What's everybody? Welcome back to my channel.
My name's Luke before I started spending.
I appreciate you guys gonna following SportsCastr at Luke 68 13 also on Twitter, both there at Luke 68. 13.
And I'm back for any off my any people that you know have watched me before.
I've taken a break and I'm back here with my official 2020 MBA mock draft.
I made one, like, make by early September, I think maybe even late August.
So it was a long time ago, and here I am to make my official 2020 and being mock draft.
The draft starts tonight at seven.
I I wish I wanted to do it like later, maybe around, like, six.
But I just don't have time to do it later on tonight, because I believe that a lot of more trades were gonna happen involving picks us.
There already have been a couple of trades that have involved pigs like the Rockets treating Robert Covington to the Trailblazers for Trevor Reza and the 16th pick and another first round pick, and then also the next just made a trade with the jazz to move up to like 23.
I'm pretty sure it is.
And then there's also the Lakers trained 28 gaining green to the Lakers for Dan Shooter, which is an absolutely I'll breathe and the other trades that happen.
You know, Chris Paul to the sons, and then last night, a big trade that's going to involve, you know, 19, the Sixers.
In a way, we're gonna have to get better as the Fox trade for Drew Holiday and also traded for Bogdan Bogdanovich in a Sign and Trade.
But there's no more talking about, you know, trades that happened.
It's time again, semiofficial 2020 n b A mock draft.
And this is gonna be a full round mock draft because, you know, I want to go over my Philadelphia 76 which picked they picked 21 on.
Like I said, I believe there is gonna be a lot of trades on draft night, especially that especially tracing involved picks Game moved around like the rumor right now.
I've heard not that long ago was like 242 to the Bulls.
The Warriors retreat, picked to to the Bulls for four and window Carter.
So, you know, maybe something like that happen.
You know, maybe the Timberwolves will trade out the first pick.
And speaking of the first picking of starting off with the draft, we no one really knows who's gonna go first is between Lemelle a ball and Anthony.
I would you know that James Wiseman, going into this draft, like was one of the best, was probably the best high school prospect.
Was injury hurt him.
And which kind of took over in, um El Ball, also with his height took over, talked for the first overall pick.
The table is right now.
The reason why I'm gonna drop this player for them is they don't really need Lem elbow.
They don't need another primary ball handler.
So I have the I have the minister of Temple selecting forward out of Georgia.
The 19 year old Anthony Edwards.
He's a freshman.
He played 32 games last season, 19.
2 rebounds in 2.
Now it's time for the for the Golden State Warriors to pick here, and I have them selecting center James Wiseman out of Memphis.
The freshman Onley quite three games due to an injury still averaged around 20 points.
He's a great player, and I'm sure he's gonna be able to help help the Warriors out right now or the Warriors should either draft James Wise in here.
Obviously, I'm not going to do trade, so I'm just gonna have them selecting.
James Wiseman and the Hornets get the best possible scenario.
Lemelle ball falling to them.
No, never like no difficult choice for them here.
Play 13 games over in Australia.
Great score, Great pass.
So it looks like he does have some serious potential.
I know some people don't think Lemelle has all that potential because, like, I don't really know why people are saying Lemelle might not be as good as you might be.
I think the metal balls would be a great player, but I just think Edwards and Wiseman, for the teams above or just better fits for them on the metal ball falls to three.
So now moving on to four Chicago Bulls will be selecting one of the ones I don't even know the last time a player.
If there is even an NBA player from this country.
Uh, Denny via from Israel, Israel, Israel, whatever.
I haven't selecting him with the fourth pick.
So the fifth pick here comes like my most difficult decision because saying about it, like the Cavaliers, they're such a bad team, but they don't have that many needs point.
The backboard with concepts and Darius Garland and then in the front court they Kevin Love and Andre Drummond.
But, you know, rumors have been going around.
Drummond did just often into his player option, which I'm not surprised there's a lot of money, but Kevin Love's in trade rumors.
Eso I think they're good.
Try to draft a big man and I reflecting the sop****re date and will be topping and and now moving on to six pick, which belongs to the Atlanta Hawks.
I have them selecting out of USC former Lemelle ball teammate.
I'm sorry if I pronounce his name wrong in UK Goku, the freshman at USC.
Great, great fit on this team and plus Josh Collins.
Um, you know, future there isn't fully guaranteed, so it would be good to know, just have ah player there for them So now maybe going to South pick in the draft and this is kind of weird gets a little bit weird.
I feel like the top six picks, you know, if they stay in that draft order, might be pretty said.
In my opinion, unless you know normal ball goes once stood instead of Anthony Edwards.
Because if Lemelle ball goes one, Edwards is going to go to the Warriors and then Wiseman's gonna go to the horn inside site.
But now, going to the South pick.
I had the Detroit Pistons toe selecting ah sop****re out of Iowa State.
Tyree's Hill Burton.
I think he is the best point guard if you want to consider the Metal Ball point guard.
I think Tyree still burns a second, but I think Tyree Cylburn is personally the best true point guard in this draft class.
It's now moving on to the eighth pick in the strap, which this is one of like the toughest things here.
If the Knicks so no one really never knows what the next you're gonna take, they there's been talk to them, you know, originally, I always thinking they're going to take a point guard, but that's not their main in right now.
And there's a player out there who I think might be a little bit better from FFS.
You, Devon, the cells who I'm gonna have.
It was going to get selected by the Knicks.
In my opinion, I define him.
Where is he? The E it's best.
Where is he? Devin? Cell.
Why can't I find him? Um seven.
The cell? Because I'm not looking in the right spot, eh? Sorry about this.
I just had to, like, find his name.
So I brought this.
So, yeah, I have the next thing, Devon, for sale out of four state.
So now we're moving bumps.
1/9 pick and I have the Washington Wizards selecting guard slash Forward from Auburn, the freshman Isaac Akora.
Now, maybe onto the tech pick where the Phoenix Suns control this pig going into the draft.
I was thinking that definitely gonna take a point guard because Rubio, he's a solid player.
But then once someone maybe a little bit younger than have a replacement because I think Rubio right now only has a year left on his deal, but then they trade for Chris Paul.
So now they definitely don't need a point guard because I got a point guard.
They got shooting guard.
There was small for data center.
The only thing they're missing right now is a power forward.
And there's really no, like, great power forward here for them to take.
I mean, Janey McDaniel, Shady pay, Chua.
There's some of the best, um, some of the best available power forwards.
So, you know, they could also just go with the small forward.
But I'm not really sure like this is a tough selection.
I think I think I'm gonna have to go with the power forward and go with Sadiq Bay out of Villanova.
So now they have to Villanova Villanova players on the roster and now with you 11th pick in the draft, um, I have the San Antonio Spurs selecting Aaron Nesmith.
I think that's the best option for them. A great score.
They just need that something that can score the ball Besides tomorrow.
Rosen and I think he's a good player as DEMAR DeRozan only has one year left, so the rows and leaves they have Nesmith to replace them now moving on to the 12th pick with Sacramento Kings have this, and I think they're looking at a guard player here, so one to possibly replace.
But, you know, if he gets traded in that player for me, it's Patrick Williams again.
Another F S U player and not F s u it for our state player.
Don't know why it's enough with you.
And then with the 13th, picky of the pelicans are on the board and not really too much they need, really.
But there was a talk.
There was a rumor I heard earlier where they possibly my trick kind of walker to the Bulls.
So you know something like that happens? I think then that's not the only reason why I'm gonna like this fight.
But I'm gonna give them a point guard here out of Alabama.
Kyrie Kyrie Louis Jr is giving my selection for the Celtics at 14 or for the Pelicans at 13. Sorry.
Now 14 with the Celtics, and they're a team that doesn't really need toe.
Um, I have them selecting Precious Chua at a Memphis and now we're moving on to the 15th pick, which belongs to the Orlando Magic.
And I know this is kind of a tough selection, because I think they mainly need a guard guy and the best guard right now.
There, out there.
Killing Hayes, Tyreese, Maxie, RJ Hampton, Theo Mallet and Josh Green.
I think the best one is gonna be Tyreese Maxi for the arm.
Mhm for the magic.
So now we're moving on to 16. I'm sorry.
Like I'm not really explaining each pick.
I'm just trying to get this, you know, trying to get through just like toe. Have it.
Um, because I don't really have a great explanation for every pick to be honest, but moving on to 16 now with the rockets Don't really know what they need.
Kind of do They need a big man.
Um, and I have them selecting, um, or they could go guard.
Actually, I'm only gonna have them select RJ Hampton, a guy that they could develop into the future.
Now moving on to 17th pick along belongs to the Timberwolves again.
They already took Anthony Edwards.
They're looking to either go guard or big man.
None of them selecting jaded McDaniels, a freshman out of Washington and now we're onto the 18th pick in the draft that belongs to Dallas Mavericks, and I'm gonna have them be selecting guard Killian hes out of Germany and now the 19th pick, which that belongs to Brooklyn.
They're looking for a big man, in my opinion, um, you know, looking at the four, which is a power forward slant center type of player.
And I think the best guy available right now there is names like Jaylin Smith, Isaiah Stewart, um, as alleged Key.
Who? Who you vex key that got from Greece.
I probably pronounce that name so wrong, but I'm gonna have them selecting center Jaylin Smith Now if the Miami Heat on the with the 20th pick, they're looking for a guard.
I think the best option right here is to select Trey Jones.
Just my personal.
One of my personal favorite players in this draft class, honestly, just cause e feel like him.
And what's weird is thinking of Trey Jones.
I I think of ties Jones and how ties Jones, I'm pretty sure played all four years.
So they just, like, continued at Duke.
And just overall, in my opinion, try Jones with my fair player in this draft class.
And now here, the Sixers, my favorite team.
I'm having them no, like no chance, no questions asked if this players still here 21 they have to select him.
Tyrell Terry out of Stanford and now the Denver Nuggets possessed the 22nd pick and again there another team that's a deep roster that doesn't really need that much.
So they're just looking for best player available and that best player available right now, in my opinion, is Tyler Bay out of Colorado staying in? You know, Colorado as Denver's in Colorado and the 23rd pick it is the next second pick of the draft.
Um, they took death of a cell earlier, so I think right now they are going to look to select a point guard.
And there's some good point guards still available, like coal Anthony.
So if Colin things here, I think the next would select him.
Now the Bucks have the 24th pick or no, Actually, the Pelicans have the 24th pick because of the trade.
That was another pick involved, and I'm gonna have them be selecting center, definitely going to pronounce this guy's name wrong.
Let's keep the guy from Greece again.
He is going to get selected by the pelicans with the 24th pick.
And now the thunder have the 25th pick.
And you know, they're looking for just anything young.
I think they're looking for guard, though mainly the best point guards available right now are, um Theo Malady.
Maliki, Finn caches.
Winston, Nico, Mannion.
I think I'm gonna have them select Maliki fin out of San Diego State.
And now the Celtics, with their next pick here at 26.
I think they're just select forward Leonardo Ball Morrow from Spain Jazz.
They have the 27th pick after making the trip to New York Knicks.
I think of guard here is the best option.
I have them selecting Josh Green as were winding down just to the last three picks this thunder back on the board after just taking Malki.
Finn, they're not going to go in the same guard position, so they're gonna look for forward now.
My opinion best forwards available right now are Xavier Tillman.
Uh, Kelly Winth E um, Desmond Bain.
Who? I am going to have the Thunder select and then the 29th pick The Rocket, the Raptors.
I think I look in the back draft the backup guard to to replace Fred VanVleet, who is most likely going to leave all the best options right now.
Let's see the best options right now.
Best options right now, Theo. Mounting caches.
Winston, Robert would read.
I'm gonna have this, like caches Winston.
And now the last pick.
The Celtics are on the clock, and I think I'm gonna take someone to make a project on who's been kind of injured.
Going into the draft is definitely a good prospect.
Um, never mind. You might have got drafted.
I already dropped us going out. Where is he? Them.
It is going to be Vernon Carey.
That's giving my last player drafted here in the first round.
So thanks for watching.
That's my That's gonna be my 2020 end being much I first round.
It's kind of like a short video. I just went through each player.
That's just kind of how I want the video to be, just to kind of put it out there, you know, see what you guys thought in my opinion, as a video went on.
So I had this video. Mostly.
