with the new ownership.
What does that, even in the mean? What's that could entail moving forward For those of you who have been living under a rock, Steve Cohen has bought the Mets.
It is official, and he's done four things already that have really stood out to me.
The businessman and I'm gonna go over those.
So the first thing that he did the very first thing before anyone even knew that he was on Twitter is he got on Twitter and he connected with the Mets fans, sending a simple tweet, asking what they could do to make the Mets fans experience better.
I mean, this is a brilliant move.
This is probably the most brilliant move that I've seen, which is why I put it at number one.
Ultimately, if you're a business man, if you own a company, if you are running an organization, you have customers.
You have a product that you're trying to sell to the customer, and you have customers that you hope will buy your product, connecting with them and giving them some input onto what the product is and how it Yo, what up? What up? What up? Can you guys hear me? Can anyone hear me? Please give me a one or something.
If you could hear me, let me know if you can hear me now.
Can you guys hear me? Can you guys respond? Please let me know you could hear me.
Yo, yo, yo, yo, Let me know if you can hear me Guys, You hear me now? So I'm just gonna play a little bit from your boys shaped and how it's presented and what they want more of and what they want less of is a brilliant move.
It's a very simple one.
It's something that almost all companies dio It's something that Apple does.
It's something that Toyota does.
Every company that you know, every product that you buy, they do some sort of customer research market research.
They interact with their customers, they send out emails and they realize Okay, well, this type of email didn't get read as much as this type of email.
We know something about our customers.
I mean, Facebook is famous for doing this.
They collect all this data.
Same thing with Twitter and these big Google, these really big tech companies, they collect all this data on their users on their customers.
And then they're able to sell that to people who want to advertise so that the people who are advertising know what kind of customer they're reaching, and they know more about their customers.
So this is all just very obvious stuff.
Unfortunately, in baseball, this doesn't happen very often.
When was the last time that you could think of that? You had an owner on Twitter asking the fans, his customers what they want, What, what more do they? What more do they want? How can they experience do better? What can we do? We owe you guys happier to make you more involved in the Mets to bring you in and form this This group, this tight knit, family type feeling group, So that's the first thing that he did.
He got on Twitter and he connected directly with the fans.
I think I mean, it generated a ton of buzz.
That's fantastic Marketing.
First off created a ton of buzz is that the sale itself wasn't creating enough buzz around the Mets.
Now you've got the owner of the Mets on Twitter talking to fans on Twitter.
I mean, that's pretty cool.
You know, that's a great bit of marketing from a business standpoint.
Also, you're learning from your fans, you're interacting with them and you're learning kind of what they want and what they feel now.
Cohen was a Mets fan, so he has his own opinions on the Mets over the course of his life.
I mean, he's standing.
He's always been met.
You What up? What up? What up? This is another edition of Metz Weekly by a boy.
You know, kids cake off the legion of Nick's podcast.
I'm here to break down some some fun Mets news, Uh, each and every week developments, guys that we signed.
Definitely gonna be covering the winter meetings when they come because, you know, Stove gets hot once it went to me.
That comes, man, but yeah, let's talk about so first and foremost the beloved Trevor Bauer is talking again on this time.
Obviously has this podcast or YouTube channel know what it is exactly.
But this this interview was actually I think today.
So, um, you see that your boy to rub our looks favorably upon the Mets deal.
I love how they flirting with each other like you're trying to act as if one doesn't want the other. Well, we're ready.
Said if you wanna talk about it.
Sandy Alderson came out and say, Sure about, That's our guy for about, you know, Look, he's playing the field because again he said that he's gonna go around and he's gonna take one year deals.
I guess the drivers value.
But in baseball guaranteed money, you know? Am I Mets fan? Is Woody Max serious? Is Judy that serious? I've always been a Met fan since 1990.
What for? I tell you three.
We had Todd Hundley, Butch Huskey, Bernard Gilkey, Bobby Jones, Jason Israel Housing Generation K.
Jason is housing Paul Wilson and, uh, Paul Wilson.
Jason Israel housing And oh, gosh, what missing wasn't Bobby Jones Because Jason Israel housing Paul Wilson.
Goodness gracious, Why Mrs J.
Generation came to my missing Jason Israel housing Paul Bill Pulsipher.
That was the other picture, and they all suck Well, suffer Jason's.
I was given a really good closer.
What? Oh, okay. At Scarborough.
Do not ask me, man.
I e have toiled with the Mets, but let me get back to trial about things so Obviously these two guys thes two parties, flirting with each other right now in regards to free agency, Trumbauer has come out today on his YouTube channel podcast have talked about four key areas in which, uh, Cohen has got it right with the Mets.
Which is Steve, said Gary Cohn, Steve Cohen, using social media and too rapid the fans about explains how this is a billion business strategy to learn Mobil's and customers.
Which again? Extremely, right.
The Mets fans, you do not.
This is one thing that I think your boy Dolan has missed out on is that you don't you don't alienate your fans.
Yes, you may have a loyal fan base, right? The elasticity of our fandom right is is extremely long, right? Whether you suck or not.
What? I was gonna be there, right? But I think that I think you got some of his Asian.
You cannot by any means alienate your fans.
Man, you do not want to become the hated one.
You wanna be the one that listen to your fans and look, we have good ideas.
I said we're going to run the team, obviously run the team you made decisions in the sense that we don't like.
You do not alienate your fans, right? You had the Wilpons who basically, you're trying to build the Mets as a trying to build a Mets, essentially as the Dodgers and we're not.
The Dodgers were not the San Francisco Giants.
I know that's a combination to Giants and Dodgers and Mets, but we're not those teams.
We are the New York Mets.
So again, I think Bauer hits it off correctly.
We are, you know, the owner and calling him off correctly, going on Twitter.
And then there's gonna be off up front.
But he started on the right foot and he ready.
So he's gonna implement a fan day.
He's gonna take a lot of ideas that people are saying on Twitter, uh, toe heart.
And I think it's only right.
I mean, even Sandy Alderson.
This guy is coming out now laughing.
He's a lot more jokey.
Er, he's, you know, flirting with John about with our.
So again, I think this is a great step by Cohen.
I agree about the second point.
He praises Combs declaration of one and win the world season X 3 to 5 years, Bauer says.
You have to know where you're trying to go by setting the bedrock.
Everything that makes you do over the next few years has to be building towards that ultimate goal.
Win the World Series.
And, yes, I love it.
I love the mandate.
So many of the teams I support never put out those mandates.
So many teams I support the Jets, so we're not thinking about going to the playoffs in front of this year.
They're tanking purposely, and that's because Joe Douglas.
But in other years, they've said the same thing when you don't know what the hell we're doing, my cabin and Tom bows.
The Nixon never, never really give any playoff mandates on bond.
When you hire guys like Steve Mills and and and Scott Perry, I'm not get as much for Scott Perry.
But Steve Mills, I mean or hire Phil Jackson didn't wanna be there.
You have to pay him twice as much.
You can't really give a mandate what I'm saying.
So again, I love this.
This guy has money.
He knows that baseball there's no role.
Uh, there's no real limitation regards to sign guys, I think there's a tax write but, um, regards to build this team.
I mean, look, even the tax, the guy probably even pay the luxury tax. Don't give a ****.
He has money and I love that he's doing it.
I love the fact that Steve Cohen is given a man and say, Hey, I wanna win something or at least come closer into something next 35 years The Dodgers went out there when Magic Johnson and that consortium group they used to buy the Dodgers, they went out there and they were buying up.
I mean, they were buying the players and they were development players.
On the flip side, I mean, Bellenger, Seeger, Jaak Peterson Uh, Muncie, Max Muncy.
Uh, they and they brought guys like a Machado.
Even though he's with the Padres, you know me.
And now they have Mookie Betts there.
I mean, they did everything they used.
All their resource is how can you be in a big city and not used and not be a big team? Yeah, I mean, so I love the fact that Sico has put out there.
Hey, we're gonna go a lot all out and try to win something.
Not to say that.
Not to say that we're gonna say and make students remember Steve Cohen when they talked about the clinic deal for Diaz and Ah Cano.
He said, Look, we're not gonna We're gonna make deals that get us ahead.
We're getting ready now, players, and we're close to it, right? We're not going to stay and just make stupid trees to try to make a splash.
Making a name for ourselves broad, even back wagon.
What the hell is **** name is eso? I love that point number three.
Bauer then talks about how the Mets are going to achieve their lofty goals, mentioning Cohen's desire to integrate ****ytics, which power is known for being a proponent of as well as empowering city, Alderson.
And yes, we have to be on the forefront regards to basically ****ytics understanding which players again, not just getting necessarily big name begin.
It's a guy who may have a high obp, a guy who, you know the average may not be as lofty, but this guy's O. P.
Yeah, I mean, well, honey, you here, and I hope you usually have a decent average, but a guy got other guys on base push, guys, Uh, another thio the next base, right? The guy's a good quintessential number two here.
Right? Um you know, back in the day, I think Bobby ABRIR was like a ****ytics, darling, because it's he had, like, extremely high obp, timely hitting, even though the numbers didn't really pop.
Um, that stuff, I think that one year he had, like, 30 home runs.
I think that was the year right before right after it was right before or the year of the time to make the All Star on.
Then he did the home run derby, and I think he's just swing.
Kind of got messed up, but yeah, I am.
I'm extremely Let me see what you guys are saying.
Yankees are do anything screwy Yankees.
I'm saying my team saying gun agreed.
Why does he look like a chef in this picture anyway, three Yankees is the Lakers of the baseball.
Yeah, you could say that.
Yankees are false.
Gods screw the Yankees.
Dissenting Yankee Channel, man.
Screw the Yankees, even though I don't mind Yankees, uh, fans coming here.
But sweet Yankee, screw you guys bum ass stance and keep swinging at every every cook strikes stance is always swinging that right through and for two years short, man.
Stance is so overrated.
But anyway, back to sandals and and and and the third point, I agree with the ****ytics.
Um, you know, you look at teams like the Chicago Cubs and Epstein.
Theo Epstein is one of the guys on the forefront.
I think, like a lot of his ah, lot the front office guys they hired where in all of these guys that came from, boss, Obviously his guys.
Well, I just remember I believe that they made an emphasis Chicago in the weeks and despite the fact that they kind of, you know, since they won the World Series, But they did win the World Series.
Right? Um, guys, you guys like Chris Bryant? Uh, was the second baseball, like a lot? Uh, the short guy, The one that, uh yeah.
What is this guy's name? Why am I the beast? Because these guys are absolutely So am I of Grazioso.
They had Javier Baez.
Why did my camera is his name? That's crazy.
Anthony Rizzo, Uh, didn't have crumbled Wow.
So, Jason Heyward, who's overrated? Um, yeah, and that's, you know, ****ytics is I think, in every in every sport, obviously you have, you know, sabermetrics.
And you have the fact that the AIDS never really want anything.
Um, Billy being at the home, I don't believe in the eighties.
Um, so for the simple fact that, you know, they were kind of ahead of the game, and now everybody's kind of not everybody, but everyone's having a heavy emphasis on ****ytics.
Um, get the guys will get another personal base.
How? Repeat Takes pictures.
Um, and that translates into a lot of ****ytics.
And we have to be in the forefront of that.
We can't sit there and try to go cheap and get adjacent bay because we don't We can't afford that holiday.
Um, but yeah, you know, I love I love the fact.
You mean Jason, who has been over here since the Cardinals because he came from the carbons and he had that really good year before the contract.
Like to 17 27 home runs.
Something like that.
Um, that when you were the carbons, I believe and got traded to the cubs.
He signed with the college is free agent.
Just kind of Remember this hand with the Braves? I hated Jason Heyward.
I hate all briefs, but let me just make sure I'm not talking about my ass.
So baseball reference.
Why is this thing taking so long? Come on, Computer.
Jason Heyward started out with what? I don't need his high school.
Just giving Israel us.
That's no, folks, this is good.
So you start Atlanta.
What's ST Louis? Yep.
And you had that one year.
Excuse me? He was 2 93.
Only 13 home runs. Yep.
He signed with the Cubs.
I forgot they didn't want a golden glove with the Cubs to twice, but yeah, the hitting is never really materialized, Aziz.
Muchas people wanted it to even the last year to 30. 100.
21 62 I realized thing on home runs.
Yeah. Oh, PS of 7 72.
So, yeah, he's overrated.
Back Thio Bauer.
Finally, Bauer believes that Cohen is setting himself in the Mets apart from his main competitive in the market.
That's the Yankees Now, obviously, Bauer has issued the Yankees because also, Guarico is there, and I don't think a guy who a guy as free spirit as Trevor Bauer.
I don't see a guy like Trevor Bauer going over to the Yankees.
Um, you know, I know even if they over the most money.
But they have so many big contract or they have a few big contracts right on that team.
Let's be honest.
That's a sterilized team that you can have a beard.
Really can't personality Tom.
And you got a guy Gary Cole, who back in the day him and sure of our teammates in college.
And he came at Trumbauer saying that he didn't like his work ethic about stuff and look for God. You're Bauer.
He probably have a good work ethic.
He just probably a really good skill that maybe that work, that they kind of got better in the MLB.
But Trevor bottles when those guys, I think he kind of wishes heart closer sleeve, and he's probably like FM.
Who the hell are you? And, you know, for a guy who this year I mean he had a ridiculous year this year, obviously won the Cy Young award this year.
E told my boy the grounds and went up.
When you're pitching when you're throwing, I mean, this is England 54 Whatever.
The bubble wins and was mean crap.
Um, The kid in 11 gangs pitched a season.
Sorry. 11 year, 11 games started.
He had 100 strikeouts.
And he had How many innings Pitch meetings pitch at a e R A of 1 73.
Why am I Why do you think that working on, um, pitch 73 innings? Wow.
So, 73 I'm sure it's about a 100 about three.
31 point 37 um, strikeouts for any.
Yeah, that's Retik.
****, that's **** good, man.
Hey, had a whip a 0.
Need Trevor Bauer.
Trevor, stop playing around.
You don't wanna go to Yankees? You know you want to play for Steve Cohen.
You know you want to play for owners.
Gonna lie talking ish.
Have your platform.
Say what you want.
As long as it's not detrimental to the team. You know you want to come to the Mets.
You know, you don't want to sign some stupid one year, $35 million deal.
And if you get hurt, there's no security.
Make it 35 million.
There's no security for the next few years, E I mean, come to the Mets.
Stop playing around. You don't wanna go some small market team.
The message for you don't wanna go to the Yankees.
You don't wanna go to the Dodgers.
Ready? One don't really need you.
You want to come to the Mets? You the Graham, Syndergaard Stroman, And now they're talking about some other pictures.
That's all My Charlie Morton.
I'm gonna get to a little bit later.
Talking about Jake a drizzy and talking about somebody else just gave me.
But you know you don't want to do that.
So come home to the Mets.
Come to your home, come to the place I was always meant for you.
Come here and dominate you.
The Graham Syndergaard Stroman and David Peterson.
And obviously we have to ease back in Syndergaard be going to sit here and tell me you wouldn't want that, Bro.
Come on, talking about.
Stop playing around my zip these games, man. Come home.
Come on. It's okay. Come on. Yeah.
That dude juice.
3 set. Let me see. My boy. The grand guy.
You know the ground's ferry picture.
You know, that's the only mets jersey I got.
Uh, see, innings page, watch some Good watch.
Underground killing two s underground kills 2104 innings pitched.
68 the robbers, But at 11.
53 But who's kind of Yo, bro? Come on, man.
Stop playing around.
956 was not as good as yours this year, but the ground has been doing it for the past few years.
He hasn't had a whip over one since 2000 and 17.
Stop playing travel.
Give Trevor a nine year do 25 to 30 million.
I mean, come home and be an ace.
The Graham has not had a AIDS to place alongside him as much.
I like Syndergaard.
Syndergaard is a good player. Has good stuff.
Um, he's been a little bit inconsistent, has a great fastball, but needs to also learn how to go Strider for strikes zero strider for strikes.
So it was slider for strikes.
Um but come home.
Stop playing! Stop playing games.
Come home care about but to the next.
Yeah, Do do, do, do, do, do, do do do And they're talking about possibly getting Charlie Morton or, um But stop playing Stop playing games Let me, let me say what? Up to my sports catcher Guys, What up? What up? Sports cats? How you guys doing? Why is it I think shutting up? Here it is.
Suits everybody here on SportsCastr man, That's what Up what up, SportsCastr? How you guys doing? Sorry about that.
Uh, to everybody here, Charlie B is Hayden as usual Uncle Free Z.
What up? What up? What up, Charlie be Come over to the come over to the YouTube man.
So you get school, man. Yeah.
So we're gonna go over to Marcel Ozuna now.
The Mets are allegedly allegedly especially or allegedly or rumored.
Let me say that.
He's on the court case.
Um so let's go toe Marcel Ozuna allegedly the Mets are in for him This is a guy who can.
Nash has played on the kind of brave one.
Yes, he did play in the Braves playing the play.
The Bridges you have my back came from the Cardinals also played with the Yeah, with the Marlins.
And this was a guy that gave us nightmares last year with two strikes, two outs down by a believer.
Run your boy Everyone's favorite picture.
Um, everyone's favorite picture.
Uh, Edwin be odds Grows outside fastball or faster right outside the strike zone for home morning where they tied it up and they went on to go in on.
I'm just gonna say that now, just because DS sucks, um and like, now we're almost stuck toe down to the last.
I'll just just listen to this crap, man.
Listen to this crap.
Doesn't this crap? So we could just so we could just so we could just get over this, you know, I mean, sometimes when you have issues in your life, you have to go back, you have to go back.
And instead, when Diaz was pitching on back to back days, we talked yesterday about his poor season.
Last year, he looked like a new man yesterday and it's up to Marcel Ozuna.
Even like a new man.
I'm gonna share this.
But you guys, you could just see the pain again.
I'm not trying to steal anything from you guys. God bless you.
Fair use fair use fair use.
So they keep the game alive.
Two outs, bases empty to one game.
Still took strike three against Diaz yesterday.
Alright, Just fast forward with these day parts.
Look at the cardboard fans gone for Marcel.
Who's ahead in the count? Yeah, No doubles, Alonso.
Well, off the line at first, Okay, It's called the Only brave touch.
The plate today would love a chance in the ninth.
Don't tell me this was the grand pitch game too, because that that support to one is a classic ground type of giving Hate him.
Throw a strike it right.
Look at that slider.
But that slider can.
This guy uses freaking spider effectively.
Look at that slider, man.
Look at this ***.
They can't do that.
Oh, man, this ***** is hitting the air toward right, Pretty boy boy to the wall were tied.
It's Ah, home run leaves down to their last strike.
Get a lightning bolt from Marcel Ozuna.
Marcel were tied at two apiece.
This dude's face.
I just want to just rip his face off.
She gets in my freaking merging.
Um, I can't stand with Diaz, man, because I'm telling you, two years ago I was in 19, You had a chance to go to the playoffs, man.
And this guy grew us. He blew.
He blew enough saves that.
I think it took out the wind.
I will met for us to make a run, remember? Remember the time where we played the Dodgers and the ones who had a big to run a three run home run and make it 85? There was a two run home run.
Um, as you can see here, man.
The primary pitch. The primary.
So it says from New York Post at our primary focus is gonna be on pitching catch instead of filled.
Uh, marzo Zuno just turned 30 eyes.
A free agent believe he hit Hey, might be looking for a big payday.
I think he usually plays the corners.
I might be wrong, but I remember him playing left field leased for the moms.
He's not really a set of fielder per se.
That is a position of need.
And hey, did hit.
Just trying to get to baseball reference, Obviously.
See from here 3.
That O P s as ***y as hell O P s one of 67 PPF for 31 plus thesis 11% of 66.
36 had 60 strikeouts and, uh, 228 at bats.
Hey, had about 18 home runs was lower, but I take it back, obviously because of the bubble.
Uh, this is a guy who has been for a few years, has hit over 23 home runs, had his best year in Miami where hit 37 runs 1.
24 r b I s through 12 average for 9.
Um but Marcel Ozuna is a free swinger.
Uh, they can make contact.
You could drive the ball.
He is a guy I'll definitely look at if we're convincing to play center field now I don't I don't think that he played much Senate Field.
I believe you played the corner.
So again, that's an issue.
And the money will be looking at Hey, signed that, I believe, was one of your deal with the Braves for, like, 18 or 20 million or whatever was.
So for a guy who's him like that and it's 30.
She's looking for a big payday.
Um, unfortunate might not be for us.
Now, let's let's read the article because, uh, if you can't play center is gonna be kind of tough to justify because I don't wanna move.
I'm not moving O Neal on.
I'm not moving from Florida from Florida.
I think that you resigned from Florida, uh, place to be the center.
Uh, but let's see.
Can be, you know, because of slash for your sins against lefty pitching while on its 2 94.
Yeah, let's do this.
He spent six over on the NL's, uh, NL MVP voting.
Hey, spent most of his time in de at D h eso you played mostly left and right field.
He didn't play really playing center.
Um, now it's gonna be interesting, because with our d h, you're gonna have either Pete Alonso or your boy Don Smith.
Now, hopefully implement a long term because I don't want to give up either.
Uh, but yeah, it will be interesting to see Holly highly approach this.
Do you put him at left? I mean, if you put him in left, that means obviously JD Davis has gone.
You trained JD Davis for your boy.
The door you put you put McNeil at third.
Um, do you have a zonal left? McNeil A third lindo a shortstop, Canola him.
And as we try to keep him on as a second, um, Peter Lines, or for our dominates with that first few lines with the D.
Conforto, right? You're center field.
You put Nimmo or Zuna.
I mean, Ozuna is not the most.
I don't think he's mostly your foot.
I don't remember.
I'm not sure Be able won a golden glove.
Anything? I don't know.
I don't know much about his defense or no, he has an arm.
I take that back. Ozuna does have an arm.
He does have it all. If I remember.
Let me see if you want? Yeah, he definitely.
So you want a golden golden glove? Is that 2017? So I guess you use the top.
Fill my bad guys.
I was doing it does have an arm.
So that is definitely something to look at.
I think if the George Springer doesn't come, uh, George Springer was 31.
Um, if they can't get because he's also looking for a big contract, maybe they wait for Ozuna slide off, and then we and and sign them because we gotta Ozuna has a bad trade off J.
Davis who I like, but I think I don't think JD Davis will be as good as a Zuna J Davis up there to things like 28.
Um, and you put you put those on in left? I mean, the way you get the story left hand pitching.
I mean, Lord Jesus, that would be something to look at, but it remains to be seen, obviously, Francisco Indoor.
They've been heating up, I think teams I was watching.
Um, I forgot what channel was.
It wasn't John Boy was somebody else.
Cameron his name, Um, and basically, he's a Cleveland fan.
and he was basically saying that as soon as as good as gone.
They can't afford him.
So they're definitely try to trade him on.
But looks like the Mets might have the best package.
And he wanted a package of JD Davis.
And I believe he wanted either Jimenez or Marie Ronnie Mauricio.
I think Ronnie Mauricio him.
And it might be a little bit too much if I could give them JD Davis, a med Rosario and another menu. Lower tier.
Uh uh Oh, it's shared farm farm player.
Hopefully I could work now.
I'm not giving a Bt.
Third baseman got drafted two years ago.
Um, let me see the Mets farm system.
We go this together, guys, uh, Mets farm system system.
Rana Mauricio baby Peterson just got the call up.
S O brien Recio.
Brit Batty. That's Beatty. Beatty.
Uh, something's got Francisco Alvarez was captured for the future are marked.
Viento has been there for a while.
Mark Bento's What was his age? He's only he's 20.
Wow, I could have sworn I heard about this dude for a while.
Guess not, uh, David pieces, obviously up.
Uh, then we just drive Kevin Smith last year.
Let me see. I think you draft him last year. I might be wrong.
For while. My bed? Uh, yeah.
Francisco Alvarez Right of that boom.
How far? It just seems kind of that's been Lindsay to God be drafted a last year.
But either way, I mean, I think you could do that trade with JD Davis.
Just JD Davis and, um J Davis.
Um, and someone said he was on some channel talking in Spanish, talking about Cleveland.
Or you mentioned Cleveland one.
So maybe ****es right on the wall that hey, they're gonna training for it because I like him.
And I think that Francisco and it was just that bit of a player.
Francisco and Door hit.
About what? To a four.
I guess you had a down year. Whatever.
What? It's gonna endure Stats.
It's because it's there's beast, man.
And this guy's eyes look at his Whoa, You guys are my bag.
You guys don't have it.
Look at these awards for Francisco Indoor.
This dude has been an absolute beast ever since I got this from Puerto Rico? Yep. Puerto Rico.
His dude has been Repeat the year.
Okay, men looking a year.
Voting number two was also always years with the M v p m M v P. Voting.
Um, all those years, Golden Gloves, Silver slugger, Uh, this past year in a bubble argument bubble.
And then whatever you wanna call it, they only hit 2.
58. Let me use this year.
Used last year to 2.
84 you had 32 home runs.
74 r b I s Goodness gracious.
Oh, put this guy on the freaking mets, man.
Put this guy on the freaking mets, man.
Make that trade.
I'll give you I don't know if I give you Rana Mauricio End.
I'm it, but I'll give you a pit.
I'll throw something in there, man.
Maybe a Francisco Alvarez, but I think that's the guy they want for the future.
I think this guy is gonna be legit, so and I won't be able to his well too.
I'm not sure we give them up.
Um, if you get a real Muto as one thing, but it's tough, man.
But if I could do that for instance, indoor trade.
I'm gonna find a way to do it and get and get the pieces on Onda.
Last but not least, we're gonna go to some Mets pictures.
So you have Medicine Island or yes, they do.
Met Resided Takedowns. Met spit.
P probably ready.
Knows he probably already knows.
Wow, let's see this.
Let's see, there's been a still in this.
I have not heard of this.
And he probably sees writing a well.
Oh, no, Oh, no! Oh, no.
So as we head into the upcoming season, one of the biggest quest around the New York Mets through the starting shortstop being opening day while rumors are swirling potential for single indoor deal between the Mets and giving India's potentially occurring this off season, the Mets have also have to saw internal option on Rosario Andres Jimenez.
It would stay in house with short position.
Another instrument tidbit.
Running situation Includes S and Y post on social media graphic on Thursday with a quote from New Orleans.
Steve Steve Cohen was states.
You build champions.
You don't buy them on.
We have a great corners team.
What makes this potential drama.
Riveting is the fact that S and y graphic, whose many other Mets hometown stars but excludes Rosario.
Yet the graphic includes the fellow young Andres Jimenez.
So that might mean we have something in the works already to get fresh Francisco indoor to the Mets.
They said they want McNeil.
They get f themselves.
I'm not giving up McNeil and JD Davis and waiting for, uh, Francisco Indoor.
Um, ****, that is that is grinding. So we'll see.
That's definitely an interesting development.
Um, and by the way, guys, I'm gonna start doing some more videos throughout the day where I just do like a little nice little a tip or clip or whatever and then a little bit and put some stuff into it.
Maybe 5, 10 minutes to just go over some news. Whatever.

Let's see what? Uh, okay, that's not what I wanted.
They go drinking Charlie Morton.
All right, so from Yahoo sports that Mets have been interested in Charlie Moore in off the Tampa Bay Rays bleed out of down here this year.
Jake Odorizzi Odorizzi.
Sorry, I said, Oh, drizzy, uh, more in yeah, every success Postseason pedigree at 4.

Why am I having hiccups now? Sorry about these guys.
We also struck out a career high 10.
1 batters per nine innings that year with a three point 3/5 s o.
That would be interesting.
Now, obviously, you get one of those guys.
It might be for depth, especially guys like Odorizzi.
If he's trying to resurrect his career, you bring him in on a one year ah, deal to try toe resurrect, maybe use him as a long using one, but used as a spot starter.
Use him as a guy in the bullpen on baby.
He tries to vote for that.
Charlie Morton might be the same thing about I think Charlie Morton as a assassin years left, you know, he was 37 I think has some years left.
A decent starter for any team. I will.
It remains to be seen.
It remains what we do with your of our obviously.
Marcus Stroman realized he wasn't gonna get that money elsewhere.
Hey, signed that qualifying offer with the Mets at 18.
He was not gonna get no multiyear deal worth.
Probably even 15.
Um, because he got a show with the Mets sack.
You know, he might be a little overrated with that in that regards over a from his time with the Blue Jays, where he has a lot of fire.
But here's that Mets that one year, you need a lot of pitches.
Galvin ings a lot of games.
He would not be able to get out the fourth inning or even the fifth inning without having a throne.
Say, 100 some pictures or get close.
Um, so it may be *****, but right now I'm in is exciting.
Time for the Mets.
Steve Coleman saying all the right things turned Bowers in this.
I'm loving What's happening to Trevor Bauer right now.
Definitely seems like he wants to come here.
I think he wants to secure some money.
E think they could work something out where he could sign here for multi for multiple years.
Um, don't worry about.
I'm not giving him him.
And as man I know, people say I'm picking whatever or Knicks up.
No, I'm not giving him in this, but we'll see.
Yeah, show me was crazy if he was gonna take that money, because I know.
But at first, Gemini remember he was gonna take that money.
Remember? He was talking about he wanna try? Remember, he came out of season early because of Kobe, you know? And then he I think he was saying that he was gonna try to market, and he sort of market is like, Oh, I gotta go again.
Strip bowing. Tanaka.
