Oh, what a what an abrupt ending. Yikes.
I gotta I gotta get that.
I got to get that cleaned up a little bit.
You gotta We gotta get you a taper off transition, Michael Little.

I guess it z crazy out there right now.
It's just snow everywhere.
It's It's beginning to look a lot like f this, my friend.
So too much snow.
Too much Christmas music.
I'm done over it.

So no more great Blake Grinch? No, no, I never waas you really were.
You know, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Grinch.
Let's be perfectly, perfectly clear.
So, guys, as always, check us out on Twitter at W w underscore podcast.
That's where the show goes.
Live every single week at 9. 30.
We also have our ass Wttw hashtag You need any last minute Sunday advice for your fancy football This week was it was a busy one, buddy, you got a lot of GM's this week.
Didn't get too much traction on this week.
We got a lot of GM.
So, you know, we, uh last minute Todd Gurley Injury healthy.
Scratch, but scratch.
You know, we asked guys questioning who they should start their so definitely reach out to those guys.
We are here to help.
That is our number one goal.
We're here to help the playmakers.
So, Mike, let's jump right in, my friend.
Let's go into three and out.
Let's talk a little bit of, uh, the cove it, but the cove it It's a story that really overshadowed.
Yeah, it really overshadowed much of the week 13 or 12 weekend.
Rather where, you know, like the Ravens finally left Baltimore this afternoon, head to Pittsburgh, where their game that's the Steelers is gonna be played after 10 straight days.
Ah, positive test for the Ravens and three subsequent reschedules up this game.
Mike, obviously, from a fantasy impact, guys like Lamar Jackson aren't gonna play, you know, it's definitely, you know, we have guys.
That may be last minute additions, you know, guys like J.
Dobbins or Mark Ingram because they were on the co vid list.
So, Mike, obviously this this go.
This is bigger than football at this point, right? So obviously we wanna make sure we're keeping these guys safe.
But at the same time, we do have to make sure that we're keeping it on this as a fantasy football, you know, as the fancy football season continues, Mike, I think that obviously the biggest impact here's Lamar Jackson.
Um, I think he's the biggest offensive domino to fall from this cove in scare over this outbreak.
I guess you could call it in Baltimore.
Uh, you know, obviously, you know, having some guys on offense like J. K. Dobbins.
Mark Ingram hurts, but definitely Lamar Bar. None.
The biggest issue from this game.
And here's the thing to Mike is you look at this from the Steelers perspective, and they've already had to deal with this a couple times this year.
So one, they're irritated because of that.
Whose who could blame them? Right? And secondly, and you played football.
You were alignment, as was I, especially at that position, right? It's a hand fight.
It's close quarters, combat every down, right? Really? It is for the whole field, but more so for the linemen than anybody.
Yeah, that's in the back of your mind, right? Am I gonna get this from playing these guys? I'm surprised you haven't seen more players wearing masks, and I almost think lineman also, linemen were there.
Big fat guys like that's the risk factor.
I am not not gonna.
They're strong. There's a lot of muscle under there.
There's a ton of muscle, but there's some thick dudes out there.
Um, I'm surprised you haven't seen anyone wearing a mask, but yeah, it's got to be in their mind, right? Yeah.
I mean, it's got to be on the back of your mind You're going into this game, but yeah, it's definitely something I think overshadowed the whole weekend.
There were some good football this weekend.
So, uh, you know, definitely something that's that's been, ah, league wide concern.
We're talking about it on this show ad nauseum.
At this point, what are your thoughts or what? You know what? Your opinions on everything.
So the first thing that I really pay attention to is not just this week we're looking at next week.
They're pushing waivers out.
So you have ESPN Yahoo.
Both have already announced that several sites appointment pushed Tuesday already? Yes.
Another games already pushed to choose this.
You've got to keep an eye on that, and they're already starting to spell that out.
So know what you're doing? No.
When you have to do it.
Uh, it's a little different than it was.
And you'll you may have a little more information later in the week for those teams that played earlier in the week, so you might not waste a waiver pick on somebody who ends up being out, or you might not have to make a waiver bid on somebody.
Because you want your players that you were worried about being Question was full there.
Fully practiced Thursday morning or something.
Friday morning, um, and it gets pushed out.
Um, the players.
I'm looking at Mark Ingram and J K.
Dobbins for this week.
Look, they're eligible.
Be active tomorrow, but they were not allowed to travel the team today.
Um, I would bet that they're one of them is gonna play.
I think it's too important for their their their playoff run for the division.
Um, and I think with RG three, I don't think the offense is gonna lean as much on the quarterback running the ball as much.
It's more gonna be heavier on the running backs.
Uh, but then the day I think that running back rooms to money to trust if those guys are there active.
But you gotta watch it for the upcoming weeks with that team.
Uh, it's just a weird situation.
Yeah, it's just as fantasy managers, you know, just really pay attention to what's going on.
You might be able to get a sneaky pick up If you hear something earlier or you know there's, there's just a case that pops up.
You've got to be active on the wire right now.
It definitely be paying attention, guys.
And this, you know, speaking all the commissioners out there, your fantasy football leagues.
Be sure you're communicating to your guys, right? Yeah, Be upfront.
Make sure you have some sort of plan in place should this stuff get worse.
It's only gonna get worse, Mike, as as we get into the to the cold season that luckily, hopefully, you know we won't go too much into it.
But hopefully these vaccines and things get here and we can get back to some semblance of normalcy at some point in 2021.
But for the here and now, make sure we're communicating.
Guys, we're all going through this together.
So speaking of a group Mike that's gone through something together due to cov, let's transition out to Denver not to continue the Cove in 19 Parade.
But Mike, let's talk a little bit about the members of the Broncos quarterback room who are all considered close exposures to the virus last week, leaving all of the roster eligible quarterbacks in the red for this past weekend's matchup against the Saints.
Not something I think many football fans expected to be A much of a contest anyways, but still nonetheless, when you scratch all your quarterbacks off, that's a problem in steps.
Kendall Hilton. Ah, practice squad.
Wide receiver Mike, who hasn't played a down of NFL football in his life.
He was a former quarterback wide receiver at Wake Forest on and let's face it, but he God bless him.
I hope he gets some endor*****ts or something out of this deal.
But, you know, we got thrown to the wolves.
Through nine passes, he completed MAWR interceptions than he did completion.
You know you have more interceptions and completions, my friend picks one.
Completion, Um, and just an all around rough day for the Broncos and Broncos fans everywhere.
Mike, this was a fumble by the NFL, in my opinion, and I'll get your opinion on that later in the show.
But this game should have been rescheduled or canceled, right? I mean, like, we talked two weeks past from the embassy perspective, this affect a lot more.
Just a quarterback room.
It affects everyone who really had affected the game in the product on the field.
I mean, it was an embarrassment is a ****ty product.
Uh, the Broncos team kind of guy with their Q Q B room decided for them, and I'll get into that.
But, uh, it really just it hurt the Broncos.
It hurt the NFL.
It hurt the fans.
And then, for this shows purposes.
It hurt fantasy owners like you really couldn't play a Bronco, and it just was God awful.
It was bad football to watch on offense for the Broncos.
Yeah, I know, it's it's It was a bad week, and I hope all the playmakers out there stupid clear of all their Broncos.
But, you know, we talked about this a few weeks ago.
Drew lock got hurt.
And it's the fact that when players like this go down or in this case, the whole quarterback room is eliminated it.
If it's a domino effect for the rest of the team, right? So it's something that you got to pay attention to, not only for those players before the players that they support the players that they're feeding as well.
So, like you said, Hope everybody stayed away from the Broncos receivers this week.
Probably, and I think they're still dealing with some issues.
I'm not sure what the status is for this week, but it's it's definitely something Thio keep an eye on.
And, like I said, like, I'll get your opinion on how the NFL should handle that later in the show.
But Mike, let's talk a little bit more about a team that's not handling 2020 well and really has nothing to do with Kobe. 19.
And that's Philadelphia Eagles.
Mike who? Struggles continued.
On Monday night, they felt my Seahawks 23 to 17.
Mike Doug Peterson is in the hot seat.
Carson Wentz is in the hot seat.
Jalen Hurts got some first team reps this week. Things.
They're just downright ugly and not very brotherly in Philly right now.
Stick a peek behind the curtain from a fancy lens.
Carson Wentz going into the season right? I think you would agree and playmakers feel free to chime in.
Here was a consensus top 10 option quarterback, right? He did. He did.
Let's take a look at his rankings now Mike Interceptions, his first NFL with 15 completion percentage, ranks 31st at 58.
He is in the bottom half the league in touchdowns at 17th with just 16.
If you take a look at the stats from last night, there was not one Eagle Mike that wasn't involved in a touchdown play that scored over five points.
And I think this is a snowball effect from the top down.
It starts with Doug Peterson.
It goes right into Carson Wentz, and as they say, you know what you know Rolls downhill, my friends.
So, uh, Miles Sanders owners, Good luck.
You know Travis Fulgham, owners.
You know when Zach Ertz comes back.
Good luck, Dallas Goddard owners. Good luck.
Granted, he had, you know, one of the two touchdowns last night.
Mike, it's it's ugly in Philly, my friend.
And it's one of those teams we talked last week, and we'll talk a little bit more about here a little bit.
Stay away from certain teams like the Bangles.
The Eagles jumps right into that list for me.
This week, and the one I want to point out is something that we were really excited about.
Was Travis Fulgham, right? Going into their bye week, He had five weeks in a row over 10 points, one week over 30 and then to at 19.
He was rolling to come out of there by week.
Mind you, the Cleveland game was a bad weather game, 1.
8 points and then this last week against the worst, the best defense for receivers matchup Seattle, and he goes 3.6.
I mean, it is really a rough situation over there.
Uh, I don't know if they get right.
I mean, they have some great matchups in Week 15 and 16.
I almost hope I just hope they could get right because it will make some playoff games a little more interesting if you can play some of these guys.
But yeah, I have.
I have a feeling teams that are deep in the playoffs aren't worrying about that situation.
That means they probably hit right in there in the championship for a reason right now and and like I said like it's and we go back to the conversation we just had about the Broncos.
When your quarterback is not performing, everybody is underperforming.
Eso Mike, Let's jump into the film and, my friend, let's talk as we always do, Our usual unexpected and ugly week.
12 performances and Mike.
We just talked about this game a few minutes ago.
Seahawks Let's talk some D K.
Metcalf, my friend.
Not to be a Homer.
Uh, my 10 catches 177 yards breaks his career best last year in the playoffs.
Seven weeks of 12.
5 points arm or this season and ESPN PPR leagues for D K.
Second game since the Seahawks by a week that he's had 10 plus sketches, so definitely, definitely trending up for D. K. Metcalf.
An interesting stat here in ESPN shared this earlier, and it kind of ties in with what Jim Schwartz said about D.
Metcalf before the game, which basically was, Hey, you're not mega tribe yet.
I was there to see it.
Interesting stat for you.
Let's look at the 1st 27 games of D K.
Metcalf and Calvin Johnson's careers.
Mike, I'm gonna give you the stats for each, and I want you to tell me which ones which and then probably spoiling this.
But we just just entertain me.
So one Mike has 116 catches, 1939 yards and 16 touchdowns to start his career.
Theater one to start his career.
95 receptions, 1662 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Mike Who is player? A.
Uh, Jim Schwartz is saying, You're not Megatron yet.
I'm going to say that's player A Is Calvin Johnson Megatron, Michael.
You would be wrong. Player is D.
K. Metcalf. ****.
So do you came back? Catholic said.
116 receptions, Almost 2000 yards, 16 touchdowns.
That's her through his first season and two thirds.
Let's call it, uh, my kids a stud, and I don't say that just because he's a Seahawk.
I say that because he can take it.
He can do a little bit everything he can catch going across the middle of Eagle safeties found that out last night.
He can catch the ball going downfield.
Darius Slay on that out last night.
So, uh, Mike, he's probably one of my favorite Seahawks right now for my favorite fantasy players.
I own him in two leagues.
Eso definitely somebody I'm excited about moving forward.
And I think as long as Russell Wilson's the one throwing in the football, he's gonna be a consensus top five Top 10 receiver till Russell Wilson retires.
So, yeah, so would you say that their that their output is unlimited? In a reference the worst post of all time? Sorry.
All right, let's just move on.
Flex like, Yeah, it's so Grinchy.
Yeah, well, I was gonna use that transition to say we'll talk about a quarterback that's not playing so well, Mitch.
But my unexpected pick this week, Mike And it does have to do with Mitch is Alan Robinson, receiver for the Chicago Bears.
Eight receptions, 74 yards, two touchdowns on Sunday.
My view have told me that that was his stat line with mixed Robiskie.
Going into this week, I would have laughed in your face.
I would have laughed on this show e.
I mean, let's face it, everybody did not expect the Bears to I mean, they didn't play well, but nobody expected.
Anybody on the Bears have a singular good performance right, Especially with mixed Robiskie back under this under center.
But now, Robson, great game.
Um, not something I would expect to continue.
You know, obviously him and Mitch risky.
Do have a report together.
So if you have a if you need a streaming start for, uh, you know, you got somebody that goes down or you got somebody with the covert issue, you know, definitely somebody to keep an eye on.
But this is a guy I know a lot of guys didn't have in their starting lineup the last few weeks.
So because of the quarterback situation in Chicago and Michael, go to my ugly Ah, guy.
I didn't expect to have in this category this year because he's one of my favorite young guys.
Is Josh Jacobs running back to the Oakland Raiders? Seven carries for just 27 yards. He did.
Had three catches for 17 yards.
Mike, the Ravens got dominated, but falcons unexpectedly.
Where did that come from? Yeah, Speaking of unexpected, that was out of left field.
Game flow really got away from the Raiders here, but, you know, if you look like without his catches, this would have been a sub two point performance on ESPN dot com.
So it za definitely one of those things where, you know, we try to use this segment every week to highlight the Els, if you will, for performances.
And this is one of those weeks, my friend.
Definitely an ugly one from Mr Jacobs.
Who are your three month? Alright, My usual.
It's a little It's a little surprising, but it's Ah, it's Antonio Gibson.
The dude went off on Thanksgiving.
Look, he had his turkey and his pi to 36.
6 points in PPR leagues on Thanksgiving, 150 yards rushing, three Tonnies and then five receptions for another 21 yards.
Look, he hasn't gone below 12.
5 points since the week eight by and he is just absolutely taken over that backfield in Washington, and he deserves it.
Hey, he was a guy who he thought was gonna be a pass catcher out of the backfield.
He is running very strong.
Is just, uh every down back eso He's a guy that I think you gotta keep watching.
I don't think it's just this year.
I think it's for years to come.
He looks all the parts right now, he he has worked his way into a permanent roster spot on my dynasty league team like, Yep.
So hey, will be one of the But like we talked about before on the show are Dynasty Leagues, a 30 year old dynasty league.
And we keep six guys every year, and it's a really crazy and depth league.
But, uh, he's gonna be one of my six this year, guys.
And if they could get some semblance of ah quarterback there in Washington and Alex Smith obviously done okay.
But you know, Alex Smith is getting up there in age.
Obviously, the leg injury.
If they could get ah, quarterback there they have the pieces on offense to be very, very good young to Yep.
Uh, yeah. So unexpected.
My unexpected this week is a guy that maybe the bar is set A little is Jarvis juice.
Landry hit a big day eight catches, 143 yards in a tidy Um, look, I think the bad weather leading up.
So the games prior to this in Cleveland had the bar a little lower than what it should have been, but he showed up a big way for Cleveland and fantasy owners.
So he is my unexpected this week.
Um, and on the other end of the spectrum in Ohio, ugly Tyler Boyd.
Uh, three receptions, 15 yards.
He had been so consistent last season and all this season.
But look, I love to tell you playmakers, but Blake and I were right Void.
Bengals wide receivers at all costs with Joey.
Be out for the season, avoid their wide receivers.
But coming up here in a minute, Mike, I'm gonna give you somebody that I think from Cincinnati Could be a lock for a week.
Why don't we just jump right into it? I'll start, buddy.
Uh, my pick last week.
Evan Engram, tight end for the New York Giants.
Six catches, 129 yards.
Given myself a point this week, buddy, give it to me.
So it's definitely, uh it was definitely not a touchdown dependent game, But he did what I said.
I thought they were gonna I thought they were gonna go to him a lot.
And they did this the you know, the volume showed it.
So I think he had nine targets.
So, for a tight end, pretty, pretty high target share.
Especially considering what? Especially considering Daniel Jones going down all the wide receivers, actually being healthy for once this year.
Definitely surprised with the I didn't think you'd have that many targets.
To be honest with you, I think I told the Playmakers last week this will be a touchdown dependent locking it end up being exactly the opposite.
So so you know, six and one half dozen the other, my friend, This week with the win? Yeah, with the win.
Win insurer Mile.
Uh, the aforementioned Bengal.
My friend Giovanni Bernard is going to be my lock this week.
I think I used him as a lock already.
Once this year, we could go back to this.
Well, uh, this is a complete matchup.
Play here, Mike.
Going against the Miami Dolphins, who are a bottom seven in rush defense when terms of yards and touchdowns.
We just talked about it.
No passing game in Cincinnati right now.
The receivers sell, sell, sell.
So he's going to be getting a high volume of the carries.
Joe Mixon is gonna be out.
They do have some.
I always watch his name's image pairing in there.
Uh, you know, the change of pace guy.
But Geo Bernard, my lock this week to get some I think this could be another touchdown dependent performance.
I guess I'm gonna say that just because I'm gonna keep the good The good mojo going this week with with the words Touchdown dependent.
So if you're if you're struggling to play somebody and you could get somebody is gonna get you 12 plus touches, I think it's a great play.
Bernard's in their catches and Russia's 12 Easy.
So, yeah, man, we have somebody talking about Giovanni Bernard's mustache in there.
It is pretty solid.
Have you seen that? Oh, yeah, it's great.
They're they're they're to their too good forms of hair on this show tonight.
One is Giovanni Bernard mustache, and the second is Michael's main.
So I gotta let this thing fly every now and then.
You gotta think we need the big play.
Needs to take what really needs to be cut is the whole beard for me.
We need somebody to sponsor us so I can shave this.
Let's get like dollar Shave Club or him or what is it not him? What's the other one? Him is a totally different different.
Yeah, e don't think we're talking about the same here.
Thinks you're like somebody asked.
The chat is mixing out this week.
Yes, he is currently on the i r for the Bangles.
So yes, he will be out for I think it's minimum three weeks, writer for minimum.
So? So Yeah, and he just went on I r I believe last week.
And then I'll go to my lock from last week.
We we It's a tough positions We wanted to try to help the playmakers on.
And I love the matchup last week.
Yeah, yeah, we really We challenge ourselves here, Robert Tanyon, 17.
I'm gonna mark that one in the book for the good guys.
Five receptions, 67 yards and a big fat tutti.
So I'm good with that.
I'll mark that as a w for me this week.
I'm gonna go with somebody who's very similar toe Blake's pick in the sense that I loved them out of touches.
It may be a little TV dependent if they're going to blow up.
But the Saints look different on offense since Drew Brees went out and Taysom Hill took over.
So I'm going with Latavius.
Murray and I say that because he is getting production at the expense of Alvin Kamara.
I think just the ground and pound game that we're seeing with Taysom Hill in there, it's benefiting Murray.
Um, I think it's it's just more of a power run game and Camara e mean he often gets most of us.
He often gets most of his touches through the air, and we're just not seeing that as much.
Um, I don't think tomorrow is a guy.
I'm not saying that, but I do think Murray is going to see that 12 plus touches.
Um, and I think that really, if he if he finds his way into the end zone against the Falcons, which he very well may lock him in, that's that's where I'm looking on this week's lock Latavius Murray.
I'm thinking 12, 15 touches 50 60 yards and a touchdown.
Okay, I I like it, man.
I think that's a great big you know, you can move into our favorite segment, right? Yes, sir.
Let's jump into hell.
No. Hell, yeah, my friend.
And let's talk again.
Like we had a Sorry.
That was really delayed.
So, Mike, we talk a little bit about this earlier in the show, uh, said we would we would circle back to it.
And here we are, the NFL, Mike this week moved mountains to get this Ravens Steelers game played tomorrow night.
Some would say that the Broncos were not afforded that same level of effort by the NFL.
Be that what it may? You know, That's just the opinion out there in the twitterverse, if you will, Mike.
Hell, no. Hell, yeah.
Did the Broncos get screwed in the Ravens? Get favorite.
I'm gonna say, Hell, no, no, no, no, no, no.
And I'm splitting hairs.
I'm just gonna admit it.
So I think the Broncos didn't get screwed.
I think they screwed themselves.
I think they put themselves in this position where the NFL had to act a certain way by having the quarterbacks be this high contact.
Are the high risk contact with somebody? Um, now, do I think the NFL favored the Bronx the Ravens and Steelers.
I dio, I absolutely do.
They really wanted to play that game, which none of it really made sense to me.
So look, you're putting a bad product with the Broncos team without a quarterback on the field.
That's just bad business.
And the NFL is all about business.
Um, and then you're going to this Ravens Steelers game and Lamar Jackson still can't play like why, like, I don't really get the reasoning here.
Besides, they don't want to play other games or anything like that.
But you know, like, this isn't I don't think this is gonna be a great game without Lamar Jackson.
Maybe RG three has a flashback to his rookie season, and he pulls something out of his butt and they have a great game.
But I just don't think that's the case here, so it really didn't make sense why they would just kept making these.
You know, these.
Let's push it back a little bits, push it back a little bit.
It felt like just a weird situation, so I don't think the NFL is consistent.
I don't think they did a great job handling this at all.
I think they did a poor job, actually.
But I also think the Broncos kind of screwed themselves by, you know, not handling pretty.
I have a feeling that had somebody with lawyers.
If somebody gets in, somebody gets sick and something bad happens in Denver that that's my guest and that's a guess.
But that's why I think they screwed themselves.
So So let me ask you this.
Does this change the way the NFL will handle any sort of situations like that? Oh, no.
I think they're going to do their whole case by case by basis.
It's literally just gonna be case by case.
No standard Hayward.
They have some standards in place already, but I think each I think there's stuff that they're gonna act like is they can't predict everything.
This is an unprecedented 100 year thing, so I just It's the NFL, right? It's the NFL.
Like they handle each case.
You're like, Why did you Why did Josh Gordon get suspended for this many games? But then Ray Rice or, you know, to go back in in history? It's like this isn't you know, this is not a lead that's known for its consistency.
When this dealing with tough situations, that's a good point.
That's a very, very good point.
Michael's talk a little bit about the Houston Texans here.
Will Fuller blew up this week and was then subsequently suspended for performance enhancing drugs just over a little over 24 hours later.
Coincidence? I think not.
This offense well, not not proficient right? Does seem to be playing a little bit better under interim head coach Romeo Cornell.
You know not, you know, he has some head coaching experience and things in the past.
You know this being a Browns fan, Mike.
With Kenny Stills being released, Fuller obviously suspended Randall Cobb hit the I R Mike.
Is there any wide receiver? Let's even throw running backs in since David Johnson's out.
So is there any offensive starter not named Brandon? Cooks are not named Brandon cooks or DeShaun Watson on the scene to be trusted in a possible streaming start, I'll say, Hell, yeah, so I notoriously don't love Duke Johnson.
He is Mister Glass to me.
So he's a guy I'm afraid of.
You and everybody else in Cleveland move on.
Oh, yeah, Yeah, but then he goes and has he has a nice touchdown catch this last week and I was proven wrong.
So he's a guy that if I don't love him as an RV one or two, but in a flexed position, I think he's a good play.
Um, and this They're the Texans, Aaron. Competitive games.
So he is going to be able to get touches.
Uh, they might be trailing and they might be threatened.
He might get a couple of He's always been a pass catcher, So that's Ah, that's a nice set up for him.
And then the other guy.
I'm looking at his Kiki Cootie.
Um, look, he's had a few spots starts when Fuller was injured in the past.
This is one thing that we have seen in the past.
Um, and he averaged around seven targets a game during those, so I don't love the play, But if you're in a really tough streaming spot where you have Evans or Godman and the Carolina receivers or something out, you could plug them in, and I think you'd expect some decent output.
Uh, Watson hasn't been as accurate as normal as I would like to see.
But at the same time, I think this is a guy that he's going to get the volume.
And as you said, with Cobb on IR, he's the obvious plug and play.
And I think it's I think you might expect 10 points out of him.
I don't think if he gets a touchdown, you might get about that.
But I think without a touchdown, you can add five for 50 yards and it's at least some output versus a zero or somebody that you're putting a prayer and on.
Yeah, no, I agree.
That's a great thing.
I you know, trust is a is a heavy word.
You know, Guy, I would start in a, you know, emergency situation.
I think there's a couple.
You just name them.
So e gonna swing up to New York for you with the dancing injury for Danny Dimes. Daniel Jones.
Can you expect Colt McCoy to provide competent enough quarterback play to keep Evan Ingram Sterling Shepard.
Darius late, etcetera.
Ah, man, that's actually a great question.
I'm gonna go held up.
Hell, no, no, no, no.
And the guy Mike, I think it's actually hurts more than anybody is waiting.
Goldman, Uh, you know, I had him as my wire fire, and I think a lot here over the last few weeks.
Um, you know, they're not gonna be scared of Colt McCoy, Grant.
Colt McCoy has had okay, NFL career.
It's hasn't been, you know, anything Toe write home about per se.
Um, but, you know, Colt McCoy doesn't scare anybody.
He hasn't scared anybody his entire NFL career.
So, uh, you know, to keep guys like having Ingram and various Leighton in your lineup.
I mean, you know, we talk about these guys that are must starts, no matter who's throwing him the ball.
Those guys, I mean, uh, you used the words, you know, use the words competent enough to keep those, you know, relevant.
I think there's still a chance for a touchdown here.
They're a four or five catch 60 yard game here, there to blow up zero confidence in that.
But you know, they're here, and they're sure, but to be relevant, which I would take is being relevant.
Another word for consistent to me when it comes to fantasy football.
Uh, no, I don't feel that way.
So would you even start Ingram? Um, I would see if there's equal or better options.
Um, you know, he's a guy.
I don't sit lightly, but would sit if there's a better matchup or option out there, E think that's the one.
I think you're 100% on point with the fact that these air not I don't expect any of them to blow up.
And I just maybe a four or five catch these air at best Flex plays.
Yeah, I would say low end flex low end flexes where these guys would rank for me.
Um, maybe not even that, you know, maybe just a flex play.
They wouldn't be somebody.
I'm starting my one to spot at all.
We'll go to a different quarterback situation here, Blake.
Hell, no. Hell, yeah.
Kyler Murray's rough performance against the Perry and Peyton experience.
The Patriots scares you.
Oh, man, No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
You know, my big play Eddie once told me, running quarterbacks have a two year shelf life in the NFL.
Everybody figures you out near to, um I don't necessarily agree with that take.
But I do think there is a substantial tightening, you know, tightening down on these guys, especially in year two.
I think this is just it from Kyler Murray.
But, you know, does it scare me? No.
We still saw guys see guys like Cam Newton, Russell Wilson.
Uh, you know, just to name two of the guys that can move still go on to have good career, to be fancy relevant.
And I think this will be the case with Kyler Murray.
He's just too good for me to be worried. Andi.
I have a lot of faith in Cliff Kingsbury to I think he's one of the best coaches in the NFL right now.
Face it, kind of.
Murray has a lot of fun targets to throw the ball to.
He's got DeAndre Hopkins granted Larry Fitzgerald's in the golden years.
He's still somebody that doesn't drop the ball, you know? So you still got Christian Kirk.
He's even got Mark Andrews out there so or not marking issues.
Rather, who's the other one? Max? Uh uh You know what I'm talking about? But anyways, uh, he was the other Ravens tight end last year the year before? Uh, yeah.
I'm not worried about calamari.
They have a decent running game.
Good coach, good targets.
I don't see there being a long term issue with Colin Murray in the slightest bit.
And let's remind folks that he is still that he's the number one quarterback, right? So that's it for me.
He starts every week.
I'm not questioning it one bit.
Uh, actually, I must start.
And Russell Wilson went through that went through a couple of weeks all this year.
I mean, it's it's no different today in Brussels.
Fancy wise last night, I mean, but it happens.
It just happens, especially with these guys that run.
It's just bound to happen. And it's the NFL.
Bill Belichick figured him out for a week, right? Yeah, that's the other.
That's the other thing that really is, is, I think, underrepresented in this question.
No offense. Mike is, he went against.
He went against the best coach in NFL history.
I mean, what's especially when it comes to taking away your number one option.
If you told me there's been any other coach in the NFL better than that Bill Belichick and last 40 years, I would call you a liar.
I mean, he's bar none.
The best of taking your number one option away.
He always has been.
So Max Williams, By the way, Max Williams.
Thank you. Very nice. Yeah.
Michael, let's talk some more about things that are being taken away this week.
It is the Tampa Bay Bucks in the Carolina Panthers, both on buys as we jump into wire fire, my friend.
Another key name out this week due to injury is Daniel Jones.
So obviously, if we look at quarterbacks, you have Tom Brady Daniel Jones out this week, you start looking at running backs Mike Davis, the handful of by committee backs in Tampa.
Then obviously the receivers.
You know, Mawr, Anderson and Carolina.
Then you have obviously Evans and the whole crew down there in Tampa, plus the Bucks defense.
So which is currently ranked first or second, depending on your format, Mike, I'll let you start this week, my friend, who are your wire fire pickups this week? Wire fire pickups and I will tell you I hate this matchup is carry on.
Johnson. Detroit Lions running back against the Bears.
But at this point in the year were playing either matchups or or guys that are backups.
Let's face it in this segment.
And it's a touch thing we we've talked about.
If you're at that point where you're desperate, you need somebody's gonna touches and hope they get in the end zone.
If you really wanna be a have a successful week, um, so carry on John's.
He's only owned in 15% of leagues.
He's getting 8 to 12 touches a week on he gets a few targets.
The nice thing you know about Detroit is that AP is off the field on third down, unless its third one or 32 right, if it's not third in short, a piece off the field, so you know he's gonna get snaps.
Um, he's get snaps.
He has opportunity at the ball.
So he's a guy that if you're really, really desperate in the league, we have two running backs and flex and you just have nobody or you get a last minute scratch and you need to plug and play somebody.
Don't love the matchup, but you can you can get with it may be that team will be inspired with Patricia out there.
Um, I'll swing down a wide receiver, and this is uninterested position this week with how Maney quality fantasy wide receivers air out, um, Denzel Memes on Leone in 7% of leagues.
Look, he's averaging over seven targets the last three games, and we can always expect this team to be trailing at this point.
Um, they don't be playing from behind or they don't wanna win, either.
I don't think at this point, right, if I'm the ownership, I want everything I could do to get Trevor Lawrence.
Or if if he doesn't got whatever just or get a good haul for the first pick so somebody else could take Trevor Lawrence.
Yes, that is, if you think Sam Donaldson.
I've seen a crazy one on Twitter today that the Cowboys gonna trade Dak Prescott, get the number one pick, but I digress.
No, no worries, Um, severe.
In a pinch, he can give you some production.
He's got three games in a row of 10 plus points, albeit barely 10 points each game.
10 point like, but that's much better than the zero or three on your on your on your roster.
Uh, at the end of the day, if you win a close game is we're going down to the what? Last week? Pretty much for most league.
Start the playoffs? Yeah.
Yeah, Most standard leagues.
You're starting to playoffs 14 anywhere between 14 and 15 on Ben.
You know, obviously your other leagues, like we did a league this year.
That's usually that format.
But we went to a full 17 game total points format just because of covitz.
So yeah, depending on depending on your format.
Yeah, this could be the last week or part of the last two weeks before the play. Officers.
All right, Blake.
Who do you got for us on the wire fire? Yeah, man.
So I'm going Thio starting my running back this week.
This guy is owned in 30 36.
3% of ESPN dot com leagues as of this evening.
And Mike, it is not just cuffing season for Couples, my friend.
It's cuffing season in the NFL and fancy football.
I'm gonna go Brian Hill of the Atlanta Falcons Mike Todd Gurley is dealing with the knee issue.
It's played his entire career, even going back to college.
So it's likely that he's going to miss more time or, at a minimum, have his, you know, share of carries.
You know, carnivores from Brian Hill.
Tough play this week, you know, probably not somebody I'd pick up and start this week.
He's a low end flex option at best versus Saints, who were just dominating on defense, especially the last few weeks.
But then he does have Kansas City in L.
The Chargers coming up who ranked the bottom half the league in terms of rush defense.
So if Gurley is out, especially for at least 23 weeks or if he has his shares diminished this definitely a guy I'm looking to start.
You mentioned Latavius Murray, um, you know, from the Saints, I think the Falcons were kind of going to do the same thing.
That's it's an anything goes sort of mentality right now in Atlanta, and we just saw what they did to the Raiders this week.
So it's definitely ah, play I'm looking at, and we actually had a playmaker contact us on Sunday.
Using that asked wt w hashtag and Brian Hill was one of the questions on there.
So because it was the last minute scratch for early because of that knee.
So something for Todd Gurley owners to pay attention to.
I'm a Todd Gurley owners, So I know he's on my radar this week.
So Michael, move onto my receiver and, uh, the lizard people are back.
My friend left having off season lizard people session section, you know, segment of the show.
I'm gonna go with Alan Lazard.
He's only owned in 27.
8% of ESPN dot com leagues, and Aaron Rodgers is loving having him back man 10 targets over the last two weeks.
Playing against Philly, who we talked about earlier on this show, is just struggling really in every facet of the game, Right? So, uh, definitely gonna be a good field position game for them and, as you alluded to were talking a little bit for the show.
If Aaron Rodgers and the Packers get good field position, they're just going to swing the ball all over God's green earth.
So definitely somebody.
Yeah, yeah, Rodgers And then those receivers and there's three good ones, make him pay and a good tight end and a good running back to good running back.
So definitely no shortage of targets.
You know, that would be the concern with Packers If this, uh, this game gets out of hand early, they'll probably go to guys like Erin Jones, Jamal Williams.
But, you know, if the Packers, for some reason the Eagles are playing so bad, but their games like close enough where teams still have to play right, it's just weird.
It's a weird dynamic on, but I think this game will be very similar to what we saw last night against the Seahawks.
So definitely somebody I would pay attention to.
You did have that touchdown last week.
So, obviously him and Aaron Rodgers are getting back into a groove.
My friend Michael.
I was gonna say Jamal Williams, a guy you mentioned, he doesn't qualify for the wire wire fire, but he is a guy.
I think you could just start this week.
If you need a running back, he's like 60% on, but you could put him in.
I think he's going to get plenty of touches keep Erin Jones healthy for playoff time for them, right? Clarification, guys.
We pick guys that are under 50% out.
So but Michael Grid show my friend.

We have nothing else. Better to do.
So how much? How much snow did you get in your neck of the woods? We got piled on, man.
I went to bed and then I went, I should say I went to my layer and kind of hung out down here.
And there was no snow on the ground.
And we got, I think, overnight, eight inches We couldn't open our back door, which is not a little stoop.
Um, because of it.
So I had to go around and then shovel it out, then going back.
It s You're afraid to leave your stupid Oh, yes.
