andre Whitworth back before the end of the season.
May be right in the beginning of the playoffs, losing your left tackle, especially left tackle like him that was really certain, come into his own at the end of the year.
It's part of the reason why we're seeing.
I mean, golf isn't the greatest quarterback, but when they like the shield up, I mean, look what happened to Tom Brady when he gets pressure this year.
He's not the greatest quarterback, so I just think there's a lot of things that we need to work on.
But I love that our needs are so apparent and they're not underlying, I think the issues that we have can get fixed.
Yeah, I should be upset.
I mean, I should be upset, just like you guys were when you got Daddy by Shanahan last year in the playoffs.
Can we not forget that performance? So it is a cup costing money.
Cup has been costing me money for years.
I don't wanna talk about it, but, yeah, I'm upset that we lost, but I am encouraged in that loss.
That that makes sense. Come on, man. E.
I mean, it is what it is.
Is what? At least if you want to lose to them this year, I'll be someone else.
Oh, you didn't have to go at the heart like that.
You know something else? Aaron? Donald, Uh, was the Aaron Donald the one that said he didn't know who Deebo Samuel was? I'm not 100% sure.
I think it is because I saw a lot of tweets making fun of Aaron. Donald.
So, Aaron, Donald, Now, you know now you know Deebo, Samuel Dynasty when my dynasty favorites, you know? Yeah.
I was honestly, really impressed with the 40 Niners.
I mean, look, with all the injuries they've had this season, they have kept I mean, look at the NFC West is no ****ing joke.
Like there's a riel chance on, but it is true because all the entire NFC West could make the playoffs next to the new to the extra walk card.
Because before, when I had my projections, I had the the Eagles making it and the Cowboys.
Now, that was when I was on crack.
Um, and and now, with, you know, that's what being open.
I mean, the 40 Niners could very well put themselves into the playoff conversation, and to me, that's insane.
But to me, that just says how tough this division is going to be for the next couple of years.
Granted, you know, I mean that the Rams are still gonna be who they are.
I mean, they have a dominant defense that can be very dominant at times or, you know, unless against the 40 Niners.
But, um, we have the 40 Niners who, of course, have their defense.
They have their their deficiencies, that at quarterback, that we all know the Cardinals, who you know, have a young Kyler Murray.
They have Christian Kirk DeAndre Hopkins, very frustrated.
I mean, they got some players, they kept themselves in wins and then Seahawks.
I mean, this division is insane.
I mean, kudos to the 40 Niners.
Yeah, they've done a lot this year.
I think that depending on how they want to use this first round pick part of the reason why I was kind of whatever on this season, I'm really happy that the Rams are good because we don't own our first round pick.
But say the same school 40 Niners were at, like pick 10, pick 11.
Trey, Lance is there.
Old boy out of Brigham Young is their main power Trask.
I mean, they have a chance to really get young at the quarterback position and be a contender in this division.
I love Russell Wilson, but there's gonna be a point in time, probably sooner rather than later, where he's going to retire or not be as good as he is.
And Jared Goff has already shown you what? How good he is.
So obviously with Kyler Murray, they're gonna be, you know, the Cardinals will be the team to be to come.
I also think that the Niners defense is a little bit younger than ours.
So I think they're next up.
So rams not drafting a Q B.
No, we can't because we lost our first round pick.
But then the Niners 100% can.
They could draft Trey lands, and it wouldn't affect the overall core competencies of their team.
They got trend Williams at left tackle, who was, I think, one or two slots rated below gear.
So I mean, they don't have any glaring needs that you use that first round pick outside of a quarterback, Um, type player.
I think the Rams I mean, we draft really well, I would want to say offensive line would have to be our number one target in the off season.
But this next draft coming up is just gonna be like how last year's draft was for wide receivers.
There's gonna be a lot of offensive linemen available, some that would have went probably top 10 years years prior if they had, you know, declared Dejan whatnot.
So, um, Cardinals, one of the worst coached teams, I could not disagree with you more.
I think they have a perfect balance between a quarter and offensive coordinator who doesn't know defense and defensive coordinator who doesn't know offense thin.
Their offensive coordinator happens to be their head coach.
So, um, yeah, this this division worries me.
I worry about our ability to compete long term.
Um, but I think that they is still the best coach.
You can say what you want about Cow Shanahan being his daddy.
But also look at the coaches.
You have Pete Carroll call Shanahan, Sean McVeigh, um, and and Cliff Kingsbury.
That's the best Coach division. In my opinion.
Can you name a coach just from a coaching standpoint? Is there any division as well coached as the NFC West? I honestly can't think of one top to bottom, Corey said.
Go watch him. Get right by Bill Belichick.
Like your coach? Nope.
And Shanahan to me, Honestly, the Lakers and Dodgers won a championship, so I don't want to hear that slander from the Patriots like it is what it is.
They have their dynasty very like Corey.
Uh, he's a better coach than Matt Leffler.
Definitely better play calling coach.
Look how long it took Matt LaFleur to get his head out of his ass with his play calling.
Cliff Kingsbury had that.
He gained one for Kyler, Murray and Kyler.
Murray is a 10 year old, compared Toa star Aaron Rodgers in terms of finesse and poised back to backs it.
City of Champions here.
You know, I can see where maybe Cory is coming from on the Cardinals, but regardless, they have been able Thio get these winds.
I mean, look, that this Cardinals offense has been able to put a points and DeAndre Hopkins is just a phenomenal next get at your core.
You're not dictating show until you're on here.
Um, DeAndre Hopkins has, basically, I mean, not matchup proof because we've seen before.
You know, sf on Gilmore did Did keep DeAndre Hopkins and check to see sports burst your bubble.
Uh, Josh has been on the show before.
Shouts of sports burst your bubble cars. Defense is trash.
That is very true.
Um, ****, we see? Yeah, but let me just wrap this up. Cardinals.
Yeah, I know there's so many things you could point out about the cardinals, but they have gotten themselves in the position where they are.
I'm not going. I'm not going to say that.
I think that they're gonna be, you know, Super Bowl contenders, But someone that could be interesting down the way.
I mean, you remember the first episode.
I said the Cardinals could be one of those teams that could just keep things interesting.
And they have done that to this point.
So kudos to them, I'm sure.
Let's see situation or coaching by close Berry is not good.
Wow, how high are you? Real quick.
Back to Corey's comments.
Situational coaching by Cliffs. Very not good.
Corey ****yzed the **** out of the out of the Cardinals in this Patriots game. Man.
Real quick, Corey.
Ex Cory is the third member of our of our podcast.
Can you name a couple of a situation or two in which Bill Belichick just outsmarted Cliff Kingsbury? Let's see.
And then, Matt, how hyped are you, Alex, for some Wednesday football with your Steelers? Oh, I love anyway, to just problem on my Steelers real quick.
Shout out to the Steelers.
Due to the pandemic and all the covert situations, Taylor's scheduling has been a nightmare.
Eso I'm just glad that we've been ableto get through it, so Oh, Jesus.
See, Corey, I ****yze everything.
Let me know about that.
Just can you name 11 of the situations in which, uh, Bill Belichick was better at? Well, not Bill Belichick.
Where Cliff Kingsbury situational coaching was not good.
I'm not being sarcastic.
I just I want to know what you saw in that game.
Uh, Josh Keaton.
What's up, man? Ella Cuyler wouldn't Skylar wouldn't appreciate me slamming the cards from the pod page, but yes, the defense.
I mean, is their defense any worse in the 2018 Chiefs that almost went to the Super Bowl? I mean, granted, Kyler is not Pat Mahomes, but yeah, I wouldn't say that, Matt.
Yes, I do think we go 11 and now and the next week we have the Washington football team, which is interesting, because that's that's one of those games where I'm like, Yeah, I could see something happening there.
He's gonna lose. I'll do my pickup.
Alright, Next game we have the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Can't City Chiefs.
Okay, I've seen this all over Twitter over the last couple days about the rift between Tom Brady and Bruce Arians.
Do you think now I've seen Cory? I've seen Cory on Twitter.
You know, having these discussions as well.
Basically, you know, they both are.
So I guess they're not on the same page in terms of how they wanna play this.
The run, the offense.
Because every offense that has had Bruce Arians kind of calling the the play's I mean, whether it's big Ban Andrew Luck, Jamis Winston like there is a high number of interceptions.
Like if you look at it across the board and all the majority, their statistics are pretty similar, even though Tom Brady's, surprisingly, is statistically somewhat better.
Like, that's just kind of the way that Bruce Arians running this offense and, you know, with with Brady when he was on the Patriots, it was all about quick plays, getting the ball out of his hands and, you know, just trying to keep the ball moving.
Whereas, like I mean, you see, like, If you compare the way Brady's playing this year after last year, you know he's looking a lot further down the field than he was last year.
I know last year he didn't have the best receiving cast, but I just it just blows me away.
I know that Arians is, um, has his own way of coaching.
I'm sure Brady, you know, being to go himself.
I mean, I just I It's so crazy to see this.
I mean, there, there, one in three in the last four games.
I mean, what what are your thoughts on on the Buccaneers and there? Terrible chemistry on offense.
So far, we could talk about the defense after I think I'm gonna put their blame solely with the head coach.
I mean, you look at every single place areas has been the quarterback has had the I want to say career high and interceptions every single time.
Bruce Arians has been either the head coach or the offensive coordinator.
So, as much blame as I usually like on the players, when you have a track record like that, it signals to me that you are the problem.
It's probably not the other people and really, what makes a good head coach? And Corey can kind of talk about this.
Belichick is a willingness to kind of craft plays around skills of the personal you have on your team.
Some of that Josh McDaniels and Bill Belichick have done on both sides of the ball for quite a while now.
Bruce Arians doesn't have that in his and his repertoire that he's just not meant to be the coach of a player like Tom Brady to be 100% honest.
Tom Brady is doing the best he can to kind of do a Bruce Arians wants and push the ball down the field.
But look, every single time we throws a lot more than 15 yards, he will either completely missed the safety over the top.
Or he's just chucking the ball into his own in praying like you don't want your quarterback doing that.
The last interception against the Chiefs trying to push the ball down the field.
Just not needed.
They have enough talent.
Have enough weapons to run 7 to 15 yard routes.
Every single way they go, they can get on the ball.
They can throw in Scotty Miller there, have Antonio Brown come off the bench and really just use that death to your advantage.
But they try to do a Cadillac type approach where they have just their best players out there every time and then trying to confuse the defense.
But when you have a quarterback who is not able to push the ball down the field like this guy right here, Patty Mahomes.
You don't have to call every single defensive play because, you know, Tom Brady can't push it down the field and you can have a safety basically play both sides the field.
Because if there's guys going along and they're in man coverage, they can kind of just shadow them to the side as long as they don't get beat deep.
They know Tom Brady doesn't have the gas in the tank to throw it over the top.
So I think the Bruce Arians needs to You know how men are in sports like this.
One of them is gonna have to check their pride.
The only thing is not only just breaking, not wanna push your vertical Corey er, I don't think he can push it.
I think he has mawr arm strength than than we would expect for someone his age, but he could definitely throw a 7 to 15 yard, even maybe 20 yard play at the very most with a pretty good amount of accuracy.
But I think they should go for more of a depth approach, get more Scotty Miller involved, use a lot more of Gronkowski in the tight ends in the short and kind of that that release game.
But I gotta stop pushing the ball down the field.
They gotta use Ronald Jones and Leonard Leonard from that has to pull out of his ass, too.
And stop dropping little place because Ronald Jones is gonna do **** like this. He's gonna get a lot of carries.
Leonard Fournette needs to step up and really start getting the ball out of Tom Brady's hands.
Look how much I saw the name of Wolverine when he looks at the photo, and it was a photo of James White because of how much he's able to utilize running backs, this wide receivers and he has been able to in this offense.
So, you know, I just think Arians needs.
I think he might actually potentially be on the hot seat.
Those Brady is risk averse.
I think you should be at that age.
I mean, the older we get, the more risk adverse we get, especially with our skill sets in and like an athletic competition.
So I don't know if Arians loses.
Let's say they go there one in three right now in the last four say they go one in five over the course of the last six.
I think there's a case to get Bruce Arians out of their honest to God.
Yeah, let's catch up on the comments, Matt said.
Which, by the way, very, very good to see some cohesiveness from you and Corey.
I've never seen Cory so excited to agree with you.
I agree with you on on a take on any of the podcast.
So this is great.
You know, normally you guys read each other's next.
He Bill Belichick's good coach.
The Patriots are a good franchise, but, I mean, they're definitely not without their faults.
I think that's where the underlying conflict arises between us.
And then Matt Skara chimes in.
Brady is slightly declining, in my opinion, but most of it's on Bruce Arians.
Areas need to switch the offense that suits Brady's needs.
And then your boy Connie jumps in.
Look at Christian man.
So inspirational, by the way, didn't spell your name. Right.
Um and, uh, no, he didn't know he didn't dance. Disrespect.
Look at you moving the goalpost for people you like.
A good car most overrated coach too good in Arizona lost his mind.
Josh Keeton, T B 12, and Pat Mahomes are currently two and two in all time matchups.
Head to head Super Bowl matchup for the tiebreaker.
Um, you know what? As cool as that may sound, Josh, I'm sorry the Steelers and the Rams were going to meet each other in Super Bowl this year, E, I would say the Patriots, but even Corey knows they're not going to Super Bowl this year.
Corey still says he sees the Buccaneers winning double digit games.
I don't look at the schedule, but it's feasible to me just because.
I mean, we've seen the Buccaneers be dominant, though, and I know it's going against the going against what they've been doing with the whole vertical passing.
But we've seen him beef dominant.
I mean, that defense against the against, uh, who did they want that they like blanketing.
Which is kind of funny to say that the pack the Packers like you.
Um, yeah, like we've seen moments where you know, everything works out for them.
But I don't I don't know, I feel like Bruce Arians is going to get to keep his job for at least another season.
Which e Don't know might be bad for Brady.
Think the second year is still with the team, and then the 13.
He has an option to get out, right? I'm not sure about his contract.
I don't think Brady has enough years to wait that I think the situation is truly toxic.
He feels more look at his relationship of craft.
I think he goes to management.
He gets them out of their honest.
That's not honest opinion.
If it goes worse, I don't think he rides another year or let's that roll out.
But he doesn't really talking about the Patriots.
Uh, see Steelers.
We're gonna break your heart, Josh.
I don't First of all, Oh, man, did you see my exchange with Shout out the trail from the nothing but fax podcast? He juju tweeted something on Thanksgiving, basically saying like, you know, just being upset at the Ravens players for the breaching protocol, you know, whatever.
A lot of Steelers players were pretty upset on Twitter, and, uh, he ended up saying like you're more focused about Ticktock than being a number one receiver.
And then I just tweeted him like, bro, You don't even have a number one receiver.
Hey. He didn't lie, though.
Hey, didn't ****ing lie.
He's going with them. Young pups come upon them.
All right, Look, Josh, Josh Keaton is with the Packers.
So so you definitely have somebody supporting you on that side.
So the packers are 83.
I ain't got no worries.
A Z The Niners were banged up.
Why would you worry? All right.
Connie just chimed in.
Uh, we will look back and agree.
Brady and Bill was 50 50.
I Here's the thing.
I do think one too.
You know, when two people work together, Like like the way that they have worked.
It's that cohesiveness.
I mean, I do you think that that they have the success if they were never together? I mean, I don't I think I think it is appearing like we're seeing a couple that's like they're both bat**** crazy, but they love each other.
The topics I would love to get into that other podcast.
You've never seen two people who are just truly toxic, but they just happen to be the perfect balance of toxic nous.
A perfect marriage.
Yeah, I don't think they had the right person honestly.
Athleticism, yes and coaching ability by adjusting personality traits, Bill Belichick being a little more domineering and Brady being a little bit more submissive for lack of a better term, Uh, that that just kind of worked out and sometimes, like That's why I think that it's not working out in Tampa is because Brady is a little bit less submissive, and so is Bruce Arians.
So they have this power conflict where Crazy wants to run his plays and Arians wants him to run Hiss.
And that's the kind of **** effort that we see in these past couple games from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Whoever keeps saying they're going to Super Bowl, you need to stop your send me your plugs number because you're off the gas.
There's no way you're not on the Super Bowl.
We look at what, what what, what? What Corey said about the perfect marriage.
Like, uh, sweet.
You flatter me too much on then Corey pointed out, this This is the Bucks schedule Vikings, Falcons twice and the Lions.
I mean, yeah, that looks like they could get to the double digits.
At least one or two of those.
Let's see what else? Not going to see What? Yeah, I didn't think the bucks were going through.
What you there honestly, Before the season started, I had the Chiefs and the Seahawks that that was my on the panel.
That was my my Super Bowl prediction.
Do you remember the Ravens? Is the Ravens all literally figuratively eat crow on that one? Because Ravens crows in a bad one, though, Honestly, that wasn't based on everything we've seen.
I mean, we that was definitely what what Everyone would have it like.
You couldn't You couldn't hear somebody say I have the Ravens in the Super Bowl and not and you would have agreed because, you know, it's just one of those years where, like, the offense, you know, people figured it out.
You know, Lamar Jackson's you know, passing ability is kind of started to catch up to him.
I still believe in him, though not like Connie.
He hit his his plateau already isn't.
Isn't Connie older than Lamar Jackson? Like, why are we being so critical on these guys that are like Connie? 12 years old? Okay, he gets a marker and then touches his chin.
E Think you think of Kanye's Cartman from South Fire? Connie! Connie! Connie is Cartman con? If you're listening, you're Cartman.
Imagine if the bucks collapse and finished eight and eight.
Matt, that was insane.
Yeah, that would be insane. In a good way.
Uh, Matt, the disrespect towards Connie is really Matt, you've no idea what Connie says.
You have no idea what Connie says in the group chat to me.
So in our group chat.
So you have no idea how how much he deserves this.
Uh, Josh had Ravens and saints, you know, before the season again.
That sounded very logical.
Right now, I don't know if I would even lean on that.
It's it's tough.
I mean, hey, their predictions before the season.
Now, the last game we're gonna touch on is the Philadelphia Eagles and the Seattle Seahawks.
And honestly, the main point I wanted to talk about is the quarterback situation with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Carson Wentz has just been terrible.
I mean, we can talk about all the situations that you know he's been dealing with, whether it be his offensive line, the fact that Jason Peters is still, um, like like like like or I'm going to lunch.
You could go to lunch for this top.
Yeah, get a bloomin onion make.
I just realized you were doing Australian accent.
Um, a lot of talk has come of benching Carson Wentz for Jalen Hurts.
I'm personally not in that group that thinks that he should be benched.
I think, like, shout out to care from Iowa from our unwrapped sports network.
I mean, changing the quarterbacks are gonna fix this evils team.
I mean, there's no way Jalen Hurts comes in here, and it just automatically like, take the cover off their offense and just that they're amazing.
I just think it's It's a lot of about what the play calling is.
Corey and Ella on the chat L O L quarry.
Um, I just I just think that talk is insane.
And supposedly now these are all just It's not from a verified account, but apparently like, I guess rumor has it that the owner is basically saying like, Hey, if once continues to struggle, put Jalen in and it kind of seemed like that for, like, a drive because I think in the first play of the second quarter drive, they had Jalen hurts in tow, actually throw the ball.
And then he went back to the bench.
So I just think this Eagles team is just so poorly run right now.
I mean, no cohesiveness.
And then please free Milo Sanders.
Why has this snap percentage gone down? Man is averaging, like, I think, five or six yards of carry.
Give that man the ball and stop making went to be the quarterback.
So I'm making once look even worse by making them have to throw right now. Christian.
What? Your thoughts, Mom, I think the whole Jalen hurts.
Getting in the game needs to slander.
You can't mention when you have 50 million cap.
You can't bench him if you just watch football.
Like, how do you give them a **** offensive line? You draft poorly for the last seven years, and you expect, uh, honestly, in my opinion, M v p level caliber player like that Go wasted.
They're wasting Carson Wentz.
I think the slander needs to stop putting.
Jalen Hurts in for Carson.
Wentz is like divorcing your wife because she just doesn't make the food that you like.
Like just stop complaining and being like a little *****.
Fix the other things before you start getting mad at Carson Wentz, who's giving you great season after a great season.
Look what he did literally for you last year, 4000 yards without throwing the one wide receiver for more than 500 yards.
That literally happened last year, and you're not considering the fact that there is no pre season.
I had no time to get report these wide receivers, and you added to the fact there's no offensive line.
And he had what, a practice squad quarterback and a practice squad wide receiver as his two top car targets and made Travis Fulgham.
If fantasy relevant, you like you said, Let's go back in the past.
Travis full Fulghum or Fulghum Harvey say his name.
Could you have even told me that player before the season started? No, Carson once made him.
That almost sounds this craziest saying Darwin Thompson's gonna be top 25 fantasy like That's how crazy it is.
Yeah, that that that Fulghum would take off like that.
But you can say outlandish **** because Patrick Mahomes is the type of quarterback like Carson Wentz.
I think Carson Wentz isn't quite its greatest Pat Mahomes, but they can elevate players like that, given the usage, if all the running backs were gone and Darwin Thompson is in there.
I don't think that you could say that Garment Thompson, 10 points a game, would be out of this world if he was suddenly the starting running back Chiefs.
And that's because he's slightly.
He's very dynamic athletically, but he has a quarterback like Patrick Mahomes.
So I think that there e I understand the owners frustration and wanting to get the new guy in there because, I mean, when you own a team and there's kind of the cir***stances, you just want to do something to get some sort of production, like they had what negative six passing yards heading into the second quarter, or maybe even heading into the second African or what it waas.
But I don't think Carson the problem.
You look at Jalen Ray Gore.
You couldn't even get any sort of separation against a boo boo ass, uh, Seahawks secondary.
Honestly, just not impressed with everyone else outside of Carson Wentz.
And I think it's gone to a point where Carson Wentz might be Mark Sanchez to point out where a franchise just completely waste a really good quarterback and waste them to the point where they're mentally scared to play the game and mentally scared to play their game.
Because remind you, Mark Sanchez was a pretty good quarterback until that last bad year than the Butt fumble completely sent him into a spiral.
He was never the same after that.
So I think Carson once could potentially be.
You know, Andrew Luck.
0, Mark Sanchez.
Two point. Oh, for someone who's going to get wasted by their franchise.
And I think when I look at him and hey, he's scared.
He's scared for his life.
He has happy feet now, after being NFL for what, five or six or seven years, and he's now developing bad habits.
That's because he's the most sack quarterback.
I just can't accept it. Just it's an accident.
I'm done talking about Jalen hurts.
He's a backup quarterback they used and how he should be used very sparingly.
Yeah, and honestly, like I, I was one of the people that wanted Jalen hurts to end up on Steelers, but not in the second round, maybe in the third.
But I when I was doing my my nonprofessional scouting, I had it that he had to sit for at least a year to for sure before they even consider putting them in because he's just so e.
I still think he's a Rob passer.
Carson Wentz is just He's been given a **** hand.
If we're being honest like, there's no way that my agent should be getting a call from the Eagles, like constantly, like get me out of retirement like there's no reason why that should be happening.
And, like you, said Travis Fulgham, that's a great come on.
Come on, vision.
Put some respect on My skills were quick, um, Travis Fulgham.
That's great of a story he he was, and I hope he continues Thio earn playing time in the NFL.
But I mean, like you said, he was the fantasy relevant fantasy receiver for four weeks because he was getting so many looks in this offense.
And to me, it's just I just And what such to for Carson wants is the fact that because he got injured on the year that the Eagles won the Super Bowl.
Now he kind of has the ghost of Saint Nick behind him.
Because I see Eagles fans talk about Nick Foles like he's some ****ing messiah.
It is insane to me how you look at Nick Foles and you say you want him back and you see the **** he's doing in Chicago, which they're not giving him as much help, But he he should not be as bad.
Um, but I just I really hate the went slander.
Your Perry ****ing hates talking.
All this stuff about went but won't accept any slander for Deck.
So figure that one out because he's biased.
But think about Nick Foles.
Nick Foles is basically Cardale Jones.
That situation at Ohio State like wasn't relevant at all.
An injury came in and it came into a completely stacked roster.
Falls had weapons out the ass and he goes actually were probably the best offensive line that year that they won the Super Bowl and Cardale Jones.
I mean, he had Zika Elliott, Michael Thomas, Curtis Samuel.
He had boasted on the other side of the ball, Um, he had a number of other Marshawn Lattimore on Malik Hooker.
That team was stacked.
He came into a probably one of the best college football teams toe ever play and came in and won the Big 10 championship.
Aan Den won the two subsequent playoff games to win the win. The national championship.
It's the same thing with Nick Foles, so you kind of have this romanticized opinion of him.
But look what happened when Cardo Jones came back the next year.
Barrett for most of the year because J.
Barrett's actually better quarterback.
They just got caught up with the backup the year before.
It's the same kind of thing, and you know, Eagles fans can can want Saint Nick back.
But look what he's doing on the Bears.
The Bears, same kind of thing.
They have a depleted roster.
They actually have more weapons than the Bears are.
And look what he's able to accomplish.
Not much so I think they need to be realistic about the actual options, and they're most likely option is to suck.
Missed the playoffs, get draft capital, get one of these amazing offensive linemen in this upcoming draft.
And then Corey chimed in in the chat owner.
The Stone coaches, coach and owners need to own coaches coach, and Pettersson needs to coach better.
The play calling to me hasn't been suited for wins, and I think getting him outside the pocket, letting him kind of what they were doing with him before.
I mean, just I just I hate watching this team.
Honestly, that's terrible.
When should we during more than 20 times a game? I don't think I say that.
I don't think I'd say that.
That to me is more of a Baker.
I've been very impressed with the Browns for the fact that they got the ball out of his hand and stop making him be, uh, because everybody was like, Oh, he's the new Brett Farr or the new Jay Cutler Just saying the ball everywhere.
No, Baker is not that guy.
I mean, missed a wide open Rashard Higgins in the end zone last week.
I mean, it's just insane to me.
See? And then Matt showing you some love telling you to preach.
Let's see up, Christine.
Kings read that for me, Matt.
Just trying to get brownie points and not even That's fine.
I will give them.
I want you to read it.
If you were on the Eagles, they would win a division title.
Thank you, Matt.
Someone knows the what kind of skill I provide to the tune into an NFL roster.
What would you do if I ended up on a team that I was actually nice? I'm root for you.
What the ****? I picked up a fancy stop.
Would you let me know how much their mind I was gonna ask you If you would just let me have you play the Dallas Cowboys.
I'll start anyone against together.
Okay, I imagine.
Just destroyed train on days ankles.
Um, let me start talking about that, but, uh, anything else on the NFL week that you thought was like, Look, we're looking that coming back into the showbiz on the Alex is cold blooded with those receiver routes. Yes, I am.
Yes, I am Christians.
Ankle seven recovered from from 09 I literally was, like, 14, and I played offensive line, so I'm not even gonna feel bad.
Question our not even not even get a reply here.
Packers with the barest to sleep.
Man, we'll be having a panel.
I'll be setting one up for everybody, so we can all kind of talk our **** together.
But that was it for this recap.
Um, in terms of the pick, um, we're not done yet because we have Steeler football tomorrow, which, by the way, gonna be watching it at my desk.
Probably sneak a little cold beer in the, uh, in the old coffee mug at work.
You know, just get my full little hole.
Little fit going.
But in week 12, Pickem shout out to Ethan Carboni.
He joined us last week.
Ah, Corey and myself are about to beat our special guest, Connie.
His best record, which was 13 wins in a weak way.
If the Steelers game doesn't happen or the Steelers don't win or yeah, exactly.
Steelers don't win, which means Korean myself.
A tied for first and this week's Pickem Christian is in third place at 10 and five.
Even Carboni 11 and four.
And in terms of overalls, Corey is currently at 105 and 55.
Christian is at 103 and 57 I'm at 107 56.
So I and wait one of four Excuse me.
I'm doing the math that I didn't write it in.
Unfortunately, one of 4. 56.
So I am one game off from Corey's first place lead and I am one game one person.
Yeah, I place my friend. Yes.
No, it's I'm just glad it's a ****ing close one, because I would have been really lame and one of us just wrote it all the way home.
Um, but let's get to your favorite segment to your to your perfect marriage.
That is you and Corey.
This is Christian and Cory's Corner.
Welcome back to Didn't todo to another edition.
Corner This'll Week talking all things Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Yes, the Buccaneers are gonna make the playoffs.
Yes, Tom Brady still ago, but this relationship with the Buccaneers.
Is that up breaking point? Yeah, Bruce Arians and Tom Brady are just fundamentally different.
I mean, Mike Lombardi's talked about it.
A few other people have talked about it in the media.
That's absolutely true.
The way that Tom Brady views the game, how he views that they need to win is not the same way that Bruce Arians views the game and how he believes they need to win.
Temporary Buccaneers are not putting Tom Brady in the position toe to succeed, and you're seeing the results of that.
I mean, you saw Tom Brady and Mike Evans having a discussion, uh, on animated discussion on the sideline.
You know who said I'm taking on that one? It's probably gonna be Tom Brady.
It's not gonna be, uh, Mike Evans, who's Onley quarterback he's ever had was Jamis Winston.
I wonder how Jamis Winston and Mike Evans hot routes, um, conversations went the last three years.
Anyways, I digress.
Tom Brady, a Tampa Bay are at a crossroads organization, needs to seriously look it on.
Decide if Bruce Arians, who's won one playoff game, his entire coaching career.
It's a long term future on this team.
All his quarterbacks have done is turn the ball over and get hit.
Is that what you want? Going forward? I understand.
Brady's maybe only has one or two more seasons at Max.
At the same time, you need to maximize your rest without now his Bruce Arians.
The future of this team.
He's already retired once and granted.
Brady is not the future of this team, but he is the right now.
And do the Bucks move on from Arians and get a new coach in there next year.
Someone that they view can take this team to the next level in the next 10 years.
What do you guys thoughts on? Temporary buck in your situation and I'll talk to you guys soon. See you.
Thank you, Corey.
And like always, we always seem to kind of tease his his corner on the topics.
Uh, Matt chime in, in in the comments, Corey, once again, I'm with on the money with this points.
I mean, honestly, I just when I looked at the stats, I mean, Bruce Arians, the quarterbacks and Bruce Arian system ranges from Andrew Luck ranges from Winston.
You have Carson Palmer.
You have Ben Roethlisberger.
It is true. They do get hit.
And I remember because I remember watching those games like Ben spend stop it like Ben has like a broken foot.
He's wearing like a cleat that's like two sizes, too, like larger so he'd have cushion in.
Quarterbacks and Bruce Arians offense do get hit quite often.
Um, like we saw with Carson Palmer and those millions of tourney clc had, I mean, even had to have a tourney.
See, like a nace cl transplant or something.
I know if you heard about that, that's how he revived his career, by the way.
Like he got an a C l from somebody who I think I don't think that maybe they passed away in a car accident, and then he taught that a c l two.
So it was like a really like when I heard he tore his a c o.
And that was the A c o.
That was from someone? Yeah, like it was bad.
Like I was like, Oh, man.
Well, side story, but yeah, no, I I really think that, like you were saying earlier, like Cory has said in the chat.
And in Corey's corner, Bruce Arians Arians has to make the change like you have tow work with what you have.
And you know what? Tom Brady.
It's still playing at a high enough level that you could really make this offense move.
You know, get these other players involved.
I mean, you have ****ing Antonio Brown, theoretically, as your number three receiver.
Howard never went down, then you'd have towering red zone options with O.
J Howard and Rob Gronkowski.
I mean, this team is ****ing and Mike Evans, which freaking? He's a red zone machine.
Isn't that kind of messed up? Since Mike Evans was before my calf, you make half this way colder and you know it.
No, that's true.
Mike, you came back at is different.
He's so different.
Um, he's a creative player.
When I watch him play, it's scary.
Yeah, no, that's insane.
The fact that his his predraft picture to me was insane because I was like, ****! All right, I gotta hit the gym right now.
You definitely the edits of your face on D came back house, Bobby.
I don't Surprisingly, But that's actually really surprising when you think about it.
With all the edits of me everywhere.
Not on D. K. Metcalf yet.
I'm gonna put that one on the roller, Dex.
I'm gonna put that one in the roller, Dex.
What? Anything else you wanted to add? I know that we you've already touched on this earlier in the show already did Christians corner and ranted on this, but, um, yeah, I I honestly, if how many more games they have left in the year, they are what? They're six and their off week.
Therefore, more games, more games.
They go one and four.
Honestly, maybe even two and three.
He should be fired.
There is no more room for getting your quarterback hit in the NFL.
High risk, high reward.
I mean, even look at the Chiefs offense.
Yeah, they have a lot of deep patterns, but their internal protectionist sound if they're going deep, they're having six or seven protect on the offensive line.
He just has an antiquated play calling style that honestly didn't even really work in the NFL before because it only really had success with him as a coordinator and albeit like with generational talent level quarterbacks and Big Ben and Andrew Luck.
But yeah, if he doesn't show any flexibility in the next couple weeks, they need to go get a young, offensive minded head coach who's younger than Tom Brady is going to be willing to let him drive the boat.
And that's gonna be the relationship that works because Bruce Areas just not getting it done.
So I got to say Yeah, Tampa Bay Buccaneer owners Corey, uh, Corey easily is available to be the the offensive coordinator for your team.
Just hit him up.
What would be fun to see Corey on the sidelines like, uh, inside zone, inside zone, uh, shout out to Cory.
Can't wait till, uh, the end of the the year when we get to have all three of us.
The trifecta on this show live.
Um, let's go and jump.
Two week 13 picks.
Korea. I apologize. I will take the lead this week.
You all know ahead of time, but let's get right to it.
Let's pull up the games, which, by the way, we have Tuesday football next week after having Wednesday football this week.
I hate this season, man.
Just be happy, *****.
Like I was, I was actually texting my my buddy, and he was the Broncos fan I was telling you about earlier.
And I was like, This is just what? What? We can't be mad at this, Really? Because this was what was the worry of what was gonna happen.
Like everybody knew what they were signing up for.
Everybody knew these breakouts could happen.
Everybody knew that there was going to be some fluidity with the scheduling shout out to the NFL schedule makers.
Your jobs probably insane right now.
Um, but, Dave, they're doing the best they can with being an uncharted Waters and the fact that we still have a season going.
I mean, honestly, every the last three weeks, I have been paranoid that I'm like, Oh, ****.
I'm gonna give everybody in all the fantasy leagues that run their money back like **** like that's gonna be annoying.
Like to have to go through.
You spend all that money on the clothes already? No, I did spend some of it, which is why I was cringing like ****.
I'm not the so then I have a $200 league, so you know how that's going.
But yeah, I just I just It is what it is, like, real quick.
Just a touch on it.
Um, he brought up that it wasn't fair that the Broncos didn't get to push their game as opposed to the Ravens that have been able to push their game.
And what I basically told them was like, Dude, I didn't see you care when Cam Newton didn't play for the Patriots because it was an isolated out.
I isolated exposure were only him.
And I believe Stefan Gilmore.
Well, I think he was with him, but he got cleared. Whatever.
I was like your entire all your quarterbacks weren't wearing masks.
That's why they didn't get pushed because it was like it wasn't following protocols.
That's why, uh, the Ravens Ravens had one position group.
It had to be the one that is one of the more important for your offense.
But like you said is one position group.
So and I told him I was like, there's taxi squads or like there's practice squad players that you have.
And if you don't have a quarterback there, then you just weren't preparing.
I guess it's ****ed.
I mean, Steelers have a practice squad quarterback, just in case.
Um, but the Ravens had a ****ing outbreak.
I mean, **** near.
Like you would hear every other day to be a new new positive.
Because I see a lot of people saying that like, Oh, the NFL hates the Steelers.
I'm like, No, we just happened to go against the teams that had those little breakouts, You know what I mean? Like, I'm not I'm not like I may.
I may have been mad on on Thursday.
I was probably liking some of those tweets, so don't dig him up.
Uh, I was just better, but I was just better because, like, Thanksgiving wasn't the same because of the pandemic.
And I was like, Let me wash my steel.
I can't even wash my Steelers and Thanksgiving, which was already, like, bumming me out.
But yeah, you can't You can't compare isolated, um, isolated exposures to like a full blown teams breaking out.
And again, it was a personnel that some conditioning coach that I guess wasn't following protocol, which is ****ing egregious on its own.
But, uh, shot at the NFL.
You're gonna be getting **** all year for this.
But thank you for making this happen somehow and giving us, uh, sports back because honestly, with everything going on in the world, if they take the NFL away, I know a lot of us are going to feel it and wish ****, I wish I could have a Wednesday game at four in the morning.
Now, like some random bull****.
I mean, it's a new game on Wednesday.
Yeah, yeah, it's It's a noon game.
Probably gonna take a lunch and get drunk and watch Steelers destroy the Ravens.
But let's get to our Week 13 pickem.
So we're e still still, the one more game left.
My Steelers Week 13.
No, Thursday Night Football this week.
But we have Sunday morning football.
We have the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons.
You know I'm gonna punch Tama.
Corey, I'm not to switch between screens.
Uh, Corey has the saints.
I have the saints, Christian, where you got and why is it the Falcon? I got the saints and not because I have to Falcon's jerseys in my cloth.
Just the better team.
Even the Falcons gotta win.
Giving states, baby! Yes! And take some help, Please Throw the ball toe.
Alvin Kamara, The fantasy community and myself will be very appreciative.
Uh, next game, we have the Detroit Lions and the Chicago Bears.
See, Corey has he never puts him in the right order.
I have the lions, Christian, we got I hate to tell you this much, but I'm gonna go the lions.
I just don't like the bears at all.
You're just You're just trying to stay.
Uh, stay right neck and neck with Corrina.
At some point, I gotta do a different picket.
Don't wanna beat you next game.
Indianapolis called Houston Texans Indianapolis Colts for both for Corey.
I have I have the calls to **** it.
Corey didn't put him in order.
I'm a kick his ass.
Alright, It's cool it against the Texans.
Christian, you got If there was well fuller in this game, I might consider taking the Texans.
But the Colts defense is just too good right now and then Quick sidebar because I didn't make it a big point but will fully tested positive for a substance that, you know, he was taking something.
His trainer, whoever it was, assured him that, you know, it was all good with the NFL.
He ended up failing a test.
He's out six weeks suspended six weeks. Excuse me.
Uh, Robie, the defensive back on the Texans has also been suspended for six games.
He has the same trainer.
That's also kind of e think they're starting to investigate that.
And then, like you pointed out in our group chat, you know, Brian Cushing is the, uh, strength and conditioning coach.
And we all know we all know his Ph.
History, which it's funny because because, you know, he's probably just trying toe like he's probably trying to like, you know, get that, get that shade out of his life, and it's like no one can stop bringing it up.
And Connie said, Alex, take that hat off.
You don't deserve something like that.
First of all, Connie, uh, go put on a Yankee hat and stop showing off your mop hair.
See, Matt Saints all the way.
Here, you mascot.
The bears who? Let's see All right, honestly, the this this part of it is chop because Cory didn't follow the same order that these games. Aaron.
Uh, then we got the Raiders and the Jets.
I have the Raiders.
Corey has the Raiders. Christian.
When you up, I got the Raiders.
Just let's go on Cordis order. It might make it quicker.
Just know all these games you're going to get played.
Alright? And the next game we have the Cleveland Browns Tennessee Titans.
I have the Titans, Korea's Titans.
We got Dambrot, uh, last week and this week are like some of those weeks where it's like, ****, it's gonna be hard to, like, really break away on some of these ****.
Give me the Browns. **** it.
I just let you loser, I'll take a Baker.
Mayfield could never They could be.
They have a good defense.
So e I wouldn't be surprised, But I'm sorry, King Henry, which shout out to me.
I just caught him in Dynasty the week before he went off on secured me a playoff berth.
That's why um next game.
Cincinnati Bengals, Miami Dolphins, Korean.
I have the Dolphins, Christian.
You got given the Dolphins. Easy.
It's easy week, man.
Seriously, all these e I feel like I didn't have to really think too hard on these games.
Next game, we have the Ram Aly going against the Arizona Cardinals.
I have the Rams, Christian as a Ram.
I mean, Korea's Rams Christian.
I'm assuming you're gonna stick stick with the Rams.
Wait one month so far.
I'll go with the Rams, man prior to me wants take the Cardinals after having a shaky lost.
But I think McVeigh is a much we're much better ran organization following the I win Next game.
Are you going to go with the risky underdog right now? You should go with the Jaguars like Vikings.
I want to do that from all right.
You got the Vikings? Whatever.
New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks.
Corey and I have to see our please Christian.
Tell me, Rachael Colt McCoy.
Quote the Seahawks.
I smelled a pretty good money line. Parley.
Just doing right here.
No, no, no, don't do that.
Because every time it looks like that, it's never that **** gambling in the fire uh, grounds, is it? See this game? I could see the underdog winning.
It's somehow before Matt chimes in and tries to kill me right now.
A what? What? Matt called the Vikings Vai Queens with the wind e did not know that.
It's just like families.
Philadelphia Eagles Green paid Packers.
According I have the Packers, and I feel like this is one of those trapped games.
Were somehow like the Eagles could win this game.
And Matt, no shade at your team.
Don't come at me.
But I'm saying like it's always the games.
You don't expect to be the ones where you're, like up that killed the parlay.
Yeah, we already had that.
And more than one trap game.
Tiger teams could have more than more than one.
Ah, trapped games.
It's not not excluding college football.
Yeah, Oregon Ducks with the ****ing beavers.
Alright, Packers, right? I'm assuming.
Yeah, USC with the Beavers back in the day should talk about Mark Sanchez.
Yeah, who cares? Who next game? New England Patriots, Los Angeles Chargers.
I am rolling with the Chargers.
I don't know what the **** is wrong with me.
I believe in this team.
For some reason.
Even though Coach Anthony Lynn can't ****ing coach of, he's bad.
If Corey want to talk about situational coaching Anthony Lynn, it needs to be like the number one right next toe, right ahead of Kingsbury.
Corey is going with this Patriots.
I'm sure he's on a high right now with the way the Patriots have.
Ah, had a statement victory against the Cardinals.
I gotta give him credit that that victory was impressive to me.
Christian, what you got.
Thank God they still covered the boosted spread.
But I will take the Patriots in this one, all right, I respect that.
I respect that next game.
Denver Broncos can City Chiefs.
Cory and I have the Chiefs.
I'm assuming you have the chief's to look how easy this week is the Chiefs.
This could be a trap game for the Chiefs, especially jury lock plays.
Um, just because the Chiefs and the Broncos have always kind of had that weird little thing with each other on day, also have a good defensive line, so that could give the Chiefs problems.
But got to give me Patrick Mahomes. No way.
So see if there's any chance that Kendall, who plays the quarterback again I can't even risk that.
Oh, my, I'd be insane.
Uh, actually, none of all the quarterbacks tested negative, so they should be back next week.
Um, next game next game.
We have the Steelers and the Washington football team.
You obviously have to steal your steal. Okay.
I thought you gonna go thio talking, bro? I'm a liar.
Just like your liars.
Okay? I'm toxic.
The moments that I wish we had that other podcast, you just let the toxic **** come out on that side.
No, actually. ****.
No, I don't need I don't need that **** out on the Internet.
Buffalo Bills. Francisco 40 Niners.
Corey has the 40 Niners.
I have the Bills, Christian.
We got I'm going bills all the way.
You're crazy, Corey.
Corey hates the bills, though, so I think that's some like bitterness in there.
Honestly, Really more than Perry.
You think Perry's bills? Hey, Cory's built a You and Corey are a perfect marriage in arguing Perry.
And Cory's perfect marriage comes from their hatred of Buffalo.
I thought, You're gonna say disillusioned, but yeah, could be Buffalo.
That Death's quarterback deck.
You know he's not next game.
Baltimore Ravens and Dallas E.
That's how I know that's not the best quarterback.
And when Perry says that I really, really question his mental like state.
Honestly, Ravens cowboys.
Tuesday night, I'm checking it for this night.
Tuesday night Football.
Ravens, Ravens, Ravens, Right.
Let's see. We got one.
Alright, The bills Chargers, game 40 Niners and then my my brown stick.

That's what happened.
You and I are both drinking water this time way.
Yeah, You know, I'm gonna be honest with you, man.
We gotta bring the drinking back next week.
Whole bottle of wine will do it.
I mean, I do have one here right now, but I've been avoiding drinking it.

Check that out, Corey.
Uh, I feel like Peri Peri was like on the he was like Nate Robinson because he started saying that, like because LeBron had more.
Has a better record in the first round like that.
LeBron LeBron is better than Jordan.
That that's why I was like, bro, you better You could have made a better argument.
And that's what you went.
And it made me not like your argument at all.
Um, but besides that man, honestly, thank you for joining me today.
I appreciate you always, uh, can't wait till sooner or later.
We're gonna do a live show like where it's you.
Me and Corey were gonna fly to ****ing Perth and ****ing to eat all his kids fruit snacks and just, like, wreak havoc at his house.
I love I can't wait.
I will clog his toilet and then watch the water Foolish because, you know, in Australia, the water goes Yeah, yeah, yeah, the cold in ****ing believe me Shuttle lying to her.
Why the **** would I lie to you about that ****? Yeah, that's actually like that.
I actually thought that was common knowledge.
Well, I heard I don't know about you, but I'm the type of weird person right here, **** like that at a young age, like six or seven.
And I never forget c t nothing.
I forget **** all the time, but those memories boom like crystal clear clarity in my mind.
Bull**** aside, I only want to joke about CTE because I've already had the warnings from my doctor already from football.
It's about sometimes you don't know if it's the CTE or if my plug really has ****.
And so I don't really be knowing something.
No, honestly, because sometimes, like my short term memory loss, I'm like because I remember the doctors like, Oh, you could have some short term memory loss.
And I'm like, and he's like, Yeah, you could be at risk for Alzheimer's little sooner.
I'm like, Whoa, you don't say that so casually, Doc. Like Jesus.
Yeah, that's that's three concussions.
That's why I always hired It's not because I'm not skilled enough.
So did the tiny tiny **** kind of contribute to that? Or that you saw him for a separate reason? And he just didn't Same doctors trip.
I forgot that you're gonna be gone.

You didn't actually show off your financial gains this week, which is, uh, very antsy.
Maybe it's the alcohol that that gives us the extra, like, push my financial gains this week.
I'm not even trying to claw out like that.
Yeah, I don't even I just like to invest money.
That's what I like to do is fine.
It's is some lights.
Um, like, you know, e posted my Robin Hood on my instagram yesterday so I don't even know.
Like did you? I didn't see that.
Yeah, I mean, like, e mean.
Honestly, if there's ever another pandemic or anything, you should definitely invest when the market gets really crappy.
Because I made Let's just say, like 23%.
Just buying like McDonald's stock.
Sure, I made so much money during the initial pandemic off just buying stocks.
