Good evening, everybody.
Thio, Uh, Tuesday night Patriots.
This is the 30th episode.
Crazy Think ever since has started.
We've gone to the 30th episode on Tuesday night.
Patriots believe I started doing these right around the NFL draft, which was, like, April, which is crazy enough, but, uh, crazy, I think.
But it's been great.
Been really enjoying doing these every week and continuously doing some or, um, you know, more and more.
So hopefully all our had a great day today.
Um, of course, we're in November 2nd week now in November.
And, uh, of course we got we got through another week of the NFL season and, uh, tonight we will, of course, go over the Patriots Jets.
That happened last night.
I'll get my initial reaction.
If you guys have any questions, are comments about the game If you guys have any thoughts about the game, you guys were willing to let me know the Chadli section or again, messaging me via Twitter, and that's posted it on my SportsCastr profile.
Um, my twitter handle and, like always, uh, if you guys don't watch previous episodes of mine, I'm a part of the breakdown channel.
As I reassured before, let me know.
Deal on the breakdown Channel Breakdown Channel sports.
Uh, I would like to before we get started as well.
Um, send my condolences to the Boston Celtics.
Um, team as a Celtics fan, myself and for many sellers fans out there.
I know this is, You know, tonight's regarding about the Patriots, but it's another Boston sports team, so I decided to burn it up a long time player, Um, coach.
And, of course, a well known broadcaster from Boston.
Tommy Heinsohn passed away today.
And, you know, we've we've obviously had a tough year.
Um, you know, with everything really going on, but especially, you know, lots of really well known legends.
Um, you know, we unfortunately lost, um Ah, really great legend that will never be replaced.
And Alex Trebek couple days ago.
Um, who is the host of Jeopardy? One of the best, um, hosts ever on a game show.
So I wanted to quickly send my condolences out to ah, Tom, Tommy, family and everybody throughout thesis Alex organization, as well as all the Boston media that were really close to him.
It's definitely, um no.
Pretty sad to hear about that.
But obviously the memories and stuff like that, when they would be for gotten from him.
Um, okay, well, with that being said, let's get started and talk Patriots.
Uh, and then we will go through some Brady stuff, man.
The box had a total meltdown on Sunday, and then there, Brady, British, Part two.
And then I will get to the next game.
Some of that football is coming. Sunday.
We got the Ravens coming into town and Foxboro, so I'll talk about that game, and my It might be a game the pages might be able to pull out.
I will talk about how that might be able Thio be the case, but let's quickly now go into how the game went on my first initial reaction.
So the New England Patriots played last night on Monday Night Football, and they played the winless New York Jets, a team that is one of the worst in offense and defense.
Even someone special teams.
They have some decent playmakers, like Denzel Memes, who's a rookie coming in.
They had a couple of receivers plane, but they didn't have same day on a plane who was obviously their main franchise quarterback.
They started Joe Flacco, who basically nobody really wanted for, you know, off for agency.
Uh, you know, it's kind of just the backup and offered the Jets out of all teams, so that just comes to show that they just didn't have much of market.
And he really struggled with the Broncos.
But Flock, of course, was a Super Bowl champs.
So he has been well known.
Um, you know, in this game before, So he had the chance to start.
Patriots were coming in losing for their last four games.
I believe, uh, you know, they had a really bad skin going on.
And, uh, now the Patriots, I really had to find a way to win this game, whether it is ugly or not.
I mean, I'll quickly go into why I kind of feet, how I feel about this game.
The final score was 30 to 27.
It was a walk off fuel coal Ah, 51 yarder by Nick Folk, who has been a pretty big, bright spot to be honest and a three and five type season now for the Patriots.
The kicker kicking game was definitely Ah, big weak spot last year for this Patriots team.
They had to go through a bunch of different type of guys, and I think that folk has been able to, you know, they re signed him because they drafted war Assir.
What's still understand that draft pick? I think it's a big bust off a pick as it is, but folks been great on duh when he's been asked to kick some some big kicks.
He's been money and that kick that.
He made the Noel show.
You guys that kick towards the end to kind of wrap up the show tonight.
But when I knew that the Patriots had a chance to go down and kick that field goal on, he put his hands up like, you know, he made it.
But, uh, you give up 27 points to one of the worst offenses in football.
And yes, I know they have some decent playmakers here and there.
But it was just a bad look.
It was an ugly, ugly game, to say the least for the Patriots, you know, even some of their losses that they had.
I thought that they played a lot better than the last night.
They Patriots as a team let Joe Flacco.
I mean, who really is not in the same quarterback.
For a while, it looked like the old Joe Flacco himself.
Um, you know, lots of busted coverages.
I'll talk about my present cons, but lots of bad tackling defensively.
And the thing was going into this game was, uh the Patriots secondary was supposed to be a strong suit and they didn't have cell phone Gilmore last game against the Bills and the bills of a decent passing game.
They they have a lot better of a passing game than the Jets. Dio.
And I was just saying the fact that the Patriots were just getting beat left and right, especially in the flats they were.
They were really not performing and executing at all than the solitary M.
I thought the pages got extremely fortunate toe win this game.
Despite the fact that the Jets are, uh, let's just say really bad.
Um, you know, they obviously there now are still winless.
They're projecting now projected, regardless of the fact to go for the number one overall pick Uh and then and this year's drives for Trevor Lawrence.
But, um, I knew the judge would put up a fight against this Patriots tight team, but I did not expect them.
Thio put up over 20 points.
You would have told me that the Patriots defense give 27 points to this Jets team.
I probably allowed to you with a straight face, but it is what it is.
A win is a win at this point for the Patriots team.
I guess this is how you have to kind of see this team as a team that's going to battle a team.
That is, there's a lot of problems with this team, and I'll be the first one in a minute.
Um, lots of you know, of course, the opt outs, Um, those are obviously some key opt outs, some injuries.
Um, you know, I'll talk about that as well, but just I'm not sure there's just a lot of things, uh, whether it's the offense, the defense or the special teams, It just seems like every week something is off.
Whether it's something you know, I think maybe the Raiders game is probably the best game where they played all great and fast all three years of the best of their ability.
But it just seems like, I mean, the offensive great last night And, uh, that was good.
That was at least something good.
And I know the Jets defense.
It's not that great.
But Greg Williams, a really good defensive coach and, uh, you know, he put up a lot of pressures.
Hey, put Ah lot of things in front of Cam Newton and he they want to see if Cam Newton control the ball to the best of his ability.
And, you know, Cam, you know, kind of had that two game stretch 34 weeks ago.
And since then, I think he's played, uh, decent ball.
I'm not I'm not saying amazing by any means, but I think that he is giving the Patriots a better chance to win games by not turn the ball over and being a lot more conservative.
And I think that you give credit to its offensive corner. Josh McDaniels.
I'm basically giving Tam now through kind of, let's say, a good chunk of this season, Uh, you know, it kind of has a good idea of how Cam works.
And I think Kim is a good idea how he works with Josh.
And so and with that being said, I think that, um, it really showed yesterday that the Patriots were down the whole entire game of the Jets.
Uh, and I mean its product the best way you should be doing it.
Patriots continuously get down In games I've been trying to say the last several weeks, the Patriots have to find ways to get ahead in games.
Yeah, they got ahead 73.
I mean, I guess that counts, but, I mean, you got a lot of big plays.
Um, you know, it's just not Bill for success, but there are fortunate last night Patriots.
What I do give credit for them last night is they fight.
They fight as a team, I would say quite well with kind of whether the team stands with a lot of young players.
Of course, not having a great quarterback, however, now, with your team anymore, Uh, you know, you move on to Cam Newton, a former M V P who was obviously trying still acclimated the system as you go, especially with basically no off season.
So even with a decent good quarterback in Cam.
I mean, he's just trying to one of things on the fly on then very limited receivers.
I mean, you're basically relying on a guy and Jacoby Meyers, who I think was your number 43 number fifth receiver last year of best.
But, I mean, without June Ellman being being heard for attention the rest of the year.
I mean, you have to have other guys, step up, you have tow guys, make contributions to find ways to help the team when and any facet.
And I think that you're seeing it with guys like Jacoby and, uh, you know, to me, a bird who, of course he worked with in Carolina.
But they're just they have to basically play in order, win games, I think extremely complimentary good football.
I just think that it hasn't been in that case ****.
We're gonna have to see how it goes.
So it was a really ugly one, but a win is a win at this point.
They've had a lot of losses where they played well, um, but at the end of that, I mean you lose the game, so of course There's obviously stuff that you wanna work around now because, you know, you win the game and you're ugly and you and you want ugly, especially against one of the worst team in football.
You still have to kind of look at yourself in the mirror and kind of seeing this self.
Well, you know, we need to make a better, much better effort than we did.
Um, you know, that's a really good team.
Or else they're gonna be There's gonna be some issues.
Um, so but that being said they got the win, they're gonna move on on.
Uh, you know, at least give some glimmer of hope for potential pathway, Uh, maybe to the final playoff spot if if they're able to find any type of rhythm, which I just don't see it that this right now, I still see the Patriots, if anything, with a 78 wind type season kind of in the middle part of that Dr Class I know people are saying, No, they should tank here and there.
I just don't think that's going to be the case.
Thio purposely lose.
Um and I mean, it's one thing.
It's one thing if you're going anything, you're really gonna be bad.
But it's also another thing, too, is.
You have a coach who is a legend and Bill Belichick, and you're basically putting a lot of stock in terms of fact that he's just going to give up.
And he's just not a coach is going to do that at all.
So all right, well, we will.
Let's go now through the recap of the game against the Jets.
Once again for those that is joining me.
Thank you guys, for joining me in the final score.
I'm quick, We're going through right now.
Foster Patriots 30 and the judge, 27 So we could go through it.
This is all from ESPN.
So just bear with me and then I'm gonna go through stats.
So first quarter, there's a couple of scoring place.
Sergio Castillo from the Jet set of 35 yarder Jets.
Made it 30 score 330 Against the Pats, there's actually a back and forth type game.
It was a pretty entertaining game bearing the facts that shouldn't have been really entertaining.
It should be more of a police type game to the Pats, but it is what it is at this point.
Eso cam Newton, uh, took the lead on the fire.
Touched around, made it 73 Pats Breshad Perriman, who had two scores.
He, of course, worked with Joe Flacco in Baltimore, and he definitely had a good chemistry with him last night, really attacking a lot of open zones from the Patriots defense.
That was just brutal, especially the second error.
But it was a 50 yard touchdown pass from Joe Flacco.
Perelman Jets were up 10 to 7.
Thank Castillo from the Jets.
Kicked a 50 yard I made a 13 7 folk, made it 13 to 10 on a 45 yarder and then a crucial killer play that the Patriots defense gave up right before the half.
Part of it was really one of the Joe Flacco's probably was one of the best balls that I've seen a long time from him, but I mean, he put a right in the back of the end zone on a really good spot, um, to Jamison, Crowder for 40 20 yard reception, Touchdown.
Of course, the field goal was good.
I was 22 10 Jets going into halftime.
Patriot fans, especially my stuff for, like, what is going on? If we lose the Jets? I mean e mean, you just don't know what you really don't For a team that's trying to lose, they are trying to lose.
Even their fans are saying, You know, on social media, don't win, don't try to win this game.
And I just come in.
The fact that man it would be so embarrassing for a Patriot 17 a double check to lose a game against the Jets team that is trying to have their fans hope that they lose, which is just saying something.
So I was 22 10 Jets at halftime.
Pages, of course, had to make a statement, and they did on a one yard touchdown run by Birkhead, 22 17 Jets.
And then the Jets came right back on.
Do they got more momentum Pyramid with the 15 yard touchdown from Flacco and wants to play that J.
Jackson, who, by the way, was one of my duds in this game.
But he made another crucial interception, uh, to kind of save a little bit of his great I would say that I chose for him from the game, but Jackson fell on, then wide open.
I mean wide open past that 500 impairment.
That was the score going in the fourth quarter.
So you still have 10 point lead.
Andi, if you're the path, you're still kind of about your fingers.
At that point, Folk made a 20 had a another field goal, made it 27 20.
Pats actually had a chance to get more, though.
Not try because the camp Kim tripped when he was trying to roll out on all it'll bootlegger on and he trips on.
Then the patron kick a field goal and they're wasted a lot of clock.
Then in the fourth quarter was like eight minute drive or something like that.
And then, um, folk folk was going to kick the pH.
And then the just being typical, they had 12 guys, I believe on the field.
So they threw the flag pats at an automatic first down.
I thought that I thought to myself, Well, you gotta You gotta capitalize on a really bad mistake from the Jets.
That's of course.
Then they kept the field going much to myself thinking, Oh, man, you just bought a huge opportunity on then, uh, you know, that the judge threw a very I just don't know.
This is now the second time against the Pats that just a team that I just don't know what they're doing.
Of course, the Broncos were able to pull that game out, but to similar things that happen.
The fact of these other teams, you have the lead.
You have the lead with about four or five minutes left.
I mean, the Patriots sub 2 to 3 timeouts.
But what in your right mind for Adam Case? I know Adam Case.
A lot of Jeff fans can't stand him.
I'll tell you guys, I don't blame him as a pass in.
I don't know anything that Adam Gates really can do.
Well, um, I mean, he's been a coach in the NFL.
I guess you could say that.
I really good accomplishment.
You know, it's hard for people to say that, but the fact is, you have time to throw the football.
Uh, but But you have Tom, your hands just run it as well.
And Flacco, who had a really good game going into that part.
He threw a really big depot in which she was successful for a lot of the whole game, and J.
Jackson made a play to intercept it to the Patriots instead of trying to really hope that the Jets made a mistake because offensively, the Patriots defense couldn't get them off the field.
And this is the Jets for for I mean, the the Jets offense basically was running the Patriots defense up and down the throw.
And to be fair, though, there were some guys that were out that would have probably made a difference.
But it still was a really I mean, you kind of to pray that they would do something like what the Jets did, and I was making a turnover, a pretty boneheaded mistake.
So what happened was the Patriots went down.
There's 1/4 down, kind of running field goal range camera, and it ran it for first down.
And then he completed the driver the touchdown, 27 27.
Now the Jets still had a chance.
They still had a chance to.
For Flacco to go down potentially have would have been a game winning field goal for the Jets to get the first one.
But the Patriots defense and other plans, uh, the best stop that the Patriots had at the right time in order, potentially get the ball again.
And when the Patriots had a big sack from Dietrich Weise on Flacco, the Onley sack on Flacco and pretty much the only good pressure on flag of the whole game, which was, I would say for myself, not too good.
But Credito wise, he made a great play.
And, uh, I had to say, Okay, um, you know, it really kept them within within, Ah, scoring distance.
Um, And then Phillips made a great play to Russian brushed black on third down.
And, uh, Page, you got the ball back on the new and hit Myers a couple times.
And with that being said, uh, Patriots were business folks in the funeral, and that was that.
Now I was I was a game.
So, like I said, a really ugly game from the Patriots.
But, um, I do e to give them credit for making a way to pull.
This came out on now.
They just focused on to the Ravens uh, so other stuff with the Patriots team.
Bill Belichick was at today about his time as a Jet coach, and he said that it was one of the best, uh, decision the Patriots ever did was to move on from him.
Hey, keep credits.
Uh, Robert Kraft and all the ownership for moving on this guy, Um, for the just to move on from him.
Because, of course, he they will find a lot of such patriots.
Excuse me, sir, about that.
Um, so let's go through stats here.
Patriots cabinet When? 27.
8 yards of pass.
Still no interceptions.
Uh, Russian game is quite Saul.
David Harris, uh, had to leave the game the second half, which we're not sure how.
It's gonna be first available status this week.
My guess is he's probably going to be out, especially if something Michelle is gonna come back.
Um, but it would be great to see if you can find a way to come back.
Harris is playing football, but he had 14 cares for 71 yards, 5.
1 yards average of Russian, no scores, then Birkhead and Newton Birkhead out of touch, John running new and had To which you're pretty much two Q B.
What was the Q B sneaker than the other one? Waas.
A kind of a read, A really short read option play that he made that he dove into the end zone, made a good play on it.
But, um, he did not do a whole lot toe really score those receiving game.
This was decent, I would say.
I mean Myers and Bird or really, you're kind of the only guys and no one's been looking at for classical weeks, but they make him play, especially in Myers.
Myers Myers is really stepped up a lot, and Canned was talking about how in Meyers is really elevating this game.
And apparently no Myers, when you're younger, went to Cam Newton was like Camp football.
Campus is kind of a cool story, but buyers a 12 perceptions.
1 yards a catch, no touchdowns.
Is this the longest play? He had 14 targets in the day, so pretty much speaking, uh, the fact that elements out and they really have to figure out what else they have.
Uh, they clearly know that Myers is able to make plays and have some chemistry with Cam Dimier Bird.
Five catches, 65 yards.
You are reception in which he helped the Patriots.
Uh, you know, be right within Golan.
Distance of scoring in which they did on that second touch on my cam.
But birds doing some decent things, too.
I think he's been very underrated type player for this team.
Just catching the ball and making plays.
White had four catches, 24 yards? Yeah, so I wish that they could They could use white a little bit more.
They use them or at the end of the game and which was great.
But why? It is such a good threat for this team.
Of course, him and Brady had such a good struck connection.
Uh, but it seems like they just don't advocate what All lot in this type of offense, especially to when perceive, er positions really thin, they decided to run the football more, and they don't see white really as kind of their main back, which I can see understand about, um so they really want to use more of Harris, Michelle and Birkhead kind of more in their in their, uh, you know, their offense with the formations that they have.
And of course, that was the play actions and stuff like that.
So that's what they've been used. White.
Uh, now let's go to the Jets.
Um, like I said, Joe Flacco turned back the clock a little bit.
In this game, he was 18 or 25 or 262 yards.
I read the last several times the flak was started.
I don't think he eclipsed that in a long time.
So the Patriots defense.
I mean, you definitely didn't come to show up by a means for a lot of this game.
But he threw for three, had three touchdowns.
You did that crucial pick at the end, but he had 10.
5 yards average pass.
Um, so I mean, he basically was fun and, ah, lot of open, uh, you know, guys out there what she was doing and give give credit for the Russian game.
The running attack against Frank or a little bit of early on the game was kind of sluggish.
but he only a 3.
8 yards Irish or rush.
The Pats, um, you know, had to go against Zach Mawson Singletary last week against the Bills, and they had trouble stopping the run.
But when the Jets offensive linemen, a huge offensive linemen, he's a beast.
But contacting you went out earlier on the game.
Hey was like pain kidding.
A lot of these guys and the Pats were able to kind of get more pressure on the running game when he went out, Uh, on the receiving.
The Jets, uh, did quite well.
Impairment had five or 7, 400 yards, 20.
2 average a catch.
Of course, he had two touchdowns.
He had seven targets tonight and then Mims.
I think it's been a really good explosive player in this league, young kid.
But he had four catches for 62 yards, 15.
5 hour to catch no touchdowns, though you had eight targets.
So between permit and memes they had 15 targets combined.
They average in terms of combined for ah yards per attempt.
It was about 35 a half.
I mean, not good.
Griffin had 22 receptions, 28 then crowd or two receptions.
So this episode of season it patriots, that actually might be a little bit more on the earlier side.
Tonight, I might go more of, like, 30 minutes to 40 minutes, Um, in a very unlike my episodes in the past.
But I think that, um, you know, I'm gonna I'm gonna just gonna do it that way.
Um, at least for tonight, I am.
I think Bill Belichick also said today that he doesn't like coffee.
I don't blame I'm not a huge coffee guy as it is, but bills, definitely just one of those.
Yeah, you know, because the thing you know, he wants to stay out there and and be alert at all times.
And I think that coffee, of course, makes people, you know, awake when they when they want to you.
But it just doesn't like the taste of it, E.
I mean, I don't play it because I feel the same.
Like why? So, uh, but then the patriots did.
Miss was a couple of guys with Stefan Gilmore.
He was out for another week.
Um, guy was out.
Really hurt a lot of their defensive tackle yesterday on, then, um, what was it friendly without? So you lost some at the line back in position.
So it's as, of course, it's It was tough for the Patriots.
He founds Thio make plays or at the very limited personal that ISS.
So that's what that's what it is.
All right, I'm just going through my career to stuff coz bike iss somebody that I love to follow this stuff with in terms of the Patriots.
So the Patriots actually needs, um, a roster Moose.
They waived rookie Cash Malaya.
1/6 round pick from Wyoming, he was acting for Monday's when he did employ would likely on the practice squad if he cleared waivers.
Um, Dalton Keen.
So the Patriots 10 in position that I reread it this for a whole season.
They never use their tight ends ever, and, you know, I think they're one of the worst offensive, tight end production teams out there.
I think that even the Jets had cuts, um, tight end production and and honestly, if you're if you're a path fan, putting myself like there were guys out there on the market that I'm not sure why Bill couldn't take a look at and just take a flyer on.
I mean, I guess seven Ingram was really out there and he was feeling calls, but I was gonna offer a first round pick for him.
And I don't think Bill was thinking that his first round pick material, which I don't think he is, think is a decent head end.
But I don't think his first pic material for um but of course, like I don't know, I can in joke you like, uh, even a tight end like that will give you more than what they have right now.
But so with that being said, they they added, they got some private school moves.
They got tight ends.
David Wells, No pun intended.
It's not that David Wells the Reds from the Red Sox's tight end, David Ball's practice squad player.
There was another tight end and then they released Ryan Glasco defensive tackle.
So, uh, you know they're gonna try to see what happens.
They don't have adults and keen anymore as cogs Reports say he is now on the I r.
Keen really only played like one game.
You only he did have a cash in the game against the Niners, but between Keen and Odysseus.
I mean, I do wish the best for Ross Yossi, because he is, uh, his friend or whatever.
A member close enough to him.
They passed away wherever for the Buffalo game last week, then So I was just asking best of luck.
But he hasn't really been out there and contributing a whole lot as as a draft pick.
And for a tight end group, that's extremely, you know, asking for just any type of help.
And it just nothing's been there at all.
Um, so that's one position that can actually really liked using in Carolina him and great goals in a really tight connection both on and off the field.
And they really did all together, um, you know, throwing because cameras to throw vertically.
And, of course, vertical threat as a tight end is crucial if you can make plays and the papers just don't have a lot of that.
So that, of course limits.
Ah, lot of what the playbook is that they could use that they had an effective tight end.
Nothing to is the Patriots, uh, to think about.
I wish they had a big time threat on the outside.
Ah, bigger type weapon because, of course, she like small hires.
And, of course, like there to smaller type guys.
And we've seen in years past that camp has been able to use a couple couple of guys that have some speed and some big time height.
For instance, a guy like that in Funches, a guy that has some height.
Kelvin Benjamin, a guy that has some height and that guy that might not have the same speed anymore.
But they did well together.
Ted Ginn Jr. He's out there in the market.
Maybe the Patriots take a flyer on him, even the fact that human 15 type guy But patriots are going to be trying to get some guys back, uh, into the next year.
And that is Isaiah for you.
The ad, In other words, I'm tired today.
Isaiah Ford on I'd say a Mac or as a receiver who they got the deadline from the Dolphins.
Who my people give them something.
They also out of Dante Moncrief last week, Of course, he's been in the league for a couple of years.
So they have him on the practice squad.
Maybe give him a shot.
He's a former, uh, I don't know if all players.
So of course he knows a lot of the expectations.
Then Isaiah Back, defensive tackle.
He, of course, might play on, according to Belle.
Check that both of the Clear Cove it.
So also with Tommy Heinsohn.
The Celtic long term Celtic that passed away build all check was on today.
Uh, also radio Station said about Tommy, that he had a tremendous career as a player and coach in a broadcaster.
Ended up putting so many great Celtics moments to fans.
He had such a great connection to the entire Boston community.
He was an awesome guy.
I didn't get to know.
Tommy really know, really.
I did get to know Tommy.
He actually didn't get to know Tommy through Linda.
Linda, of course, is Bills.
Long term girlfriend.
When Linda was working with style Boston, she interviewed him.
After that, I got to work, spend some time with him and saw him at the several Celtics games.
It was an honor and pleasure to get to know him.
He's a wonderful man.
And then, of course, Alex Cora, this past weekend, that Red Sox, my Red Sox.
And I'm really excited about this move.
Um, but he's coming back, and Bill is happy that he is coming back as well.
Course choral were suspended for the giant signs, uh, cheating scandal.
Which happened when the Astros slammed.
Um, for that, uh, can also sell Tuesday.
Uh, Thio on the Boston Sports, uh, radio stations on the Greg Hill show.
There was one play that he got absolutely drilled, fortunate if it wasn't a concussion or anything.
But he did say after taking a hit that his neck has worked on Lee working on a degree angle that shots all degrees to one side.
So my muscles are getting a lot of working today.
He laughed and acknowledge the play was this fault, but got a 15, uh, the 15 yard or um in which he got hit on.
So, of course he lives in terms of the fact that he got hit and it wasn't gonna go any work that play.
But he gets credit.
The fact that he got up and things were all right? Yeah.
Tool, offensive snaps.
I'm going through my release.
Uh, and I'm checking.
It says that James White on Lee was in 26% of the offense.
I just don't understand that from a guy that is willing to go out there and potentially become a threat.
Terms of he's already been a threat with her team before with Brady.
I just don't understand why they didn't give him or Chase, one of which defensive end course the Patriots really high.
And him and I am.
I'm hiding them, too.
He hasn't been playing as much the last several weeks.
There was reports about him potentially with a certain education, uh, during the San Francisco game, but his snap counts gone down, but it didn't go back up.
Made quite a bit of an impression with the coaching staff.
Jackson had a very interesting day.
He gave up several touchdowns.
He, uh, you know, looked lots of times, But of course he made that pick, and that was that.
So all right, let Xgo to the Ravens week.
Patriots Ravens can't wait Sunday night football.
So this is gonna be a role of stuff game guys.
Those Ravens team is a really good team.
They beat the Patriots last year with Brady s O at the helm here in New England.
But you know Harbaugh.
You have to go with how to contain Lamar Jackson.
Extremely explosive quarterback, that course urine all over us last year.
And then you have to see the talent he has around him.
He has some really guys that some guys there explosive some guys there.
Quick on then, of course, from guys that are physical.
The defense, of course, is really strong.
The pages might get a break with a player that, um, is really disruptive, but they have a lot of disruptive type players, so this is gonna be a big game.
They're going to have Thio play extremely, extremely rare.
Lto have a chance, even a chance to win this one.
So what? That means? I hear some guys look out for in that game and the thing about the Ravens is Lamar.
He's been decent, Uh, in terms of the fact of like I'm comparing him to his last year. Last year was, like unstoppable.
I'm the P type season but his He hasn't been us NDP type ish.
I would say if you had this, Uh, you know, he's been really good, but he hasn't.
You know, I think team to start toe closely.
Fall what? He's what he's able to dio the thing about Lamar ISS.
I watched the game against cult in person and the first half LaMarca into a whole lot.
Um, you know, he The biggest thing is they wanted The other teams are starting out test if you can throw the football and consistently throughout the football, because I know he's so explosive and the running game.
But I think that over time the March past the game is, I think, what's holding them back right now.
And I think that's what the Patriots, but half of them and and, uh, in favor.
I think that the Patriots running defense, they gotta get guys and they got a rap.
They gotta wrap up and they got to stay home.
They have to stay home on both sides.
They're going to try to trick you on a lot of things.
Stuff like happened last year.
So I think the Patriots defense, they're gonna have to Of course, I'll make place up and down the field.
They obviously don't have to have big killer shots downfield, but they have to course stretch the field and, of course, give them some different looks with that team.
Uh, yes, Lamar the He's basically been averaging about 100 yards per game, which, of course, is not bad.
Uh, he's a averaging seven Iorio consider past and then throughout this whole season.
So far, he's only thrown for more than two touchdowns at once.
He's a couple of games where he's done two touchdowns.
But, um, you really the Ravens are really dominating that They rely on their running game and that the Patriots get a lead.
They get, uh, lied.
Um, they have a chance because the Ravens, of course, wants to have an advantage of running the football control oclock.
And that's the Patriots have to figure out that, too.
That's what they have to dio.
So we'll see how that goes.
So all right, I think, uh, when I got to some headlines and call it, especially when I'm starting to get my self tired here, Um, even though it's early, I'm like for me to be tired, but, uh, so the large, of course Quarterback pages.
We're gonna have to find ways to get tackling, going and stay home.
I think kill more.
And Guy and Bentley have to really be out there in this game, their defense.
So thing against the Jets, and they have 27 points.
So I just came and imagine if the Jets scored that much.
How much the Ravens would be doing really, really surprised me if, um, you know, the Patriots had a similar defenses upward as they did last game.
But it's gonna be tough.
Gonna be really tough challenge like there is every week.
Running back Mark Ingram, of course, give papers problems last year.
This is a starter.
He's only had those two touchdowns so far on the Russian on the ground game.
He has been hurt.
He has been out the last two weeks about something to key.
I have a key I on.
Um, you know, they do have a really good monster backup and J. K. Dobbins.
So they do something like a law from Ohio State.
Really good guy.
Really quick patient heart attack, ALS.
So that's the guy that it's gonna be tough for them and then they're outside, guys.
And then, of course, the tight end mark is brown and, uh, Sneed voice needed are two guys look at their really quick, um, you know, the marble throw to them.
And now they add those Bryant into the mix, Of course, Does played last game, but he didn't get targeted.
Um, I'm even if you play, if, if anything.
But, you know, if he did, it was very limited.
And, of course, they just don't know what they have left in him.
And that tight end is of course, the Patriots have to find ways to stop this tight end Mark Andrews off really good threat offensive threat that when Jackson needs a timely play during a game, he goes to this guy Mark Andrews, and he makes those plays and continuously get strives going.
So, uh, those are some guys look out for and I think that, you know, we have hopefully have a plan in place.
Thio be within it next on the this coming Sunday.
So we'll have to see we're right around next to the 15 minute mark, so it's actually closer near the aisle.
Mark, then proud.
Expected to realize, um, in terms of fact, I was thinking maybe between 30 45 minutes, You know, we call it, but, uh thank you, guys for joining me tonight here on Tuesday night Patriots Episode 30 I really appreciate it.
I do apologize for myself being a little sleepy, uh, during this tonight.
And, uh, you know, we'll go through some headlines here, Not not a crazy amount off headlines that I'll talk about now.
Of course they brought up Mm.
The Tommy Heights in passing.
Of course, that was very unfortunate.
Masters is this week at his Masters week, and I cannot wait.
Of course, it's huge in the Gulf.
Um, that situation if you guys have not seen the shot from Jon Rahm today the Masters, I swear this was the most Monreal golf shot I've ever seen.
Even golf fans were just watching out, being amazed of how in the world did he make It was pretty much on, and I can explain it.
It was pretty much is shot on a par three out of to say, uh, genre I'm headed over.
Uh, you know, he didn't hit it over the water.
He basically had a and it skimmed.
The water just kept bouncing.
Then it went up on the green.
And then it basically took a little round on the green and into the hole.
Just pure insanity.
It was very, very lucky.
Um, but that's the fact that even some of the greats I just don't even know if they could do it.
It was just something you pretty much have to think yourself one out of 1000 chance that happens.
E every other chance.
It was just sink in the water.
Of course we wouldn't.
I wouldn't be talking about now if it didn't happen.
That's pretty pretty cool.
So check that out.
Um, there is the game, and I will quickly go thio.
Talk about all the Thursday preview.
There is a game, uh, culture.
Titans should be a good game.
Of course, I'll preview all the other games come Thursday Thursday.
Sports Madness, um, basketball looks like it's on its return back.
I'll talk about the dates on Thursday, but it's on its return.
So talk about that Alex car, as I mentioned in the Red Sox he is now back in the league managing The Red Sox had a press conference today.
Uh, t y home from the cult is a full participant today, so he's very close to returning.
And, uh, all do***ents successful surgery on his a c L.
So that's reports great news to and a receiver I have occurs amount of respect for, at least in the talent perspectives.
But why? You well, have to see when he can come back after the students over.
So But that being said, Thanks guys for joining May.
And like I mentioned before, if you guys have any questions or comments, you guys can ask me, uh, now afterwards on my Twitter and Twitter on my SportsCastr Twitter on my SportsCastr profile handle at Big Ben Cruise 144 and you could send me a message on my dark messenger, and I'll be glad enough to answer the best of my ability.
Of course, a really, really like I said, a really ugly win yesterday.
The team I have to say.
A solid C uh, of course was a very big Brender break defense that I saw yesterday against a really bad offense.
That was like averaging about 10 yard 10, 10 points, really for a long time.
So this really should be like a 2023 to 10 tough game.
It turned out to be a third 27th game, but in the end they found a way to win, and we'll have to state they get another one come Sunday against the Ravens.
And extremely extremely, um, tough matchup.
But we'll have to see the pages find a way to pull it out at the end.
But thank you guys once again for Tuesday Night Patriots Episode 30 Like I said, 30 episodes of Tuesday Night Patriots has been a great honor.
Uh, you guys that watch every Tuesday, it's It's been great, and I can't thank you guys more enough, but I will be back here on Thursday for Thursday Sports Madness as a zit concluded night signing off.

Then you got the Christmas.
And of course, people are gonna be excited for this year to be over Army all.
But of course, pandemic is still happening right now.
Of course, the biggest thing is to just understand where you are at all times, just surroundings.
And of course, even if you don't like wearing a mask, of course it's best for you.
Thio be protective not just for you, but for yourself, for others around on.

But we'll have to say so.
