and welcome back to who we got next.
Podcast live streaming on Sports Caster.
Here in the second half of action was with the Brooklyn Nets and the Washington Wizards.
Brooklyn comes out and picks up a bucket there, 48 60 down by 12 here at half, swinging it outside his Wizards on the offensive end.
We'll stick around here and see if the Nets can figure something out.
Driving through the lanes Navy or he picks up a foul against Caris.
Levert out here for Washington, we go back inside.
Those numbers we had highlighted in the first half net shot just 30% from downtown, 39% from the field, only 10 of 19 from the free throw line and, of course, had 12 turnovers in that first half alone.
On the other side, five turnovers for Washington protecting the ball nicely.
Kick out here from Beale, splash down from the perimeter that's going to be a three ball there from Banga.
Nice job by him on the outside.
They're making himself available as players collapsed around.
He always dangerous peel 42% from the field for Washington, 66 to 50% from the beyond the arc and 70% 77% from the free throw line.
Bank Three goes down for Tori on Prince has a chuckle.
Goes right back at it.
So the Nets keep holding this deficit at about 12.
So there are opportunities here for the Nets.
The problem is his name.
He forgets that floater to go in the lane.
That again, when you start a game, you struggle like you did.
You don't show that effort early as Spencer Dinwiddie fires and Mrs from Deep you unfortunately put yourself in a difficult spot trying to recover in the third quarter.
So even if you do go plus five over 1/4 when you trailed by 14 as hockey, Murray cannot connect there on the AL You passed.
Oh, just one off the back of the basket.
Turnover to Brooklyn.
So But when you don't give yourself an opportunity early in the game, all of a sudden you start to put yourself in that position where you have to think about Are you going to be able to eat into this deficit in the third quarter and then duplicate that performance in the ah fourth quarter as well well, Tina Tequila.
Well, it's Attila the Killed for a minute.
And we'll suddenly got these visions of a celebrity checking in on the We got nits. Podcast stream.
Ah, that being said, you know, Listen, I'll take Tina's sister. No big deal.
Thank you for joining in on the broadcast here in the second half of action between the Brooklyn Nets in the Washington Wizards.
This has been a disappointing game, though.
That bucket there by Brooklyn put them within 11 on the offensive end.
Hachi Murder is gonna step on the baseline out of bounds as he tried to get that offensive rebound.
So once again, good opportunity here.
Joe Harris gives the little mini pump off on this off to the bench.
There is he knocked that down from the outside.
Didn't get to do my patented call.
Unfortunately, as Tina Tequila distracted me down the offense event now Nets trailing by 11 could get this A single digits.
Turnaround fadeaway from Tori on Prince and the Brooklyn Nets now have themselves back within 9 56 65 here at the nine minute mark off the third quarter.
So they've done their job here early stages can they continue to move this needle and eat into this advantage as they work their way through the third quarter of actions, as Napier has Caris Levert on, um, rises up over top.
Can't get it to go.
One baseball battles around.
Read about that.
Ultimately, by Caris Levert He goes coast to coast, tries to get up inside, Can't do it.
And then this is gonna touch off of Jared Allen going out of bounds.
Everyone looking around thinking there has to have been a foul there.
Nothing doing this will go over to the Washington Wizards.
Tina, thank you for following me.
A follow for me is a follow for you.
By the way, though, if I can ask.
I've been doing this.
You're right here.
You just follow that.
You just follow the stream.
So I know that you're listening to me.
Who leads the Nets franchise in blocks I posted up there.
In case you maybe have your audio turned out low. Maybe you're multitasking.
I'm gonna go ahead and show it to you.
If you are in Brooklyn Nets fan, you're going to go ahead and get yourself this incredible Brooklyn Nets T shirt If you're not a Brooklyn Nets fan, tell me who you're a fan of and I'll give you some free swag for your favorite team.
I've been trying to give this away for the last couple of streams.
People don't want a piece of the action.
Tina, I'm looking to you.
Tell me, what are we working with here? Who leaves the Brooklyn Nets franchise all time in blocks? Lock your answer in there in the box and give yourself an opportunity to collect some free swag from yours.
Lover tries to the basket, gets this one to go, draws the foul, and we'll head back to the line.
67 58 Now a nine point game and caress liver has a chance to make this and eight point lead for the Washington Wizards.
We dive inside these numbers again to let you know that if you're wondering how the Nets are managing to keep themselves even within earshot of this one story on Prince has done a good job for you.
582 of five from beyond the arc.
Giving your 13 points now.
And it's the 22 point performance from Cares.
Levert 7 to 12 46 from beyond the arc.
Now five of seven from the line.
Also giving you four rebounds to go along with his four assists in two steals.
And, oh, by the way, Friends.
Zero turnover thing in the plus minus column.
And that's how you know that.
That's not always the thing to go by.
Because this is, of course, a stat line that when you're in a game trailing like this, it's going to be hard for you to have a positive net rating.
Mahinmi goes inside against DeAndre Jordan.
He'll get the bucket plus the foul so they go right back up 10 and a chance to make it 11.
Well, I'm not really sure about that foul call there, though.
I thought they hit me, did a great job working on the inside.
Ah, he used his arm a little bit of treats in space with DeAndre Jordan DeAndre.
Jordan's having that conversation with the referee to discuss.
What can I do? How can I do better there to prevent that look? And even if I'm going to give it up to not also give up the and won that one goes off front range.
So no harm except for Jordan picking up the foul back the other way.
Spencer Dimwit He works back outside Has Napier.
Autumn goes inside Caris Levert He fades away.
Can't get it to go with one handed Little reverse put back there for DeAndre Jordan Nick of the wrist gets them right back there Now down 8 69 to 61.
So Brooklyn, doing a fantastic job here in the third quarter battling outside shot there won't go second chance points in this game.
14 before an advantage of the Brooklyn Nets.
They've done a nice job in that area of the game.
The vert works against Hachi.
He'll go inside again, This one attacking on the interior and they're going to say is that block goes out of bounds.
They're saying this one's going the other way.
I'm not entirely sure what we're looking at here.
They call that the bucket so that one goes down as a bucket.
Excuse me there.
So goaltending called.
Wasn't sure exactly how that one was happening and said it will be a Goaltending Cola's.
I worked the dog away from some of the clothes here and ah, that's now now 69 63 trailing down just by six here in the third quarter of actions, they eaten into this deficit all on primarily the strength of Caris, Levert and his solid shooting performance.
We welcome in, of course as well.
Mobile Marga, how are you? This must be that you want that mobile.
You want Bobo my guy Or do you want like mobile? McGarr.
I just We should get this thing right.
Do you have the keel? In spite of the fact that you joined the broadcast and you follow this stream, you still didn't answer that all important question as to who leaves the Brooklyn Nets franchise all time and blocks.
I'm not giving this thing away for free, folks.
You do have to answer the all important question.
Let's talk about some news and notes around this game.
Talked about the last contest between these teams about that last game for the Wizards against the number one seed in the East Milwaukee Bucks losing in overtime.
Brooklyn lost a home game to Orlando on Monday as we mentioned 1 15 to 1 13 after leading by as many as 19 points in that contest.
Now the next largest second half Li of lonely of the season is what that represented for them.
Ah, they have lost 15 games this season that they lead at halftime in 11 that they lead starting the fourth quarter.
Both are in the A highs.
Interesting note there, right and really think about who they don't have on the you know they haven't had consistently.
And Kyrie Irving, you think about trying to close these games out.
That's what you need, right? Closers? Think about the guy hasn't played in all this season.
Warren something, too. And Kevin Durant.
If he's on the floor, I can guarantee you that 15 games.
16 games that they have led at halftime and 11 that they lead going to the fourth quarter.
Well, you can cut both those numbers rate in half with ease, if not more.
And all of a sudden you're talking about 16 games that they lead at halftime.
Cut that to eat.
Give this team eight more wins right now, Instead of being 26 30 you can go ahead and mark them down for being 32 24 then that is unequivocally AH, fact that you could take to the bank in terms of what this rosters have to deal with from injury perspective and the unavailable players that you're going to see next season.
Well, that's brutal, though.
Difficulty closing out games, certainly, and a lot of times yet to think, Uh oh, by the way, some Here's a note here.
Just in case you're wondering the leak Monk has been spending definitely for violent MBIA's anti drug program two weeks out for Ben Simmons and then Kemba Walker is gonna be out tonight.
But the leak monk suspended indefinitely.
That's a big one.
And then Ben Simmons, obviously another big hit there when you talk about, Ah, the Philadelphia 76 years on what that team is gonna look like two weeks before re evaluation.
Not a lot of time left in this season to be having these type of concerns.
Wonder how this will impact their chances.
Come playoff time, Fallon, the inside's gonna get cold against Brooklyn.
This one's gonna go against Spencer Dinwiddie.
Six point game 69 63 7 minute mark here in Sorry, I have a I have a dog in the background, you can probably see over my shoulder.
All right, so we've got the dog waiting patiently over my shoulder.
We've got to feel sorry for the Washington Wizards coming in from an out of bounds play here as we see some drinks being served down the sideline in the Washington was arena where people parade up and down throughout the action of the third quarter.
Dangerously so might I add steal here by Caris.
Levert breaks out Coast to coast, drops it off to Joe Harris up in under, lays it off the glass and in 69 65 4 point lead for the Washington Wizards.
This has been an impressive quarter for the Brooklyn Nets on both ends of the floor in 18 to 9.
Advantage to this point off the quarter Joe here is defending out on the perimeter.
We'll reset these light up scares liver back in the passing lane, breaks of a past, looking for Rajan Mehra.
He's gonna go ahead and drop it off to DeAndre Jordan.
You can't get that and one opportunity, but does pick up the foul and we'll go to the line with a chance to cut this lead down to just two.
Nice. Look there. Bye cares.
Laverty found Joe Harris trailing on that last play off of his deal here.
Almost gets that, and one with DeAndre Jordan, who is frustrated with himself for not converting.
But he'll go right to that line looking to knock down two free throws.
This is a team that shot seven of 15 in the first half at the line.
They now find themselves as the 1st 1 rattles home there, 12 of 21 here over the course of the third quarter.
I can do quick math, can't I? That makes them five of six in this third quarter. Cares.
Liver is gonna take that seat.
Obviously, you know, he moved this needle in a big way over the course of this third quarter 25 point performance on eight of 14 now has five assists to go along with fourth monster steals and if you're wondering, has moved himself into that plus two column.
In terms of the plus minus, DeAndre, Jordan can't get the 2nd 1 to go, so it remained a three point game, 69 to 66.
Wash Washington Wizards on the advantage.
Now he's got Spencer Gemini against him.
Kicks it over outside to Napier.
Temples now picked up Beale across the court.
There, handoff between Brian and Napier into the lane.
Fires outside Tori on Prince Pesky Defense.
Bowl too strong from the perimeter as Washington cannot convert their burr tans on the shot.
Now it'll be Spencer Dinwiddie trying to go across court to Tori on Prince in the corner against that one broken up by Bradley Beal.
By the way, Washington is in the bonus.
Beale off the mark from deep here, quickly shooting early in the shot clock.
Breaking out the other way comes Brooklyn with a chance to tie or cut this lead.
Toa one for Washington.
Garrett Temple works along the baseline, gives off the dribble, but a nice job by Joe Harris.
Making himself available on the inside.
Doesn't get it to go, but thighs the rebound.
Get into DeAndre Jordan, who slams through with authority.
They're bringing this game to a one point deficit.
Great job by Joe Harris.
Got the opportunity of the basket, didn't convert nice aggressive rebound from Joe Harris, making sure that he locked that one up and gave the Nets the opportunity for a second look.
DeAndre Jordan slams that one home, sending the message to pointer.
They're mid range for Washington, 71 68.
Lead back out to three, has made a few notes here.
Got to remember where we're gonna want to go.
Come, podcasting time as we talk to Doug Nori about where the Nets turned this thing all around, a massive third quarter for them.
Welcome in their national of 95.
How are you? Thank you for joining the broadcast here as working our way through this third quarter in what has been a breakout performance from Caris Levert.
We know he's had some big games along the way, but one of the areas that we talked about with him is that balance of turnovers.
We know that he's shown some prowess with his length on the defense event in terms of getting the passing lanes, but it's that kind of saying how you got to take one with the other a little bit might just be a facet of his game.
Now it is the type of game against the wound pensive performance but that being said very, very efficient.
Eight of 14 right now 46 from beyond the arc had success from the outside.
The first half hasn't taken a three here yet in the third quarter.
57 of the Lions, whose converting those opportunities.
He's got your four rebounds giving you five assists.
Who is distributing as the defense starts the hone in on him more.
He's making the right pass is in the right, reads finding his teammates.
And then, as we said, No, this is a combination, right? It's not just him, but four steals on the defense event.
Product of Jo Hair is getting up in the face defensively.
Garrett Temple committing a nice one.
Another plate where when these guys try to find an outlet pass, listen, alertness from Caris.
Levert, making sure that he's active, has his hand out and available.
Gets too quick transition opportunities.
Dumps it off the Joe Harris on the one for a layup the next time down the floor finds DeAndre.
Jordan can't convert, but goes to the line and draws a foul against the Washington Wizards.
They're also love what I saw from Joe Harris there on that last sequence, Mrs.
At the Rim contested.
Shot comes down, though, goes hard to get that rebound.
Rips it away from the defendant, not gonna allow it to be a tie up or an opportunity for a jump ball scenario.
Drops it off the DeAndre Jordan.
And that triggers him as well.
To really go in that room with authority and get this bench up on their feet.
As this team tries to surge here in the third and possibly reclaim this lead, TLC goes high off glass.
Can't find the rhythm there, though.
He has struggled so far in this one, and we go the other way in a hurry.
That was Spencer Dinwiddie, who has as well as TLC been unable to find his rhythm so far.
Seven points on a three of seven shooting night now Spencer Dimwit.
He works in the Lane Alley Open Reverse jam for DeAndre Jordan.
Excuse me, sir, as he has been a part of the spark here in the third quarter, that's down 73.
70 feel on the baseline.
Bank shot goes off last.
DeAndre Jordan Linn down with 4 30 to play Spencer Day money out on the perimeter has Smith defending against them. Kicks to the corner.
Wide open is Garrett Temple.
Can't get the three to go.
With the weak side rebound, though, he'll hold hold, dribble back to the outside and hand off the Tory on Prince switch comes kickback over DeAndre Jordan.
Hand off the Taurean Prince.
Once again, he'll work down.
Baseline goes with a jump shot over top of Bryant.
No good there, though, however, and it will be Smith breaking out.
Going the other way.
Drops it off to Bert Tans.
Rising up from three.
No good Joe. Here's the readout handle.
Spencer Didn't Woody and we go back the other way.
All it takes is a spark.
Friends to battle back into this one.
This has been an exciting game here in the third quarter from Brooklyn Nets standpoint, Joe Harris uses DeAndre Jordan screen pulls up on the inside of the R, can't get that mid range to go 75 point advantage now 75 70 Leaking out here.
Nice job there by the Washington Wizards, as it was Brown Jr that got that one ahead and easy lap.
So the league gets back out to seven here.
And if you're Brooklyn 3 25 mark, liver checks out all of a sudden, you see this lead starting to bleed back up a little bit.
Be curious to see that.
Try to get him back inside it all back into the game at all before the end of the third quarter for tans on the perimeter.
Gets called on the foul against Tori on Prince.
And now we'll wait and see if the Nets could just you want together.
You want to be within five here, right? 7 to 10.
Just feels like you did a lot of damage here in the third quarter.
But you're still not quite within earshot.
If you can go ahead and collapse this down and keep it around five points going to the fourth, I think you're gonna see a very confident team when it comes to the Brooklyn Nets in that fourth quarter and caress the vert is back in it, he pulls up on the perimeter shot.
Can't get it to go.
TLC tip that, though ends of squirting three and another jam on the inside.
That is going to be a nice little fine.
They're TLC kept that one alive.
And then DeAndre Jordan knocks that.
Launched that one through hard as he gets the tip.
Rebound on the other end.
One and done for Washington 2 45 5 point game Inside goes Caris.
Levert Foul called Looks like Go against Bill here, potentially on the interior liver.
Go back the line shooting. Two.
Cannot this game down to just a three point advantage for the Wizards.
13 points and 11 rebounds for DeAndre Jordan.
A heck of a performance.
Their roadie on Screw CSI checked back in the game.
Jared Allen will obviously have replaced DeAndre. Jordan.
Looks like he's coming for 20 on Princey Celeb Laverty L. C.
And Garrett Temple out there on the floor for Brooklyn.
Finishing on the inside There was washing into 79 74.
Bryant does the work there.
It's a five point game.
Both teams in the bonus to 20 to play here in the 3rd 79 74 handoff between Alan and Caris.
Levert goes into the lane, uses that little runner.
Gets it to go Floater.
Three point game ahead.
Bleed out to Bryant.
He loses it in transition, though.
Turnover for Washington care sliver comes back.
Field it from deep bang goes Caris.
Levert three ball from the outside and we are tied up 79 apiece.
Caris Levert taking the team on his back here in the third quarter, even though they come down the other way and find Bryant on the interior to give Washing the two point lead.
Caris Levert as doing everything you can possibly imagine here to get Brooklyn back into this one.
Be interesting to see if he has enough steam come fourth quarter to carry the Nets over the hump here.
And what would be a pretty big victory for them, given the loss against Orlando late on Monday night.
Lover can't get on the inside and get it, however.
Nice job by Alan to battle ends up getting outside to rodeos.
TLC will kick to Garrett Temple.
He goes inside, finds crew catch and fire too long and strong on the three Bolt.
Well, you like the crew's caught that one and released immediately.
So you do appreciate that back the other way.
Three ball misses from the Washington Wizards.
That is going to be Robinson on the misfire from deep still a two point game.
Garrett Temple inside takes on Bryant.
Can't get it up off the glass and in Jared Allen fights on the interior and gets the foul.
Cole as he got that rebound, and it looks like Robinson will pick up the foul on the inside.
Both teams in the bone says we set under a minute to go here with 55 seconds to play in the third.
Alan battling Nice as it was Robinson who was there, and then Brown Jr will get hit with the actual foul call. There.
He'll go to the line and again, these air all big shots here knocks down the first.
So a nice job by Jared Allen.
You talk about the team here overall, remember, shot just seven of 15 in the first half from the line here.
They've had 10 free throw opportunities, and this will make 11 and they have knocked down.
Now nine of those nine of 11 here in the third quarter fromthe line 15 to 25 for the game.
13 offensive rebounds.
Ah, five advantage over Wizard over the weather's excuse me with eight for themselves, 40 seconds coming up here.
Playing the third quarter 10 seconds on the shot clock tied at 81 will head to the fourth in a tight game here.
Brown has Alan on the switch.
Pulls up, can't get to go.
Cruise secures the rebound, gets it at the Temple Temple, has 30 seconds on the clock.
Quick pullup pop two for one bang and the Temple of three, knocking it down from the outside.
And Brooklyn gets themselves the lead once again, 84 to 81 1st lead of the game.
Largest deficit was 18 points.
So you think about writing that script biggest lead they've blown all year against Orlando here in the third quarter.
They come back from the 18 point deficit they faced throughout this game and have given themselves a three point advantage.
Smith outside three ball opportunity for Washington.
Nothing but air there, And with 7.
3 to go here in the third quarter, Nets are goingto have a chance to extend a three point lead.
Great job by Temple, who I thought had great looks from the outside for himself, and yet here comes up with a big hit and now switching in here, bringing a little extra offense.
37 21 minutes about scored.
The Washington was in the third quarter.
Joe Harris checks back in.
He'll inbounds to avert six seconds.
5432 over to Garrett Temple.
Another chance for Oh, what I would have done for a little bang.
Three. They're great job. Goodbye, Caris.
Levert works it up.
The court finds the open shooter another opportunity for this team to build on that lead and make the big play feel Pinson losing his mind on the bench for Brooklyn.
They will go to the fourth quarter after a 37 to 21 3rd quarter the score line up by three against the Washington Wizards.
32 point performance so far by Caris.
Levert 10 of 18 5 to 7 from deep, seven of nine.
Five rebounds, five assists, four steals and zero turnovers on the day has swung himself from a negative toe.
A plus 12 in that third quarter of action alone.
Hats off to Tori on Prince was a 5 to 9 shooting night, going for himself, giving a 13 points and then DeAndre Jordan, really the other big component for the Brooklyn Nets.
+57 knocking down from the 04 at the line as well for this team.
Don't scoff at Jared.
Allen is giving you 15 minutes of action on Lee has five points to show for it, but seven rebounds.
Ah, he has 43 Excuse me on the offensive.
Glass has an insist to go along with it as well.
So this has been, ah, well around the game for a few of these players.
But by and large, man, you talk about looking at Joe Harris.
Quiet night. She was seven.
You see that Spencer Dinwiddie three of seven, is giving you four rebounds and two assists.
Now this is the kind of time a game here, though 25 minutes of action for both he and Caris Levert, where as hot as lover has been Spencer Dimmitt, he needs to be at the ready in case liver runs out a little bit of steam here.
If they can start this fourth quarter off, potentially with Din will be doing a little bit of some of that downhill running at the rim and getting some good looks allow Caris Levert to catch his breath.
Get ready for that big late surge here in the fourth quarter could be the recipe for the Nets to get a victory off the bench.
We mentioned early in this game remains that way that TLC has struggled one of five from the field two and nine for Garrett Temple, but knock down that massive three.
Where is just one of seven out of this point? But you know, Karube struggling and 14 men of action not really a lot to speak of.
There is grabs four defensive rebounds and has come up with two steals, so you'll hang your hat on whatever you can.
But like I said, this is really about Caris Levert and then Ah, Tori on Prince and DeAndre Jordan as those you know, second dairy components that have helped in the Nets in this third quarter regain this lead.
After trailing by as many as 18.
I'm gonna catch my breath here, fill up my glass of water and come right back in.
Friends, Let's get this one home.
I'm going a little bit more fan at a fan fan based here in this particular game.
Just have love the action in the third quarter, and this is what it feels like when you're that pure fan man.
As they start to make those comebacks in those games, you feel like they really shouldn't be in the third quarter.
All of a sudden, you get that old fashioned feeling as Bradley Beal knocks out of three to open the third and tie this one back up at Ah, 84 doesn't bring Step away to get a beverage here as Garrett Temple works in the lane, rises up from just beyond the foul line, knocks that one ****, Let's get the lead back, 86 84 back in just a moment.
There's Washington and the Nets, so we'll go back the other way.
Lover got on the inside but couldn't convert collapsing defense, so starting to get a little congested for him in and around the basket.
Like I said, at some point here, someone else is gonna have to do just enough just enough to continue the Feathers through this fourth quarter and allowed caress Liberto, have another little search for you here.
Made a range game is strong.
Knocking it down is Bradley Beal.
He'll get his second bucket of the quarter here.
So five quick points for Beale to start off the fourth.
Shove out front there, Jared Allen trying to set that screen.
It's gonna be picked up there by Washington, and that is Robinson taking up that foul there.
So side out here for Brooklyn.
All knotted up 86.
There's over a minute gone by in the fourth quarter, Garrett and the Temple.
Oh, just short off front room Riley dealing out down the offensive end again.
TLC, trying to fight over the screen, does a decent job down the lane.
He'll take out on, then rise up a little fade away.
Soft off glass, rattling home 1st 7 points of the quarter for Washington, all off the hand of their leading score.
Bradley Beal is coming off back to back 50 point performances.
Mind you, I'll be playing inside from Brooklyn's gonna lead to a breakout opportunity up.
Bend, undergoes Beal but can't finish.
TLC was there, too.
At least challenge and making a difficult shot did enough to force deal into a hard one that he could not convert on.
Jared Allen's gonna get cold on an offensive foul and you're gonna get a little bit of demonstrative nature from him, as he feels he was about a set as you could be there.
And that is his fifth personal foul.
So just like that, the foul trouble lines up here for Jared Allen.
And now get the call on DeAndre Jordan, who's done a nice job for you in this one.
But fourth quarter, 10 minutes of action come 10 minutes of action remaining.
Excuse me? You're talking about Ah, DeAndre Jordan, who is giving you 21 minutes so far.
He's gonna be pushing towards 30 here before.
It's all said and done, and you're probably gonna need every single one of them to be quality if the Nets hoped to get this w So Jordan checks in, replacing Alan Extra feet here from Robinson out to Smith in the corner.
Can't get it to go. DeAndre.
Grab that rebound is now 14th of the game or 12.
13 points for careful overworking on the outside against Batanes Field.
I got mismatched to his advantage.
Goes down the baseline.
Garrett Temple catches it in rhythm, their fires in the corner.
Extra feed from Kou Roots at the TLC will pull up in the lane.
Short front room. Can't get it to go.
And by the way, if your crew roots, though, had a nice look there, you don't mind the extra fee.
But you also feel like you had the opportunity.
Ah, trigger pulled there in the corner, Smith goes inside.
We can't finish.
So this one, slowing down a little bit here from a scoring perspective, not from pace.
These guys were up and down the full up and down the court you're at will caress the vert now working in the lane, kicks outside.
It's Garrett Temple.
Sidestep fire off the mark on another three bowls.
So he continues to struggle from the perimeter but continues to pull the trigger.
86 to 88 2 point advantage.
Three ball off the mark for Washington.
So they've got a little bit cold as well.
We're down to the A 50 mark here in the fourth quarter, and so far after that hot start, we now sit on a 7 to 2 advantage for the Washington Wizards in the fourth quarter here and a two point lead.
Kenny Atkinson gonna call a time out, and I think a smart one here probably want to get a look at Spencer Dimwit.
He doesn't Isn't out there on the floor to start off this fourth quarter.
Now you get yourself a chance.
As we said, Bring him in.
Let terrorist convert have a see Caris.
Levert at this point has now giving you 28 minutes.
So even if he stays on the floor here briefly.
But you start to wonder, though maybe you let Spencer Dinwiddie go it alone here for a 45 minute stretch.
Then cold back on cares the vert and seething and do exactly we did throughout that third quarter.
Just have big surges.
Really take over the game from a Brooklyn perspective and you just need to see it.
Spencer did what? He could give you a little bit of a hot run here, maybe knock down one or two shots from the perimeter, get inside, gets the line here on Lee to free throw attempts for him to this point.
You know, those chances air there when you see the lover has gotten nine opportunities at the line himself.
So let's see what Kenny acts and comes out of this time out with Nets trailing by two here in the 4th 86 88 all the time in the world to pull out a big victory on the road as Brooklyn looks to get themselves that 27th win of the season.
Let's talk Doug Nuggets.
It's signori active over on Instagram Instagram on Twitter.
Let's find out this is what you hope for friends.
When you talk about Doug Nuggets on Twitter, go ahead and soak this one in.
First of all, let's talk about what I what I was saying. They're right.
Worst Nets half of the season.
It's gotta be up or down there.
But then, just nine minutes ago, when the Nets looked back and saw one set of footprints in the sand that was carrot livered carrying them.
If I take Caris Levert carrying them, that really would have hit home for everybody, says it.
And that's fine.
32 points on 57 shooting, five rebounds, success for liver, 20 points for Bill to a five from 35 rebounds and four assists.
Talk about a key matchup and right now Caris.
Levert is winning this battle and also helping the Nets back into the game in that third quarter than giving them a chance here for him and the Nets to get a W here.
18 plus field goal attempt in eight of the last nine games for Caris. Levert.
He's a volume shooter looking to try to find that rhythm.
He's on the bench rain now, though, as Garrett Temple will find TLC There on the back door.
Feet got away from Deal, and we're not a backup in 88 year 8 30 Mark Nets looking to push here comes in Washington Wizards back down the other way.
Smith on the bowl, working around the perimeter, trying to hand it off with feel good active hands from Temple and TLC.
Almost broke that one up.
Instead, Field goes inside, gives it the dribble, spins around.
Can't get it. DeAndre.
Jordan claims that that rebound gives it over to dim witted You guys across courts feed up front there for Tori on Prince.
Let him get his hands on the bull and have a chance to survey.
He'll feed it around.
Now back to Spencer Dimwit.
He coming up on 10 to shoot.
He's got the switch now.
Crosses up, drives the lane, Robinson right there and they will call the blocking foul as Spencer dimwit, he takes a minute to assess himself on the ground.
That was Wagner in the paint struggling there, and that was a big, big collision of bodies there.
As looked like he just got over a little bit.
Had to lean late.
Second coming over as Wagner esta just kind of a gathered himself.
Also there they highlight that Garrett Temple feet down the TLC a nice job against you'll see a struggle.
So has ah Garrett Temple overall.
But listen, you get to kind of shut that all off when you get as dim when he knocks down that first free throw now 89 88 without one point advantage.
Eight minutes to go here in the fourth quarter, two for two go, Spencer Dinwiddie Isle Banging this drum all night long, The nets now find themselves sitting there at ah 18 of 28 63%.
But you go ahead and think back to where they were from the first half as a nice feed on the inside found Wagner for an easy deuce.
Good feed their from Smith and we're tied up here at 90 over to Tory on Prince from Deep Nothing.
But they're They're so Taurean Prince gotta quietly consistent night and been effective in contributing on the offense.
Event struggles here, outside from Smith to Wagner.
He can't find the rhythm there from the outside.
So one and done for the Washington Wizards 18 and 28 is we're highlighting there from the free throw line kicking over it.
Spencer Dinwiddie TL safe on three.
He's had a rough one himself, but connects here and now It gives the Nets that two point advantage is saying toe on the line for TLC.
I might want to take a second look at that one.
Spencer didn't get hit with a foul.
Is Bradley Beal works his way through the lane, and DeAndre Jordan has some playful time with deal under the basket, grabbing at his wrist following the whistle.
Looks like his toe is, in fact, on that line.
So just the two ball there from ah Camero.
But it still gives the Nets back the lead here, and This has now become a back and forth affair in the third at the end of third quarter and carrying over to the fourth feel on the ball.
Spencer, dimly defending screen set field works in the lane, kicks out to the corner.
It's going to be Smith drives the lane bounce pass on the inside to Hachi.
Murrow just checked back into the game.
Smart, that play there from DeAndre Jordan.
No, took a swipe at the ball and then let it go, and actually, it looks like they're going to get the double dribble.
So they called him.
So I was going to say a nice job by DeAndre Jordan that little mini swipe that he took not willing to commit the foul there, but just trying to pester him a little bit, and it actually forced the re gather.
And then the travel from Hachi Mara.
Joe Harris in the lane tries to get that one to go.
Cannot DeAndre Jordan battling here and then ultimately off the hands as Beale and Wagner there could not commit to gathering that one up.
Want to go ahead and call out somebody that I saw there? Ah, on the Brooklyn Nets feed.
I was over there on Twitter there a moment ago.
Someone called out there that it looked like DeAndre Jordan was being lazy.
I don't know if I can.
I don't know if you're watching the same game than I am in inside.
Give their from Spencer Dinwiddie could not got the inside the TLC, but he got eaten up alive on the interior.
Now back the other way.
Good work around the perimeter.
Let's do a solid job racing back, though, so Napier ends up having to pull this one back out and settle down. Hachi.
Mara tries to hand off to Beale.
Almost got broken up by Spencer Dinwiddie but knocks down that three bowl to give Washington lead back 93 92.
All right, nice move there by Spencer.
Jim, when you get to the foul call.
Didn't get the up and under to go, but he'll go right back to the line with the chance to pick up another couple of points here.
This is a course Spencer Dinwiddie that will keep it eye on as he came into the fourth quarter with seven points and now has a chance to improve that up to 11 with a couple of free throws and then just to finish off the note that we're trying Thio Ah, here's this first free throw that rattles informs.
Now the Nets are 19 of 29th of line.
This is a team that shot seven of 15 in the first half.
Will wait until after this one goes down here to confirm that number, as it will be nice and even out of 30.
So it'll be a 50 50 share from that 1st 2nd half.
Bang goes dim witted fromthe line, so he now has 11 points in this one.
They're 20 of 30 so they have converted a fantastic 13 out of 15 free throws in the second half.
Beale off the curl from three.
Can't get it to go rebound claim by DeAndre Jordan Spencer again when he gets this ball will bring it up across half court and get into the offense is set with the Nets.
Up by 1 94 93 in the lane kicks outside.
The Prince Prince thinks about the three Hachi more picks him up, though.
Now Shuffle side says back.
Can't get that look to go the John Doe.
Jordan was looming but didn't have any opportunity to grab that rebound. Three.
Washington Wizards to get that one secure.
Napier on three.
Can't get this to go Long rebound comes outside Dispenser.
****, Woody, we now come down to the five minute mark here in the fourth quarter.
Nancy up by one after trailing by as many as 18 in this game.
Time out cold here by Kenny Atkinson as the Nets.
Well, let's just gather their thoughts.
It's gonna be a pretty big five minute in 10 seconds.
Stretch here for the Brooklyn Nets.
We talked about news and notes around this one.
Let's go ahead and hit you with an additional one.
How about the fact that Spencer Dinwiddie has led the Nets in both points and assist in 24 games this season? Tied for fourth, most in the N B.
Onley Damian Lillard, Trey Young, Luca Don Church have more such games on, then? That is 39 38 37 respectively.
For those three players, you talk about wanting to be in some elite company.
Obviously, those are some nice players to be alongside.
Additionally, here, Bradley Beal scored 53 55 points in games on Sunday and Monday, becoming the first player with 50 point games and back to back days since Kobe Bryant back in March of 2000 and seven.
He's the first player in franchise history with 50 plus points in back to back games overall.
So as we know, a lot of people talk about that in the off season.
Even some Nets fans want to have that chatter. Right.
Go out there, get Bradley Beal.
Do whatever it takes to get Beale over onto your roster, and at the end of the day, you look out.
You have to think with a big contract.
Washington wants this guy here, right? I mean, somewhat forgotten is John Wall now for them, but feels who? You can still build this franchise around right? He's the talent that you can look to may be attractive free engine with, and when he's playing at a level like this, it certainly becomes all that much more appealing for players to consider coming to join by the way Batanes came into this was questionable with a knee injury but ranks fifth amongst the N B A qualifiers with three and 1/2 3 pointers made per game.
No player in team history has finished the season averaging more than 33 pointers or three made three pointers.
And again, excuse me, an MBA.
Hi, 150 of their tans.
Three pointers have come off the bench.
That's worth noting because as Joe Harris drives the baseline, gets clearing the basket, gives up the dribble and tries to fade away.
Can't get it to go.
Nice job by Temple, though, tipped it off of what felt like tipping off a Wagner, but it will go back over to the Washington Wizards so out of the time out.
Nothing doing for Brooklyn.
But if we take a look real quickly here, over on the other side of things we mentioned ah pertains there, and that is in 24 minutes, three of 10 from beyond the arc.
So he'll need one more to keep that three and 1/2 average going in the right direction.
Deal works in the lanes, going pick up the foul against Spencer Dinwiddie looks like then when he's just gonna walk this one off.
I think he had a frustrating game as you would expect trying defend Bradley Beal.
He goes to the line now the 4 41 mark opportunity to give the Wizards back the lead.
Right now Brooklyn up 1st 1 rattles in with the home court.
Bounce off the rim.
This has been what you call Ah, bit of a barber in the second half, right? Brooklyn has done everything you could ask for.
Ah, listen, we all know that the big footnote here is, of course, going to be the play of Caris Levert.
But, you know, it takes an entire team effort.
The defensive effort that we've seen ah, certainly has paid dividends as well.
So, Spencer dimwit, he gives up the dribble here, works over Joe Harris.
Tap ass right back to him.
He's got Wagner on him.
So advantage there gets off the inside and they'll call that offensive foul as ah Spencer Dim.
When he hooked his elbow around Batanes excuse me to try to get on the interior hard hook around there.
Pretends went down a little bit awkwardly.
I don't think it's about the foul committed by a Spencer dimwitted, just the way that he landed on that.
So that is gonna be number five on Spencer Dinwiddie.
So we we wondered if you give a spell here and help Ah, Laverne have a bit of a breather.
The upside is that you have given them the breather for ah Spencer, dummy as really move the needle too much.
Here now 11 points got to the foul line a couple of times.
It was interesting there, so it has to be clear.
Ah, Spencer Dinwiddie does hook.
He hooks his arm around Burton and I don't know if it's where the waiver tanz is.
But on the replay, there's, Ah, big, big sense of of a flop there Now it still is a foul on Vin Woody, so it's totally fine to have that be the call.
But there's a little bit something.
There were just kind of felt like he got that hook in there and sold that with the drop.
It unfortunately falls awkwardly, so we'll see.
Fifth foul picked up there, though.
Four. Spencer **** iti.
You've got 4 26 to go here in the fourth quarter has been a rough night for Spencer Dinwiddie.
Been a rough night for a number of these players is the highlight of the broadcast here.
The dunk of the game, hoping it is on the Joe Harris fighting for that loose ball.
Dropping it off.
And there it is, slamming through for DeAndre Jordan.
Great rip away there by Joe Harris and then presence of mind bodies off of Bryant gives himself the availability of space to find DeAndre Jordan watching as a 14 10 advance here in the fourth.
Nets outscored Washington by one in the second.
And then that, of course, massive 37 21 3rd quarter.
Washington A 14 to 3 run in the first and Nets and take their first lead until 84 81 in the third, with Jordan scoring 13 points now and 15 rebounds off the bench, though the foul trouble for Jared Allen is limited hinders 18 minutes of action in Jordan.
Who gets a breather here with Alan checking back in? Has 26 minutes so far logged for 18.
Beale on the ball.
Washington up 1 95 94 Kick outside.
The Haji Mara tries to hand back off to Ah, Bill almost got another steal.
Their for himself was Caris Levert active in those passing lanes.
Switch here with Alan against Beale.
He'll go baseline around Spencer Dinwiddie.
You know, both Alan and in.
Would he have those five fouls? So a smirk from hell is he goes back down the floor because neither one of those players could really afford to commit that foul there or risk trying a body up in front of deal.
This is Caris Levert now the other way.
He's back in the game looking to work through foul called Outfront.
There again, Hachi Mora trying to fight through the Jared Allen screen as they show this replay here.
Really, Alan can overcome it from behind.
And then Spencer.
Jim Lee just steps out on that baseline, locks himself in place and says, If you can work past me and go to the bucket, that's what you're going to be able to d'oh! You look for maybe a teammates step over with some help defense.
But you can't risk at this point going out here both with five fouls giving go between Harrison Liver liver from top of the key.
Can't get that look to go, Alan.
No fights for that.
Loose ball rebound won't get the look, But this will be a foul call on the interior.
Jared Allen! So right back in the game will come.
DeAndre! Jordan, we get a look at this replay here.
I mean, listen, you want to say a little pushing the back there, I guess you can do it.
But you know, this isn't just in defense of Jared Allen, but you take a look at the way DeAndre Jordan has been in there attacking, working, fighting, both in the floor, big bodies bouncing around.
Sometimes it just feels like maybe for Jared Allen, You know, not quite where he is going to be yet in his career, not only from a physical presence standpoint, but also made from recognition when it comes to ah being allowed to battle and go in there.
So listen, we're here at the excuse me.
The 3 36 mark in the fourth, the Nets trailed by 3 97 94 and they have a chance here as Yana Jordan will come in for the now found out Jared Allen to get back into this one here and give themselves again.
Now we had highlighted earlier, and we will just reiterate here briefly the ah, the Brooklyn Nets.
I have lost 16 games this season that they lead at halftime in 11 games that they lead entering the fourth quarter.
So we know the Nets did lead this game, albeit by three points entering the fourth.
So this could be the 12th time this season that they have come up short in the fourth quarter.
Coming out of time out here, 3 36 Shabazz Napier will take the inbounds pass from Haji murder, and we will see who, if it's not going to be Caris. Levert.
Can someone else pick up the torch for Brooklyn here in the fourth quarter? And then, of course, keep an eye on Bradley Beal were highlighted.
That matchup earlier was a 32 to 20 advantage for Laverne over Beale.
Obviously, you would expect he'll be on the ball as he is right now.
It gets in the lane, tries to go over the top, can't get that look to go solid defense.
They're all around by the Nets, so turn over quickly and the Nets get to come back the other way with a chance to bring this game tied at 97 or cut the lead to one that spent depending on shot selection, that is, Ah, deal now with 27 then still 32 so you can see how Beale continues to shoot his way back into this one for Washington.
Little rise up mid range game for Spencer down when he reaches into the bag of tricks, does the entrepreneur and knocks down the midrange, giving himself now 13 points here in the game, short on the front rim there but a rebound offensive for the Washington Wizards.
Second chance for Bill.
Can't get it to go.
Nice job there by Spencer Dinwiddie As of the extended possession does not lead to a look from the outside.
That was, uh oh.
Broken up here as the vert is gonna get this foul called against pertains.
Wagner was the one who extended that play.
And then Spencer did what he did.
They're battling for that rebound on the second attempt.
Got it, secured it up to avert.
Cutting through the lane here makes sense into the body and Wagner upset with the call there.
But he's going to get that look.
And now liver will go to the line shooting, too.
Mets will be in the bonus just 2 36 to go, so not much of an advantage.
But again, if you can knock down your chances as liver, it rattles home the first.
It can pay off huge dividends here over this last two and 1/2 minutes of game action and maybe even if it buys you a one more free throw attempt at the line.
That's all the advantage you could hope to have your 33 points, five rebounds, six assists for Caris, Levert knocking down the second as well.
Let's now find themselves 22 of 32 at the line.
While it may only be 67 68% you have to love the recovery that made from that first half.
I know I said it a bunch, but it's worth repeating time and time again.
Nearly 68% DeAndre Jordan grabs should ask Napier's post whistle three bulges to try to find his rhythm that will get cold on Temple There, on the foul side out here.
Bradley Beal will be the trigger man.
That's your up by 1 to 25 mark here in the fourth into Brian.
Brian holds weights.
Now Shabazz Napier will come around to receive.
He works his way into the lane, takes the man off the dribble, tried to drop the Bryant loose ball, almost gave it up, but re gathers, now gets into the corner for a wide open three that rattles out for Shabbas.
Napier looked like that was all but down.
Instead, Spencer, doing what he goes the other way, tries to work loose ball. Nice violence.
Pin move from Carousel effort to give himself some room.
And now the Nets will kick back outside to Spencer, Jim Witty just to settle themselves down with eight to shoot here and re gather themselves looking for a quality possession as they are up.
1 98 97 Spencer dimwit in off the glass and Gilady Entrepreneur takes it to the bucket, goes in with authority.
He now has 15 points in the game here and has given himself eight points in the fourth quarter, rising up from the outside.
The three ball is good, so a nice job by pertains picks up his fourth made three of the game were knotted up at 100 minute 35 to go here in the fourth.
Big possession coming here.
Both teams in the bonus the rest of the way.
Spencer Jim What he once again drives inside.
No foul call touched off of Shabazz Napier's hands, however, and Joe Harris does a nice job shielding him away.
This one will stay with Brooklyn.
Good contest there by Temple as well.
As you know, I don't like a CZ well on that pertains three.
Just able to knock it down.
Liver kicks in around rising up, no good tip out by DeAndre Jordan. Extra possession.
Drop off from Paris lover and imagine Goes down for DeAndre.
Scream from your long to pump your chest.
He's going on the line for the end. One. Opportunity.
10 to 100 Brooklyn Nets with 1 11 to go here in the fourth quarter can give themselves a key three point advantage.
That was DeAndre Jordan with a tip out there.
Spencer SUV cares Laverne again, with the smart play driving the lane, dropping it off, and DeAndre Jordan rewards his guard by going hard at the rim, getting the deuce and now knocking down the end.
One at the line, 10310213 100.
Ah, three point advantage for Brooklyn.
Napier lets this wonderful all the way to make court before it picks it up, trying to save as much time as the Washington Wizards.
Ken here knowing they may need the possessions.
Bradley Beal, off a curl, knocks down the three and just like that, with eight seconds off the clock.
These opportunities right now, and he is taking advantage of every single one of them.
Spencer did what he works against.
Napier tries to kick outside the Joe Harris and a period of great job steals this one away.
Go job by Spencer Dinwiddie does not commit the foul.
Stays in front of Napier, affects the shot and then a rebound gathered up by Caris.
This is Spencer.
Jim. What he now takes on. Brian goes in the basket.
He'll get the foul and go back to the line.
This has been Spencer Dinwiddie, who has found another gear, knows how to attack the basket.
Does a great job on the opposite end, committed the turnover, got back on defense, stayed in front of Napier and then comes down the other way and goes ahead and see that lane open up.
Dries aggressively forces the issue against Bryan.
It could go to the line here, shooting to to put the Nets back out in front.
37 seconds to go here.
Spencer Dinwiddie, a little bit long and strong on that first free throw, could still give the Nets a one point lead.
Bodies rating to Bryant.
Nothing to complain about their got right in on him.
And that's going to be obviously, why the foul call comes dimwit.
He is a 79% career free throw shooter, 77% on the season.
Wanted to hear 37.
2 seconds to go time out here by the Washington Wizards.
A one point game, 104103 Brooklyn Nets looking for that big victory? Come on now, friends.
They've had every reason to roll over and die in this one, as as well fired off one more time just to make sure that everybody really absorbs the brilliance that is, uh, excuse me the brilliance that is Doug Nori.
When you think about the Brooklyn Nets Twitter account, we got on its feet and I really have two minutes.
This having on defense has done a fantastic job battling back in this game.
And, as Doug Norrie said when the next looked back and saw only one set of footprints in the sand, that was Caris Levert carrying them.
Now the good news is, is that as they walk down the beach, Spencer Jamie, he came over to Caris Levert R friend, surgeon when he looked from Carousel, averts arms as he was carrying it, said friend, Allow me to take you these last few steps across the finish line now with 16 points here and coming up with a really strong quarter for himself, doing the things that we've seen him do time and time again, attacking at the basket, getting to the line, knocking down free throws now, as we said, six turnovers for Den Woody.
So it's been a rough one for him.
He committed one there earlier but got back on defense, played strong and then turned it around going the other way.
You hide those seven through 11 seed.
You've got Brooklyn, The seven spot Orlando A game and 1/2 back.
Six back is Washington and 20 and 36.
So you know, Listen, this can't be.
This can be a big game, though, for Washington, who has been trying to surge in spite of losing, playing a lot better basketball.
Brian to be on the corner, collapsing defense.
They go back inside and it will be DeAndre.
Jordan picks up that foul.
Brian will go to the line here.
Probably best case scenario for Brooklyn.
You got 29 seconds to go here, and it's gonna be on Brian's shoulders to tire.
Try to take the lead here for washing.
It's Spencer Dinwiddie, Garrett Temple and Joe Harris collapsing in and around Bryant, and he can't convert their again.
Falco, go to the line.
If you want him, Nets are gonna have every chance in the world toe win this game.
1st 1 is good for Brian, No matter what happens here.
Set yourself up for a quality offensive possession.
Give yourself a chance.
Toe win this game going away.
75% free throw shooter 72% of the season is Brian S O. You certainly.
You certainly can knock down both of these.
That was his first attempt of the game 104104 DeAndre Jordan has probably want to get in touch to the ball.
DeAndre, Jordan just gets involved in touch as soon as well himself.
I said it before. I'll say it again.
I've turned the corner on DeAndre Jordan.
I love a lot of his antics.
I think that he is a bit of a past in an instigator s o.
I thoroughly enjoyed.
Bryant knocks down both of those.
You can go back and think about Spencer Dinwiddie going just 12 on that last trip down.
Nevertheless, we find ourselves sitting here in a 105104 game.
Brooklyn is down by 1 29 seconds to go here in the fourth quarter and everything in the world to play for here.
Let's go ahead and just take a look quickly through some of those news and notes.
Nothing left to really speak of.
Ah, we know, as we had said, though, that Spencer Dinwiddie had led the nets in both points and assist in 24 games this season.
That's not going to be the case.
Ah, here in this one isn't gonna catch Caris Levert performance, But he can be a key component in what will be potentially a game winning shot here late in this one.
We say hello to everyone who's joined in with us.
We mentioned Ah, national Love 95 there.
Uh, I hadn't gotten any feedback here, but to go with mobo Mama is another one that came in here enjoying them with us.
Tina Tequila has you course CB Tester joining in on the broadcast here.
Welcome to familiar and new faces as we have just 29 seconds to go in here in the fourth quarter.
Nets trailed in this one by as many as 18 points.
Battle back in the third quarter on the strength of Caris.
Levert and a huge performance for him now find themselves trailing by one with an opportunity coming out of the time out and hopefully a strong separate from Kenny Atkinson to give themselves back the lead and put the pressure on the Washington Wizards with hopefully less than about seven or eight seconds to go on the shot clock if they're able to drain this and get that quality look.
Joe Harris is on the inbounds weights and holds fighting through the screens.
It's Spencer Dinwiddie.
He'll receive it, takes it out front, goes off the dribble, met the basket by Bryant. Doesn't matter.
Quick bucket there.
So let's go in a hurry.
They're just 24 points, 24 seconds.
Here's the shot clock will basically be turned off.
Only about 1/2 2nd shot clock and game clock, 106105 This will be what should most likely the last shot of the game.
Bradley Beal has this ball in his hands.
It's Temple picking up out front.
He fires outside, finds his man three.
Paul is good for Washington.
Wanna wait 106? A great job there. Bye.
The Washington Wizards and Bradley Beal.
OutFront found the right man open there.
And just like that, the Washington Wizards are back up to now still 8.
4 seconds to go.
So not a bad job in terms off the Nets, having a chance here to send another offensive play.
And that's a beautiful shot out there on the perimeter.
I want to make sure I give credit where credit is due as a highly dispenser day when he driving the basket.
Bryant doesn't commit the foul this time, but does end up giving up the lay up and then again working around.
That's Robinson, of course, getting that nice finish as it is Bradley Beal looking and finding the right outlet.
And this is really the mark of you want to talk about top and talent in the league.
A lot of times, they said this about LeBron James's time in Cleveland when he would give it up for some of his other teammates to take some of those final shots.
You can argue about whether or not you want your best player with the ball in his hand, taking the shot or you want the best player on your team with the ball in his hand and making the best basketball play.
And right there was that opportunity for Beale.
He makes the right plate, gets it to the open shooter and knocks it down.
So 106 to 1082 point deficit, 8.
4 for the Brooklyn Nets, a game where they out shot the Washington Wizards 37 21 in the third quarter.
And here in the fourth.
Now, Washington with a 27 20 to advantage.
We will wait for Joe Harris.
You got liver Tori on Prince DeAndre, Jordan and Ah, Well, now, Prince will actually check in here.
So you're gonna get prints Spencer Dinwiddie, Joe Harris, Garrett Temple and Caris Levert.
So Jordan out prints in nets are gonna flood this floor with shooters that can pull the trigger from the outside.
Every single player on this team is going to have the ability to pull from three to try to give the Nets the win on the road in bounds comes to Spencer Dinwiddie.
He pulls back Brian on him.
Three ball will not go, and that's gonna do it here, pal.
Gets called under the basket.
Not a bad look there, Spencer. Dimwit.
He had that opportunity.
Had Bryant on him in the mismatch there.
Crossed him up, step back behind the arc.
So you get the quality Look, you know, they take that hand off to Joe Harris.
What I thought was a nice job there and excuse me, That's not going to be.
That's not going to be Ah, Brian defending against him on the perimeter.
But a nice cross up there gave him plenty of space and Banga, who stayed out ahead of him.
So he denies the lane access.
A good look there by Spencer, then would he clean look and unfortunately, doesn't get it to go.
So we'll play out this last 1.6.
The foul was committed.
It's going to be Robinson who connects on the first, makes it a three point game, and now I'm knocking down the 2nd 1 will, of course, put a bow on this game.
Let's go inside those numbers.
Difficult loss here for the Brooklyn Nets makes the 12th time this season that they have lost after leading going to the fourth quarter.
There is that four point lead, as he's good on both.
So inside the numbers here.
It was, of course, that massive third quarter performance from Caris Levert that got the Nets back into this one Spencer dimwit.
He turns it on in the 4th 6 to 12 on Lee, one of four from beyond the arc There, obviously, that last miss looms large 58 from the line that gave you 18 points.
A good performance from Tori on Prince.
So who remember 13 points early in the third quarter? Not all in the first half does not make another shot over the course of this one off the bench.
16 points and 16 rebounds for DeAndre Jordan.
We know that we got trouble there for fat from a foul standpoint for Jared Allen.
So he's just 18 minutes of action, and this, unfortunately, is a game.
And the Nets would like to have back so back to back losses here.
Difficult losses for the Nets.
You know, we go inside those standings now and talk about how the Orlando Magic sitting there.
The Nets will fall to 26 21 Orlando, now 25 32.
So things were right there in terms of the Brooklyn Nets, and you need to keep an eye on where you're going to match up when it comes playoff time.
Obviously, if you wanna have a puncher's chance in these games, you want to avoid the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round.
All that being said friends, I'm gonna go ahead and check out of this one.
And yes, indeed.
It was a good game in the end.
Ah, you know, you'd like to see the next come out with a little bit more consistency at the start of this one.
You don't want to see him trailing by 18 and have to put out that kind of effort to get back into it.
And obviously, you want to see some balance offensively in terms of contributors.
But one of the things, but you can't take away these last handful of games is it really does come down to Spencer Dinwiddie and caress Liver, working their way through this game on a game to game basis.
If they're not firing on all cylinders, even in the game like this way took their turns and end up finishing with both big and solid performances, it still isn't enough.
They don't have ah, third consistent score.
We've seen the way teams have taken away Joe Harris a times and his ability to shoot.
Even when Tori on Prince gets a handful of buckets, you need a Garrett temple to step up.
We saw rodeos Cruz get a run here, totally ineffective and then Jared Allen obviously was something up and down games for him, where when he struggled you've called upon DeAndre Jordan to step up.
He has done that.
But again, the depth on this roster continues to get shorter and shorter.
And you have a harder and harder time identifying where you're gonna find points on the offensive end when you ultimately need it.
So that's gonna do it here on the we got Nets podcast live streaming on SportsCastr A 108 to 106 Lost on the road in Washington for Brooklyn.
