Hi, I'm Matt Williamson with yard barker to talk about three draft classes I wasn't so excited about and starting with Atlanta for frankly, I just didn't think a J.
Terrell was worth the 16th overall pick.
And I've said many times leading up to this draft that you don't want to be the team that took the third corner off the board.
It was just a big drop off after the top two.
And while Atlanta was the team that took the third corner off the board.
This defense needs a lot of work, and Marlon Davidson makes a lot of sense in the second round.
I like that pick, but overall, I just don't think that the Falcons got nearly enough value on that side of the ball and they had five picks within the top 134.
I just don't see enough impact to help the defense and that Terrell picks a bit of a reach for me.
Speaking of rate reaches, I thought Seattle reached for Jordan Brooks near the end of the first round.
Yeah, he's a really good football player, but 27 is just way too early for me and They had plenty of needs, and I just didn't think linebacker was near the top of list at all.
Darryl Taylor was my favorite Seahawks pick, for sure, and that could really pay off.
Azan edge rusher.
That's exactly what they need.
But other than that second round gem, I don't see value at all from this collective draft.
And Seattle also did not target premier positions that get very expensive.
The best use of resource is for me.
For over the Seahawks.
Green Bay is a very polarizing draft, and they're on my list, not necessarily because of the Jordan love move.
And I'm not high on Jordan.
Love, don't get me wrong.
But I can't give a team a hard time for being kind of aggressive to find a long term franchise quarterback.
It's not to move out of made, but at least I understand.
I don't understand taking A J Dilla.
That one just rubbed me wrong in the second round.
Not only is he overrated is that way too early to me, but that was a perfect time to find pass catchers to help Aaron Rodgers for now in the passing game.
So that makes zero sense to me.
I do think third rounder Josiah Day Gora is really interesting in a Kyle use check type of manner.
But overall well, where the big play weapons, You know, This was a good team last year that really could use help.
Wide receiver besides Avante Adams, and they refused to give it to Rogers.
That just makes little sense to me.
