see Hello, everyone, and welcome back to the broadcast.
We have the Rams and the Bears and the Rams kicking off to the Bears, who returned it with Cordell Patterson and Aaron Donald.
5 sacks, second in the NFL behind Myles Garrett.
Double teamed on 138 past Russians, which leads the NFL.
So this guy is gonna have to get by two Bears to get to Nick Foles today and 1st and 10 for the Bears from their own 30 Falls takes the snap.
Pitches it back, and Montgomery gets about three yards before he has tackled and out of bounds by the Rams.
That Rams defense.
Michael Brokers, Joseph Day, Aaron Donald up at the line.
A book, um, kisser and Leonard Floyd is that line.
Bury that linebackers secondary is Hill wrapped Johnson the third, Jalen Ramsey and Darius Williams.
So second seven now for the Bears and Falls takes the snap.
Hands it off, and this gets maybe two yards and it's gonna be third and size and Nick Falls this season.
He has been the Bears starter since Week four, and he has led this Bears offense to a now five and one record and their skill players David Montgomery, Allen Robinson, the third, Afghani Miller, Darnell Mooney and Jimmy Graham.
The tight end fulls throws it here and completes it to Anthony Miller for the first down.
And I tell you, you know the Bears, I think thank you.
Okay. Caylee for during the broadcast.
I think the bears are going to be, uh I think the Bears were legit.
If they win tonight against the Rams team, that has played very well this season.
If they win tonight, I think they're legit right now.
I'm not sure, you know, they've had a lot of combat wins, a lot of, you know, Winds where you weren't so sure if they're looking like their it was their best football.
But here in Sophie Stadium, if they get the win, I would consider them as legit contenders at this point is Alan Robinson start you for the first time tonight and completes it.
Gonna be second and two now after the yard catch.
But, you know, I think the bears, if they could make the playoffs, if they're gonna win tonight and they make the playoffs, they could ride legitimately for if they make the right place and make the right decisions.
So here falls, takes the snap, hands it off in this run goes out to the 48.
There is a flying on the field on the two yard run that picks up the first.
But you know, the Rams.
A lot of people didn't expect them to be good this year, coming off the Super Bowl two years ago and then I'll disappointing last year, and the holding call is gonna be on the offense.
But you know, the Rams have been disappointing.
Last year was very, very disappointing, and they lost a lot of key pieces.
You know, Todd Gurley is gone, and they've lost a lot of players that really make impact.
So you were thinking now or what are they gonna do this year? But so far, things have come up really well and they're gonna really have to get things going, especially on offense, where they face the Bears defense that is, held opponents to 57% of completion percentage, which is latte, which excuse me first in the league.
So they have a very, very good defense, and the offense comes alive when they need to.
Nobody in the backfield with falls and he throws downfield. Incomplete.
He was looking for a Cordell Patterson and it's gonna be 3rd and 12 now, But you know, the Bears, they are very good team, and so is L.
So this is gonna be a showdown.
I'm expecting a very, very close game between both of these tonight.
Both of these teams tonight, both of these teams gonna be playing all seven games through seven weeks after tonight, which it is very unlikely at this.
It is very rare.
I should say at this point, I don't know if it's lucky or unlucky.
I mean, you didn't have to use it to buy this far because of covert and everything.
Ah, lot of teams haven't played seven games, but both teams said I have this past complete.
It was hide the Cordell Patterson and he gets about five yards short of the first on the seven yard pickup, and it's gonna be fourth and five and they're gonna have to punt the ball like so that big holding call really brought them back.
And that's going to get the Rams offense out on the field after the pun thank you, Joe Mackey behind the ball, sports for during the broadcast just and Pat O Donnell punting it away.
He's got 13 punts inside the 20 and this punt goes back to the 10 yard line, where the fair catch is called for rather than nine, to be exact.
And that is where the Rams will start.
We'll stay here during the break.
Well, I'm releasing my new podcast.
They said I would do an episode of Saturday. Haven't yet.
I'm releasing my new podcast on Spotify, and it's on pocket casts and probably a few other places.
But those are the two I know of.
As of now, it's called What's Up Sport Podcast.
And I'm gonna I'm gonna be, um, doing the first episode.
Hopefully, I'm like 90% sure it's gonna be tomorrow.
It's gonna be power rankings after I wanted to get the Bears and Rams game in there for power rankings after weeks. Seven.
So that's what I'm looking at.
I'm very excited for this new podcast gonna be on Spotify, and that is the what's up sport podcast.
I'm very excited about that and I cannot wait.
I'm gonna continue on SportsCastr and it's gonna be I'm hoping to do a lot of broadcast in November.
However, it's kind of tough because there's Onley NFL games in November.
Really, you have no basketball because that's except for Christmas, I believe.
Or January, something like that is when I wanted to start it and then four.
You know, uh, hockey, that's like Christmas into January 2, I believe so.
There's really nothing in November other than football and baseball, obviously finishing up right on time when it normally would.
So, really, it's just a month of football between college and NFL during November.
So we get to see a lot of action.
I'm excited, but I'm also, you know, understanding that I'm not gonna be able to broadcast as much as I want because I won't see it see all, um, off, you know, sports being played.
But we're gonna do a lot of NFL broadcasts, and I'm very excited.
So you know to be like that every single day I can't broadcast I will and release a new episode of the podcast.
So that's the planets we getting set for the Rams offense.
to take the field with Jared Goff, who watched that Seahawks Cardinals game Boy that was wild last night.
Cardinals came up late.
Um Zien Gonzalez Big field goal at the end after missing the game winner, then gets it.
And now 1st and 10 for the Rams.
But very, very, very, very amazing.
The Cardinals beat Socks last night.
Russell Wilson threw three interceptions.
The Bears defense Onley team in top 10 points allowed in yards allowed each of the last three seasons.
So their defense behind Khalil Mack and a great great leader he is for this defense and everybody else has really powered them to that position.
Thank you, hockey mom Lisa for joining the broadcast first to 10.
Now golf takes the snap.
Hands it off, and this run gets out to the 21 yard line and the defensive line.
Nichols, Hicks and Robertson, Robertson, Harris and then Khalil Macro, Kwan, Smith and Robert Quinn had in North Carolina, then the rookie Jaylin Johnson highlighting that secondary as a rookie.
This year, golf hands it off, and this run goes for about five or six After the first down, Carrie Jared Goff, 67% completion percentage, which is a career high for him.
So he's really having a good year this year so far and second of five.
They fake the wrong on the little bootleg and completed for the first down and more out to the 37 yard line and a new set of downs.
Ford, the Rams, CNBC and that Waas.
Their first, I believe, passed on the day, right? I think so.
That was Robert Woods.
They throw it here and completed towards the other Woods.
Excuse me? No, that's Cooper Cup.
One of my saying over here, That's Cooper Cup on the catch and another first down for the Rams offense, which is rolling right now.
No buddy in the backfield.
Besides, Goff takes the snap throws and overthrows Robert Woods on first down.
Khalil Mack and Robert Robert.
Excuse me, Khalil Mack and Aaron Donald have won three of the last four defensive player of the year awards, which I thought was insane.
Obviously, last year's or yeah, was Stephon Gilmore.
So that's the one guy missing right there.
One award missing in that pass downfield forever.
It isn't complete, but there is a flag on the field and we're gonna get a P.
It's gonna move the rams, uh, downfield and give them another first down here on this drive or we have a holding.
So it's not gonna be as progressive of a penalty, however, will be first down.
That's on to Sean Gibson senior, so it's only a five yard penalty, but it is the first down for L. A.
With 9 18 to go in the first against the five and one Chicago Bears who have 28 defensive penalties this year, which is the most in the NFL, however, they have one of the best defense is, so I guess that's not affecting them too badly.
Now Goss rules to his left and runs out to the 40 yard line.
Yes, second and four from the 40 states.
They throw it towards the running back, and that is nowhere near him.
And third and four now, nowhere near him on the play where they just draw.
You know, everybody near everybody is near Gough.
There's nobody outside, Uh, nobody like, far from golf on this play early on and then you've got this throw, which is just a little kind of panic throws.
He's going back trying not to lose a lot of yards.
And, you know, just overthrows my guest.
Most Q B pressures on third down in the NFL this season.
So you gotta watch out for him on this one right here.
And it's gonna be a time out called by Gough is the game or play clock.
Rather was expiring, and we will take a short break with the Rams and the Bears.
Your on SportsCastr.
So yes, myself, he's sure, sure, he's.
Listen, listen, and we're back third and four, Goff.
But nobody in the backfield again.
They've done this a few times tonight.
So they've been committed to that passing game early on, and they throw it here to Reynolds in the backfield and he is shut down.
That was actually the tight end.
Everybody, my gosh, every in the backfield.
And he is shut down by Chicago's defense fourth down, and you could see golf as immediate pressure on him and has to find somebody.
And it's just ever in the backfield, kind of as he's coming on a little.
He's kind of over here.
You've got him over here and then you got golf and he's like, got to come, comes in, throws it to him, and then nothing.
Now you would like them to get a few more yards and try and split through that Chicago defense, but nothing there and a fair catch called for did not make the catch.
And this goes back to the sixth, your online.
That is where Chicago will start in Sophie Stadium with the Bears and Law Rams after the break.
Your on SportsCastr, to be sure, she percent just exit state.
Just It's just like and you saying, See said.
Thank you, ST Benjamin, for joining the broadcast.
Two scoreless drives from both teams gives the ball back to Chicago, first in 10 from their own six yard line, and Nick Foles what a big decision it was to put him in after acquiring him, acquiring him from the Jaguars and then making the move to put him in as the primary quarterback after Mitch Stravinsky just put up some horrendous numbers early on as Montgomery gets to carry and picks up a few yards, but it's just a big, big acquire mint How do you, however, you say that they acquired him, and that was a big move for them and then putting him on the spot by getting him in the quarterback position, rallying against the Falcons and then ultimately losing to the Colts.
And then, uh, you know, being here today after morning.
Ah, last week they beat the Buccaneers.
And then last week, they play.
Who did they play last week? Um, I don't know what they played last week, but they want I believe it was the Browns or the Bangles.
Some didn't know. Maybe not.
Anyway, it doesn't matter if they won.
It was a big game.
And the Bears of performed very, very well thus far.
Who was this? Who did they face last week? Was it the Cowboys? And this past complete to Cordell Patterson? It was, I don't know.
I feel so bad not knowing who they played last week.
Who did the Rams play last week? Or the Chicago? They face the Eagles? No.
So, no, they definitely did face eagles.
It's telling me that who they played anyways, they got the wind. So that's all that matters.
And this kick after an empty drive that results in fourth and five, goes back to the 33 returned out to the 47 yard line on the 10 yard return.
We'll stay here during the break.
Let me Grandma, you nerd experiencing.
It's been a wild football season this year between Ah, lot of injuries early on, with especially running backs, you had, say, Quanyou, McCaffrey, A lot of injuries early on that really resulted in a wild week.
I believe it was like before that when it happened.
I don't remember. We, too.
We choose what it waas, um, but it's been crazy then, with co vid all these games being delayed or rather postpone.
The Patriots are really bad right now, but, you know, at least we have an NFL season.
I'm hoping the Patriots could turn it around.
You know we've got time.
I just don't know if I'm confident anymore in the Patriots, because I don't know.
Why should I be confident in them? Probably not, because they're really stinking it up right now.
After losing to the Broncos and getting crushed by the Niners, they've lost now three games in a row, which is probably some record, probably haven't done in, like 20 years since before Brady.
So it's just been very, very annoying so far for a Patriot fan like me who has gone through a lot right now.
I mean, we're finally feeling what it's like to not be a good team.
You know, they lost to some tough teams, but it was like, Okay, we'll get over it and we haven't yet just But you know, at least you know Cam Newton admitted that.
You know, I got to be better and the blame falls on me.
But ultimately we need better receivers.
We literally have no receivers like let's pick up like Alan Robinson the third.
Oh, wait, that's not gonna help because we don't have any money to pay them.
Because it's Robert Kraft.
The Patriots air really cheap about money.
E don't know what to say.
Get you six see six.
Yes, Absurdities City this year.
Sure, you So check to so so sorry.
So here we go 1st and 10 for the Rams golf again on the play action throws downfield and this ball is incomplete.
He was looking downfield for Robert Woods, and that ball was almost intercepted.
Good play by the rookie.
I believe that's the rookie out there.
Just hit him off the head, though.
Did it hit the head? His hand rather look like it right off his head.
Jaylin Johnson, Their second round pick in 2020 out of Utah.
He's played very good back there, second or 10 now.
Golf under pressure.
There's a flag in the backfield.
He was almost sacked and he throws in.
Thio Evert for a first down to the 33 yard line.
But there is a flag on the field.
Looks like there might be some sort of a face mask or, ah, holding something like that.
Illegal use of hands, hands to the face.
Kind of called it, um, defense.
So that's just going to get him a few more yards here.
I think first in 10 let's see it again.
After the last place where he went deep, he's looking.
He's looking towards that left side of the field that direction again and then gets under pressure and is able to complete this past here.
Everett, who has to go like this.
I mean, he threw it ever was going towards the sideline.
He threw more in play.
Then Then I guess effort was thinking he was gonna throw it, but he makes the catch.
So first down now from the 35 yard, 36 yard line, Rather E came.
Hicks is double teamed a lot.
Jared Goff flushed out to his left throws and completes its downfield.
And it is complete.
It is a catch to the rookie and they're gonna go No huddle here, Keep it rolling from the 23.
This is where you throw it for a touchdown Right here.
Golf past looked like it was deflected.
It is caught by moot.
It looked like it might have been tipped by somebody on the defensive line.
Might not want to take another look at this.
I I thought by the way the ball was redirected, but maybe not.
Let's take another look at the catch from earlier.
What a good catch that was from Jefferson.
So So here we go.
Second and three.
God takes the snap and they hand it off this time and this gets out to the 10 yard line and picks up the first down with the run, and that was Henderson on the run.
He's back in there at this play.
They fake it to him.
Here, throw it and this gets out to the four yard line and another good gain, six yard pickup and this Rams offense rolling.
This is what it kind of looked like last time the Bears were able to stop him.
But right now, the Rams offense is rolling and the Bears defense allowing touchdowns in a 36.
4% of red zone drives, which leads the NFL.
Wow, what a great stat that is.
Second and three now golf throws to the end zone.
Reynolds touchdown when a and Los Angeles teats the early going lead after an empty drive on the first possession, They come out here and get the touchdown.
The four yard touchdown pass hustled to the line and here they go, Go, go! They've got everybody all over the place and they find Reynolds in the end zone.
The first team to straight tonight in this great, great matchup.
An extra point is good seven.
The Rams on top here in Sophie Stadium, but the Bears will get it.
When we come back.
It is not quite over.
Wait, really nothing.
Yeah, it's only in the first quarter.
Rams and Browns.
I'm looking at a Baker Mayfield commercial.
I'm losing my mind now.
Rams and Bears Iran SportsCastr side and sure, yes, Mr Hughes.
This is in and and we're back at Sophie Stadium with the Rams and the Bears and the Bears right now down seven.
Nothing after touchdown pass with Reynolds and shared Goff and the kick goes back to the end zone and Cordell Patterson is going to take it out.
And this guy, former Patriot, takes it out to the 18 yard line, and he is fun to watch, that's for sure.
Nick flows all the places you'll go.
Eagles, 2012 to 2014 Rams in 2015 Chiefs in 2016 eagles, 2017 2018 Jaguars 2019 and then the Bears in 2020.
So Nick Foles has been on a journey.
That's funny. I don't even know he played for the Chiefs.
He's got an interesting histories, played for a lot of teams.
He's on the Brian Hoyer and Ryan Fitzpatrick list, falls, throws and completed downfield down to the down to the 44 rather yard line.
Nick Foles flushed out to his right, throws left, and it calls what a playmaker he is.
Yes, and a nice connection there, first to 10.
Now Falls, takes the snap, takes the handoff, looks droves and completes it.
Cloak headed for the second time in a row.
And it's going to be about a second and six now or second in three, rather larger pick up than I thought.
And with 2 30 to go, Chicago's offense starts moving from the 37 fulls.
Hands it off Montgomery, and he is stuffed at the line, nowhere to go down by seven.
Chicago is trying to get that offense moving and grooving after shut down first drive.
And this is the kind of game we want to see.
Right now, we've only had.
This will only be the fourth drive so far of the quarter, but we're seeing well played football from both sides, especially from the Rams.
But both teams playing very well, offenses moving downfield and they go to Montgomery again on the ground, and he picks up five yards in the first down.
So after a failed run on second Downey, he gets it again and he's able to get on third down.
See, just so first in 10 from the 32 and they flip it to Patterson, and he's lucky to get back to the line.
Actually picks up to with the end result, plus yards.
And I believe Ken Kem it how you pronounce that cold.
Kevin came up with the big catch and then the catch.
Earlier, he was in there on that play that just then second and eight with about 45 seconds to go.
Now Matt Nagy trying to get things going right now along with John Castello at fairs offensive coordinator and they handed off Now, once more in.
They pick up about three yards on the play, and this.
They might get one more playoffs if they hustle.
David Montgomery hasn't hasn't shown too much tonight, but trying to do whatever you can, and when we come back, we'll have more him in the Bears offense into the first quarter.
Nothing Rams if controlled it thus far on two drives with touchdown to Reynolds will be back after the break with Monday Night Football.
You're on SportsCastr businesses are doing Yeah, okay, cancel where you shot this.
She She's not saying some.
Is she saying Stay close to the moments that yes, you mean, remember when the here nice.
So isn't centers.
So just sure show business.
Yes, it's, I think, and we're back with the Rams and the Bears and the start of the second quarter.
Los Angeles currently up seven.
And that has been all because of that offense just thus far.
Defense has a disappointed the lie, either, however, there currently being taking down the field by the Bears offense.
So from the Rams 27 yard line foals on 35 takes the snap throws and completes it, But it's gonna be about two yards short of the first down to Mooney and its fourth and two, and they'll have to settle for a field goal here, and they go right through that offensive line and false has absolutely no time whatsoever.
Has to find a way to throw it, and he does Carlos San post Now it was the NFC special teams player of the weekend off 42 yard or now up and good.
So Chicago's on the board down four, though 7 to 3, and the Rams will put their offense back out there.
So system, Cardinals and Socks Game of the year so far.
I mean, Russell Wilson was again a great, did a great job, but then struggled, uh, with three interceptions.
He did a great job, Really, when you think about it, he had a lot of yards Cem touchdowns in there, but he struggled through parts of it.
So if that makes any sense, I mean, it was an interesting game and had a tough problem there, and they switch guys around here on the kickoff and maybe in on.
So it's kick here or something, and this goes back to the two yard line.
Return out to the 25 yard line.
And that is where the Rams will start with Jared Golf on the field as there quarterback.
And so far, you know, things have gone very very well for them.
They've got Reynolds.
They've got Woods.
They've got, uh, ever cooper cuff for cop rather Cooper Cup.
First attend now Jared Golf gets hit throws and nowhere near anybody.
Put Bears defenders.
He got hit in the head.
Look, let's look at this again.
There was really no one where he threw the ball, gets hit in the head right there and then throw it.
No one near there.
And that does Akeem Hicks who got in there? It's gonna be a penalty.
Gonna be illegal.
Hands to the face.
Intentional grounding on the ram.
I thought they would call that hands to the face right there.
After I started thinking about it, but no intentional grounding.
I was like there was nobody over there.
Wasn't even trying to throw it to anybody.
So from their own 15 now golf takes the snap and they run it with Woods and he finds it opening out to the 24.
I got all excited about a nine yard run over here.
I was get excited about good runs.
Third down now 31 or 30 and 11.
Rather, they got back there one yard short of where they started.
Really? After the penalty.
So 13 11 now and let's see who you going Thio Robert Woods.
There's Reynolds, but I'd say, and they've got Malcolm Brown.
I'd say you go toe, uh, Cooper Cup here.
Cop out there is even on the field.
No, it looks like we're going for Woods here. Let's see.
Goff throws and completes it out to the 42.
And that was Reynolds.
I pretty much mentioned every everybody, so I'm not gonna take credit for any of that.
But it's a nice completion to Reynolds.
Finds a hole in this like I don't even know.
Look, what are they looking at? Zone defense right now and he finds his way through it.
He's got the defender way out, the defenders planet like it's a 3rd and 30 over here.
It was only third in 11 so he was able toe just go up and back and make the catch.
That's a That's always a nice play to see out there.
So from their own 42 after picking up the first down two seconds on the play clock, they run it with Woods and he gets out to the 50 the 49 actually of Chicago and gives them a second of one on the nine yard carry? Yes.
Sorry, this is myself.
See golf Hands it off would slips, and he's able to get back to the line of scrimmage.
It's going to be third and one now.
You know what? Yes, listen, said 31.
Gough throws and completes it.
Reynolds again, who's been a big target? A touchdown.
He had the big third down, catching another third down completion here to Reynolds, who picks up the first.
I was surprised he went with the throwing game.
It's really 1.5.
It's like 3rd and 1.5.
So you know, it would be a relatively big wrong when you think about it, compared to a little one yard running.
Yes, when you think about it, really.
And Josh Reynolds.
He's got three receptions, 31 yards and one touchdown.
So from the 40 of Chicago, they fixed the pitch back.
Give it Su Robert Woods and he is destroyed by that Chicago defense.
They don't give them an inch, and it's gonna be 2nd and 12.
So Chicago's defense has been showing up right now on the running game.
Other than these 29 yards and the drive, I mean any pitch backs or anything.
They've pretty much shut him down, but nobody in the backfield.
Rather set up to throw and does as he completes it, that is Robert Woods again.
Third down now with 9 45 to go.
Listen, 3rd and 10.
Nobody in the backfield with him again.
Gloss from the forties.
Chicago takes the staff throws.
It's not Reynolds.
It was looking for Robert Woods now down near the 10 yard line, and he had.
Reynolds actually opened relatively, but it probably would have picked up the first down.
And let's see if they kick the field goal here.
It's gonna be a 58 yard or if they dio and after the intentional grounding penalty, the got down to the for you and let's see what they want to do here, I'd say kick the field goal.
Why not Johnny Hekker back to punt? I'm surprised he didn't take like a penalty, given more room and let's see if they can get a good bounce.
Seems like they dio and back to the 10 yard line.
Nick Fools coming up next with the Chicago offense.
They put three points on the board last time.
They're back at it again and we'll be back after the break.
You're on SportsCenter and shoes and please, he said.
Yes, Mr She tried.
Keep just so in the spring offensive.
It's just came, just shot, and we are back with the broadcast Bears and Rams.
And if you do not know both of these teams looking to improve to five or six wins because both of them played very, very well this season, they're among some of the best teams out there with the Chiefs, Buccaneers Bills.
I could go on and on.
Brown's apparently beat the Bangles, Um, Steelers, Ravens, Seahawks, Cardinals, Cowboys, way dope.
Not Cowboys and Packers.
Many teams out there doing great this year from their own 10 and this run gets to the line of scrimmage, Actually, and the funny thing is, is that it doesn't matter what happens here today, um, about the stand.
I'm thinking of the whole.
By the after week seven, the entirety of the NFC West will be better than any NFC East team this past downfield incompletes.
And he was looking.
We now feel 39 but yeah, That's right.
The entire NFC West is better than any NFC East team.
So even though even though uh, even the if the Rams loose tonight, they will be the worst team in the NFC um, West.
But they'll still be better than the first team in the NFC, which is the Eagles, I believe so.
It's just crazy.
And that was Gerald Mooney, who he was targeting on that last or not.
Now 39 Falls completes it, and it's gonna be close to the first down marker with wins.
And it's going to be so close.
If it's gonna be fourth down, it's gonna be fourth and inches inches and Jalen Ramsey able to make the tackle on this.
I'm surprised didn't try and stick.
The ball is gonna be fourth and inches.
What? I'd say You go for it now.
Know they're giving them the first down.
Wow, I did not expect him to give him the first down.
I thought he was pretty much maybe a good um, maybe half a foot short, but they did not call it.
And now we got the challenge flag from Sean McVeigh, which is interesting, because if they even don't get it.
Do you think they go for it Would probably be a relatively easy, um, conversion if you just run it and it actually might be closer to a foot short.
Should be an easy plate.
Overturn if it's the 20 yard line or whatever.
Well, yeah, big.
You might just run it over with foals.
So they're challenging the first down, and they're gonna be charged to time out.
This doesn't go their way.
We'll be back after the short break.
Your on SportsCastr? Yes.
Which isn't you, City.
They're clean said, jeez.
Yes, sure, you seem to think.
And we're back with the Rams and the Bears.
Rams currently in the lead, 7 to 3.
And they're challenging the call on which the past was complete down to I believe it was Jimmy Graham.
And there Excuse me, Winds.
And they're challenging to see if he got the first down.
It was It's within less than a foot close.
I think it's going to be overturned because the initial call in the field waas first down.
So you have toe.
You would have toe have conclusive evidence to overturn it, and I think they do so and will likely be fourth down.
And I'm thinking that you would go for it if you're Chicago right now, because right now the ramps have been rolling and if you let him get another opportunity that might roll you over.
So do what you can, I think, and they have overturned it.
So it's fourth, one by a little bit, and right now, you're just gotta go.
You just got to go over with fools.
They're keeping the offensive.
All you gotta do is push through the pile with fools so easy they're not going to do it.
Doesn't look like it.
They dio and there's a flag.
There's a flag before the player heard whistles right away.
And this is gonna be on the Bears.
Oh, that's a That's a back breaker.
That's the one thing you could do, which was false.
Maggie's like, Yeah, that guy's going next week.
After the game, yeah.
You've been traded to Los Angeles.
Yeah, they like you after they help you win the game.
No, but I mean, that's one thing you cannot do, And it's just a mistake that you know happens feel bad right there for that guy.
But, you know, those are the things that cost two games sometimes.
But every football player makes those kind of mistakes, and you learn from so 4 to 5 in your first upon here.
Look on the bright side.
Maybe you would have not Ah, made it.
Maybe you would have just messed it up, and it would have been ultimately Rams football at the 10 yard line.
Maybe you would have not gone.
You would have not made the first down on the fourth down run.
He would have had it looked like.
But it's unfortunate, so here we go.
So the Rams offense back out.
Therefore, I believe the fourth time tonight, first intent from their own 38 golf takes the snap and Cooper Cup with the run.
Gets to the 49 yard line off Los Angeles on the pickup, and they continue to roar with that running game as well as the passing game.
I mean, it's Cooper couple.
They send right away towards the left side in the backfield, and he's able to pick up a few yards out to the 49 or rather actually all the way down to the 46 yard line.
They're saying here and this completion keeps on going 20 down to the 11 yard line, a 34 yard throw and catch.
And right away, the two tight ends.
You send them out and it's just a small throw, and he's ableto defense is kind of just standing around him mix.
That is not a good That was every on the catch.
And the defense is just hoping that the guy makes the tackle.
Excuse me, Johnny Month, who has his third reception today, now 47 yards ever.
Bears were just standing there, hoping he gets tackled like what is going on there? And this run down to the five yard line and the Rams offense is clicking.
And it was Smith.
I believe it was getting them down for the tackle.
And there's three Bears around him just standing there like Do you need help like, yeah, and those of the place right there.
You can't you mess up the fourth down and now you mess up that play right there.
So second and three now and the Bears defense is not looking so happy out there.
Given up a lot of yards right now to the Rams.
Second and three, they run it again to the right side, and Henderson taken down with loss of one back to the seven yard line.
Third and seven now. Third goal.
Some rather because they're just got to pick up the first down, which is at the three yard line, I believe.
Or two yard line, maybe 34 felt like the first down marker.
It's extended for a second there.
It might just be me third and four under six minutes to go.
Golf takes the staff throws and complete that.
It's Henderson, but he only gets two yards and the Bears defense comes up big fourth down and you kick the field goal right here.
Make it a seven point game unless you want to go for it.
I mean, maybe now the taking off off.
Maybe you send him out there and see if you can get something clicking.
But the Bears defense in the red zone provides again right here.
First time they almost stopped him.
But right now, this is really good defense from the Bears when they need it right now.
So they stop them and they're gonna hold them to a field. Gonna drive.
That started off very, very well.
And then Henderson ran it a few times and they got the field goal at least 10 to 3.
We'll come back after the break with 4.
You're on. SportsCastr.
See support you, us.
And we're back with the broadcast.
The Rams and the Bears Bears hold the Rams to a field goal and I get it 10 to 3 in Chicago, currently trying toe.
Get things rolling.
Get the ball rolling again after giving up 10 points to the Rams so far and things air not going so well.
But here they go.
Kick off back to the end zone and returned by Cordero, Patterson, Patterson and out to the 19 yard line is where he will toe tap at the end on the Rams offense, playing at their best right now.
Despite that last few plays where they couldn't score, they playing at their best with the running game and especially the passing game and Jared Goff, five of five outside the pocket, 13 of 18 134 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions so far from the 19 yard line.
Fools takes the snap fix the gift of Paterson, throws under pressure and completes it to Alan Robinson out to the 33 for the first down with less than 4 40 to go.
Now he's and this might have hit the ground.
I didn't catch the last part.
I think that might have hit the ground.
From that angle.
No, it looks like he gets his hands underneath.
The ball is able to reel it in.
McVeigh, already challenged to play earlier that then got the fall starting to think about that head.
McVeigh not challenged that that Brian Mother kept going, so there's little things right there.
Had you not challenged it, they might have.
Actually, they might be in the lead right now, 10 to 7 had they not challenged itself.
You know, McVeigh pulls out the challenge card and deals it well.
Second and four in Chicago got plenty of time near brain brand.
It's daily the defense of Corridor coordinator is first season at that position for the Rams, trying to hold him toe only three yards or three yards, three points in the first half from their own 39.
There is a penalty on the field and let's just just a time out.
And it's gonna be Chicago's first time out.
Ohio State and Penn State, the three seed and the 18 seeds Saturday at 7 30 Eastern time.
And right now we got a good one in the NFL with Chicago and Los Angeles.
Rams have 64 rushing yards, 13 for Chicago.
They have 134 passing yards.
Well, Chicago has 103 and they have about 70 or 80 more throwing yards or excuse me yards in total, and they have eight more first downs.
They lead by seven from their own 39.
Chicago, down by seven, takes the You're gonna take the stamp of your body, takes the snap throws and completes it to money, and he gets down to the 40 43 yard line 1st and 10.
He didn't get out of bounds, so the clock stops in Chicago trying to get their offense rolling and Donald Mooney two receptions, 21 yards and 20 yards after the catch.
So tonight, really utilizing his running abilities with Paterson in the backfield and they call a time out.
So this is Chicago, second time calling a time out on the scribe.
That's kind of weird.
My Nagy wants toe talk it over, I guess.
You see now you're not too happy right now with the offense trying to get things going.
And so 1st and 10 for the Bears.
Yes, their average margin of victory is four points.
That's not surprising.
They don't win by a lot of points.
So if they win tonight won't be by many points at all.
I'll tell you that from the 43 falls under pressure and sacks back at the 46 Falls goes down, and I thought he was motioning for another time.
I'm like, if you call one more time, I'm done commentating this game.
I'm not here all night.
Second of 14 now, one time out for Chicago, two for the Rams and the average stack time, 3.
91 seconds, which is fastest in the NFL for Aaron Donald since 2016 so you can get to the quarterback fast and he'll try.
Right here is they have the ball at the 47 yard line, one second on the play clock.
They run it and that goes for maybe four.
You're switching it up there.
I'm not trying to get an incomplete pass and not get anything.
Rather, try and pick up a few and then make it a little less abusive on fools arm.
That takes us to the two minute warning.
We will take the break.
Your own SportsCastr.
Thanks you, you my Sure you so instead and we're back with the broadcast Rams and Rams and Bears at the two minute warning, and we are about an hour and 12 minutes into broadcast.
Sure, most, most consecutive Pro Bowls to start career by defensive lineman Aaron Donald with six.
That's third all time between Joe Green and Merlin, often with 14.
He's got a long way to go.
Aaron, Donald trying to get to Nick Foles.
I don't think he's gotten him tonight so far.
You definitely as and I don't believe 30 10.
They go with Montgomery in the backfield.
You gotta throw it.
You're obviously from their own 43 trying to get in field goal position.
At least when you get down to the 35 or something falls under pressure and sat, they get to him.
It wasn't Donald, but the defense gets to him and they're gonna have to punch it Now.
It was Leonard Floyd who got to him false, instantly know where to go and all the way back to the 40 back to their own 47 yard line is where Chicago off to punt from 4th and 20 and the punt goes back to the 10 yard line.
Fare cuts there.
That is where our EMS will take the field.
They're already up by seven.
They have two timeouts and they've got one.
Tend to go, I believe.
And Odell Beckham Jr injured, obviously after the rest of the year, which is unfortunate, yes, and that's terrible for the Browns majority in a tough position.
They're five and two, but they're in a tough position with Baker Mayfield.
They're able to get a game winning touchdown, but it's been them in the Patriots seem like they're like, if you pay face those teams up and just be over time after overtime after overtime there.
So, like under pressure, the Browns just keep finding ways to win.
And first to 10.
Now 108 to go from their own 10 yard line.
Gauss throws and completes it.
Cooper cop for a five yard gain to the 15 yard line and they hurry.
They will get the kick to start the second half Look like guys.
Go off early and this passes intercept.
I thought it was gonna be picked.
It was not third and four. Now.
It looked like guys went after golf early.
Anyways, I think Khalil Mack was one of those guys I was looking at.
A maybe an offside or something, but apparently not.
Yes, You said no interceptions tonight, but in the last two meetings with the bears, five i n.
T s and he almost have one there.
They handed off, and this run picks up the first down and more out to the 28 year online.
Rather, it'll take the time out to stop the clock with 35 to go at a nice run.
There, they pick it up with Woods, I believe.
So, yeah, good time to be in L. A. Sports fans.
Of course, there's many l A teams.
Los Angeles Rams, 1951 NFL champions.
And since then, pretty quiet made it to the Super Bowl against the past, looking to win it now and then the Dodgers in the world syriza about to win it against the Rays.
Yes, I said it very about to win it.
But you never know, You know the race could come back and sneak it in on you.
And then the Lakers, obviously MLB champs are MLB, eh? NBA champs.
I'm tired over here and first intend for the Rams, who will look toe do something similar in the NFL this year.
The ball on the 29 yard line, golf under pressure throws and it is batted down and almost in complete.
And that was Gibson.
So right now, Ha, he's getting a few lucky clase and he's just holding his breath here.
This is another passes over the middle.
And he was looking for Reynolds.
And to get tipped by Edwards.
Maybe just a little bit.
And Gibson just kind of battered down.
He didn't really have much of a chance to intercepted.
It seemed, or maybe he was mad.
Thought he could, But at least he, Sean didn't even let Reynolds catchy.
You know, at least you knocked down 2nd and 10.
Now Goff throws and throws it out of bounds.
Uh, the only guy in the area was Cooper cut, but threw away over in 30 10.
Now, so last hope here for the Rams.
Just Jared Goff.
140 yards, One touchdown in 14 of 22 3rd and 10 with 26 seconds.
They run it and they did this kind of last time and pick up a few yards and that will end the first half 10 to 3.
The Rams lead it.
I wouldn't use the time out.
You would think Matt Nagy would use the time.
I guess he doesn't want to risk anything.
I forgot that at a time.
Out left 10 to 3 going to the locker rooms at half time.
Chicago down by seven.
That's the end of our broadcast.
Hope you enjoyed this.
First half coverage between these two teams is gonna be a great ending to this one.
I'm picking the Rams, so they played really well receive.
Chicago could turn around.
But thank you, everybody for joining the broadcast.
I will see you on the next one.
And I'm Nathan signing off.
