Cam Newton matchup.
You know, it's very hard to watch.
And, you know, Kansas City won a game where you know they had to win.
I mean, it was easy one for Kansas City, and they simply took care of business.
What? Who looks like Christian had falcons with the spread Patriots got Okay, So since Connie brought it up, do you remember that play where my Holmes was? You know, in the process of being hit, basically the ball gets, uh, he throws it, gets picked up, gets intercepted by the by the got Here comes Here comes Connie's chats saying that I'm exhausted and probably beyond, um, and it gets intercepted and they start running it back.
And you know the way that the place, the way that the play ensues, it looks like they're just getting the ball right where the interception happens. Whatever.
But then after we we come to realize that it was like apparently it was blown dead because according to the refs, the Pats defenders were forcing him to make that throw or something kind of along those lines, which I thought was kind of bull****.
And it's normally funny because it's normally the Patriots to kind of get hooked up on these calls, and this is probably one of the few times I've seen them kind of not get a call like that.
I thought that was bull****.
That was an interception, regardless of he was hit.
And I just I hate when when they blow the play dead and I get it, they're doing it for, you know, the insurance of their health.
You know, making sure that you know Mahomes isn't getting a late hit or or anything crazy like that, Definitely.
But I hate when they blow the play dead too early, and it just what were your thoughts on that play? I thought I thought it was a ridiculous call.
I just simply think you gotta hold your whistle and and let the play go.
That that's just with with with any play, don't matter who the quarterback is.
If a ball is loose, it is better to not blow the whistle on.
Just let it be, because what is there in NFL? There is always review.
There is always an official review, so the official in place should never They should have never blown that play dead, like with any situation.
Like if you think if a receiver caught the ball, it took two steps and the ball comes out.
Don't blow the whistle on saying complete.
Let the ball get loose and see what happens And if the defense turns it in for touching, like I hate when the refs do that.
I remember last year, week to when the Saints played the Rams and it clearly was a camera joined a strip sack fall, but they blew the play dead and it changed the entire game.
You know, it's one of those where the refs just have to know they just have to hold their whistle.
I would rather have a ref not call the whistle and then go on reviewing, overturn it, then simply blow it dead.
And then you're like, Oh, sorry, we were wrong.
It should have been a fumble like that changes the game like we look at in that situation.
I'm not sure what the score was in that situation, but it looks like a pretty close game, you know, a winnable game for New England.
And if that call goes to Patriots way, who knows? Maybe it would have gave Hoyer Mawr confidence and give the Pats office of the whole more confidence.
But they just simply one of those plays where if you're a referee at any level, you just can't blow the whistle.
You gotta learn toe, hold the whistle and not blowing because, you know, like I said before, there was always NFL review, you could always doing official review, every view that play even after you just look at the rest of, like, just look at his like, don't don't blow the whistle.
We're gonna go to the tent and we're gonna instantly review that play.
And, you know, overall, like, you know, very rarely do the past get screwed over.
But that was a play where, you know, you kind of saw that.
I mean, the past got screwed over there, so Well, I mean, hey, who knows? Maybe that maybe that's karma coming back for them.
You know, after you know, many decades of success like, you know what? You got to know how it feels to have a back haul go your way.
Boom. There it is.
So, overall, just the main answer restaurant into bloom blowing the whistle owl.
They just should have let let it be.
And, you know, just let let it play out.
I definitely think, uh, you know, that could have been, Ah, game changing moment.
Um, play like that.
So I just always disappointing when you see plays like that.
I mean, switching it over to the Chiefs.
I mean, that offense, I'm gonna keep on bringing it up until until it starts looking wrong.
But I have said and I have written in the past about how I think this team could become a gatekeeper of sorts.
And even though they did start slow, the Chiefs offense did.
I mean, like I said in that article, I the defense needs to just come up every now and then.
They're not required to be like a Ravens or Bears classic type.
Defense is like they just need to get enough done, kind of give them breathing room, and this offense will get it done eventually.
I mean, Nicole Hardman got in the end zone. That was encouraging.
Uh, you know, just the involvement of this team in the way that they get all these players touches.
I think this chiefs offenses going to continue to be a threat.
And I can't wait to see whoever gets the privilege of beating them first.
How the how they're gonna beat them.
But any thoughts on how the Chiefs offense looks because, you know, they did it, you know, take a little bit of time before they really got going.
Yeah, they differ.
Took a little time to get going, but that's that's just Bill Belichick and the great coach that that he is and how good he is as a defense, you know, it takes a while toe, you know, get going.
And that eventually, you know when? When I think it was Stadium when he threw when he threw the pick six.
You know that that doesn't help either.
But, you know, over all the Chiefs, they started out.
So is an offense.
But that's what happens when you have diversity.
Great head coach on.
You know, I don't really know what else to add.
I mean, like the Kansas City Chiefs, you know, there we're still undefeated.
I think we're down to four.
I mean, we're down to six teams left that are undefeated.
We got your Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee tight ends got the Seahawks got the Bills, Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
So, you know they're still in the field of they're still four.
No, it's gonna be very interesting to see how a team is gonna beat this Kansas City team because I don't know how you can beat them.
I mean, you look at, even if they don't throw the ball a lot, you could just run the ball with Clyde out with the lair.
And, you know, even if that doesn't work, you got Hill. You hard.
Many Kelsey like this offense as a whole is clicking.
And even the defense of stuffed up to like the defense stepped up in this game against New England as well.
Clearly shut them down.
And granted, they didn't have Cam Newton.
And But, I mean, you got to give credit to that defense.
They just simply shut it down.
And, you know, they didn't let New England play any games at all.
So this was a This is a great win as a whole for Kansas City.
Just to continue their confidence, continue their boost boost in momentum that they have this season.
And, you know, let's see how long there.
No, I I definitely I'm going to keep an eye on their schedule.
Next week, the Chiefs face the Raiders.
I don't think that will be where they get their first loss, But you know, again, the Raiders have been a surprising team, Uh, with the way they performed against the Saints.
And then we also have the Patriots facing the Bronco.
So if Cam Newton is out, they are facing a team that is depleted.
Might be a more preferable scenario than facing a team that is healthy.
But let's go toe to the main reason why you are ecstatic today.
The second Monday Night Football game.
We have the Cream Bay Packers Atlanta Falcons.
I've been seeing all the memes kind of going on already about the Falcons.
You can't blow elite if you never have one.
I mean, I'm gonna be honest with you, man.
This Packers team continues to look impressive.
And Aaron Aaron Rodgers.
I mean, like you said, he's a bad man, and he he is.
He's having fun out there, you know, he did have that little scared where he kind of landed wrong on his knee, But the fact that he was smiling after grimacing, uh, that was that was really encouraging.
Because you just look at Aaron Rodgers and, you know, last year, you know, you watched him play and you were kind of a little concerned about how he was looking in a few games.
But this year, I mean, he has been a complete and total threat that the majority of not the entire season.
And then Hey, CJ, thank you for joining us back scoring.
Glad to be here, right? Yeah.
What's up, T J? How you doing? How you doing, bro? Oh, I'm doing extra***ant.
I just see the full effect of wise cheese.
He's eyes thistles, wise cheese at at the moment.
Because whenever Green Bay's undefeated, still four, no being one of 16 being on beaten, you know, I feel I feel ecstatic.
Yeah, Rodgers, I mean, the whole entire offense just dynamic for sure.
Uh, you know, you got two running backs Now that's dual threats with Williams and Jones.
You gotta tight and making place.
You know, it takes a lot of pressure off and Rogers and you know, Lazard and Adams aren't even there.
So, uh, like you guys were just talking about, I think you gotta put Rodgers right there in the M v p discussion with Russell Wilson and Josh Allen.
I mean, four touchdowns on the six incompletions.
Hey, that's that.
That's a bad That's a bad man right there.
I mean, I told I told I told Alex I'm like, Hey, Alex, hey, why don't you put some M V P money on Rogers? Because that boy looking good and way we've been putting up what's called 30 pieces on on opponents.
I mean, we didn't score 35 plus points, which I mean, I was little disappointed, but, you know, I was still getting 30 points, not letting up against Atlanta.
And, you know, I think Alex mentioned Calvin really cost him in a couple fancy leagues.
But But I'm sorry.
Let's make it very clear.
Calvin really cost me five.
You know, you're in a basketball when you got to rely on Calvin Ridley to try to try to give you wins against Bay Packers Detroit D Train showed up and showed out.
Did you see that boys in area Smith that Boise showed up, got the full effect.
I mean, it was It was It was a great, great win.
You know, we got early bye weeks so Davante Adams can't get more healthier.
All the guys that are hurt, Kenny Clarke get more healthy and you know, let's let's let's put on a cat and show When you first.
Tampa Bay, the real cannons are gonna go off, is out of Aaron Rodgers arm.
You know, when he throws in tow Adams and just puts a clinic on the books, he's gonna take out the little handkerchief in their arm and just stab him with.
So for what? Put a piece he got, said Brady in the retirement early.
Oh, my gosh, Uh, that's gonna be going.
Somebody shoot out? Sure, Yeah.
How? How many more weeks before Dan Quinn gets gets the boot? We saw Hillebrand get the boot already.
I mean, he's got to get the boot after this week after this week.
It was humiliating, like they had chance after chance to get back in this game and they let it slip away, like even on the on the fourth down.
Throw to Calvin.
Really if Matt Ryan throws, the sooner it's a touchdown.
But because he missed time to throw, Amos is able to save the day and swat away.
And maybe if cover really gets that touched job, maybe it helps Alex and his five fantasy leagues that he lost.
Maybe I just think that one catch to that's what hurt me.
That last one, you see, look at that.
All really needed was just that one catch for a touchdown.
And, you know, it just simply didn't work.
And, you know, Dan Quinn should have been fired years ago.
He should have been fired after the 28 to 3 debacle.
And who will 51 like? Yeah, they made the playoffs the next year.
But that team has never recovered since that suitable loss.
They have never recovered, and maybe they never will.
I mean, I mean, if you look at like, could you imagine Alex, Could you imagine if your Pittsburgh Steelers blew a 25 point lead in the Super Bowl? Like you could never recover from that? You like? Yeah, the Pittsburgh Steelers have six Super Bowls, but everyone's gonna remember that one that you let slip away like you hear me cracking Perry about the Cowboys.
You think they'd ever live? Live that one down? No, we'll never let you live that one down and and I will be honest coming up on Dak Prescott.
I don't wanna hear any Dak Prescott talk if he loses the New York Giants like I don't care if it's on him.
I've stated it time and time again, Dak Dak is just a Q B that he's just a medium quarterback.
He he's terrible when it's close games in the beginning of the games, he always has a terrible pick and a terrible fumble, and that's a fact.
And when teams air up by over 20 plus points, Dak Prescott gets what it's called. Empty calories.
Get some good stats.
He was like, Yeah, yeah, they're coming back.
And then that was negotiated.
Way saw we saw against Seattle, like like the one time you need back to step up if those picks and the Falcons, of course, each other cowboy should be open for the Dallas Cowboys should be owned for, but the Falcons gift wrapped in them will win like I'm forever gonna say.
The Cowboys are owned four they are going for like they don't even deserve.
If you wanted three, it should be.
Oh, and four like it is.
E don't know if you guys saw my, uh, my post in the group chat.
I put I myself and Condi in here it says, Just making sure you also live in boys.
Yeah, no catalyst.
And it is going to be an utmost high if if they blow it to the Giant, You think if they I even said in the chat if they lose to the Giants, I don't want to hear any talk of Dak Prescott the whole season.
I don't want to hear it.
I do not want to hear like like Perry's always gonna praise this guy like t o crying in the press conference, saying, It's but quarterback, you know, like like a lot of people like all of that Prescott, he's putting up these stats.
I'm just like, Well, what about these dubs, though, like No, no, no dubs are to be found.
We look at Aaron Rodgers.
He puts up stats.
What happens? He gets dubs Big Ben puts up steps.
What happens? He gets wise. Jesus.
I mean, hey, wrong.
Um, I wrong, e It is wise cheese.
Wrong sometimes, but not e Think for for the falcons.
Yeah, Like you said, I agree with you.
That has to be this week.
Just look at what the Texans they were below.
Brian, I think they just need a new voice.
I mean, that, I mean, that Super Bowl that that will forever haunt them until they get a new coach, get a new guy in there that could, you know, someone that could they believe in Matt Ryan.
I mean, he's a good quarterback.
He puts up Grace, he puts up, you know, great numbers every single year.
But you look at when they did go to that Super Bowl, they were really a run oriented team.
Devante Freeman, at one of the best, had a career year that year, and that's coming from cash and and likes to run the ball.
So they I think they need to get back to that kind of fix up that old line, get become more physical at the point of attack, and then kind of let Matt Ryan, you know, still be accurate.
Give it to Julio Given to copy, Really, in those guys.
But they needed a new voice.
They need to a voice in there.
I think I think they should let him go this week.
Um, enough for Doc.
I mean, the same thing They should run.
The Bohai music is only getting like, what 14 13 to 15 rushes a game? That's that's not the That's not the formula for success for them.
I don't know Kelly Moore.
I guess he's trying toe show that back is, you know, a $40 million quarterback or he should be in that range, but the play calling.
But I think they need to get back toe.
They need to play like how the Browns play them, you know, they ran the ball.
I mean, they could only have what less than 160 yards on Sunday.
So get physical and and they ran for over 300 yard.
Uh, and I will be honest for Dallas Cowboys.
When they hit their peak and Dax rookie year, it wasn't that it was sneak right in the ball and they won 13 games, so everything that season they have never came close to that 13 win Cowboys team like when Z equals suspended six games.
You knew the Cowboys.
We're gonna miss the playoffs because that can carry a team.
What happened? But it's 97 miss the playoffs.
And then they were e mean that that Prescott is such a medium quarterback.
They were three and five.
Who? Whose face factor.
Okay, all right.
Sorry about that.
Prescott was having such a bad season in 2018.
At three and five, Jerry Jones sacrificed a first round pick to a dude in a Marquis Cooper who was washed with Oakland this final year in Oakland.
He was terrible, and Jerry Jones gave him a chance on a first round pick.
And yes, they turn around.
They go 10 and six, and in my opinion, Seattle gift wrapped in that playoff win.
Because I was watching that game and I'm just like, What the hell the Seahawks doing? Just let Russell Wilson take the game over.
Stop running the ball.
You ain't This ain't 2013 legion of boom in beast mode.
That is the Russell Wilson's team.
So they give wrap them of win.
There And obviously you knew they were gonna lose to the Rams.
The Rams were a better team, and and I mean, hell, he even got sacked by his own lineman.
I'm pretty sure you guys saw a picture where, like, alignment this argument.
And then, you know, we saw we saw last year in the Dallas Cowboys.
They started off three.
You know, everybody knows everybody and their mom knew that.
They're gonna be three, you know, like you got the Giants, Redskins, Dolphins, like Come on, now.
You knew there gonna be three.
You know, it was How are you gonna play against great teams? You got the Saints and the Packers back to back weeks.
If you're a team that's going to compete for the Super Bowl And if you're Mr Dak Prescott, you wanna get paid like a $40 million quarterback, How you gonna be against good teams? You don't even muster a touchdown against the Saints.
That's a strike.
And then when you first the Green Bay Packers on your home turf, by the way, you fall down 31 toe three, and I know you know that this guy, Aaron Rodgers, has really estate in a TNT stadium.
I mean, you want to Super Bowl there and he's undefeated in Jerry's world, so I mean, that's that's that's That's his second home besides Lambeau Field. So I mean, that's understandable.
But, e I mean, Jack Jack is just a guy who, where he can't win the big game, he is literally like Tony Romo.
He's literally like Tony Romo and and when you look at it, it's almost factual.
E do I do remember that I had that I had that I had that same feeling, too.
I literally have that same feeling.
Like when the Cowboys scoring touch, I'm just like a minute 13.
They done messed up.
They didn't They didn't learn from the 2016 division around Hiccup, where they decided where we're old clapper.
Garrett decided toe pass the ball in the third down when you could have ran it with Zeke to the clock down with three seconds and kick a field one tired over time.
Like I knew we were gonna get.
I knew we were gonna win that game.
And then, you know, Rodgers did what Rogers did in 2017.
But I don't like to talk about that year because we were great that year.
And then Rodgers heard his collarbone, and you know that was that was badly missed the playoffs.
And then we miss the playoffs again.
And then we get Matt LaFleur and things are looking good, you know? And I mean, I know this is off dak related, but there's a stat where Matt LaFleur's his 1st 20 starts, 17 and three is the second best start in NFL history, compared with Paul Brown at 18 and two, and someone else has 17 and three.
So the Cheese are looking good and Mike McCarthy and the Cowboys not so much.
And this this is almost like the same old Cowboys team like like has Mike McCarthy made a difference at all on this Cowboys team? I'm sorry.
He hasn't like a lot of people, like even McCarthy himself said, Oh, I changed my weight.
Uh, you know, you haven't you still the same.
You still have the offense.
That's just bag in there and And what literally was a doubtful of Mike McCarthy is he didn't run the ball a lot.
I mean, we had no idea who Erin Jones wasn't told.
The floor came in and he's like, All right, let's institute a college and had often So that's around the ball And Erin Jones goes off for 19 touchdowns, you know, like like you said, CJ, they need.
They need to run the ball.
Just give it to Zeke, feed the man, give them 25 30 carries a game and have Dak basically tell Doc and be like, Look, you're not a $40 million quarterback.
If you're a $40 million quarterback, you would have took us to a Super Bowl and we have a championship.
But you ain't that you could barely even carry us to the playoffs.
So why would we want to pay you for $20 million when you've only carried us Thio one playoff win, which was as much as as Jerry Jones, God's son, and Tony Romo.
So it's like why it's like with jackets like and I want that to succeed.
I wish you nothing but the best to succeed.
But when you know Dallas Cowboys, you know it's all in.
Zeke, you've got to feed the Manzi.
You've got you drafted with the fourth overall pick in the draft.
Dak Prescott, fourth overall.
You drafted Zeke fourth overall, so make him the center of your offense.
Worst case scenario.
If Zeke it shut down, then go to passing.
But the Cowboys need to be a team where you just gotta pound the rock and run it down and, you know, look at look at why why is Cleveland three and one? Cleveland's three and one? Because they learned a Let's feed Nick Chubb.
Let's feed Kareem Hunt and what has happened.
They have been very successful, and they have been after their best start since 2000 and one since I was born.
So So It's one of those where Dallas Dallas needs to turn it around now.
I mean, we look at the NFC least is so bad that the Eagles, that 12 and one lead the division.
I mean, this could be a situation where we could have a team in the NFC East that is below 500 clinched the playoffs because they won the division and some team that is, that is 97 or 10 6 have to miss out because we got such a trash asked division in the NFC.
Do you know? Yeah.
Uh, yeah, he was going off, but e think I think it was just You're right.
You're right about, you know, pretty much everything is just gonna have to be more physical.
Football team, no doubt about it.
And defensively, I mean, for all the Smith toe come off the street and be the best defensive player that says a lot.
Hey, had a hat trick last week and, uh, he had a solid game.
He had a He had a great game against the Browns, but they need they need something in that secondary.
Her a lot of, you know, I think they should take a take a stab.
Earl Thomas? Why not? I know the narrative about him being not being a locker room guy that last year in Seattle and then his last year in Baltimore.
But, you know, I think they need talented Eric Berry.
Somebody, somebody in that in that back and that could make some plays and try toe turn the ball over because it's just but it's just it's just the entire defense.
I mean, Mike Nolan switching from a 43234 I think I think it's just they need something.
Needs something over there, man.
I think, uh, I think running the ball, controlling the clock I think that helps with helps.
If you have a bad defense, need to start doing that.
Yeah, they let the Cleveland Browns drop of 49 spot e mean they let the e they turned.
They turned a blocked extra point in a two point.
You know how bad of a TV gotta be for 30 days? Blocked extra 40 into a two point conversion like we thought the Browns were bad? Oh, well, the boys, they're looking more like a Cleveland Browns in the Cleveland Browns themselves.
I don't know if we could say the Browns are bad this year. I know.
I know that. That's what I'm saying.
I'm saying the Dallas Cowboys looked like more like the Browns than the Browns themselves, because normally we normally we mock the same old Brown's finding ways to lose.
But Dallas is kind of looking like those Cleveland Browns because I I agree with you to an extent and I've said it before that.
I think the Brown success relies on them you know, feeding that that two headed running back machine that they have back there.
Obviously, she was gonna be out for a few weeks, but building the running game, allowing Baker Mayfield to have play action toe rollout give him an opportunity to make plays the same way he did in college.
Uh, that's that's the secret of success with the Cowboys.
It doesn't have to be as dramatic, because I think where the play action passing everything kind of hides a lot of, uh, Baker Mayfield kind of terrible reading and is inaccuracies.
You know, the bike that defender takes allows him to make those bigger throws, but with that, he's a far, far more polished than Baker Mayfield.
So it's like if they could just give the Rock to speak a little bit more.
And Pollard's not even a bad Number two option to get him involved in running a E.
And they talked about having Pollard involved in the passing game, too, and I haven't really seen it as much, but if you can have both them on the field, it motion going get a little bit more creative.
I mean, you have so many weapons on this team, The fact that you haven't gotten creative enough to, you know, put the ball in some of your playmaker's hands earlier in the games.
I mean, this argument is brought up in the channel time.
Yeah, like the Cowboys put up a lot of points, but it's always a second half kind of come back.
And as we all know, like in the second half, if you have a big lead, it's za software zone because you're just kind of just trying to be in front of them.
So obviously the holes of opportunity or wider there, But I just I just think it's the Cowboys would feed Zeke.
I mean, he has a tattoo on his.
If he really does have a tattoo on something that says feed Zeke like he's just he's telling you.
Just put the ball in his hands and you know Zeke isn't like, Do you guys agree with this? Christian on our on NFL? Unwrapped had said that Zeke isn't as quick or as fast as it used to be.
Do you guys agree with that? Um, e I mean, I think I think his Ricky his first two years were just so dynamic.
You know, he used to take a screen and go 80.
Of course, I'm sure you know about that game against Pittsburgh, right? But I think it's really tough to say this year.
I mean, just because again, like we just talked about, we haven't really seen him get that many touches and it's not even I wouldn't even say, You know, 25 to 30 carries, I would say at least at least 25 to least 20 to 25 touches.
At least get Pollard going as well.
They have some dynamic Schultz.
They just found him out of nowhere after black job getting hurts and have a solid tight end.
So I mean, I don't I don't know what's going on over there, man.
I think, uh, they're very fortunate to be in a a terrible division.
Eso you know, they could kinda, you know, struggle right now, I guess you could say I guess they're excuses.
You know, this is their preseason.
They're trying to figure it out with his first e.
I guess they could use that as their as their excuse us that they're terrible play, but definitely defensively.
I mean, I mean, putting up 40 points.
Falcons putting up, you know, 40 35 points in the Browns just off rushing.
Uh, some Something's gotta give over there.
The way How the Browns rushed the way How the Browns rush against the Cowboys gave me PTSD of the NFC championship game last year, seeing where he most run all over the Packers.
I mean, that was that.
I mean, I thought I thought that was that in the NFC championship game.
I mean, you got you got the Browns rushing for 300 yards.
I mean, that's that's in itself is e is terrible.
And, you know, we I mean, the one thing that I could definitely say is with the Cowboys struggling, I definitely look forward to seeing Stephen a.
Smith talking bad on the Cowboys, telling them, I'll see you all tomorrow on first take.
So that's definitely a good spot.
But yeah, you just got to think of the Cowboys and just be like they haven't been.
It was Super Bowl for over 20 years.
One day they just got to get there one day at least, like you gotta have the talent pool like everybody blamed Jason Garrett, which was understandable.
What are the excuses now? There is literally zero excuses, and even on the defensive side, you paid to Marcus Lawrence and Jaylin Smith on the defense, and they haven't done you ****.
Like in my opinion, Instead of paying DeMarcus Lawrence, I would have rather paid Byron Jones.
I feel like that was always would have much rather use Byron Jones right now in the market.
Lawrence, because, I mean, you could pretty much replaced JaMarcus Lawrence with Alden Smith and you'll be just fine.
And you have Byron Jones and I'll help you out tremendously if we're being honest.
This Cowboys defense hasn't been the same since week one against the Rams.
They held the ramp. So just 20 points.
You know, ever since that game has been 40 38 49.
Now I I swear, if this defense allows Giant, if this defense allows the Giants have over 30 points, the Cowboys have to quit.
The Cowboys just have to retire as a whole, and Mike Nolan needs to get fired on the spot.
If the New York Giants, with Daniel Jones gets at least 30 points.
Mike Nolan needs to be fired right away.
And I think all cowboy fans can't agree with me on that one.
And, Perry, if you're watching whether it's on a rerun, you better agree with me.
Because, you know, that's a fact.
If Mike Nolan somehow allows the Giants to get for over 30 points, you gotta fire Nolan.
I don't care if you win.
Even if you win, you got to fire him.
Because how you gonna let Daniels like? I know a lot of people say, Oh, this is Danny Dimes.
You can't let the Giants get 30 points if they had sake one.
It's a different blogging.
But you've got no sake.
It's just You can't let them get 30 points.
Cowboys need to get on.
They need to get on the right path.
Can we? Can we go back to the Chiefs and the Patriots? What? I think I missed that.
You guys covered that, right? Yeah.
What do you think about that? You got robbed on that sack.
More fumble? Yeah, it was It was It was It was a pick.
Um, because he called.
Yeah, he called the Chiefs pun.
It's so ****ing fast.
Yeah, they Yeah, they didn't They didn't want any problems, but just collectively, situational football you look at before the half, you know, Hoyer's, you know, running around like hes can trying to make a play.
Just thought about a lot of mountains, kick the field goal is 66 going into the half, you get the ball back then again in the red zone.
You know, the fumble.
Uh, it was just it was just bad situational football.
And that's why that's why Belichick has ended up putting, stood him in there and trying to see what he could do.
And he just he didn't he didn't he didn't look that great, had a solid past that killed Harry in the back of the end zone.
But, you know, we you know, they had they had their chances.
They had their chances for sure.
You think, you know, holding Kansas City toe six points and the 1st 30 minutes of the game.
No one expected that people thought it was gonna be a blowout from jump.
So you got to give credit to believe that.
But it takes a mastermind I feel like if cameras there for, like, it would have been a different outcome, You know, they didn't run the ball well, which was good.
Uh, but I just I mean, yeah, that was a big play, but they had other opportunities. McCord.
He dropped the pick. Clear pick.
It was just It was an ugly game, man.
I was just I was just looking at the screen, just like, Oh, man.
You know, I was I was shocked a little bit.
I was like, Okay, you know, you're driving down the field, lawyer.
I'll see you then.
Soon as we got to the right area, it was just It was tough.
So you give credit to the Chiefs, and then once once, he'll have that jet sweeps score for the touchdown.
Like I said on I G, I was like, Yeah, it's just that was the moment, um, changer for sure.
For them and then started open the lead up.
But, I mean, they have their guys, they have their guys, you know? Obviously, Travis Kelsey had a big game.
Terry care had a good game of co Harmon played well, so we gotta get credit to the Chiefs for for getting it done.
Uh, hopefully down the road.
You know, the Patriots could see them in the playoffs with, Hopefully with can be in their healthy.
And then we'll see.
We'll see what happens on and C J.
I kind of want to ask you this question.
I remember back in 2014 when the New England Patriots got blown up on the Kansas City Chiefs on a Monday Night Football and Bill Belichick famously went into this press conference and said, We're on to Cincinnati, right? We're on to Cincinnati.
Do you think this week five game against the Denver Broncos? Do you think it has the same mentality like we're on to Denver? We're gonna take this game against Denver, going to our bye week, get prepared for San Francisco and hopefully, you know, get Cam back healthy and then hopefully get the momentum going.
Do you think it'll be like that kind of wake up call that New England had in 2014 where they just took that and took it all the way to Super Bowl 49? I think so, Yes and no, I mean, I think that situation people were talking about trade and Brady after one, you know, bad game.
And you know that that sparked the whole team.
I think in this scenario this year, they were some good things you could take away from from the from the game, especially how they play defensively, you know, holding my homes toe.
Like I said, Only six points in the first half and pretty much up until the fourth late in the third.
Really? With, like, about three, you know, two or three minutes left in the third.
So, uh, you know the defense, They definitely did a great job, obviously, you know, not having came.
There was definitely a deal breaker. For sure.
You know his ability to get into the red zone, be able to run and get rushing touchdowns as well, not just passing the ball.
So that's a whole different dynamic that, you know, unfortunately, pictures and have could you know Denver? I don't know who is going to start for them.
I think it's gonna be ripping again, most likely, but I feel like, you know, they should come out and win that game.
No doubt about it.
Like you said the bye week saying, friend, we'll see what happens with San Friend.
Hopefully, you know, Garoppolo could come back.
It'll be a nice game for us to see to see where they're at in, uh, in terms of the landscape of the league Buffaloes right there.
Obviously leading the leading, leading the FCS for no playing, great playing great football right now.
Josh Allen Another.
Like I said earlier when I first came on the stream top M v p.
So, uh, it's gonna be a tough, tough, tough test for these next couple of weeks, but definitely gotta definitely have to win against Denver, Man.
Gotta gotta get the W's that you should get.
And then real quick.
CJ Corey had me out here.
Here's Cory the chance to, as I said, that that's going to crush you.
Better hope so, Corey, because they don't.
I'm going to be in your mentions because I was on the Denver train before they all got hurt.
Now I have to admit that they are trash.
Here comes Corey passed one to be San Francisco.
I'd love to see that happened.
I love to see the New England Patriots beat San Francisco.
That would be such a good win for New England and give them a good chance is like a lot of you all are talking about Casey Baltimore.
But don't sleep on old old double B Bill Belichick with the rising Super camp C J.
So during the summer, Corey got me to join the bandwagon for Damian Harris.
We finally got to see him in action.
He now has more 100 yard rushing games and Sony Michelle has had this season and last.
Do you think that this is the running back here? Because, you know, we know that the Patriots, they'll have those games where, you know, random running back, like C J J.
Taylor will have a big game.
Or, you know, we saw Birkhead have a big game.
Do you think this is one of those games for Harris? You think Harris is gonna ultimately become the that lead back? That, uh, Corey has convinced me to join the bandwagon on and believe in, Ofcourse.
Yeah, I was. I was high. I was high on them.
Uh, Damian Jones, for sure.
I mean, they may have Excuse me for sure, and I think Michelle just continuing to get hurt, having knickknack injuries here and there.
It was gone in Alabama.
I thought he was gonna play more last year, but he had some injuries this year was it was great to see him play like you said at over 100 yards tonight.
I think it could be that Belka for sure.
And then, you know, obviously White and Birkhead, they're kind of They're kind of the dual threats.
They sometimes run between the tackles, But, uh, they mostly, you know, catch the ball out the back field and get those YAC yards.
So I think I think so.
I think that I think this is a big opportunity for him, especially with Michelle being out to, you know, solidify himself is the number one guy, and you know, he's a big, strong back on.
Hopefully he could be that guy, Uh, for us, I think I'd be perfect, but I would like to see some more Cem Cem, tight end action man.
I don't know what's going on over there.
Iso to me is just just not cutting it, man.
I think again I would like to see those rookies that we that we drafted in the fourth round.
I see I see and adults and King gets, um play.
Because even though the run game is played, even though the run game is great in New England, they don't have Superstar.
Obviously, don't have superstar wide receivers.
Probably, you know Nick Ill.
He's good, but you don't really have number twos and threes right now.
And Edelman Edelman is a slot guy e for three years for three weeks. Exactly.
So you know these two weeks right here on day? Of course.
The by then he could really solidify himself as being at the top back on the team.
Yeah, I would like to see him too, man.
I mean, e don't know what's going on.
So because averaging like 0.
3 fantasy points, he's great fantasy wise, it was just, you know, we're gonna get from him.
So I would like to see some.
Some action from him we saw came in Carolina, and Greg also had great chemistry.
When you have great chemistry with the tide and do the seems well, that's that's gonna help the play action off the run.
So hopefully later in the season those guys get some play.
Well, let's just highlight another tight end who has fantastic game today.
And by the way, I had him in my lineup due to injuries, and I still lost the part.
I like to Tanya.
I mean, he looks incredible out there, you know? Besides, maybe you're Michael Finley and not even Jimmy.
Grandpa Jimmy Graham wasn't really Jared Cook.
Jared Cook? Yeah, he flashed A and e definitely feel like Finley was like the last top too tight and in terms of production with Aaron Rodgers because Aaron Rodgers has his his There's a stigma.
He doesn't throw those tight ends, but yeah, Tawni and I mean, he was incredible out there.
He is a is a monster out there.
He was just out there getting getting open.
I mean, obviously, it's the It's the Falcons.
I mean, I don't know if you guys saw the screenshot where there was three open Packers when, and Rodgers threw it to another open packer, so there was three other open receivers at the same time.
So, like, you know, Tony had a great game.
Obviously, the Falcons air complete and total abysmal trash, but tiny and I mean, I don't know if you guys were watching it on TV or which streaming as we're watching, but apparently him and George Kittle actually lived together.
They work out together.
So, like, you know, they're all hyping each other up.
This is the third straight game cunning has got into the end zone.
This game he happened to have three.
Is Tony in the rial deal? He I mean, I'll be the fans.
I think he looks really good.
I mean, the Atlanta Falcons made Robert Tanya looked like George Kill out there.
And e mean, it's a fact. He looked.
He looked phenomenal out there.
I mean, I saw are tight and step up a lot when the Saints played like when when the New Orleans Saints play.
That's when I kind of saw Tanya and really break out a little bit like he had to go ahead touchdown.
The basically put the game away against the Saints, where we were up by 10.
You know, Mercedes Lewis.
They in Green Bay, we call a big dog because you know a big dog around the locker room, you know, he made some big plays hurt him over a saint sky.
But I really hope time.
You can keep this up because of Tanyon can keep up this play When Davante Adams comes back from his injury when Alan Mazar comes back late in the season, you have to solid weapons with the tight end and Tanya Paul Man e.
I mean, our offense is already looking good right now.
I mean I mean, we're talking.
We're putting up 30 plus points in four straight games.
I haven't seen Green Bay's offense be this good since 2014 when Aaron Rodgers won his second M v p and Rogers keeps us up third m v p on the way.
A lot of people saying Russell Wilson, but like, Hey, you got you got You gotta show the bad man some love like everyone saying LeBron in the year 17 Rogers Year 16.
And I know Anthony Anthony said he doesn't He can't stand it when people say it, but I'm gonna say it.
Rogers be looking, looking hella nice out there, smiling on the field like I love it when Rogers is smiling on the field like with McCarthy.
The final years He just looked miserable. Heat.
He always looked upset whenever it was a bad play call, he would just go on the field.
He was frustrated moving all the plays and, you know, with LaFleur in second year in the system and I knew Roger was gonna be like this.
I knew I'm on like Aaron Rodgers in his first year, all these ****ysts saying he had a down year, 26 touchdowns, four picks, 4000 yards.
I'd love to have those stats as a down year for a quarterback like I love the have, but I think that's that's just because it's Aaron Rodgers.
So we hold them up to a higher standard.
It's like if LeBron like I mean, you know what I'm trying to say, right? Like, it's just because he is a Hall of Fame quarterback.
They just expect amazing this.
He's a Hall of Fame quarterback, and I hate when ****ysts like Skip Bayliss try toe throw out there is like Oh, you know, he always told the ball away Well, would you rather have an interception turnover or throw away? I'd rather have a throwaway live another day than you know, cost like Look at that.
Stop! It Sounds like a typical pack of and Brett Farr about They're just having fun, like, Yeah, I know, I know Brett Farve had fun out there, but Brett Farve also cost his games.
Um, he cost us against the Philadelphia Eagles in the division around.
He cost us a Super Bowl. 42.
We had a chance.
Those who were 40 to have the ball in O t and bars final passes.
The Packer was a pick.
Oh, that I remember that. That was brutal.
Corey. Corey Webster.
Yeah, I heard that.
How many times did we hear that about Brett Farve is just have fun.
Yeah, I know, I know.
I know Brett Farve slowing it down there, but sometimes he slung with a lot of risks.
Rogers is very timely when he swings it.
So, overall, I'm just great, you know, I'm just I'm just glad to be a part of a fan base that has been blessed with two Hall of Fame quarterbacks.
Do I wish we have more than two scruples? Yes.
I wish we would have had more than two Super Bowls, but I'm just I'm just glad that blasphemy.
I'm just I'm just Yeah, I just hope I hope we give this man Rogers another ring.
He deserves another ring.
Whether it's this year or in the next couple of years, he definitely deserves at least one more.
I used to say he's gonna get at least two, but I'm able to dwindle down toe.
And I mean, yeah, he's got just let Big Ben walk off a champion match.
Just just hold off on the year.
No, no, this is now.
I will I would love I would love to see I rematch a suitable 45 as you could see what the banner back there I would love.
What do you think about? Okay, I'll be honest with that Super Bowl.
That's what was gonna be crazy.
If it's if it's cam.
If it's cam verse. Tom Brady.
Look at this next message.
Okay, So, Cam and Brady, right? Who? Hall of fame? I could see camping a Hall of Fame quarterback.
I mean, e he was 15.
He was 15 and one with Carolina.
Camera is probably one of the best Russian cubes of all time.
I mean, you look at, we got Vic Lamar, and you gotta put Cam up there at number three.
And then you also got Randall Cunningham. Aziz.
Well, so you're Cam's got legitimate chance for a Hall of Famer.
He's pretty much done everything besides, when suitable, even even in college.
In college, he won a national championship, won a Heisman.
I mean, I think there was a stat where when camp was in Super Bowl 50 he could have been the first quarterback toe win a national championship, win a Heisman and win a Super Bowl.
So I mean, he he's got time like he could, definitely, if he would retire today.
Now what? I see he's the first ballot.
If you wanna retire today, no, but I think I think you would put him in the Hall of Fame just because of the impact he had with the Carolina franchise.
You know, when we look at when Cam Newton got there, even the Panthers franchise as a whole, it was originally Julius Peppers.
Julius Peppers was the main staple.
Then Steve Smith came in.
Steve Smith was a main staple, and then you gotta put Cam Newton in there s Oh, yeah.
And and quickly as well.
Even Thomas Davis to you Can't.
You can't leave out Thomas Davis out there as well, Even if you want to.
You could throw in G wreg G rag as well.
You could put in g wriggle feel so bad for Thomas Davis not getting that Super Bowl having surgery on his arm and then playing two weeks later in the Super Bowl like that.
Seriously, Like E.
I've had a compound fracture.
I'm not running out there after that surgery in two weeks.
Now, you all know is worse.
Having having one of the greatest defenders of all time in Julius Peppers get to two NFC championship games and don't give them a ring.
We had a chance to give Julius Peppers a Super Bowl ring.
We felt sure to time, uh, we're gonna play a Boston.
No ****ing Boston Boston Costa E.
I'm literally haunted every time I see gravy and onside kick formation.
I'm just like, please don't pull a Boston.
You just get it there just just recovered.
Like, even when we had onside kick against the same time.
Just like just don't pull the Bostick is very rare, but don't do it.
If you do, I swear I'm gonna have PTSD.
So now Well, I say we could have won Super Bowl 49.
That has to be determined, but I know for a fact we we've got there and we could have gave Tom Brady good run for his money.
You know, maybe instead of six, maybe you could have five.
Who knows? But you could never You could never tell.
For Corey's point, it's a defense.
To Cory is not just Aaron Rodgers is the defense as well.
We had we had a terrible defense after after the ones who will 45.
Our defense was never top 10 until last year, and he won 13 games.
You guys remember that Cardinals Packers game where they went back and forth like game.
Mike McCarthy was a conservative *****.
He should've went for two after after after Jeff Janis got the game winning touchdown, he should have had the balls to go for two.
If we would have lost that game, so be it.
But at least go for two and win E.
Very good to see Rogers finally we got last, he said.
Well, he was hurt in the last two seasons.
Cory, What do you expect? He heard his collarbone and then he was playing on one leg.
Korea's a Patriots fan, Matt Excellence every week.
I know he's got a lot of success.
He got Tom Brady for 20 years and six rings and nine civil appearances.
I I understand e understand living up to success.
You now are tied with Pittsburgh for the most Super Bowls.
I wish I had that kind of success.
I mean, we look at ever since I was born, the Patriots been successful.
If you're being honest, I was born in 01 And you know they won one, too.
Yeah, I was born in 01 So E.
I've seen every single one of their of their 67 wires.
Course saying, Cry me a river like I've seen, uh, Corey just having a good time.
Yeah, he's like he's having a good time and down under, as they would say in in Australia.
Hopefully Bebe says, availability is the best ability that that is true.
But where was Malcolm Butler and 52? We're talking about your lawyer instead of were available.
Hey, you know what the stability I've seen? You know what? Bounce back week against them.
You can You can book it bounced back.
Camera is gonna come back better than ever.
I'm and just continuous M v p m v p waste.
Yeah, we're worst case scenario Cam camps is still testing positive.
Who starts for for New England against the Broncos? I'm putting.
Adamant at Q B, bro.
A former quarterback against state.
I'm running r p o on, uh, I'll just let it let the chips for how they made.
All right? I don't trust I mean, even though its third string versus second string were ripping as the Broncos starting quarterback.
But, uh, I'm putting element in there.
Uh, there's no way.
I just don't trust him.
I don't trust him. Stadium.
I'm very I'm I'm glad because I was really trying toe, you know? Okay, so it was gonna be the guy going forward is over.
Four can for the pictures signed camp was like stepping train.
Everybody was on the hype train. Yeah.
Yeah, that was That was like a hashtag throughout the whole summer.
You know, I was even on that.
I was looking up tape, but I was looking at this over highlights.
Yeah, I was looking at his over and highlights Baylor highlights. I'm, like, alright.
Trying to convince myself, but e he's still young, you know, he didn't have a lot of time to prepare for that game, so I guess you could say yeah.
Just like he knows the offense better than Hoyer instead of what I'm saying is, let him play Cube for sure.
He's had already a couple a couple of receiver passes in his career, so why not? Um but yeah, I think, uh, no. Yeah.
No, definitely not harder, bro.
I'm being serious.
I would really put element in there, but Bill, I think they'll probably probably go e guess Hoyer again.
I mean, because, I mean, I guess you know, they went down the field in Kansas City.
It was just he was holding, held the ball for too long.
Both of those situations where there in the red zone, there are opportunities to score.
Those were key opportunities.
You either get sick, either get a field goal.
Touchdown. You know the outcome could be different.
So I think I'll probably go all year again, if if can.
It's still positive and not not able to come back.
I think with a full week and I'm training with with the first team kind of get a better chemistry with those guys.
E Corey, Corey, if you want, I pull with Steelers.
I could make Mason Rudolph available.
E don't know, man, but back to your Tony a point.
I think, uh, I think he's a He's a solid, tight end, definitely solid tight end.
He's able to get some chemistry with Rogers.
I think that's all credit to the run game.
You got to give the floor credit.
Um, it's really just is really The RPS withstood them.
They could. I mean, he's athletic.
He could makes plays with his feet, but I don't think I don't think those ends are really going to respect him.
If he you know, if he holds onto that boat, they're gonna crush him.
So it's really just gonna be a just a run from the running back past option, no running from the quarterback, so I mean, they could do it, but I don't know.
I think, Tanya, man, I think I think, you know, saw that.
I think he's tied with Mike Evans right now and passing and receiving touchdowns on NFL for the first four weeks.
So with this hat trick today, so I think, uh, he's right there.
He's solid as great chemistry with Rogers.
And, you know, when I was going to get Lazar on him to get Adam's back e to the Patriots point, Not not time.
Uh, I think I think there I think that's only gonna I think that's only going to just make the offense even more dynamic.
I can't wait to see, uh, Green Bay vs Tampa Bay in these next few weeks.
Oh, yeah, Rogers is gonna look great on the sunny Tampa Bay, Florida two Hall of Fame quarterback is going at it.
It's gonna be great.
It's gonna be great.
Agree real quick.
Uh, Matt, real quick.
Do you know if Rodgers is in a relationship with somebody? Because I heard this.
The man the man is every time he's single, he plays a lot of single and better than ever do.
Danica Patrick held him back I would like some jokes that would crack.
He broke up with Danica Patrick before this.
He didn't start it, and he has been better ever since.
And and he's also on.
I'm not sure if you guys know, but every Tuesday he's on the like, the mammography shows, so he looks looks better, plays better.
This is the Aaron Rodgers that I love to see.
Cory, Stop E No, Corey, stop.
I don't wanna talk about really, for at least a week. Please.
I lost five matchups.
So instead of going 13 and 13 and fine when 13.
We can talk about Ridley's old burger key straight up. Put a zero.
Yeah, he didn't get a single reception.
One in the end zone one in the end zone was broken up and at that very sick.
And my heart broke into a million pieces.
So what you're saying is I put up the same status is really sitting on my couch stuff.
I just want to Philly to know that I could definitely put up more points and really did this last week.
Yeah, Hey, next thing you know, you hear the call.
Alex Valdas starting receiver for the Atlanta Falcons.
Here comes everybody with All right.
So first we got mixing over everybody.
Carson M v P ones.
Yeah, this man CJ this man Anthony, before the season started, Carson Wentz was gonna win M v p before his old line got hurt.
And that was fair.
Like, fair. That's fair.
I mean, pre season, I have the eagles going 12 and four.
I mean, hey, way all make mistakes.
Here goes my witness division 66 10 and 17691 You know, if that happens, I just know Perry is just gonna meet the chat for a week or a month.
Hey, could He could Very well, you guys.
Who do you guys see right now is those top seven teams to make it right now way through the season.
You guys CEO your way if you don't have facial hair right now so you don't get to talk to me like that.
You know a man Anthony CJ losses that you had a **** and you got to shave his mustache.
You see? There you chugging wine? I don't know. I was water, bro.
I was like, **** seniors hitting the model hard like it's one las bro e o to a t o.
He really went. Yo, Connie.
But I'm grinding.
I'm getting pig.
What are your bags for? Staying up all night.
Oh, you got a A A card is not a true path fan who that z exceeded.
Just so you know Cam Connie Cam, bro.
He hates Cam school.
You had a week to write that essay in your writing it right now.
He was saying, you know, he wasn't buying camp.
Uh, I mean, right, right.
As of right now, you know, he's looking pretty wrong, but I think, uh, he's looking wrong.
I mean, he's bought in, and that's that.
That's because camps bought in. He's brought in tow.
You know, New England's identity, what they're doing over there.
I mean, why not? I miss the best team he's ever been on his best coaches he's ever had.
So it's just it's just common to me.
Is common sense, toe.
Why? Why? Why not would you buy? Why not buy into ballistics way the patriot way on, uh, and just play well and you know, there.
And Belichick's always gonna put his players in the best position to succeed.
And they're doing that running the ball.
Um, having him make smart reads he's not throwing the ball 40 50 times outside of that game against Seattle.
Andi, uh, you know that you have 400 yards three yards away from for you physical football and hopefully next year that hopefully next year with the cap space, I'm able to resign him and get some weapons on the outside.
Let's zoom disrespect to the host right here.
And I know, I know we've got we've gotten off track.
But for my top seven teams Yeah, in the playoff picture right now, as of where we stand, number one seed in the NFC got to be the Packers, bro.
I mean, I don't I don't care what anybody says If you would have put Green Bay for Seattle, I'm taking Green Bay 100% way.
Don't got our top two receivers and we still put up a 30 piece.
All we gotta do is lock down, Wilson.
We could do that with these.
Appreciate that, bro.
That pads have is fire.
Yeah, it is pretty fire.
Uh, I mean, unless if I just do through a shot at I mean the CLC ox.
I mean, the top two teams are gonna be between Green Bay and Seattle this year.
Whoever has a better record will obviously be the one of the two seed.
So you could make a case for Seattle being the one, but they won.
Well, I mean, all they really got on the defense is just pretty much Jamal Adams. Bobby Wagner.
That's that's That's pretty much it.
You know, if you if you could If Rogers can pick apart fantasy is not that much of a dumpster fire.
I mean, have you seen the NFC? Least that's the only that's the only one.
Hey, how the how the boys looking, though, And then you insert in the mean we're just have got e I'm gonna screenshot your face with this cheese head on you, and I'm going to add you to the just checking If you all still them boys and I'm I'm gonna add everybody who comments anything about the Cowboys.
We're gonna add them to it, but yeah.
No, I actually like in no disrespect to the Packers.
Like my preseason prediction was it was gonna be the chief Seahawks.
But, I mean, the packers are definitely in that consideration.
I mean, I know I'm not gonna I'm not gonna say it because I'm not gonna without I don't want to jinx it.
But as of right now through four weeks, we look legit.
I'm waiting until we play Tampa.
I give our past against the same because the same thing. I'm a cop receiver.
But if we go in to a future Super Bowl 55 host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Raymond James Stadium if we could silence those cannons in week six and get a statement when it is gonna be a lot of conversation on first take and, you know, obviously we look yeah, you get off the street and write your essay.
Write your essay, bro.
What us? Even about a Why the cowboys aren't them boys anymore.
Yeah, well, they haven't been the boys in over 20 years, Alex, like that's that's common.
A ***** of Perry's watching it right now because this is about the time you'd be off work.
The next thing you just see is live Stream has just ended a Oh, he just cuts our subscription.
You get a chat from Perry just like Alex.
CJ Matt, come see me now.
Group based time.
Oh, why so mix? It isn't top seven that might that might stir up the pot with Cory because Cory is going all in on Nixon.
So we all agree the Packers are in the top seven Chiefs during the top seven bills are in the top seven.
I mean, Josh Allen has even come out like I'm not as hard on on Josh Allen as, like Cory and, ah, lot of the people who have kind of diagnosed him and, you know, gone deeper into the stats.
But, I mean, he's done a hell of a job.
He's had 44 straight, uh, Ariel performances.
Why, she's just got fired.
Oh, uh, hawk's 14.
Now, here's the thing.
Are you Do you guys want to still consider the Steelers and Titans in it? Even though they had a bye week this week, it's still Hey, if you're still undefeated.
It doesn't matter if you're three.
You know where to go or even to Owen.
One undefeated record still on U s.
So we're so we're just, uh were recombined in both conferences because I was saying, like, for each call FC.
Oh, okay. Okay. Okay.
So, NFC, you got Green Bay, Seattle A Z your as your top two.
You gotta put the bucks into consideration for number three.
You know how close it is to see the Eagles as the number four seed in the playoffs at 12 and one.
That's so gross.
That's crazy Z o parity text chat.
I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like the dog.
I'm like the dog in the little fire thing. Everything is fine.
Yeah, Rams rams.
And I think you have to put him in that.
You gotta put the entire NFC West in there.
If you put anything in the NFC West, they lead the NFC least.
So you gotta put almost any team maybe besides Arizona, but and then the bears.
I mean, they're one of the flukey ist three and one teams, and if you want to kind of poke at it, a little bit, but they are three and one who's gonna follow up hard.
I'm still talking about the West.
The bears are frauds.
Alright, so so bears.
Are Are we putting them at the five? Because so far in the forests Packer Seahawks, Bucks, Rams way Still got the Saints.
I'd much rather have the same E in Chicago.
Now would you put the 40 Niners over Chicago? E o E o.
All right, who would the seventh be? Would it be the Bears, the Eagles? Uh, yeah, that's a tricky one.
Like the NFC, it's pretty. It's pretty bad.
I mean, I was I was kind of talking.
I was kind of talking with my with my other Packer buddy Sam. Earlier.
I basically broke on.
I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, here.
I'm like, Here's how it's basically going to go for the NFC playoff picture.
You're only gonna get one team in the NFC East.
Whoever wins the division, you're probably going to get at least one or two teams in the North.
You're obviously going to get the Green Bay Packers, maybe Chicago.
You're obviously gonna get two teams from the South.
You obviously gonna get the Saints in the Bucks.
But then for the NFC West, you could make a case for three teams.
You gotta put Seattle, You gotta put I mean, and then the Rams and San Fran, That's wide open.
Like Like you have 7 to 8 legitimate teams that could make the playoffs.
And the Bears air one of those teams.
But there, on the bottom, like seven or eight? Yeah, because I wanna be honest.
Nick. Nick Foles still kind of looked like the Jaguars.
Nick Foles and not the Eagles.
That wasn't the same Nick Foles I saw came back against Atlanta.
That was a Nick Foles.
I kind of sat back to reality that was contemplating retirement.
So I have a Colts winning that game.
I knew the Colts.
We're gonna win that game.
I'm just looking.
I'm just like the Bears have possibly the two.
Worst of the same quarterbacks.
They got a guy in true whiskey is always inconsistent.
And then they got a guy in folds who inconsistent.
And you look at what the way, how Nick Foles play this. We could get the colds.
It's like you still got a Q B controversy.
You thought Foles had the job sealed, but with how bad he played against Indy at q B.
Job is still wild.
E feel like you still gotta let Nick fault.
You gotta just let let Nick Foles play.
I mean, you pay them all that money. E.
Stravinsky's too scared to make the aggressive throws he plays.
Way too conservative.
He's a gay manager on a on offense that doesn't support a gay man.
Here are the stats that I see from June Whiskey too, and, 01 and 1 100%.
And oh, undefeated E go with folks.
Still Yeah, I was still going.
I'm obviously I'm also gonna go with polls as well.
Dubitsky number two overall pick undefeated to a No.
We have 16 so we don't have a team in the NFC East.
So it just depends on one thing.
Yeah, one team, one team FCS I I honestly still think it's going to be the Cowboys.
I think the cowboys find a way to pull it out of their ass and just sneak in with the nine and seven record.
I think they'll find a way to pull pull the went out their ass.
I think the Giants stink red.
Not not the red skins.
The football team is building a new culture, and the Eagles are just to injury riddle.
They're too injured, riddled of a team.
Now I will say, if Carson Wentz can muscle in another playoff season with this banged up roster.
I don't want to hear any Deck is better than once, because when's the last couple of years has carried this bank up Eagles team to the postseason if he does it again.
And this would be, I think, their third straight postseason appearance four times in five years.
E I don't wanna hear anymore.
Oh, you know that Jack is better than one, because if Jack is better than whence he would carry this Cowboys team to the playoffs right now and have a chance of winning the Super Bowl.
But he has not done that.
And even if the defense is trash, Rogers had a trash defense for almost seven years and he still carrying that sorry ass team of the playoffs.
So, like it's if Jack wants his money.
Jack's gonna have to carry the team.
Even if he's got a trash defense.
He's got to carry the team they got to.
I mean, we've all stated this was born.
They got too many weapons, a lot office to be one and three.
There is no excuse that there should be one and three.
They should at least be two and two or three and one, at least now, for no, no, no.
You can't say that for now, but you can at least say two and 23 and one.
All right, let's let's look at the A F.
C because because we already got the seven for the NFC for the A F C.
Obviously, the Chiefs, obviously the Bills dealers theoretic.
They have the edges because they had one extra game.
But I don't I mean, if you guys were to put Ravens ahead of them right now, I would be okay with it, because I was against the Chiefs and Chiefs are there.
Kryptonite and Chiefs are basically everyone's kryptonite.
Until they're not eso, it's Ravens and Steelers.
The Titans air in that conversation, and the Colts currently are edging out the Browns for the six spot Brown's air there.
And then we got the Raiders Patriots at two and two, and then I don't know how you guys feel about the Chargers and the No Ingles e would go New England at that seven spot.
Yeah, here, here, here.
Here's how I would go by the end of the season.
I think it will be the Chiefs at the one.
I think it's a battle between Pittsburgh or Baltimore at that number two seed.
I truly believe that I'm a believer in Pittsburgh.
I'm truly a believer in Pittsburgh.
I think. I think it's either Pittsburgh or Baltimore.
I gotta say it will be the winner of the A F C. Let's see.
I got the West got the North.
I think it's gonna be the winner of the A F. C.
I'm gonna f c East.
I think it's gonna be the past.
A lot of people are Ah, lot of people are buying into the bills.
Yeah, the Bills Therefore, no, right now.
But I mean, what good opponent have they really played just the Rams? That's pretty much it, e.
I mean, we look at their final stretch of the season.
They got a I mean, you look at the rest of games.
They got a verse.
Tennessee governs Kansas City back to back weeks.
Then they got a verse.
New England, Seattle Back to back weeks eight and nine.
They then got a verse in San Francisco in Week 13 Pittsburgh and 14 New England Week 16 Miami 17.
I mean, Buffalo could very well be a team where they could be 12 and 4, 11 to 5.
But, you know, if New England bounces back with Cam Newton, I mean, this past team is looking good, even though they got shellacked by the Chiefs.
I mean, you got Steadman. Hoyer.
You really don't have a chance, you know, against the Chiefs. And that's a fact.
Now, if they had Cam Newton and they got slack 26 to 10 I'd say there's a problem.
But don't Cam Newton.
I think you could let it slide.
But back to my top teams in the NFC, it's Chiefs, Ravens or Steelers.
You gotta throw in Tennessee and Indy.
I already threw in New England.
Uh, that's That's five Buffalo as well.
So let's at six. E.
I think for the 17 I think it's gonna be, I think is gonna be Cleveland.
I think I think you gotta put Cleveland in that conversation.
I think it's a good battle between Cleveland and Indy, Cleveland and, indeed to get the final seventh seed.
But, I mean, you look at Cleveland, they just They put up 49 points on them boys in Jerry World and they ran for over 300 yards like that was a big win.
Now, now this will be make or break for the Cleveland Brown season the next two weeks.
Next two weeks, they got the Indianapolis Colts and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Yeah, that's those are the big test right there.
If they if they can find a way to split those games or win both, then I think they solidify themselves as a playoff contender.
But if they lose two straight and follow 23 and three, they'll just be right in the middle.
And I mean, we look at the rest of the schedule is pretty favorable.
You've got the Bengals and the Raiders.
You got your bye week you got for the next three straight games, I think is winnable.
You got the Texas Week 10 Eagles Week 11 Jags, Week 12 and then you look at weeks 13 and 14.
This will make or break Cleveland as well, Tennessee and Baltimore one more time and depending on where each team is that in that moment, if they could find a way to win those games, we could very well, potentially see Cleveland in the playoffs for the first time in like 18 years.
This game, I'm pretty sure a lot of people are gonna be looking forward to Week 17 the Cleveland Browns up against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Let me see if that's a think balance at Heinz Field.
No, it's it's in Cleveland.
So that Week 17 I know I've said a lot of a make or break, but that's the real make or break, because that could be a situation where the A F C could be so walked and loaded.
That could be a situation where it Zwilling urine like we could very well have a situation where maybe a team the A F C finishes minus seven or 10 and six and they missed the playoffs.
And that game, you know, from Cleveland could be a deciding factor, whether they will continue the old ways of Cleveland and missed the playoffs or and the curse, and finally make the playoffs for the first time in 18 years.
Yeah, I agree with all those teams.
Uh, what you guys think about for the quarterly like first quarter this season? What about some like awards? You know, M v P.
I think we could, I think we could say is like a 33 tie.
Three type for first place between our Rogers, Wilson and Alan.
Uh, what about defensive Player of the Year defensive player of the year? That's that's actually that's a tough choice.
I mean, I may be a little bit of fan buys, but the kind of game that za Darius Smith had.
So, with the way the game is there he Smith had last week, I think you gotta put him in that defensive player of the year conversation.
Alright, We look at the kind of years the dairy Smith had last year having 13 sacks, and he's starting to get into the groove of things.
I think I would put him in in that conversation, E.
I mean, a lot of people could go with a big name and put in, like T J Watt as their defensive player of the year.
But you got You got a strong case for Big Z Big Z up in Green Bay.
E think it's still wide open right now.
I don't think there is a clear cut.
Yeah, you could put because he's very, very Smith right there.
Uh, he's on the way.
He's extremely on the radio.
Had agreed last year to E.
Right now. Probably claims.
That's easy, Donald, no question.
Yeah, it probably will be.
Aaron, Donald Sack stats is overrated.
Yeah, E I mean, I do remember seeing that week one game.
We're saying we're not Sam. Donald Aaron.
Donald picked up Zeke with water arm and just shoved them out like he was nothing.
I do wanna talk while we're on the Rams.
Did you see the whole beef between Golden Tate and Jalen Ramsey, all the drama that that went down because of that? Well, that's just that's that's been culminating over the last year.
Yeah, they have.
They have some some personal beef.
If you wanna get into it on, I don't know if you wanna get into it, but it za family thing.
So unwrapped this personal beef.
Long story short.
Jalen Ramsey, father to two Children, two Children with Golden Tate sister.
And I guess he kind of left her e got high and dry.
And then, like, I'm sure Golden Tate didn't appreciate the fact that he's out there with a i g model after leaving his his, uh, his, uh okay.
You know, you guys know the back story isn't quite what I've been saying that theoretically, it was just him.
It's just yeah, e wanted to If you guys knew about about the story and I'm just like like, I didn't really notice that until, like, I got looked more in depth, there's like, I guess Gen and Ramsey had two kids it takes says, I was like, Ooh, that's best personal, like that's something where, like like you got You got no backbone as a man, like if you have two kids with someone else, somebody else's child, someone else's sister, and you just leave.
You gotta check your manhood a little bit after that, Yeah.
I mean, obviously, there's probably details that we don't know publicly, but, you know, Golden Taste is gonna back up a sister.
It's a family thing.
Like, it is what it is.
But Jalen Ramsey was waiting for Golden Tate outside the Giants locker room, but they did not interact because I think the staff stepped in, but definitely was a very I mean, I knew it was coming.
I just wasn't I wasn't completely sure about it, because in 2019 he put a tweet that, you know, Jalen Ramsey is gonna have to see me about that or something, but yeah, I mean, Whoa.
What? Okay, that's That's crazy. Yeah.
No, I I definitely thought that was like I was like, Oh, ****.
I forgot that that was happening.
And then Jalen Ramsey laid the wood on him in that one play eso I'm sure that was a little bit extra.
Especially when you when you do the wrestler move of picking him up.
But anything else he is going to get into before you wrap this up? Uh, you go and you go and go for C. J.
Uh, I mean pretty much went through everything I was I was just saying, like Who? You guys, who you guys had like to the court is he's in terms of, like, awards and things like that, Uh, clear the year.
It's kind of up in the air right now.
Yeah, but I will say Aaron Donald looks like his old self this year.
E think that's part of why I think the the Rams are three and one.
Yeah, all right.
What about Comeback Player of the year? There's two players in mind already for me.
Comeback player of the year.
Yeah, I gotta say, Cam Newton, you got it.
You got to say Cam Newton, just because everybody physically disrespected I have never seen a franchise player get so disrespected in my life.
Like Cam Newton like Like I'm sure Carrie would beg to.
Well, I mean, hey, that hasn't earned anything yet.
Cam Newton is the Carolina Panthers franchises.
Dak the franchise.
The Dallas Cowboys? No, he hasn't.
He hasn't done **** for the Cowboys.
What? One point? I think you could argue it won one playoff win.
He's got too many wins.
As as Tony Romo like Like I said, very junk you, myself and and C J are all very blessed that our teams never had to look for quarterbacks with the Cowboys.
They've They've had Tony Romo, who I think was a lot better than what he was given credit for, But he ultimately didn't have two playoff success.
And now we have Okay, Thank thank thank you, Corey.
Why wise words from that? I definitely appreciate.
I appreciate that.
They they call me wise cheese for a reason.
I got I got some wise points here.
He said Cam completely disrespected.
Yeah, can was overall, he was disrespected by everybody we look at What is one thing? If you're gonna move on from camp, do the right thing and, you know, back and just be like the front office is back.
Look, Cam, we appreciate everything that you have done for this franchise.
You have meant everything for us in North Carolina.
We just think it's better that we go our separate ways.
You know, you're you're clearly you know, you're hurt right now.
We're going to go through a rebuilt face.
We want you to be off our team and pick wherever you wanna go in free agency.
But, nah, they were like horse, Grant said.
They were straight up *****es.
They held them pass free agency.
So when teams had a chance to sign him like Tampa Bay, like the Chargers like Chicago, they've held on to camp.
They even signed Teddy Bridgewater and P.
J. Walker out of the XFL.
Kept cam, waited, waited, waited draft came around.
He could have went to Miami.
Goto went toe the Chargers kowtow, went to Jacksonville if he wanted to know, held him on the draft.
Chargers got Herbert Dolphins.
Got to, uh, still hold on to them.
And then when the damage was done there, like All right, we don't need you anymore.
We're just gonna throw you out in the woods.
And good luck finding a team on your list, Frank Foot.
How and then, lo and behold, Bill Belichick came in, and I'm gonna try to do my best.
Bill Bill Trick impersonation.
He's just like, Hey, e Cam Newton here, let's let's sign you on for one year.
Seven a half million dollars guaranteed and Let's take over the ****ing A f C.
I decided toe replace Tom Brady because you know, I'm the **** here in New England.
Hey, Tom Brady, it's all me on and I'm gonna be Hey, I'm gonna I'm gonna be the boss man here in here in Foxboro.
We're gonna sign you on and we're gonna take over the A F C U Down camp and camp is like, Yes, sir, I'm down, Brings the whole fit.
And now they're doing The Patriots are are rocking it, You know, they're two or two right now, but, you know, you gotta put in camp.
And I think what earned camp Comeback Player of the year is what he did in Seattle is literally what he did in Seattle.
Getting over over 400 plus yards like that's what sealed it for me.
Cameron has got to be coming gonna be biased as hell or Big Ben.
You could throw in Big Bend as well.
I mean, hey, a lot, a lot was in question having that type of you know, Tommy John surgery.
Obviously, pictures have now benefited from that surgery.
But when you when you really think about you know he's in the 16th year major surgery like this.
You know, Big Ben's always had trouble playing all in his 16 year career.
He's only played full seasons four times because of nagging injuries.
Things like that, Hey has more Super Bowl rings and Aaron Rodgers.
So he did just fine.
But I do want to say with the way that the Steelers defense plays and the way that bends kind of stepped in and you know he hasn't been, as as you know, you know, insane.
These, like, amazing.
Like the way Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson have been.
And with their M v P seasons.
He has played it very well.
Seven touchdowns and three games.
I know it's not like breaking the bank in terms of production, but he's coming.
Got the job done, you know, close calls with the Broncos and the Giants.
I think for him to beat out Cam Newton for the comeback player he'd have.
You know, it's making sure that you, you know, have these type of competitive victories against competitive teams because like we talked about that Seattle game, I mean, Cam Newton was three yards away from a 400 yard game so, you know, can do is making a really tough for for Bento to secure that award.
So I think it's gonna be between them to personally thank you.
Yeah, I think, uh, I totally forgot about Ben to that he was coming back from from that injury.
I would put Cam right there.
Alden Smith is well, uh, having a great year defensively.
Like like we talked about.
He's their best defensive player right now for the Cowboys on Big Gun.
So we'll see in these next couple of weeks.
I would love to see Steelers, Steelers, Ravens.
That's obviously one of the, uh, in the early two thousands big, big time robbery man to this day.
So I can't wait to see that game.
Came in to see the renewed Brown's.
See how they go up against Pittsburgh.
Um, so those names gonna be excited.
Coach of the year.
I said McDermott.
Come on, come on.
You gotta put in Matt LaFleur.
You gotta put in the floor in that coach of your conversation.
This man and his 1st 20 starts as his head coach is 17 and three and the whole media craze is like, Oh, they were in your Rogers does not get along with Matt LaFleur.
Oh, things are going bad, e I heard I heard that **** core Not not course CJ all the time last year and even part of this year even when Rogers said, Oh, you know, I'm just gonna, you know, like, go off the place.
They're just like, Oh my God, Aaron Rodgers is going off the playbook, um, at the floor, He's going rogue.
Everything's going bad in Green Bay.
I'm just like you got to stay away from that.
I'm I watch it and I'm just like I'm just like these fools are out of their Their Theun should get it for actually getting in shape.
E a my my little rant.
I was so fed up when people were saying, Oh, let's learn there And I'm just not getting along.
I'm just like I'm just like, um, the 71 record win against the Chiefs begs to differ.
Like Rogers had McCarthy and they hated each other.
He did, yes, but But like all this chatter last year and like, Oh, you know Green Bay, like I hated when Green Bay said, Oh, they're they're they're 13 and three frauds.
I'm like, How could it be frauds? When you have a 13 and three record, it don't matter how you win.
You guys were searching and three didn't feel like a 13 3 right there were.
There were some situations where I thought that we weren't going to win, but hey, records the record.
It don't matter how you get it.
Yeah, performance wise way performance wise, we looked more like a 10 and 6 11 and five team.
If you look at performance wise, performance wise 10 and 6, 11 5.
But there's just some situations where, you know, it's just Aaron Fricking Rogers here for crying out loud, like those two games against Detroit Lines Granted the first one.
The rest did give to us.
I will say that Bakhtiari definitely sold the hands of the face.
He was nowhere near the hands to the face.
I think one was to the shoulder here.
Dylan was in here, But hey, you're in the NFL.
You got You got to sell that.
You got to sell the fake job.
That's why flopping is the thing.
You gotta sell it, sell, sell it pretty **** well. And we got a win.
And then week 17 against Detroit, Detroit just blew it.
I mean, I thought for sure we were gonna blow the first round by.
I'm just like we're really gonna blow this first round bye to the Detroit Lions in week 17 when there are not even in the race.
But we're really gonna blow a first round bye.
But that did not happen because bad man Rogers was bad.
Man Rogers, We got the two seed made it to the NFC championship game, and then just gosh, lack, gosh, like to get the Niners e definitely agree with both of you. You know, LaFleur.
I mean, that offense looks amazing.
I mean, the way.
I want to credit Harbaugh for kind of cultivating an offense that allows Lamar Jackson to succeed.
I mean, Josh Allen, like we all know his accuracy.
Uh, you know, his hit the critiques for that.
We also know that Josh Allen is was still a very raw young, you know, quarterback in these last two seasons.
I mean, make German deserves a lot of credit for, you know, him and the offensive staff for putting Josh Allen in a position to be successful and to continue to develop him.
Because, I mean, if you were to ask Corey, Josh Allen should be came to his back up right now.
But he is performance.
Uh, but I definitely think right now, in the first quarter, McDermott is definitely in consideration for it.
I mean this Bills team.
I mean, look, I say it's about a lot of teams, kind of like what Matt was saying.
Like some games, we're gonna get ugly.
It's being able to win those games.
And against the Rams, the Rams gave them a scare.
They took the lead in the fourth quarter.
Bills ended up coming back, like you need to be able to handle adversity.
And so far through the first quarter of the season, the Bills have done it.
And McDermott Right now I mean this This is their prime year because you know, C.
You know, everybody's counting out the Patriots before the season started.
This is the Bills opportunity to take the division, and for him to start for no.
And obviously the paths are looking as good as they are for them.
If if McDermott can hold on to this so this division lead and keep his team successful.
And when the division, I think he'll ultimately get the award, maybe unfairly, if if the Packers have a better record, but because of everything that goes into the difference between last year to this year.
So I think Josh Allen might might be hoping his coach secure this if he continues to play well.
And then you got a So Corey say, Brian DeBose gotta also give him a lot of credit to for Josh Allen's development this year should get some head coach and love, especially.
I think the Texans need a guy.
Eric Bana Mia's well in Kansas City should be the top two guys right there for that Texans job.
It depends on how how they want.
It has what, like 33 coach of the year's I mean, it's kind of like the like the like the LeBron effect.
It's like, you know, you expect him to be great every single year.
Yes, the narrative is you know no time.
So I mean, that would favor him.
But you don't know.
Here's what I will say.
If Bill Belichick gets the number one seed in the A F C U, give him coach.
Okay, Okay, you And if you if Bill Belichick gets the number one seed in the A f C, there is no argument.
Bill Belichick is the coach of the year number one seed in the right, but the A F C East.
If the East, it depends on how you in the A F c East if you if you blow out the bills like if you have the A f C East somehow clinched by, like Week 14 or weak Week 15.
Maybe, but I think you've got to be the number one seed in the NFC to be considered a coach of the year just because there are so many other coaches.
And that's not nothing to say that, but But that's, uh, bad Coach is just It's just so many.
We expect Bill Belichick to be great every year, like we didn't expect Sean McDermott.
Toby like this good with the Buffalo Bills we didn't expect Matt LaFleur toe have this good of offense with Green Day and Year two.
You know, there's just so many coaches that we didn't expect, uh, have have great seasons.
But, you know, Bill Belichick is just simply a guy.
Where, where, you know, we just have toe.
You know, obviously you give credit where credit is doing you No good.
He's obviously a great coach.
Obviously, in my opinion, the main reason why they have the dynasty in the first place.
I think Cory can agree with me on that.
But that that that that I'm not sure.
I think you know.
But I will say I think Cory would have a chance, like a case if he would have said, If the Pats win the number one seed but winning the East, I don't think so.
He's got so many a F C East titles.
It's just like it's like a F C East title.
Who that's that's great, right? Yeah, I agree.
I think, uh, I'm at the FCS.
If they if they if they were to get that which I don't I don't see, um, then you could give him the award.
I'll say right now, said McDermott, Um Stefanski if they keep it up.
Obviously talked about.
You know who they have in these next? These next games coming up.
They have a you know, they still have to see Pittsburgh twice.
Have to see Baltimore again.
So if they're able to get, you know, get those winds and solidify that they least split or get both of those wins and solidify themselves as a real team.
Uh, you gotta You gotta put him in the discussion, Bruce Arians.
I mean, you know the way they're playing right now.
Um, you know, to me from a overall team perspective, I think there I think the Packers and the Bucks are the two best teams.
Russell Wilson is playing the best when he's one of the best players right now.
But Seattle as a team, isn't you know, I've got great.
So you could play areas right there.
Pastor pronounced that.
Yeah, that was That was a narrative.
But e I will say Corey makes a great point.
There's too fancy would steal some votes if they make the playoffs.
If Cleveland makes the playoffs, he will definitely makes the votes.
Now, this is a probably flaming hot take, but I'm gonna say it if Kevin Stefanski wins the A F C North, he deserves Coach of the Year if he leads the Cleveland Browns to the A F C North title over Pittsburgh and Baltimore, you got to give Kevin Stefanski the coach of the year because he would have seen uh, and he is the Cleveland Brown's.
They haven't had success since 1980 on, and if he turns it around his first year, he's a rookie head coach.
It's not like he said.
Other head coaches.
He's a rookie head coach, and if he somehow wins the North, you've got to give them the coach of the year.
Yeah, I'm on board with that Frank Reich, maybe, Yeah.
I mean, you know, he's gonna get some folks to Yeah, Coats would would play like this with Philip Rivers.
Yeah, every everybody.
Everybody kind of thought Yeah, definitely.
Like Cory said, Ah, lot of competition for this award.
And you know, I think there's a lot of competition for this war just because it's a quarter into the season.
E feel I feel like by week by week say maybe 13 or 15.
That's when we really get our dwindle down like who really is gonna be? Because you and you could even make a case for Mike Tomlin if you wanted to.
Like, look at Mike Tomlin.
I felt like if the Pittsburgh Steelers made the playoffs last year, you should have gave Tomlin the Coach of the Year award.
If you lead that Pittsburgh Tino playoffs with Mason Rudolph in Ducky Hodges like if they would have made the playoffs last year, Tom, we would have won coach of the year in my opinion that my thoughts to that that was there was no other way for him to make it unless they actually did it on.
And even this year, I mean, if Mike Tomlin keeps us up.
Pittsburgh If the Pittsburgh Steelers find a way to win the A F C North and be one of those top teams in the A F.
C, you gotta throw, I think you gotta throw Tomlin's name and had every year.
I feel like after what he has done last year and his track record every year, he's been a head coach with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He's had a 500 or better record every year that he's been with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
So he's always gonna have his name in the hat just because he always has his teams being competitive, no matter who's on the field.
What about what about offensive rookie of the Year Joe Burrow job? Herbert gives them a little a little push down her better.
Gotta put a lead on that.
Herbert could definitely give a push if he starts the rest of the season.
If Justin Herbert starts the rest of the season and he continues this pace, he will definitely give Borough run for his money.
Just because I think the Chargers would have a better record than the Cincinnati Bengals.
Yeah, that would be the only way I could see Herbert winning offensive rookie of the year is if he starts the rest of the season and he finishes with I mean, I I obviously think the charges are gonna be finishing with the better record than the Bangles just because they have a better team on paper.
But, you know, you also make a good point.
With Clyde Energy Lair.
I just think for some reason, offensive rookie of the year, it seems to always go go to the quarterback.
I feel I feel like you always have to give love to the rookie quarterback just because they're the ones that that make it run.
You know, they're the ones that are going to be going to be the ones to make a losing.
And Corey says its burrow not close.
I am sticking with Borough, but Herbert will make his case if he finishes the rest of the season as a starter.
Yeah, I think, Yeah, I got it has to be.
But right now I agree.
Yeah, that Z especially especially.
I think I think he's the first rookie toe, have three straight games of over 300 yards passing, so, you know, at the kind of rate that he's on, it just sucks that he's with the Cincinnati Bengals.
I feel like if you were if you were to put Borough on the Los Angeles Chargers, they could be three and 13 and one even two and two.
If you If you put Joe Burrow on the charges right now, you could throw him in the hat for being a playoff team.
Hey, CJ, somebody sent me this.
This was Cam Newton watching the Patriots quarterback.
I'd be I'd be ecstatic, man.
I mean, uh, I feel like he's gonna He's gonna get some He's going to get paid and that's also for sure, especially e e Think people Still people probably still thought, you know, let's see how stood in place.
Could he be the guy, you know, come off season? You know, Bill might come off and make that move, but I don't think the paper they're gonna e think the papers.
My recent Cam Newton E what I saw with obviously Hoyer is never going to start lawyers always gonna be back up.
But when I saw instead, I'm still doesn't look ready.
Stadium to me does not look like a guy that can lead the Patriots to the playoffs or or even the promised land.
Like if you If you throw in Cam Newton on this Pats team the way how they've been playing, they have a legitimate chance to make one last run at the Super Bowl.
Like I truly believe that if Cam Newton is on this team, they have a legit chance to make a Super Bowl run now, do I think? Yeah, look, Corey said.
They just like Cam Newton four years right now.
They definitely should, especially after this game.
This game proves how much the Patriots really need.
Come for your Ascani.
You better stop disrespecting campus.
What up? And I loved and I loved.
I loved to see Cam Newton because I'll be honest.
I loved when Cam Newton in 2015 when he was all dancing on the field, hitting the DAB.
Given the football defense, I the NFL was better when Cam was all excited being one with the fans.
You know, everything was good.
And, you know, when he had his injury than her, it was like, Oh, she money said, Get rid of Gilmore next year because they ain't paying him signs of free agents.
Aren't the Patriots one of the teams with, like, the most capital? Yeah, yeah, that's gonna have one of the If they have the most cap space, why not sign both? Why not bring in Gilmore and Cam and you've got a whole bunch of draft capital gotta keep? I disagree.
Core you gotta keep Gilmore bro, because it's a It's a passing league.
Yeah, like you said, Patriots play man like anyone player than year last year they Stefan, come on.
He was the first corner, I think since Charles Woodson in 2011.
Twin defensive player of the year.
So, Yeah, I mean, I would I would keep him.
Yeah, he's probably he probably He probably said that because there really doesn't like Thio.
Uh, give guys a lot of money.
Doesn't like to break the bank, but will break the bank when it comes to a certain player.
Yeah, they're not.
We'll see e No, hopefully, I mean, I'm I'm banking on it just because again, e.
I mean, this is a passing league.
Why? Receivers can get touched.
So you you need a need a lock down guy on the outside.
But, hey, CJ Stefan Gilmore or Jalen Ramsey? This was a fierce, fierce debate in our group chat, please.
Yeah, yeah, e I think it depends on I'll. Sorry.
I'm sorry to interrupt CJ With what? With what, Corey? With what Corey said I think they'll trade Gilmore if they get the right pieces.
If you could get a first round pick for stiff on Gilmore and more, I think Go ahead and trade if you can get If you get a first round pick and maybe like one more piece, I say you gotta pull the trigger If you know you're not order in that in that deal to because, yeah, I would say almost the same situation with Jamal Adams, but not to first one first and maybe a corner to go with it.
But there there comes a point like like like I kind of don't like it when people to say, Oh, you know, trade them like like no, like you need to have good, good value.
Gilmore is one of those players where you're not just going to simply trade a guys who want a Super Bowl.
And just who won defensive player of the year, like like this.
Not this isn't just some corner.
This is a corner, that one defensive player of the year, like this man's another animal like he was okay in Buffalo when he went to New England.
He took his game up to another level his second year in Yeah, definitely.
He took that big step Gilmore Ramsey on its close.
I think I think it is close.
Gotta go, Gilmore.
I'm gonna go. Yeah, I'm gonna go with Gilmour.
Um, but yeah, you're right.
They don't They don't.
Chandler Jones? Yeah.
Not sorry, Corgan.
Yeah, he's absolutely right.
And definitely Yeah, I'm about to go with, like, Caleb here.
You guys say that big steak.
Kim Skinner, the big, big fs you guy e.
But, I mean, Ramsey Ramsey is great.
I mean I mean, they're right there.
He started about this white.
I mean, those three guys are through most corners.
Hey, don't Don't forget John Alexander your way.
He's smart. He's starting to trend up.
Wait to see Oh, you guys know that reference? But that was Critchell trying to defuse the situation.
And then he shot a straight at me, You know, What the **** am I getting shot in this? Like situation e.
I would throw it out there, but I'm just like a Mainer Texas Calabasas E.
That'd be hilarious.
That being your hood? Yeah.
Well, what about you? C j Florida bound or uh, but in terms of college No, no, no, no.
Like like where you're from.
We've got Alex college assets.
I got a text getting about Calabasas.
I'm from New York.
Uh, hey, New York Bronx.
Uh, Harlem, Spanish, Harlem, Harlem, Harlem.
Uh, respect respect.
They don't mess with Harlem, right? No.
Alright, guys, let's Let's wrap this up.
Getting late for C J. C.
Is on the East Coast defensive Rookie of the year.
I got two options.
I don't know why you guys defensive rookie of the Patrick Queen for the Ravens, who stepped into a role sideline to sideline Guy.
I mean, 24 tackles, one sack, one forced fumble.
I mean, at that position.
You know, you know, the the comparisons of Ray Lewis, there always are. That's just premature.
And that's just people getting hyped up about the kid.
But I think he has a lot of that.
Shouldn't be ah, long term picture in the middle of that defense.
And then you do gotta give some love to chase you on 2.5 sacks.
He has hurt right now, but oh, my God.
No matter Yeah, we gotta get CJ way better were at least two Madden, you know, whichever, whichever heated that studio.
But yeah, I would say it's between those two.
I mean, Chase Young has really been a great piece to that defensive front for the Washington football team.
I finally stop saying the original team name E.
It's They're saying, H t T are you say H T T f B hail to the football team.
E had no idea what h t t.
P was before you said that.
H t t r before you said that e originally meant hail to the Redskins e.
I will say, every time I see Patrick Queen having success in Baltimore, I always think we could have had him, but we decided to take Jordan love.
Dude, you don't even suit up like if he would be a ****ing passes or else you guys are gonna be pretty smooth.
Second best player on on the football team is the backup quarterback.
Yeah, yeah, even the backup Tim Boils the backup.
I'll be honest, e.
I have a new appreciation for backup quarterbacks after last year.
Don't ever put Don't ever put Mason Rudolph behind understanding for me ever again.
Who would rather have Mason Rudolph for Ducky? Hodges, Give me duck.
I'm gonna be honest.
Mason. Rudolph has some bad luck.
Like against the Ravens. Week five.
He got ****ing rocked, right? He looked so bad.
They took, they took off his mask and we had a big old little helmet thing.
He looked terrible. It was badly handled there.
And then on top of that week, 11 against the Browns, he gets his helmet pull off, whack in the head.
Well, I'm just gonna tell you, a Steeler fan, sometimes it looks like the controller diet.
And he was just standing in the pocket like he was so afraid to make a pass.
But appreciate you, Corey.
A player prob rose from Perth to L.
Uh, but yeah, I definitely don't ever want to see Mason Rudolph understand her ever again.
No, no offense to him.
I just like I had faith for, like, two games and then no thanks.
Like I've been a very privileged fan have been a very privileged fan.
I think I think I think I've been I mean, if we had to go, like privilege wise, I think I've been the most e I went, I went from far.
I was from far too. Rogers.
Like, I think the Patriots you could make a case for as well, because they went from Drew Bledsoe to Tom Brady.
And Bledsoe took him to a Super Bowl.
Yeah, you know, demolished by the Packers.
Shout out, Shout out to a bar and then Desmond Howard with Put Away kickoff return for a touchdown.
There was a young players.
We gotta They had a young rookie, Adam monetary.
You know, I think I think I think they had They had a young teddy. Bruschi.
I'm uh oh, yeah, yeah.
I never heard of that guy.
What? No, no, I said I said, Oh, I think I heard of that guy.
But Desmond Howard? No, I was talking about Adam military, but I was being sarcastic.
And then and then also, Green Bay had at that time Minister of Defense, the great Reggie White way set.
We set Reggie White Hall of Fame. That's a fact.
If he never went to Green Bay.
It would have been very hard case for him to be in the Hall of Fame.
Yeah, he was great in Philly, but when he signed with Green Bay, that put him over the top.
Hall of Famer having a ring could have had to.
But John Elway had other other plans I've seen.
I've seen that holds.
I've seen that Super Bowl.
That was That was a crazy one.
But let Reggie White just let let them push them back toe to try to get the ball back in the Packers hands.
Uh, but let's wrap this up.
I want to thank both of you for joining me tonight.
C j Thank you for coming in.
Uh, Matt Wise cheese girl.

I'll just I'll just not being happy.
I'll just be like the run has ended.
I will say, though, I will say, though, Okay.
Yeah, I will say that if the Steelers lose this week, I'm not in town on Sunday.
so don't think I'm ducking any smoke giving me on Monday.
