I'm Matt Williamson with yard barker here to talk about the San Francisco 40 Niners going to Seattle to take on the Seahawks huge game divisional matchup.
Obviously, massive playoff implications.
Probably even bigger for the Niners, though, to be honest with you, because they could really assert themselves back at the top of this division with this win, uh, the Niners have two more losses in Seattle but have the better point differential.
Surprisingly, just three teams have a better turnover differential than Seattle.
Surprisingly, only one offense is worse than Seattle on third downs this year.
One is outscoring the Seahawks on a per game basis.
Seattle also is racking up more yards per play by a wide margin than any offensive football.
But only defense is air, allowing more points per game.
Only a couple of defense.
They're allowing more points per game in San Francisco, you know, most offenses, air passing like crazy to keep up with Seattle on the Seahawks pass.
Defense has been horrendous this year, but the Niners arm or of a ball control offense and everything starts with their ground games dramatically.
Still expect a lot of passing and a lot of after the catch.
Production from the San Francisco 40 Niners pass catchers George Kittle Brand.
Now you've really come to mind.
Seattle rushes the past are really poorly, and they allow 6.
3 yards per play on defense on Lee, the Jags and the Falcons. Or worse.
Only two teams have a better time possession numbers than than San Francisco, and Seattle's opponents are running the most plays per game in the entire league.
Seattle's offense has been so efficient they're rarely getting to third down and are running the fewest third downs in the league by a massive margin.
They're getting first downs on the first two downs.
Clearly, Russell Wilson has a ton to do with this, and there is a quarterback in football.
I'll playing him right now.
He's the leader in the clubhouse.
So in the MVP, for sure, the Niners are in better shape of cornerback when they were earlier in the year.
But they still are overmatched the position by D.
Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, who is coming off just a massive game last week.
Seattle has been great on special teams, but the Niners have also been strong enough phase as well.
Um, at home with the quarterback advantage, though Seattle should rebound off their loss last week.
And I got them edging out the Niners 30 24.
Maybe even be higher scoring in that.
I'm Matt Williamson with yard Barker. Thanks so much.
