And a lot of these guys gave me love and they held it down.
Uh, Tuesday's show Joe Miller.
Clay, what I'm saying they held it down.
Steve was holding it down.
They had a fantastic show.
And then on Friday, my man, Jeff Landers, the vet came through with Clay and my man Ziebart.
Zach. Yo, They crushed that.
And by the way, if meat is between a sandwich, it za sandwiches, a burger.
It's the same ****.
You know what I'm saying? I don't know.
Everybody was talking about sandwich this sandwich.
Meat between two pieces of bread.
What burger sandwich? All the same.
I don't give a ****, but it's tricky what I'm saying.
But anyway, that being said, I want to thank each and everyone you guys for tuning in.
You guys already know what it is is the rico report.
We back at it once again.
What I'm saying? I miss ringing that bell, and I got I got some people with me today.
I got some people with me today that you guys are probably like What? How how did you How did you figure this thing? This thing out.
But guess what? We make it happen because the Rico reports.
So without further ado, let me bring in my guy, my man. Yes.
Let me get my man The king pin in the building.
Man, that intro is nice.
You feel me? You feel me, But we can't finish.
We can't just start the show without bringing my other man's in this *****.
You guys you guys don't even know, man.
I'm gonna let my man set up because he's right.
Now he's gonna set up right now, So let me, Yeah.
People have been watching you on the screen for a minute now.
Yo, man, where you been, man? I've been hiding.
I've been hiding.
I've been kinda, you know, allowing my guys to do their thing.
So, Yo, Barry Co much love to you, man.
Much love to you, man.
Happy birthday, by the way.
You know, let the guys know, man.
Like, how was the day? Like what? Like let me tell you this.
It was It was nice, man.
We got finished the week.
Yo, the last couple weeks I work has been crazy.
Crazy. So it was something I needed.
So white feet planted out took me out.
I got dressed up.
I mean, suited and booted and everything.
And then the day after, the kids put a little something together for the boy.
You mean you guys know why I do? What I do is, you know, because I love the bills market.
But you guys know I never interrupt the show when my kids come through because their number one to me, you know how it is.
And for those that do have the kids, you all you all know what the deal is, man.
So, yeah, it was a great great day. Great celebration.
You're saying another year? Blessed 36.
Man, you can't, uh, tonight that you're saying and I got appreciate it and everyone you guys coming through.
So we have a full docket.
I'm waiting for my guys about to come back, but he's not.
He's not just yet, so we're gonna wait for him, OK? He's back now.
And ladies, Jimmy, let me bring my guy Zach.
That was going on, Rico.
You blew the cover, man. I got out of the picture.
I was going to slide in Collinsworth style when you introduction when you introduce me.
But next time we'll get them next time.
E, I was wondering what you were doing.
I had a whole plan, man, but it's all good.
I should have let you guys in on it first.
Usually when you got to let people know what that's usually the way it goes.
If you don't do it, it usually doesn't work. And here we are.
So that's how I made my best.
Eso, Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the RICO Report.
This is the Buffalo Fanatics.
You got your board, Rico.
You got my man. Let me point all I got it right.
You got my man, the kingpin, and you've got the body in this *****.
What's happening today? We got a full.
We got a few things to talk about, Folks.
We got a few things to talk about.
It sucks because we can watch the game.
We can't do anything when it's a by week.
We sitting there watching everybody else play.
But there's some crucial things happening.
So this game, that just game that went by the Titans edge out the Ravens and over time, you know, twice.
Now that is twice keeping.
How do we lose to the Titans? I mean, I feel that we can play with the Titans, and they sent here whooping on the dam rivers twice.
It just felt like everything that was bad happened in the Titans game.
I mean everything.
Um e don't think, um, the Titans even had the ball in their own territory.
I mean, yeah, right.
So it it was this bad all the way around.
I see the Patriots lost, which was Bigas.
Well, so, man, I mean, look, the dolphins right now are up.
What? But seven or nothing.
Right? So already upset enough already.
The game already.
You just busted the larger one. No.
Let's get it, E zone.
There s O and that is the exact Tell me if when you look at the FC and you see what teams are playing right now, what teams are playing? Where's the advantage for us? What do we need happening this week without us doing anything? What is into our advantage? What do you think? Uh, man, let's see.
I mean, I think advantageous to us.
It's having a week to put that game behind us.
I think a lot of people can look at the bye week and say, Hey, it's gonna be a long time since we play again.
We're gonna sit on that for two weeks, but a week goes by and you really get Thio, you know, work out not only the injuries that the team has, perhaps the mental fogginess at a game like against the Cardinals provides to a team.
I think at first I was upset the Bills had a by coming this week after a loss like that.
The more I thought about it, the more I think it works in their advantage.
They have a full two weeks to prepare for a very crucial end of the season here.
A lot of big games every game is crucial.
For the most part, we have nine teams coming in today into Sunday, that air six and three or better than the A F C.
The A F C is wide open.
I don't think it's ever been this competitive in my life, so the biggest advantage here is the fact that the by was when it was obviously we would have loved to have had the wind go our way against Arizona and it would have been much better by week.
I'm still claiming the wind, by the way, but I think I am, too, man, really.
I can't sleep without claiming the win in my head. It's unbelievable.
But it couldn't have come at a better time.
And when you look at what's coming up and what the bill has had to deal with this, faras injuries were concerned.
I think it was a perfect timing and ast faras the games were going on today.
There isn't like a ton.
I think that circulates around the Bills.
Unfortunately, Miami's playing the Broncos, and I think we all kind of assumed Miami is going to wind up winning this one.
If if Denver can figure it out, that would be great.
But it is nice on a Sunday to just kind of be able to kick back watching football without pacing back and forth and wondering if they're gonna.
It's what's gonna happen, You know what I mean? I do enjoy the by weeks for that reason alone, and absolutely because you mentioned something about good timing.
And speaking of good timing, I'm gonna go show some love to my guy, Brian Bowers.
With great timing, he says, You know this is lit Rico Qingping as they buy good stuff Z body.
You know me on Twitter as Brian Anthony, Keep up the great content by G Let me tell you something, Brian E.
I appreciate you.
Brian is the man.
And I got I got I gotta sometimes you gotta get flowers, right? This Z like what do you Ziebart? Zach, What do you want? All right, so man stumble lifelong story up.
My dad was calling me Zieba since I was literally a half foot tall.
There's a picture of me when I'm about seven months old with little play blocks in front of me.
Spelled out Zieba So fast.
Forward to seventh grade.
Our technology teacher goes.
You guys can go by a nickname in class if you want to.
So all my buddy start punching me, They go tell him, Zieba. Tom Zieba.
I told him Zieba, it has now been, I think, 15 years Since then.
I don't think anybody in my life has called me Zach.
My girlfriend of five years has never called me Zach.
It's not a close friend of mine that calls me Zach.
My girlfriend's family.
I don't even think knows my real name.
So is usually what I run e guess that's the day.
So do they call you Bob or Bob or or What is it? There's a million of them, so it z bob Baht Buiter.
There's a million different variations of all.
My different friends have different ones, but the main reason it's stuck My best friend from home now his nickname was now's, but his real name's Christian.
We went to college together when we room together and we had a conversation.
We said, Are we going Thio go to college and go by our real name? Are we gonna be those guys who go by the nickname and see what happens? We decided to go by the nickname not a single person in college my entire four years ever knew what my real name was.
So, dude, I I'm like halfway through my twenties at this point, and no one even called by my real name. So it's a weird reality.
But quick, real quick, you Actually, I think you had a positive thing happened to you, right? Because I remember when you were first with us, Uh, like last year or something.
The whole thing was, What's up? This guy's voice now, right? Yeah, man.
Dude, that was when I first kicked off with you guys.
I at first was remember you and I talked about it, but I think you kind of felt bad for me because the first thing, like, right off the bat, man and the bills were terrible when I first started.
So I think everybody was just, like, ****ed to begin with, because all the content was like, should the bills tank type of remember making like a video talking about like the bill is tanking or whatever, but every comment was like, Do this guy smoke 60 packs of cigs a day? This guy sounds like he needs reconstructive surgery on his on his lungs.
I'm like, Dude, I've never smoked a cig in my day, man.
It's just it's just hereditary.
I guess my dad sounds the exact same.
Listen, listen, yo, whatever the good Lord give you work with it that you use it to my advantage If you hear me out of a million people, you know it's me.
So I guess I'll take that for good or for worse.
Let me tell you something.
If Mr Bruce Nolan can actually and do everything.
He doesn't just put up a picture and he gets that.
He gets a pass right? And he's looking for you exactly on, he says.
Surely someone has told U Z Box sounds like South compassion.
You gotta put a selling you or sounds a bit.
He sounded like you.
Actually, it will sell has been copying me for a while now.
I've been meaning to call him out on it, but no cell doesn't have a distinct voice.
He's another guy.
Like, if you're listening to the radio and you hear his voice like you immediately know itself without question.
So cool thing, I guess you know it makes you that makes you a little different.
Even though some people clearly, uh, clearly want to start funding my reconstructive throat surgery for what are we gonna leave it just the way it is? But my man, Scott Van Loo, shout out to my guy, Scott says, I got a question for the both of you.
Miami is playing today against Denver.
Their quarterback lock really can't hack it, and he can't even get off his own 20 yard line.
He threw an interception for his on his first possession sometimes.
Let me tell you something.
I got I got, I got I got a combat that, um Who was it? Who is that? That reporter from, uh, from the Denver area.
Albright? His name is Alright, Alright, alright.
Mentioned something today or he mentioned something. Nature.
You guys have to have patience in a guy by by like like Drew lock the same way.
You know, saying people have patients in and Josh Allen because everybody was saying Josh, I was not that guy.
He's to rock here.
Three He's in contention for every P talks, So he's saying, Everybody chill out on Drew lock So give him some time.
But some people are like the hold. On a second.
You were trashing Josh Allen.
All of a sudden. You like, give him some patients.
He's like, Listen, you could be very harsh and critical on a quarterback, But your 303 he's improved vastly, and he's making a lot of people apologize.
So Ju lock has the tools.
You just got to give him some time.
And you've got to figure things out because, in my opinion, I feel like Denver is very similar to what the Bills have, right, making solid to to running to running back.
That really haven't really kind of push it in and a decent receiving court when they're all healthy.
So and the defense is pretty solid.
So very similar in nature.
Just got to give the quarterback time, because once you put it together, Denver Broncos, they're gonna be a problem man.
My man, I think you said it best.
E Think you said it best when you said that I'm hearing a little echo to Rico.
I don't know you, but yes, but the thing about lock is that he has all the talent in the world.
I mean, he has a strong arm, He has the intangibles.
And one he's been suffering, you know, through injuries a lot lately.
So and the Broncos themselves, they lost Von Miller.
Um, they lost some injuries as well.
So I really like Drew lock.
I think he has all the intangibles, of course.
So it's time to see what happens.
It's time to see what happens.
But this is not about the Drew lock.
So this is the Buffalo Bills, and we're here to talk about the bills.
So let's talk about what's going on in the FC right now.
So I need I don't know if you guys saw, but Joe Burrow was looking quite promising.
Like he looks like he's gonna be a guy that's gonna be in this league for a long time.
But he took a vicious hit today.
It was awkward hit that made him land a little weird.
I don't know what the outcome is, but he's definitely out for the season.
How that Z you completed it.
You're not gonna get rid of me that easy.
I must see you guys next year.
So he s so maybe maybe it's the A C l.
I don't know, but he was holding on to that knee, um, then shout out to burrow because borough was looking as confident as ever even when the team wasn't mean winning.
But in that tough F c North is kind of it's kind of hard, but yo, that's gotta That's gotta be demoralizing you Could you imagine? I'm not saying it, but if ah quarterback of that nature takes a hit when your team is surging, Andi could be on its way and then nothing happens.
That kind of blows.
Uh, let's talk about this, though. New England.
I need your opinion on this, kingpin.
I'll start with you.
Man can win, then recover from this.
And I'm not talking about this year I'm talking about.
Can they recover and get back into the FC graces, Uh, by revamped.
Or is this going to be the time where New England takes its time to, like now develop? You're gonna be in the ba*****t for a couple years now.
What do you think we were in the ba*****t for? How long is that? Because, I mean, you're younger than me.
Let me tell you a certificate.
Back back, then? Yeah, That's how long way were in.
We were in a funk for a very long time, and we all know why it was because we we didn't have that franchise guy, right? Not having a franchise quarterback is big.
You know, Bill Belichick is a quote unquote defensive genius, but it's not looking like he's doing, you know, that will without Tom Brady, you know, like people wanted the harp on that one season when Matt Cassel, but without having that franchise guy.
It's very, very difficult for if at the very least, have consistent, you know, success.
So I think they're done, man.
Now are they Just dump it there for a while.
Know for a while? Yeah, for sure.
Yeah, Z by third time it's done.
Yeah, well, as of right now, prior to today.
Well, actually, as of right now, the path would pick 12th.
And I mean, like, you look at you.
Look at Belichick, who He's terrible in the draft.
That's the nice thing.
So I agree with Pierre because Belichick is, well, Azaz.
They've done and not well, is amazing.
As they have done over two decades.
They can't draft.
They are so bad at drafting offensive talent, and Belichick is still the GM off New England.
And, as we've seen, there has never been a head coach GM combo that really works and clicks perfectly.
Belichick is an unbelievable coach, the best of all time, not so much a GM, they they're in a situation now.
They have never been under his tenure, and this is a completely different situation for Belichick, so we don't know if it's going to be tried and true.
Bill Belichick going forward.
He has to now rebuild a team, something that he has not had to dio since, literally the year 1999.
I mean, that's what we're talking about here. It's incredible.
The length in which they've been able to extend this dynasty will never see anything like it again.
The fact that they have to rebuild in the draft should should terrify Pats fans, and it should make us really excited.
But right now I look at their draft pick.
Everybody's talking about Fields.
Everybody's talking about Trevor Lawrence.
Well, what about the kid from BYU? What about Kyle Trask from Florida? Does Belichick find a way to grab one of those guys in, you know, early on in the draft and develop one of those guys into the next big thing? Or what I'm hearing? Which would be unbelievable.
Does Belichick go back out to spite the original? The original scenario of getting rid of Jimmy Garoppolo taking him back from San Francisco and starting him in New England, proving Robert Kraft and Tom Brady wrong and running it with Jimmy G.
I could see it happening and it would be classic Patriots and New England.
But I want to agree with Pierre and think that due to the fact that New England is terrible, a drafting and due to the fact that they're worse this year than anybody could have saw coming, they're gonna be in the ba*****t for a long time in the world just so hard getting a quarterback right? It's just so hard.
So it's, you know, knowing how hard it is.
I just don't see them.
Just boom, they got one and then they're off to the races.
In the words off, Kevin Garnett, Anything is possible because it is true.
Anything that you could see shaping up.
I mean, look at the Niners Niners.
They're kind of like in disarray, but they're depleted by injury, which which happens.
But Garoppolo going back to New England, I don't know if the Cards were playing that right now, and here's another thing, too.
Can we? Can we can we split on how we we show love to Belichick on head coach Belichick and the guy the guy that gets all the groceries, Bill Belichick, because his grocery, his grocery getting is not great? You know what I'm saying he's putting.
He's putting together a roster and he's blaming it on a What do you want me to do? I don't have any money.
You make it work, you're making tryto happen.
And right now, I don't think you give your your quarterback enough your mind.
You've got him on the low low, but you're not giving him upto work with it.
So I really hope that he bungles this really bad and he's in the ba*****t for a long time, so he feels the pain of the bills have been feeling for so **** long.
And I don't know, go ahead.
No, no, because I was gonna add on to that, right? Okay, let me ask questions.
Hold on before you do before you do, I got to give a shout out to my guy.
Yo, Gutowski says just just subscribed Watching from Papa Hungary U S military Keep up the good work, guys.
I feel at home listening to you guys.
I appreciate that you need thio e.
I hope I didn't get your hold on. I gotta get served your shot.
I gotta get my guy.
Joe Chavez in this ***** watching these three Kings on the Buffalo last weekend.
I agree. Any is done for a while.
They will be in a cube purgatory for a while.
I really hope so.
I really hope so, man.
So how many years do Patriots fans have to, you know, latch onto the legacy, right? Because I'm in, Uh, you know, Washington Town, right on all I hear you know, whenever I'm talking about the, you know, the the skin's all I hear is, well, we have three in the case, and I'm like, Oh, here we go.
You haven't been good for the last almost 30 years, But you wanna latch onto this championship.
So how many years of the Patriots fans have? Because, you know, in my opinion, it's over. It's over.
I don't honestly way have to.
We have to wait till the offseason to really see what's happening right now.
It's trending downwards because it doesn't look like as soon as Tom Brady left, man, you start.
You started seeing people opt out.
Yo, I ain't playing this year.
I am playing this year and key players at that.
So it could be a trend that if Tom Brady ain't here and he's the one that makes us work.
Right, But there's some guys are getting paid.
You get paid to this job, right? You know how much you pay me.
All right, I'm gonna say I'm gonna stick around, but we'll see.
A lot of players were actually taking less because they had Tom Brady and they were winning page Nobody.
They pay nobody on that team.
Didn't never even pay Tom Brady.
He was taking cuts all year long.
His wife was making the money in the house.
They don't pay anybody over there.
Boy was living off his endor*****t, man, so you can't do that.
So you crafts got open that wall it up, or you're gonna get nobody, because right now you guys lucked into 1/6 rounder.
What I'm saying and Tom Brady and he brought you mass success.
Where you gonna find another Tom Brady? I don't think so.
You tried it with Ryan Mallett. You got rid of Garoppolo.
You try to hold with a whole bunch of guys.
You know what I'm saying? So I'm not gonna have that.
So I do need to bring this up though, because this is something that is now starting to become something that z gonna be all over your screens.
Lamar Jackson before we get into bills.
Right? Lamar Jackson. Right now, the Ravens.
It affects us because these air playoff playoff caliber teams So we may face one of these guys.
But Lamar Jackson is looking pedestrian like man.
Ah, lot of the things that they were saying about this man. Year one.
He approved the wrong year, too.
Now you're three.
You're like, Come on, son.
Like you gotta start making these plays.
Man, He's looking like very much like a Tyrod Taylor esque where I'm like, yo, get it together, be get it together because right now you can't just latch onto Andrews, My guy, you brought in Hollywood Brown For what? Look, if I'm a receiver and you guys are sending me and I'm and I'm and I'm trying to be as unbiased because I love my Jackson, But if I'm a receiver and I'm and you're trying to draft me to come to the Ravens No, son, if I'm tight end, yo, bring me there anytime.
But receipt like what is happening with the **** Lamar Jackson, the Ravens boy, that's two losses they've taken out.
You know what saying right here? So I see the comment from Huffine says Lamar has been figured out and look, are you able to adjust to being adjusted to Rico? I know you heard that term for me for many, many of many years when it comes down to quarterbacks, at least the young ones.
I've been really big on the fact that we can't really, you know, Judge a quarterback until they have figured out how to adjust when teams have adjusted against them.
Right? Um, you know, Josh has been an amazing job and constantly adjusting and taking steps forward.
But then you have the Lamar Jackson's and even the Baker Mayfield who are taking steps back.
So so, you know, wasn't the one year fluke? It's looking like it.
As far as I mean when you have the quarterback saying that the defense's are calling out our plays, it means that Okay, whatever you're doing, like Huffine says, you kind of been, you know, get it figured out.
So and I'm gonna have to put this in there because a lot of people want to blame on.
I didn't like the comment that that Lamar made.
They're trying to figure this out.
Then you don't have.
If the coach isn't trusting you enough, Thio, make your adjustments and audible and get out of things that you think the defense's like Run, run, run, run right it's on.
You know what I'm saying? And it pains me to say this, but I have to be really was possible.
So Greg saying Greg woman can't design the offenses.
Sorry can design offenses.
Greg Roman can't adjust offices and Lamar isn't developing as a pastor, and he's not.
So the real question is who you need a guy like Josh Allen had that is specifically there to develop him.
I don't know if Lamar is just skipping out on having a specific guy playing at the quarterback with him all offseason, but he's going to have to get it together because they're going toe.
Label him the gim**** freaking quarterback that he tried not to be labeled, but he's proving it.
So, Zack, is it too late for him to recover to become a passing quarterback in this league? Here is just another reason why you have to be extremely excited to have Josh hailing on our team, right? We've already seen Lamar Jackson, one of them VP, and everybody wanted to crown on the greatest quarterback from that draft.
Perhaps the next great right? We've seen the best of of Lamar Jackson.
We have seen his ceiling.
He won an M V p in went 14 and two.
We have not seen Josh Allen sealing.
I don't think anybody even knows what it is between last year and this year.
And as Pierres rib down before multiple times, I don't think he saw it coming.
I sure as hell didn't I don't know anybody else other than Pierre really, who saw that massive leap coming.
So why should I not believe that there's Maurin Store? There was an unbelievable progression from Josh Allen from last year to this year.
Now we're seeing Lamar Jackson regress immeasurably, and this was happening prior to this year.
You have to remember the Mar Jackson even though they went 14 and two last year.
They lost in the first round of the playoffs to the Titans, who nobody thought was going to do anything, and he is not capable of winning from behind.
He does not have a career victory, where they're trailing at half and just again today.
They have an opportunity to score a touchdown on the final drive of the regular of the regular time, and he throws the ball out of bounds.
They settle for a field goal.
They get the ball first in overtime, they go three and out. Titans win.
Lamar Jackson is not a quarterback.
I want on my team in a clutch scenario or in a scenario where I need to get points.
He's a flashy player.
He's incredibly fun to watch.
But if I wanted to build my organization around somebody, right in this moment, Lamar Jackson probably doesn't crack my top 10 list.
And the reason for that is because I do not think he is capable of leading his team to victory when the going gets tough.
Look at Josh Allen.
He should have had his 12th game winning drive last week.
That would have been the most since he's came into the league.
That's what matters.
Winning MVPs don't the stats that Josh Allen has proved over his career and his time thus far, including the progression is what does matter? E No.
What? No, but I don't know.
I'm going to say just to piggyback on that exact And Bruce said it best.
I don't think he called what he well, Bruce said.
He said that that Greg Roman is able to design offenses, but he's not ableto adjust when it comes down to a quarterback like Lamar Jackson that you can only play them in that offense because I said maybe I read that correctly, maybe because I felt that because he designs the place, But it's up to the quarterback to see and make some adjustments.
Maybe I'm reading a.
That could be the case, too.
But the thing about about Lamar Jackson is that you can Onley run.
You know that style of offense.
You know where? As like a Josh Allen, for example, you know you have options and you know what? And and reading reading Bruce's comment again, it's it's a it's a combination of both.
He's saying Greg isn't adjusting a can adjust, and Lamar isn't developing as a pastor, either, so it's a bit of both so something.
I mean, the trend is looking you had you had a Ah, good athlete in What's my What's my guy? Tyrod Taylor? And it just was, It just got cold.
It just got right, couldn't do anything.
And right now he's looking kind of like the same.
So it's a bit of both the blade.
A little bit of both.
I gotta give a shout out to my guy Scott van because he's been a fantastic supporter.
So let me jump on that comment from my guy.
Scott Scott says.
So so say Miami wins today.
We have to two wins out of the rest of the our games to take the division.
I know we've got more conference.
I'm trying to decode what he's trying to say conference wire for no in our own conference.
But does that mean we will still have a run to stay ahead of Miami? If I'm reading this correctly? I don't give a **** what Miami is doing. We just gotta keep winning.
What we got, e don't give a **** what Miami is doing now.
I don't disrespect Miami because I have been here too much slander on Miami like Miami ain't ****.
And I hate to be that guy.
But Bills fans need to have some respect for Miami because we played a very different Miami team.
We got 23 right.
There are very different team now.
They are surging defensively.
So when? When we know we know.
I think Kevin said it best.
He's like you guys were shooting on my Miami team.
But Miami team is really constructed like you're 17 Bills team running on the backs of the defense defense is what kept us what in in all games you feel me.
So Yeah, go ahead.
You know that Miami has to prove that they can beat us.
Because we've been We've been mopping Miami every time we play them.
So I'm not gonna give Miami, You know, too much crap.
I see what you're saying, though we can't sleep on them, but I'm still snoozing.
You know what I don't understand? Why is everybody so quick all of a sudden to just crown them the A F C chance? I'm watching the pregame today on CBS.
Everybody but Bill Cower doing their predictions for the playoffs.
Has Miami winning the east? Do they not realize that Josh Allen has not lost them in his career.
Stats are unbelievably better than every other one of his games against the Dolphins.
I don't know what they're seeing, and everybody wants to keep saying the Dolphins schedule the rest of the way.
It's so much easier than the Bills.
It really isn't.
It's pretty dead.
Even they each have one really massive game against a top tier opponent.
The Dolphins play the Chiefs.
The Bills play the Steelers.
But if you look at that schedule, really try and argue to me how much easier it is for the Dolphins than it is for the Bills.
I don't know, and the Bills already have a half game lead and they play them again Week 17.
I just don't understand why.
All of a sudden last year, everybody wanted to say they were taking.
All of a sudden everybody wants Let's put too much on the Dolphin because we're gonna talk about the schedule and we're gonna get into that.
I will. I promise you that.
Shout out to my God, Brian Bauer says.
Man, I've been saying this since last year.
Dude can't throw outside the numbers so he will be ineffective.
Long term in the NFL.
The Bills defense exposed Omar last year.
He hasn't been the same.
I think everybody knows Lamar's game.
You just gotta be confident in who is on your defensive personnel to take away the outside. You.
I'm saying if you have some weak corners, he'll take advantage of it.
But if you have some half decent corners that could lock down their opponents you pretty much what it is big.
But you limited. Lamar.
Remember a few years ago when we had Tyrod? Can I forget? I wouldn't say it was the Chargers, and I remember this and I'll never forget this when they asked the defensive player.
Hey, man, what was the game plan against Tyrod? Remember, the guy said we had a long conversation.
He said, Look, we just We wanted to have tire.
I play quarterback, just haven't played quarterback.
And I'm like, Wow, man, that's big.
And when it comes down to it, Oh, Lamar Jackson, for example. It's the same thing.
Have this guy played quarterback and there's a whole different offense.
It's a whole different office, for sure.
I appreciate that.
My G says, uh, tour really said he thought it was gonna be harder playing in the NFL, shaking my head.
I can't wait to play them.
Yo, the two actually said that he thought it was gonna be harder.
Okay, So he's confident, So all it takes is a good lick, and he's gonna He's gonna rethink that statement.
That's for **** sure you're gonna rethink that.
Randy Bo Bandy says Ziebart speaking the truth, man.
Randy, I love the profile picture, man.
That is epic loving that Randy Bo Bandy showing love, man, I got.
So, fellas, I got to jump into the to the next one.
Right? So right now we're looking at the Steelers right now, Steelers are 10.
And oh, what do you make of the Steelers? Because now, before you get into that, they've beaten three teams with a record of over 500.
Two of them are from the F C North.
You've got the Ravens and you've got grounds and they've beaten the Titans.
Everybody else has been below 500.
So what do you make of this? 10 and no Steelers team? Are they for real? Are we are we to take them seriously or do we match up right? Perfectly against.
Because, in my opinion, I feel we do Z, but I'm gonna start with you.
How do you feel about these 10 and no, uh, Steelers, you know, I know.
I mean, it's weird.
I look at the schedule, I look at the Steelers and they're undefeated, and it's a prime time game.
It should be the one that really sticks out the most.
As far as what, what? One out of the games that the Bills fans should be terrified about.
I don't necessarily know if I'm really that terrified of the Steelers right now.
Yes, there. 10 to know.
I don't feel like they're 10 and no.
And everybody keeps saying that.
The worst time to no team had ever seen.
I don't know about that, but do they really feel like they're 10 and no? Does a 10 and no teen barely be a Cowboys team who had a quarterback that was working at Burger King two weeks before he played in that game.
It was a terrible outing by by Pittsburgh and I just don't know if there truly 10 and oh worthy and I think that that's gonna catch up to him towards the end of the season and by the time they get into the playoffs, Obviously there are a threat.
Their defense is phenomenal, But I think in a weird way Ben Roethlisberger almost holds them back in a way.
And I think that there come times, Yes, I think there comes times in these games, especially in the game against the Titans.
A few weeks back where they had the Titans should have won, it was 27 to 24.
Ben Roethlisberger had numerous picks in that game, and they had multiple opportunities to put the ball or the game away.
Not that I'm saying that he's like the detriment, but I'm just saying, I think that as of right now with the Steelers in the situation that they're in, obviously Ben Roethlisberger is on his way out.
I don't think he's necessarily making the team is, uh, that much better, at least better than we think.
You know, other quarterbacks in the league make their team, but in looking at it in general, I just don't necessarily look at the Steelers like a team that truly sticks out to me.
as a is undefeated team and one that's gonna make a Super Bowl right? That's that's very interesting.
You feel like that Rosberg is holding them back.
Because when you look at, I mean, obviously he's gonna He changes the game.
He changes the team dinette dynamically.
But that he is why their team is 10 and no, let's let's be real with each other.
I agree with that either yet e tripping right now, But I get the overall premise that get the overall premise E thing with I mean, that defense is is that defense is playing like the 2019, you know, Bills, defense.
Where they could disguise, they could disguise their coverage extremely well.
And with Big Ben being the vet, you know, M v p ish, you know, for his entire career somewhat um e But look, it comes down to how the ball is bounced, man.
I mean, you know, we're like a Justin Zimmer, you know, fumbled and the in the case of name and, uh, the collar, Mary, you know, Hail Mary from being nine and one.
So is this, You know, I hear you, man.
Yo, we got the ball bouncing.
I have to say this man, because I don't think people realize and it's almost like you have to remind people we didn't build this team the way it is right now for us to la di da ourselves into the playoffs.
No, sir, We built this team to take it to the championship were built to win right now, and I don't think anybody's anybody's really paying attention right defensively.
We knew what kind of quarterback.
I mean, I didn't.
I'll be straight to admit it.
I was like, What? We drafted Josh Island, but like that's all behind us now.
But I don't think anybody saw this coming right.
You put a whole bunch of weapons around Josh Allen.
All of a sudden, he's looking.
He's looking like the second coming off blank.
You could you could put it.
I'm not gonna put it out there because of something coming out soon, but you all know what I'm talking about.
So he's looking really nice when there's weapons around him and everybody's efficient.
I mean, I have some reservations on certain players but nonetheless were built toe win right now.
So all this ****ing that's happening right now, all we gotta do is getting to the dead playoffs.
Get out of the first round.
I'm telling Right now we're going to be a dangerous team to deal with.
And I'm telling right now people are not.
They're sleeping on the still there talking about the Dolphins, winning the east.
And then we we just we didn't go four No, to start the week to start the season, you know, saying go to into in a second and go up against guys were four games of teams that are over 500.
We beat them. Come on, man.
They still sleeping on us.
But, like I always say, And like we always say it is Buffalo vs everybody.
Don't think before you go to that as super chat e.
I saw you, I saw you.
But look to go back to Z baht.
As far as you know how, they're winning games.
Look, the good teams, they find ways to win, right? And it looks like the bills this year, Even in the close games, the Rams game was huge because the momentum was completely shifted and Josh Allen and often they found a way.
Even the Cardinals game.
We had a of five Dr Stretch, where, you know, we weren't They're making things happen.
And then we found a way, right? So the good teams do that.
And by the way, shout out to each and everybody Guys tuned in.
We are here on the RICO report.
I'm joined by my guy, That kingpin peer to Kingpin.
Yeah, I mean, the big boss And I got my man, Zach Z.
Baht, Um, saying he's like a He's like a gym, that nobody.
Nobody's everybody known.
He's been here, but he's not starting to show his face now.
People like Yo, who does he about that? Yeah, that's what that's what's up.
That's my guy Z box.
I gotta hit my guy John De Marchi, he says.
Look, those had three games that based on game play with 50 50 pats cards and rams and went to and one.
We need that 2019 D and run game and 2020 past game and we're good.
Let's get this and I'm with.
I'm with the Marshall on that one on.
I really do agree.
But you did say you say something earlier today, Peer.
And you're like, Yo, where a Hail Mary Away from this and the fumble in the K C Chiefs game.
Um, but we were also very close to losing to the Patriots.
Let's let's keep it a buck.
Because if we didn't coming up, it's all about how the balls not yet.
Not like you said the clutch play.
It wasn't a fluke play.
It was a clutch play on Lee because, you know Justin Zimmer, He actually he went to go punch the ball out like he was packing them and then cant ended up fumbling.
No, it was It was a practice play that's never came through for sure. I like that.
So, gentlemen, I give you guys some talking points earlier today.
We're about to get into it, so bills talk eso for those that are tuned in for the first time.
This is the RICO report.
You guys are tuned in to the buffalo fanatics, right? I gotta man Pierre government.
Zach, Let's get into a gentleman.
I sent you some talking points, so I said three items give me a second.
Let me read off So three items and the bills needed to address in the bye week.
We may all have some similar answers, and if we do, we just scrap them up.
But, Zach, I'm gonna start with you.
Three things we desperately needed to work on or address in this bye week for us to surge and and really start getting our act together to head into the playoffs.
Well, for starters, Broncos took the lead and two is That line right now is terrible, so I just wanted to put that out there.
I love it. It's rolling E.
All right, So, first and foremost, I think the top to the top of my list as faras things.
I need to be improved.
I feel like I've said this 1000 times.
I'll say another 1000 times more.
The third quarter for the Buffalo Bills right now is their Achilles heel. It's terrible.
It's the only quarter out of the four that they have a negative point differential, and it's not even close to being positive its way in the negatives.
There awful in the third quarter, and it winds up making these games a lot closer, and it ultimately could wind up in games being lost.
Like like we just saw against Arizona, 17 to 7, in favor of the Cardinals in the third quarter.
That games a whole lot different.
If the Bills find a way to get something going in the third quarter, their defense shut down in the third quarter.
They held Arizona, the nine in the first half.
They wind up giving up 17 and in the offense just couldn't do anything.
We gotta turn over off that fumble.
Luckily for the Bills, it was right near the red zone.
They were able to punch it in.
I don't know if the Bills scored all in the third quarter, if they don't get that fumble, because things stalled terribly and they really weren't able to get anything going up until that last drive, which would have been or should have been, the game winning drive.
So that's number one on my list.
Number two, it's It's figuring out what you want to get quick, quick before you go forward.
Now, as far as the third quarter, do you think it zoom or mental now than anything because if they're good, the for three of the four quarters, like it has to be something.
It really makes me wonder.
And the thing is, I don't think anybody has an answer.
McDermott Ideo Lugo way.
Here's the Here's the thing, and because it was part of it, we might as well dive into it because I was part of my my three things that we need to work on two things that we're not doing.
We're not matching intensity.
We come out still with a pillow by our heads with our with our jammies on.
Get your jammies off and let's get to playing right. There's no intensity.
We don't match the intensity.
Secondly, we don't and we still haven't learned how to play with the lead.
That's a big issue.
We don't know how to just right.
We're like, Okay, so I guess we just continue to do what we're doing.
I guess what? We haven't opponent that's trying to decipher how they're gonna just and try to get back into the game.
We have to not be playing chess.
It's like we we go from playing chess the first two quarters.
Then we go back to playing checkers, and then we decided to switch the board and go back to playing chess again.
We need to get together and play chess all game long because we're in the NFL, learn to play with intensity and learn to know that these guys were going to adjust.
So now think ahead.
What do you think they're going to do? And they do that.
They did that against Seattle and it worked to perfection.
They That was the first game I've seen out of the building a long time.
It was a complete game, and the reason it was they didn't shy away from what was working.
They knew how bad Seattle Secondary was.
They didn't stop throwing the ball all game.
It was intermediate throws nonstop.
Everybody was wide open.
They didn't try to run the ball and run the clock out because they knew **** well.
Russell Wilson was gonna eventually scored 30.
Plus. It's inevitable.
So they kept throwing the ball all game and it worked.
I think, against Arizona they tried running the ball a bit mawr than they did against Seattle.
They couldn't get anything out of the run game, and that's gonna lead me into my second point, and that's just we can't run the ball.
The Bills cannot run, and I'm my question here is at this point in the season, right, you're heading into Week 12.
What are the Bills want to get out of this run game? Because it has to be no secret at this point, they just simply cannot do it.
There's nothing there, and I don't think it's correctable at this point.
You're this far into the season.
How do you all of a sudden get the run game driving again? But the reason you have to keep running is because the play action game for Joshua on the Bills offense is the best in the league.
So I understand trying to establish the run.
But what really gets me upset when watching watching these bills every Sunday, It's when they're trying to run the ball on 1st and 2nd in law.
First it would be first content or second and eight, and they're running the ball off tackle.
How many times have we seen the Bills getting three third down in seven plus territory? The last few weeks.
It seems to be nonstop, but they continuously find themselves in third and long.
I think the reason for that is because they're they're wasting downs on early downs, and that's just due to the run game.
I don't think it's correctable, and obviously there's a ton of issues on the offensive line, and that leads into those problems with run game.
But for me personally, I just want to see the run game almost non existent until it absolutely needs to be ramp if the Bills can continue to throw the ball.
Perfect example is the Seattle game.
If they could just throw the ball nonstop and if they can continuously try to find ways to get running plays going, whether it be Alan on a design run, because there's been almost Mawr games than not this season, where Allen's the leading rusher on the team.
So it works and you see it work with Kyler Murray last week.
I mean, these teams are capable of doing this stuff, but the Bills run game is so parts 29th in the league, I believe.
But their passing game is next level elite.
I just really want to see that be the focal point and really try to avoid the run game almost almost entirely isn't saying as it sounds.
That is absolutely insane.
But I'll rebuttal that afterwards.
You want to jump in on that? Well, no, no, I was gonna say, I mean, the running game is definitely a problem.
Like, is one of those things that you know where, where? No, well aware that we have to fix that, but like, how do you fix it? Like Zack was saying, You know, we can't fix it.
I think we can the guard play.
Yeah, what happened last week? It.
I put a strike in the, uh, McDermott cap because again, it's like like, What are you doing having Mitch Moore's? That's somewhat of a healthy scratch to say, Look, he had a concussion.
We wanted to give him an extra week to hell.
That's perfectly fine, But you can't tell me having Ike buns.
You know, Feliciano and Brian Winters as the interior linemen, is the best five linemen.
It's just, you know, if they can fix the guard play and now because there's another thing, too.
I think there's a lot of politics going on it, Z.
I want my guy to shine, right.
They asked, you know, Sean McDermott.
I forget who it was in one of the press conferences.
And, uh, it was a game against Seattle where we had a whole bunch of linemen, you know, drop off the field, right? And they asked McDermott Hey, uh, are you involved in the and who comes in? Right? And he was like, No, that's on O g Bobby Johnson.
So in my mind, I'm like, Wait a minute.
Is Bobby Johnson trying to force feed? You know, Brian Winters, because that's probably his guy or Ike Buttercup, because that's his guy.
And he wants to prove that, Yo, these are the guys or he's like, Yo, they have proved that do this, not it so on.
And I will add to that, because could there be internal politics? I mean, I don't I don't know Is Brian Winters the Peterman of the offensive line, where he practices really well and like all right, well, he practiced really well. So let's put him in the game.
Um I know that my man Steve mentions that they refused to put in.
I mean, that's that's that's the stop.
But they refused to put in, um e in second time second in, because that's their only swing tackle.
So if he gets hurt, then we're really we're out of it.
So we need Thio.
Maintain his healthiness, and his knees just can probably take it on.
So there's a lot of things that we could say.
But here, here's my take.
What? What? The percentage of times that we're in shotgun 70% 75% Sometimes even higher.
You're limited on what you could run out of shotgun.
That's that's number one, right? So we run shock on all the time or were in gun or whatever the case is, and then all of a sudden we go under center.
Chances are we're running the **** ball, so we're a little predictive when that's when that's in place.
Secondly, when is the last time you saw a toss sweep? Have you seen a toss sweet this year, yet? I haven't I don't think I've seen one right.
There is no creativity with Iran.
There really isn't.
Listen, jet sweeps don't count as a frickin tossed sweet.
I'm sorry I can't stand that play, although it works sometimes.
But I can't stand that play and it feels like table because and this is the masking part.
It feels as though he's been instead of running the ball because he knows we can't run the ball effectively.
He'll he'll rather take a screen.
That's just a good as a run, so we might as well do the screen because that's what's been effective.
But there comes a time where you have to start getting the ball to your running backs, take at least ice the game, so I'm gonna go back to what Z Box said.
He says, Man, we might as well just keep throwing the ball and forget about the running game.
Guess what? That's why we lost against Arizona because we were up comfortably 24 9.
If I remember the score correctly and because we couldn't establish a god**** running game, we allowed Arizona get back in the game if we could establish **** run game or at least a couple first downs here and there.
I don't need you all to bust out for 100 yards, but if we could have controlled this some way we win that game.
But because we couldn't run the game, we couldn't run that ball.
We lost that game.
Yes, on our freaking Hail Mary or Murray.
What the ****? Everyone? What do you want to call it? But we lost that game because we could establish a run.
We need to establish this run.
Um, I hope we did or readdressed it because we're going to see a very more balanced bills team.
We can't just have it off kilter like that. That's just my opinion.
Uh, did you wanna address to your third point? Is that well, I just wanna go back to your point right there.
So I understand what you're saying.
You're saying, established to run, we should have established around.
We should we should.
Nobody would love to establish the run more than me, but they just can't do it. That's the problem.
So we're this far into the season.
The reason I said what I said is I have to wonder when you get to the to the 12th week of the year and it has not been fixed.
Is it capable of being fixed? That's the question, I asked myself.
I think it might be too late.
That's where I'm at with it.
I think it gets dressed in the off season.
I just think that, like last week when Josh Allen's you're leading Russia with 38 yards, that isn't intentional.
That's just because they're incapable of doing anything else.
We when it comes to that run game, and I don't necessarily think it's on Singletary because look at the year he had last year, we know that they are capable of doing it.
I also like what I've seen out of Zach Moss, especially in the red zone.
I think that there's flashes of really good play there, but what do we all keep coming back to your all three of us? It's the offensive line playing the inconsistency you got Mitch Morris being benched for God knows what reason on a healthy scratch and I agree with you guys.
I think that there is some politics there.
That's why the hell would Brian winners be starting? I don't think there's anything any other reason other than the fact that there's somebody within the organization who just wants him out there, so there's a lot of things going on in that department.
And that's why I think a zoo, much as I am in agreement with you and wanting to establish it, is how much better with the offense be if they even had a mediocre run, You imagine if they even if their run game was even ranked like 15th 16th, you know what I mean? But I think the reason that they do try to continue to run is because Josh Ellen is number one in the league on play action.
So but I think I know what is good is a run, and this is gonna be my third point. Yep.
Cole, Beasley, Cole Beasley, Cole Beasley, 15 targets a game minimum for the love of God.
I want to see that the rest of the year.
The do the guy's unbelievable in the slot.
Is there any more? Is there any wide receiver Mawr underrated in the week, especially at the position he plays in the slot than Cole Beasley? Man, hey, might be the best.
He you deserve this.
E I love that is very underrated, and he's being used enough.
He isn't, but look what they did against Arizona.
They targeted him nonstop.
Almost every ball that came his way, and he would have been the reason the Bills would have won had they have capitalized at the end there and stopped the hell.
Mary Cole Beasley.
Man, I think a 34 yard in route to Cole Beasley is Justus.
It's handing the ball to Singletary for two yards.
I like to see them getting him or involved, and it's so easy to do it.
Everybody's occupied with Stefon Diggs, number one wide receiver in the NFL.
Don't forget it.
And then John Brown number two, and he's filled that role perfectly.
Man. Cole Beasley.
Dude, just throwing the ball.
I love Cole Beasley.
I love everything that he's been able to do.
They're not letting them do enough exactly what you just said, Rico.
That's my third point feed.
Last season, it worked.
I like it a lot, because and and I love what you just said that because it made me.
That's why I mentioned they because they know they can't run the ball. They feel like a screenplay.
Is Justus good as a as a two or three yard game? Maybe that screen turns into 60 same for Cole Beasley.
That little outright? That little zig that little zag You're saying he'll get that.
So, yes, I love that point, Kingpin.
Three things the team needed to address if you already hit it. Perfect.
If not if we If you need to hit us something that we don't know, let us know.
Definitely hit on on two of those.
Let me add one more real quick.
We need to figure out what we're doing in the tight end room.
We need more production out of the tight ends.
And Zach, I feel extremely disappointed.
Huge fan of Jeff.
No, Jeff Landers.
He did a bang up job on Friday.
Yes, he did a good job bang up job.
But before you get into your point before you get into a pullout says I just want to see someone.
Some counter draws stretches tossed.
Not just a power creative.
And the runs give our RVs a chance.
I'm with you. A pullout king. I'm with you.
Go ahead. Go ahead, Beat.
But you know, Jeff had a prime opportunity to have a fire fire segment, but he missed the boat.
Now when they were talking about Dawson knocks.
You know, Jeff said, Hey, you know, we got to give him more time.
You know? Clay said, Yeah, we gotta get more time.
But Zack said, I'm done with knocks, and they didn't Even I was like, I need to hear Zac's point on why you're done with Knox.
If I could give Zak a like a little air boom, I'm with you.
Be let him have it.
Let him have it.
You wanna know what, man? It's one of those situations where I don't know if I have any legitimate concrete evidence to say that Dawson knock shouldn't be on the team, right? And I'm not going to sit here and pretend that I dio.
But when I watch the bills, the tight end position is borderline useless at this moment in time.
Do I really think that Dawson Knox, who has been more of a detriment to this team this year than he has been any sort of any sort of positive? Do I see that all of a sudden going away next year and him being this intricate part in the offense? I don't but the problem that I have in general is that Look at all the teams in the NFL with really good tight ends.
Their offense is that much better.
Then the next offense.
It takes your offense to a whole other.
Ah, whole other stratosphere.
And I just don't know in watching and watching Dawson knocks if that's ever going to be him.
And do I sit here right now and think man like I have all this evidence to just crap on? Dawson knocks.
No, I definitely don't, but I watch.
It's just one of those gut feelings, man, when you watch the Bills and you have these weird feeling just like the other day, just like other day like and you know that game just isn't over, man.
It's 30 seconds.
You just know that game isn't over watching.
I thought it was over, by the way, because I'm so jealous.
I need to be in your head during these games because, dude, you have the most positive mindset.
But when I watch these games with Dawson knocks, I just can't help but wonder one.
Do you ever hear his name during the game unless he gets a flag called on him, he's almost It's almost like he's not even on the field.
I just don't think it's ever going to be.
Dawson knocks his job to lose going forward, and I just I think it's a position that the bill should really stress on going out and dressing in the off season simply due to the fact that my gut feeling tells me Dawson Knox is just not going to be the answer.
I'm a happy go ahead, Rico.
But it has to be in his head by now because like, he has all the time.
So, yeah, I couldn't have it has to, but a lot of that stuff with him.
You're right, Yeah.
I mean, because I mean having to be on the judge machine in the entire off season and still struggle with the same thing.
It's kind of like Okay, now, even going back to college, it was You kinda have to ask yourself, Why wasn't he more involved in college either? And it could just be a thing, you know, like Rico said on his last show, like, it's clear now that Josh Allen he doesn't trust him.
He just doesn't trust.
Go ahead, go ahead.
I was what I was gonna say that I normally don't use the bell for a good talking points, but I gotta give my I gotta get Zach another bell because he's nailing it.
That's two bells you get.
That's the last name and the last Z bought.
That's what you see.
Oh, being being alright.
Check this out, though.
When it comes to my three points, you nailed it on run game.
Obviously, we all agree that the run game something needs to give and something needs to happen with the run game.
I think they're going to address it.
I know Coach McDermott is.
He knows something's gotta get right.
That's number one. Number two.
We already know.
We talked about the 3rd 3rd quarter walls.
We just I limited my points.
We don't match the intensity of the team and we're playing checkers and chess at the same time.
Let's pick a game and let's stick to it right.
We've been doing pretty well this season.
Let's stick to the **** game.
Third is I mean, the most obvious is this gave us an opportunity for everyone to get healthy for the first time in all season we could potentially have Ah lineup of Dawkins forward, which I'm He's still on my bust alert.
I don't care what anybody tells me still is.
I mean, I have concrete, you know? I mean evidence, but my eyes don't deceive me.
I see what I see anyway.
Uh Dawkins forward Morris.
If he's healthy enough, Feliciano back to right guard and then we have Daryl Williams at right tackle.
If we have that five, maybe things start to change.
Is that one individual? That's just throwing things off, right? Who knows? But that was the one thing.
It gives everybody a chance to get healthy.
It gives Josh Norman a chance to get healthy.
Although I'm not like battling from to come back to position because right now it looks like Wallace might be the better big, I don't know or even danger Axons playing quite well, and I have no B.
I know about putting Jackson our corner and leaving them leaving him across from trade white.
Um, but which brings me to my next Segway and my next.
I wanted to talk to you guys about eyes.
What water under the bridge.
I bring this up right.
We We tend to have a gripe on someone or something that the team is doing that you're during this by We could give you time to reflect and say, You know what? Maybe it was too harsh on that or that or those things.
So, Pierre, is there something or someone on this team where you're like, You know what? I'm ready to just forgive and give you another chance.
Water under the bridge.
Let's start over.
Is there something or someone on this team that's got you feeling some type of way? Sean McDermott.
What? You're on Lee because I mentioned it earlier.
Are we dealing with politics right now? Would come on the offensive line like if we come out, you know, the next game.
And we have that same lineup, you said.
You know what? Sean McDermott, you know, we're good.
You learned your lesson like buns is actual buns.
You know, Brian Winners is some garbage.
Let's have our guys out there.
Then I'm fine because again, like Zack said, it's hard for me to believe that Motor lost it like it just doesn't make any sense, right? So it has to be the poor play of the guards.
So if McDermott can come back and say all right, the experiment didn't work.
Here's the you know the actual line.
Then we should be good to go.
Bluntly, because the thing with McDermott real quick, Rico, is that he's been known for being, you know, stubborn When it comes down to, you know, his guys.
Like, for example, you know, Milano didn't he didn't play until what you know week Week eight of his rookie season.
Because McDermott just wanted toe, you know, coddle him a little bit more.
It's the same thing is like he's dead set on his idea and sometimes the meticulous nature It tends to be a little too much.
I'm not mad at that at all.
I love the fire from McDermott.
Listen, I'm not mad at that.
I love that fire too.
I'm not mad at the at your McDermott part because there are some things, um, that McDermott will do and say and they don't match up.
I like continuity.
I want to keep things.
But then you shuffling the **** online right.
Let's experiment midseason in this and try this and put your your right guard, which was playing right tackle toe left guard.
What? Right now? Maybe they did that all off season, and they never They won't really tell anybody because obviously we weren't allowed Thio.
I mean, like, people weren't allowed to cover and say Who's playing where I get that part, But I'm not mad at that because it z we're coming into November.
This is where football really counts.
So we're about to find out what McDermott is made of and how we can rally his troops.
What I'm saying and get these things going, Z box water under the bridge, someone or something.
I'm knocking on wood.
You see this? I'm not jinxing it.
I'm not jinxing it.
I was way too **** hard on the defense, like beyond what anybody else was saying.
I literally just had it.
Then they go out and have their two best games against probably the two best offenses that they've played, especially the two best offenses from the NFC that they played.
The best game that they had all year was against Seattle, and I think it was the difference.
Even though the bill scored 44 points.
Who would have thought the Bills D would have wound up being the difference? Four turnovers for Russell Wilson.
I can't think of any other game that he's had that many turnovers and has played that poorly.
Yes, they gave up 30 plus.
What's that? Not inevitable.
The Seahawks have scored 27 or more in every single game they've played this year.
The Onley team to do that.
So the Bills de going in, you knew it was going to be high scoring.
They forced numerous turnovers.
They sacked him like crazy.
I thought the Bills D played fantastic and Seattle, and they brought that same energy into Arizona.
They had a bad third quarter at what else is new, right? But they held Arizona to nine points at half.
They forced numerous turnovers in the clutch.
When we really needed the ball back, the Bills D stepped up.
In a way, I didn't think that they were capable of the fourth quarter from the Bills D against the Cardinals was the reason that the Bills had a chance to win that game.
They had numerous stops.
They got that unbelievable turnover off a drop from Larry Fitzgerald has more tackles in his career than drops.
That was unbelievable.
They also had that incredible stop on collar Murray down near their own end zone.
Eso the Bills D in two straight games against two top tier NFL offenses.
Bald out and had their best game.
So I don't know.
You don't think so.
No, I do agree you had the best games off this season, but it was still a poor performance, in my opinion, you know, giving up 30 in general because last year's team you're not giving them 30 points.
No, no, no, no, no, it's true.
Hold on Second, we didn't have last year's offense.
That's a big difference.
You're gonna hold them to 17.
Well, you also gotta look around the league every team this year, for the most part, other than the Jets AG wires or scoring 30.
Plus, I don't know what's going on, but I'm OK with the bills.
Like like Rico just said it's a good point.
Weaken, basically, Can we? I don't know if I assume is the right word But we can confidently say the bills are capable of scoring 30 or more in every game.
If the Bills D is able to keep teams around 30 or less, enforced turnovers and get sacks and get pressure, they weren't able to get pressure all year.
The last two weeks, they've been getting a crazy amount of pressure, so there looks like there is a considerable amount of difference.
I think they're going to give up points, but I like what I've seen.
It's weird because I don't remember if I remember if I heard this correctly.
But the first four weeks of the season we were one of the most blitz teams we were getting after the quarterback, and I don't know if we stopped.
We adjusted because the opponents got different.
But we need to get back toe eso um so tight.
So you said the defense, you're ready to say, Let's let's let's it'll be water under the bridge if I seem or of what I saw the last two weeks going forward, absolutely so let's recap.
So my man Pierce says, water under the bridge.
If my man McDermott could beam or consistent and they say What do you mean, personal adjustment? Another thing to just add onto that real quick.
Uh, I understand the the defensive lineman, you know, playing, you know, 50% of the snaps.
You know how they're all the rotating.
I'm not a fan of that, man because it comes down to a point where there the d lineman, they have to figure out their moves against their opponent.
If they're constantly coming in and out, it's hard for them to kind of, you know, set some plays up so I could see that.
McDermott just has to say, Look, these are my guys.
I'm rocking with these guys.
I'm done with the experiments we need toe have, you know, some type of continuity.
You know, let's go.
And I just wanted to say I never said the defense is good or great.
I've just said that they've been better the last two weeks and they've been year.
Don't mess with defense.
You know what I mean? You up a little bit, that's all.
But I wanted to clarify because I don't think 34 points and 32 points in consecutive weeks, his great defense, But they've gotten turnovers and they've gotten pressure and we haven't seen that.
So if we can get more of that, I mean, at this point, that's more than we could have asked for, especially through the first half of the year.
So I'm gonna jump in in, um, and give you my water on the bridge and that that goes specifically to Dawson knocks.
If Dawson knocks, Bomb Ass can actually become someone that the quarterback can rely on for just a dump off because the ball in hand, he's fantastic, right? He's athletic, everybody's talking about.
He's so athletic.
He grated really well on the whatever examined he was.
But you can't catch the ball.
It means absolutely nothing of how athletic you are.
You're you're done to me.
You're not right.
Receivers that can't catch.
Do you know where they go to play cornerback because they can't catch.
So when you're a tight end, you should be the relief.
You should be the guy that helps out your **** quarterback.
Now he's had he's gonna have two weeks toe to reflect on his poor playoff season, long his his ability to when they say his name because he caught the ball not because he fumbled, not because he was caught holding or not, because he blindsided Ah fool and got us brought back, right.
We want to call his name because he made a great play.
I mean, can you think on the top of your heads too great plays that Dawson Knox has ever made? I'll give you one.
The cash he made against the charges, the Broncos.
I would play it and he dismissed the Bengals.
Excuse me, and he dismantled that guy on the sideline.
That's one, Then the second play is the catch that he made.
I don't even think he realized he made the catch where he got stuck to his bicep.
Remember that one? My bad.
I didn't really mean to catch that, but here I go.
I don't know any other big play Dawson boxes made right, and he's supposed to be big athletic.
If your offense according to trusting you, he'll make plays for you.
If your quarterback trust you, he'll find you and I'm willing to let the water go under the bridge.
If my man can reflect and become that guy because that offense that we have right now that's already potent becomes even more potent when teams have to actually pay attention to who 88 is and where he's at.
But right now they see 88 in the toy, please.
Who's up? Where's Cole Beasley At Where, Stefan? Because I am paying such of this dude, I'll get my linemen to cover this guy because they ain't ****.
So water under the bridge If my guy Dawson Knox can come through and do this thing and I got to give on road mentioned to a.
Klein. Who? A J client.
How about that man, Huh? A. J. Klein.
The last two games is like he's found his his joie de vive.
You know, I'm saying that is the joy Thio live, but the joy to play the game right now because he's found his spot.
And if that can continue this defense, It's weird, I'm going to say, because if a J.
Klein could do well, this defense is gonna search because right now, him playing alongside off Edmonds with Milano out hasn't been as bad, although points doesn't two weeks.
Yeah, the last two weeks, weeks, specifically speaking, about two weeks ago.
Those two games that a decline has been well and has been making place, right? So shout out to agent climb with his his the last two games and playing well, and I need to let the water go under the bridge.
If my God can really do something in Dawson knocked and I gotta take Jeff King's comment here, he says.
The defense has been better, However, they are a big disappointment compared to last year.
I think we all agree with that.
It's a shame that couldn't have put it all together because they couldn't be pimp slap in the entire NFL.
Uh, here's one thing, though.
Maybe, just maybe, they hone in when it comes playoff time.
Maybe that this is this this to let two games that stretch of two games is what is getting us ramped up, ready for the playoffs.
And maybe that's that's how that's how we do.
But anyway, that Was that the fact that you go ahead here? No, no, I'm gonna say I like that idea as well.
I mean, look, it comes down to the D line r d line.
They they have to consistently create pressure especially up the middle.
It seems like, you know, like you were saying on one of your shows, Rico, we have a whole bunch of three text right now.
You know, we have guys who are the position, and we're not getting that pressure up.
The middle were not able to hold double teams, which would allow, you know, Tremaine Edmunds, too, you know, do what he has to do.
So I think if the defensive line play can get just a tad bit better, our defense will be better as a whole.
You know what? Somebody mentioned Duke.
Women's as tight, and I always I always said, Please don't ever even mentioned Duke wins as tight end.
But you know what? The way we've been playing right now and the way we've been spreading the ball out, I mean, obviously, we have to activate him and deactivate somebody.
Maybe Dawson Knox.
Who knows? But I'm just saying, who knows, man? Maybe that's what they end up doing, putting the guy that e jump in there and and actually catch the ball.
But some people are gonna say, but what about that catch you dropped in the end zone? I just flip you the bird because I'm not. I'm not about that.
Duke William Slander.
Eso, gentlemen, we're gonna talk about the remain.
This is gonna be the last time of the show.
The remaining games on the schedule.
This is the hot topic right now, because right now we Facebook charges next with a hot uh, Herbert.
Justin Herbert is hot.
I don't like the haircut of his.
His haircut is looking kind of weird to me.
Dude, that was weird.
Eyes a little, a little strange, but nonetheless, he cut the locks.
He's ready to dial in.
So we have the chargers at home.
Come off a bye week and take on a team that we've had time to prepare at home.
So is this an easy dub at home? It depends on the weather.
You could go ahead a pullout king thing. Have a weird feeling.
I was gonna say have a weird feeling that we're gonna So we're holding both the offense and defense back to save a lot of firepower.
Yeah, but we can't risk losing games either, right? For holding things back.
We have to make sure.
Okay, you know, the games in hand.
And, you know, we're trying to, you know, finessing things.
But but yeah, I just don't know, man.
It's like it's one of those things where it's like we have a solid team, but the charges to me, they don't scare me that much, man.
But what I will say is I would rather play them in L.
Because, Rico, it is a thing.
I saw you making a joke of it the other day, but it is a thing, and it Z it's something that we have to kind of get a little worry about when it comes to Josh Allen.
That's probably the Onley flags that I'm like.
I'm still waiting to see what I'm going.
You know what? I'm going with it.
Josh Allen and bad weather is a different guy now again.
Ah, lot of quarterbacks.
They don't want all quarterbacks.
They don't play their best and bad weather, of course.
But with Josh Allen is like it's like it's kryptonite.
No, I'm just saying it's something for us to pay attention to. That's all. Exactly.
That's absolutely eso you way.
Take that dub versus the charges? I think so, Yeah.
All right, I'll take that z box.
Yeah, it's definitely a win.
But to say it's an easy win. No way.
The Chargers have not lost a game this year by more than one score.
And now, with Burrow down, Herbert's gonna win rookie of the year.
That is the best two and seven soon to be three and 17, maybe ever like they are, a couple really bad plays away from maybe being a playoff team.
I mean, they really have talent and their offense is really good.
And Herbert, I mean, I I love the kid, man.
I mean, I've watched almost every one of their games.
Uh, the Bills are definitely going to win.
They have a lot to go out and play for on Sunday.
They want to get back into their group.
After that loss last week, they're definitely going to get the W at home.
I agree with Pierre in the sense that I don't necessarily get scared by the Chargers, but in looking at that game, I don't think like easy win move onto the next one because I've seen what they're capable of doing this year in Herberts first start, they were a 50 plus yard field goal away from from the Chiefs and Bucker from winning that game.
So they are very competitive.
They're very good.
They should have beaten the Raiders last week.
They had two chances to drop balls.
They're a good team with really good offensive talent.
It's gonna have their hands full.
But I think the bill is definitely get the W should be a really good, high scoring game.
I think I I agree.
And there are well coached team. They are.
They're very well coached team and I'm gonna give them that because they run the belt.
I mean, guys, Kellen Belhadj has been, you know, he's been around now a little bit.
You know, anyone from Miami, then to the Jets and then I don't know where else and that was with the charges and he's actually playing very well for them and I actually pick him up on fantasy because nobody knew about him and he's doing quite well.
Eso I will give the W to the Bills.
I think coming off a bye, McDermott is also three and oh, coming off of a bye eso.
He's not trying to lose and go three and one right, especially after the buy it after a disgusting and salty loss.
For the last time you guys stepped on the field.
So I think we take that dub and we go to eight and three.
Next we play the Niners.
What do we What do we say about the Niners? You go ahead. Zach.
Obviously, they are in a fraction of what they were last year, But they're a really odd team to me this year in general because they have been atrocious in some games and they've been halfway decent and others.
I mean, they've beaten the Rams.
They absolutely smoked.
The Patriots and the Patriots have been playing teams fairly close.
Uh, they played this.
They gave the Seahawks a good game.
I don't think that they're very good in the sense of the word, especially compared to what they were last year there, Obviously not a playoff team in the NFC.
Uh, Jimmy G s last year in San Francisco.
I think Shanahan's had it with them, so there's a lot going on out there.
They've also been riddled with injuries.
Um, that has decimated that team.
That's a big one for the Bills.
It's a prime time game.
The Bills have three remaining primetime games of their six, which is so awesome, and that is one of them.
It is, Yes, this one's a Monday nighter.
It's in San Francisco, and what I like about the San Francisco Monday night game is, even though it's late for us over here on the East Coast, it's still nice and sunny and light out over on the West Coast.
When they're playing, it should be it'll be at five o'clock or whatever.
Absolutely right, because it's great weather out there, Pierre And what is What is Josh Allen like? Man, he likes that good weather.
I I can't see the Bills losing to the Niners, man.
I think the Niners probably find a way to give it their best game, seeing that it's a good opponent coming to town.
But I just think that they are ravished up and down on that team.
The Bills were too good to lose to the nine e 93 with a lot of the points you made was spot on because having the injury that they've had, especially at key positions, you know? No.
And it happened.
George Kettle, you know? Yeah, man, it's it's That's pretty big injuries.
Eric Sweat look says great show guys.
He says that Milano is the missing link and there's a he deserves a contract besides the injuries or look for answer in the draft.
Which is it, he says tight and cornerback linebacker draft will line up help in the free agency and draft, and and he's And he's not wrong because a team without Milano, it's different.
It's not like it's not like we've never done it before.
We've done it before.
When you got hurt on, we're we're adjusting, uh, toe life without him.
But we get him back after the Chargers game, which would be nice.
But what do you what do we, uh, need to hit when it comes to free agency and and draft E.
Is it too tough? Well, its's not early somewhat, because I know what the glaring need is and like, in my opinion, that's the D line.
We need a we need, like a legit you know, one tech Now I wouldn't I wouldn't drop them in the first round, but we definitely need a guy who could push up the middle.
But Likas, faras Milano It's just tricky, man, because this is like he's such an amazing player when healthy.
But, you know, of course, he just can't stay healthy.
So, like a faras like that, contract options that are no realistic, In my opinion, it's either gonna franchise him, which is a possibility.
E think it kind of makes sense as well, you know, kind of see what you give you one more year or you give them an incentive based contract and say, Look, man, we'll pay you as a top outside guy.
But you know, you have to hit a certain amount of games, which I mean, it makes sense to me.
So So here's the deal on this one.
So we are 93 at this point, right? We've collected a couple wins against charges we went West Coast.
We go up against the Niners.
Now we've got and we're going to assume that the Steelers win their next two games because I think when I looked at the schedule, they weren't playing teams that would that would give them issues.
But you know what It z NFL? Any given Sunday? Let's assume they go 12.
And oh, so it's gonna be the 12 and no undefeated Steelers verse the Buffalo Bills at 93.
And I believe this game is also a Sunday night.
Er, sir, in Buffalo, this is in Buffalo at home.
What do we say to that gentleman? I think we match up well against Steelers.
Some people do e think we do too.
Now spotlight is on us.
There's gonna be the third time in spotlight is gonna be honest.
We did not fare well the first game when the spotlight was honest.
We were just some some hot trash, right? Although it we kept it someone close, but good, because we got just killed in the run game.
But it was designed right? Anyway, nonetheless, 93 1st, the 12 and no Steelers.
What do we say? What are we looking at here? I like that game.
The one thing that I remember all throughout the off season, and it was one of the points out of the many points of why I felt like Josh Allen was gonna take that step was because in practice we kept on hearing them say that you know something has clicked with Josh Allen as faras.
How he's he's processing.
He's processing it extremely fast now.
So when I was talking about how the Steelers are real big on disguising, you know, the bills are known for disguising their defense is so no, Josh Allen is somewhat used to that.
So, uh, you know, let me get a bill for that point.
I was e you know? So I just think that, you know, Josh Allen should be able to dissect the That's still a difference.
And, yeah, I'm jumping in before Zach jumping.
I don't think you think this game and I'll keep it very.
I'll keep it very, Uh, I'll give you a real man.
I just don't think that our run game is gonna be fixed enough, uh, to battle against the Benny Smells and the John Connor's.
That's the John Connor John Connor.
James Conner was already saying for many of times we stopped Derrick Henry toe only 50 yards.
We saw you guys, but you let me finish.
It's on first of all, but Benny Snell, James Connor.
But that's not why we lose this game, because we won't be able to run the ball like they will on our defense.
And that's what's going to hold us back, because it's going to be a it's gonna come down to who can run the ball in this game.
It really will be because both teams have good receivers.
They both have a great quarterback, um, and defense right now, the edges to the Steelers, right? That pass rush is heavy.
What is is that, boys? A monster? So I think the edges out in this game, I hope I'm wrong, obviously.
But I think we take the loss on national TV to the Steelers, but it is gonna come down to if we can run the ball.
That's just my opinion.
Z Bob, talk to me.
I'm looking at their schedule right now.
Bills are by far the toughest game.
They got the Ravens this coming week.
What are the Ravens anymore? I mean, are they even a threat at this point? I just don't know.
The Steelers air Ah, lot better than the Ravens.
I think they went on Thursday.
Then they got Washington.
It's the Bills, but then it's the Bengals, Colts and Browns.
I mean, I just think the Steelers air definitely do toe lose.
At some point, the Bills air, probably their toughest opponent.
Are they gonna waltz into that Bills game thinking that they're the cream of the crop? Because at that point, they could very well be 12.
And oh, I just think they got to get knocked off at some point.
Why couldn't it be the Bills? I think that the Bills match up with them.
Well, everybody says that Josh Allen is a mini Ben Roethlisberger.
They'll be drawing that story line up the whole game.
I'm sure it'll be a fantastic game.
I really think it's gonna be a crazy game to me.
I am, like, so torrent as to whether or not I give him a WR ****ogous.
I think it's gonna be one of those games that it comes down late in the fourth quarter and it goes one of two ways.
If it does, I take the Bills.
I think that Buffalo, with Josh Ellen, is more clutch in that situation.
I think a turnover prone Ben Roethlisberger would be, um I like the Bills in that game.
I just think the Steelers are bound to drop on.
The Bills will be running in hot into that game.
I go with the Bills in that situation.
I think it's gonna be the biggest one of the year that I like it.
You know what? I've heard this too many times. Biggest.
And that's not just you.
Biggest win of the year, right? We beat the Rams.
Biggest win, I e.
Every freaking game is the biggest one for the Bills.
How about is gonna be the Steelers is gonna play their best team.
I mean, in the last few games now and we're gonna find out.
But I feel like the edge still goes to the Steelers, but I hope I'm wrong.
So I have us at nine and four after this game.
You guys were at 10 and four, Correct? Yeah, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Talking about the biggest, you move on, go ahead.
When we say the biggest one in the next game, it's so true because look, if we lose to the Chargers after the Dolphins beat them.
The Dolphins now become, you know, first and a f c East.
So again, that's why the next game is always a big.
You know you're not wrong with that.
You're not wrong with that, Scott Van Loo says.
We always talk about Dawson knocks.
But whenever whatever happened to Tommy Sweeney, did you get released or is he not? Is he on the practice squad? Tommy Sweeney is right now nursing on, slated to come back onto, uh, I mean the active roster, potentially.
But right now he was on the PP and then I think there's working him way, working his way back on to the active roster.
I think he's on practice squad right now.
I'm not even sure per se, but he's not released.
He's still on the roster eyes just a matter of whether the deactivate my man Dawson knocks and bring him up or deactivate Lee Smith and bring him up.
Who knows how that's gonna go? But something's gonna give soon, where they're just gonna grow tired of Dawson docks, in my opinion, and they're gonna be like, All right, you out of here, man, we're done with.
You were done with you.
Next game on this on the Bronx is the Broncos were going up against the Broncos.
I'm still here on me.
Eso Broncos are we Are we taking the Broncos to me? I think that's a That's a dump, no doubt.
Okay, so we are at 10 for me.
I hate this game. I've always hated this game.
E alright, because it's like, man, if we play at our best, you can't beat every **** team.
That cliche nonsense, e But it's true.
That was supposed to do. We got the win.
I'm a positivity.
It's unbelievable, man.
With a fraction of that.
With the Jets, for example, it would be okay.
You know, paying the best will still lose.
But I mean, come on, we're putting points, right? It's like a Sunday night er at the Patriots.
Sunday night, her at the Patriot God in Gillette Stadium.
That's gonna be a game.
Right? You know, being able to beat the Patriots twice in a year is just tremendous.
I'll let you go ahead and, uh, piggyback off of that.
You were sleeping? Yeah.
If we want to talk about like, not, like, biggest winner, whatever.
To me, this is the biggest game of the year for multiple reasons.
One Pierre, like you just said this ends the dynasty official.
If the bills sweep the Patriots, something they have, when is the last time if effort that they've done, I I have no **** quick like like it's almost impossible, right? It was almost impossible to beat them, let alone beat him in New England and sweep them.
They could do so on a national stage.
But what makes it even bigger? You know **** well that game is gonna have an insane amount of playoff implications with the dolphins the following week.
Ah, winter loss could switch the bills up.
A couple of spots in the in the pool is far is the seating is concerned.
We have no idea how big that game is gonna be.
And not only is it big in that sense, it would also to me officially put the dynasty the bed and it would be the Bills division to lose from here on out.
So that to me, man is the game that I have circled like that's the big one for me.
Is it a W or L? It's a massive W man.
I think the bill go out against the Patriots and they play much better than they did the last time around.
And I think the Bills bury them.
They bury them on Monday night, and I think, in a way to score more, they weren't able to score against the Pats the last time around.
Then they get it back in gear.
Do you think you should have lost to the Jets, man? They suck. They're terrible.
One of the big points to is that by the time we play the Patriots, they should be out of the playoff.
So, you know their energy might not be there.
Who knows? But I'm taking.
I think it's gonna be a strong W.
It's gonna be a statement W but not for the league to say, Hey, the Bills were here.
No, it's a statement for the Inter.
You mean divisional bragging rights for the right.
We swept the **** Patriots and I think we take that.
I don't care how we win.
If it's 6 to 3, I don't give a dab, but you know What, though Hoffman said it best love the energy because you can tell Zach he still has that black called over his head.
You know, it's just like, hey needs to get me.
Beating the Patriots would be a big, big thing for Zack for that huge.
And I'm with Zach Zach all the way.
So I think we all agree.
I think that's a dove for all of us.
All right, so here we go, man.
I got us at 11 and four.
You guys about 12 and three.
Because of the of that, winning is the Steelers.
The Dolphins one o'clock game and it's at this.
Is it at all? The Dolphins are home to the bills.
Home to the bills.
Now, are we going? What are we playing for here? Are we playing for the number one seed? Are we playing vision Are replacing what I'm saying? Okay. Division.
At this point, I don't think we're playing for the number one seed.
This scenario I heard for the one seed is like next to impossible.
I think the chiefs have to lose like three times, so I don't know.
So what would you say about this game? Because there's a lot Thio.
There's a lot to do with it.
I mean, for the division, you know, everybody's playing.
Everyone is paying for that division, right? And if it's like we already have this in the bag, I mean, it depends on how it goes, But let's just say this is for the division.
Let's just say it's for the division.
This game is the one who's taking this game.
Look as faras right now.
Like I said earlier, it would be extremely difficult to pick against the Bills, you know, knowing how historic.
We played extremely well against the Dolphins.
Um, you know, whether it's home or way.
So I just don't see it now.
You know, we we also know that you know Josh Palin.
I mean, he's really big on the hero ball, you know, when he feels like the spotlight at its highest, he tends to do a little extra now.
It could be good, you know.
You know, sometimes, but it can also hurt him, so I just don't see us like in this specific situation.
I just don't see us lose this game, Eric.
Spot on that game.
Better be flax, especially bits.
The scenario that we're talking about everybody's gonna hate me for this man.
I think the Bills lose that game.
And the reason I think the Bills lose that game is because it just seems like it would be the most classic Bills thing.
I don't say it, don't say it.
Listen to this scenario.
After a year in which Miami is supposed to be tanking, right, and it's finally the Bills division, you can't lose it.
Whatever right, they go into Miami.
And But here's let me explain why I wouldn't hate it at all at all.
They would play Miami the following week.
Do you really think the Bills, we're gonna beat the Dolphins three times in a year? That's really tough.
I gotta be honest with you.
I wouldn't be like over the moon devastated if the Bills lost Week 17, because if that was scenario winding up being the case, they would play Miami in the playoffs the next week and they would bury them in the wild card.
Okay, so here's the question.
I was thinking about this last week.
Would you rather this is a humongous hypothetical way plan there.
Would you rather game? Yeah.
Would you rather Would you rather you know, when the division than losing the first round or or not won a division and beat? You know, your first opponent do e division up your ass? And e, I need that playoff.
Like I need a whole like I need like, oxygen.
Dude, I need that playoff, you know, because we heard it.
So last week, where, you know, one of the guys were saying, Hey, you know, like, if you don't, if you don't win the division, we have to fire McDermott.
I'm like, wait a minute.
I know it's big, of course, is big, but what's more important is us being in tip top shape, playing at our highest level in the playoffs, period.
Listen, playoff W is why we big what we did this year.
Why we brought in Stefon Diggs.
Why we paid Mario Addison all that money we brought in Vernon Butler.
We brought in all this all these pieces for this frickin year to do what we need to do so at the end of the day, whether we have to give up that win for the division to get into the playoffs and start doing damage.
Give me playoff.
Listen, give me playoff, Josh.
And that's why I give me playing off playoff freaking Josh Norman, give me playoff freaking Micah Hot and Jordan Boyer give me playoff McDermott.
Give me all of that.
You know what? You know what? I don't want his playoff, Saran.
Neil, Matt Milano missing the **** tackle.
Don't don't know, don't Don't make me think about it.
Don't make me think about it.
I'm just saying to me, I think about it and I get excited, but like we all know is one game out of freaking time because maybe we're not even talking about this.
Maybe tour takes an L today, and that starts the snowball of, like, we figured out.
We figure them out now, as far as to a real quick, we're assuming that, uh, I won't take a step back. Correct.
We're assuming we're assuming, which is a big assumption because, you know, normally, you know, teams tend to figure you out a little bit at least, you know, you know, three or four games in.
So I'm not gonna put, you know, two of their yet He needs to again, you know, show me that he can adjust, and we'll go from there, and we want to see playoff Cole Beasley, man, what is what I'm talking about, man? And I'm really hoping we get to see you mean and most importantly, playoff freaking Moss playoff Singletary.
Because if they could just flip the switch and start seeing things a little more clear and the old line starts to gel, man, we're going to be a freaking problem, man.
It's just that we just got to come together.
We got the coaching, We've got the pieces together.
We just gotta put it together, man.
So, ladies and gentlemen, this was this was a solid show, my man p money decided to come out come out of retirement.
