And, you know, I just want to say it was up to him.
Haven't seen him in a little while.
So what? No, say it was up.
T o and e, see how he's doing.
And we're gonna go ahead and get this thing rolling.
Ladies and gentlemen.
So, Eddie, how you doing, my man? Yo, what's up saying What's up, Chad? I like I told you, I'm busy.
I tried to do as much as possible, so I have as much as possible.
Time to watch the Knicks and analyze the games.
When? When the season starts.
And I'll get you, man.
I was travelling all day yesterday, All day yesterday I was at city college with my daughter.
You know, we met with the coaches and players and stuff like that for, I don't know, four or 56 hours or something like that.
Then I had to drive four hours home, so I definitely understand what you're going to do.
My brother, I was in high, Def.
Definitely. Get it.
Um, I didn't get a chance to ask you.
And I know you probably looked at the stream from last night, but before we get started, I just want to find out from you.
What do you think about the Knicks pick if they're going to pick up, Frankly, Latina and Dennis Smith Jr options.
Well, I think it's a no brainer to pick all the options off of our young guys because their perspective, even if it doesn't go well for us, stuck in all the trader and their contracts are just the first contract after was the rookie scale contracts.
They're gonna be really manageable and, you know, moveable.
So it's a no brainer for me.
Even Dennis Smith Jr.
You know, I'm not the biggest fan I would for him because he's an ex player.
And, you know, I think even his couple of 1,000,000 I think it's gonna be below 10 million.
So you gotta go with the extension there.
Yeah, now I definitely agree with you.
I think you should.
It's only smart to go with the extensions.
They're, um before we start really getting into information with show, what do you think about What do you want to see with this New York Knicks in Atlanta game coming up.
As a matter of fact, the game is tomorrow night.
It's on ESPN so you can watch it on ESPN.
I believe you also be able to watch it on MSG.
So what do you think about it? Uh, Andy.
Oh, you know, I think I would like to see improvement and, um, off the work here.
Like like adjustments for faith.
Because, you know, the first game went well, I like what I saw and stuff intact.
But the second game after a couple of first minutes was terrible.
The second quarter was I didn't see Law, you know about basketball in a long time.
And the last season was really bad, man.
But I didn't see this bad basketball in a couple of months, at least.
So I want to see how the guys respond to that to, you know, make the adjustments on.
I really would like, you know, face to appoint so long, bad streets off the players on the court, by even substitutions, adjustments on the, you know, tactical tactical adjustments and stuff like that.
So he got, you know, make really good, you know, swaps and tactic changes at those points.
And that second quarter was was pretty brutal.
What? The Knicks lost 1 41 to 17 in that second quarter.
That was pretty brutal.
That was That was pretty tough after that.
I mean, the next pretty much played him even for the remainder of the game.
But that second quarter was just bad.
Three point defense was bad.
Yeah, it's just being right.
So the three point defense is you.
You've gotta have help.
You know, you guys are kind of bowl and welcome.
At that point, you can get along, you know, one bad play, too bad place, but you can't keep him, you know, in the game of it.
Three up, three up, three up. Three.
And there was not an invalid.
It was, you know, maybe above average weight a little bit, but, you know, gotta stop the bleeding.
You got to be able to stop the bleeding.
And you know, I did a video yesterday.
I put it out yesterday about alongs.
Old traer trailer could maybe help this. Stop that bleeding.
We'll see how much David Fizdale is going to use the loans.
Old traer tomorrow against the Atlanta Hawks.
Yeah, you know, I'll be paying attention to see, because I have questions as to why he hasn't used them yet, you know? And it could just be.
That's the way that he's experimenting with the lineups right now, who knows? And I have I have just, like a scent that no answer to this.
I think you wanted the guys respond with defense event because if you bring tria on the court, Tryinto responded office No, you're going, you know, possession after possession or, you know, on the offense events trying to match the points up.
But he wants to go with the defense and stop the guy's no pulse cork.
And they got the guy, then respond on the court.
So and it was, you know, I told deep of a hole to dig out of yourself.
So when that way we saw in the fourth quarter when you know, in the war, I think even when trade coming, he was playing really well, Then we managed to keep the game, you know, a same face and stuff like that.
So it went fine from them, but we were in the hole at that point.
So And let me tell you, that is a take that I have yet to hear.
That's a very good take.
I think I have yet to hear that from anyone.
You know, that Fizdale wanted these guys to respond on the defense event.
I think that's a pretty good take.
I like that. Take.
I like that outlook.
So I'm rolling with that outlook, Andy, because I like that out.
Look, you know, I mean, you know, we've had everyone's had everything else fits Does not a good coach including myself, right? Peace deal was messing up down it out that it Ah, you're the first person that I heard say he wanted the defense to respond, you know me and with Zo you're responding offensively, So I think that's a pretty good tape.
So rocking with that one, I'm going with that one, you know, saying that's the one that I'm taking.
I'm taking that one as the answer and the reason why he did not bring Elisa trailing earlier, although a lot so sure is a decent defender.
Yeah, that that's that's no, no, not him.
You know, when you when you go with No. My reasoning.
I was thinking you really tried to put the guys, but, you know, hey was trying to swap in one by one, maybe No hole five.
Starting five flab would work.
You know, you gotta shake up that, you know, that the guys that mentality on the court, you know, the mood.
When were you digging yourself in the hole like that? But, you know, as me, if I was a coach, I would try to stop it faster.
You know, some coaches, you know, lose 23 buckets in the role, and they're taking a time out.
Some are waiting to, you know, the team response.
And when they don't respond, it's like minus 15.
And that might be too late sometimes. Yeah.
Yeah. Okay, I will. Eight.
I'm gonna go ahead and get into, you know, just some of this stuff, and then we'll come back and we'll talk about some of the storylines of the game.
All right, Ladies and gentlemen, the Knicks played the Atlanta Hawks at home tomorrow night at 8 p.m.
It will be aired on ESPN.
I believe it will also be aired on Madison Square Garden.
network on the managed to square garden network.
All right, so you can catch the game either way.
Either way, that suits you was ever way tickles your fancy.
You can catch the game.
Let's take a look at the Project X projected starters for each team in some of the injury bug report stuff.
Okay, and then we'll get a little bit deeper into some of the percentages in preseason.
So remember this is preseason, all right.
At the moment, the projected projected starters for the Knicks is Elfrid Payton, R J.
Barrett, Marcus Moors, Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson.
For the next, Reggie Bullock is out with a neck.
We know that, frankly, Lucchino, he did not practice yesterday.
Still not sure if you practiced yet today.
I guess we'll get that report from the Knicks PR, but he was out yesterday with a groin injury. Damion Dotson.
He had a full practice, although he has the right shoulder.
He had right shoulder surgery.
He had a full practice yesterday.
That doesn't mean he's gonna play.
Kadeem Allen still has a strained right foot.
He had limited practice.
Kevin knocks strained right calf, limited practice for the Atlanta Hawks.
They're only three in the preseason.
They're projected starters or Trey Young at the point guard spot camera ready set, shooting guard spot.
John Collins at small forward, DeAndre Hunter at power forward and Alex Elaine at center.
All right, Chandler Parsons is out for rest ever injured.
Always injured Chandler Parsons.
Kevin Hueter usually would most likely be their starting shooting guard, I'm thinking, would be to stop shooting guard.
He's out with a knee on the crab.
He's not cleared to play.
Maybe you could be Alan Crab.
I don't know who knows, but this is the projected starters.
They've had different starters throughout preseason, so could definitely changed the anchor chains for the Knicks as well.
And if it does change tomorrow, sometime tomorrow, update you either on Twitter or posting my community section or something like that, right.
But this is the projection right now, home a start for each team.
Let's go a little deeper into the numbers, right, and we'll start with the New York Knicks and look at some of our numbers on the preseason.
Tell me what you're thinking.
If you like these numbers, ladies and Gentlemen.
The Knicks lost last game, 1 15 and 99 to the Washington Wizards.
The average in 101 points per game, that giving up 107 points per game.
The Knicks are averaging 53.
5 rebounds per game.
They're also averaged 23 assists per game, Right, So right now, you know, based on those two games defensively, obviously, the Nixa a little wonky.
The Knicks is shooting about 39.
5% from the field, probably 30% from three.
Something like that, and I had the wrong thing upon the board.
There we go. That's what I meant to bring up.
That's what I meant to have.
That looks better for the Atlanta Hawks.
See what the Atlanta Hawks is doing.
The Atlanta Hawks right now, the average of 94.
7 points per game, and they're giving up 116.
7 points per game, 45 rebounds per game in the average 21.
7 assists per game.
That number right there is very similar to what the Knicks were doing last season.
I mean, the Knicks aren't much better this season, but they're a little bit better with 23 assists per game.
You know, saying so we'll see what the next could do.
The Hawks are going 300 preseason.
Hopefully, the Knicks will be able to get a winner, get another win, leave out of the preseason tomorrow night to win one heading into their matchup with Zion Williamson in the Pelicans on Friday.
And you know that's gonna be a hyped match up the first times I am.
Williamson is coming into the Garden.
There's gonna be a height match up, you know? So he's those of your numbers for the New York Knicks, the Atlanta Hawks.
Right now, of course, they play tomorrow night at 8 p.
The Atlanta Hawks.
7 points per game of giving up 116.
7 points per game.
The Abbess, 45 rebounds, 21.
7 Insists the Knicks.
I'll show you the next one more time.
The Knicks are averaging 101.
5 points per game, that giving up 107 points per game.
Now they played the same team twice.
This would be the first time that the Knicks are playing a different team in the preseason.
All right, so you know, that made something that means a little bit of something.
We'll see what You know, how they are able to perform against another team, get to a phone call real quick, and then we're gonna come back with some more stats for you.
You're live without the but Nick's was popping A This is Kevin McCloud cross complaint from Jersey.
How you doing? I'm good, brother.
How are you? Okay.
Um, just calling about, um I think I'm probably the biggest Frank Miller Kane of fan.
So I want nothing but the best for this.
Do I think you get a bad rap, but times and, um, I just think that this is probably his best moment to put some of those fears aside from him being, you know, I'm not saying he's a legal offensively, but defensively, I think he's really good.
Um um I mean, I agree with you.
I think he's really good defensively as well.
You know, hopefully he'll stop getting hurt, right? And here we'll stay on the floor.
You know me continues to have this groin injury that keeps amount.
Yeah, but thank you.
Yeah, but also say was I just think an opportunity last year would have been great if him and and Dennis Smith junior would have been ableto play.
Because I know Fizdale wants to see that, um, that dynamic, you know, see how the operate together on the floor.
I mean, you think about it.
He was the what number? Uh, I think the number eight pick and then Smith Julia was what picked, like, three, three, um, three spaces down on.
And I believe that he was He was picked right afternoon.
Wasn't it? Right after them. Okay.
And I know death soured him.
A lot of, you know, Knicks fans and everything.
And now that Dennis Smith Jr is here, you would think that, um, you would think that you will want to see the both of them together.
You know how they would, you know, how do you know what operating everything.
And I just think it was like a missed opportunity, you know, last year.
But, um, like I said, I think I'm one of Frank's biggest supporters and everything I know.
There are a lot of times that, you know, you scratch your head at times, but I just don't think that, you know, you could give up on, you know, on a kid who's 20 or 21.
Ah, frankly, Latina is 21 years old, 21 years old.
Okay, Both plays a 21 years old, bright, both open everything.
Um, and that's not to say that I don't like this.
But, um, I feel I feel you, you know, You want to see him play together.
I wanted to see him play together.
And if they don't, Frankly, Lucchino, which is Look, it looks like he's going to be out for this game.
He's gonna be out.
It looks like he's gonna be out because he has a groin injury or he has a strained groin, has been reaggravated or whatever.
There's gonna be another game where, you know they are not going to get a chance to play together.
We're not gonna get a chance to see them, too, on the floor together.
And it it wouldn't be out of the question to say that frankly, Latina doesn't play Friday either.
Right? you know, my biggest fear.
Okay, let's say, you know, some of the Knicks fans wishes are granted and that he's off the team, and then he goes somewhere else and then excels, Um, one of people remember what Trevor reason was like, You know, we got rid of Hammel all of a sudden, and then he wants up winning a championship and is a very, um, no, very good for, you know, for the teams that he's playing for, You know, it gives us headaches, you know? We play against him that everything.
Well, I just don't want to see something like that, and I'll give you another comparison.
Um, how long did it take, Pascal? Say up.
Welcome with Toronto.
How long did it take for him? You know, to develop? Yeah.
Come on, take him a couple of years. I'm cup.
So I guess what I'm getting at is we can't just keep giving up on our young talent even though we're stacked, which I got to give.
I got to give Perry, um, a lot of credit for what he's doing with getting all these players in.
I just want us a tow.
Have our the players that we drafted ways that we drafted.
I want them to grow within, you know, within the organization and not grow someplace, you know, somewhere else.
Well, because that, you know, they can't do this, you know, do that.
That is don't average, like, 20 points, gang.
10 rebounds and, you know, 15 assists. Whatever.
You know, people keep looking for, you know, because you're a top 10 pick.
You're supposed to score, like, you know, 20 points, you know, 15 to 20 points a game, and it doesn't always work like that.
Am I long for thinking that you're right? You're right.
I feel you, man.
And I agree with you.
You know, I agree with you.
We gotta, you know, give the especially guys that's coming into the N B a.
Now you got to give him a little bit of extra time.
They're coming in a lot younger.
Maybe not fully.
The body's not fully N b a ready.
Not like they did way back in the day.
You know, I agree with you there, man, eh? I appreciate the call, bro.
And I just want you to know real quick you do a fabulous job.
I'm getting late to the party of following you and everything, but you do a babbling stop and keep up, you know, keep up the great success, okay? I appreciate you, man.
A a A better late than never, man. I'm glad.
I'm glad you're glad.
Easy. All right.
So let's talk about some stats.
Let's look at some of the Atlanta Hawks stats and And what? What can we expect to see from the Hawks? Know who they're leading scores.
We're gonna look at ours too.
You say Sioux, see who our guys are, you know, because ah, you know, I was gonna take a look.
I start what was Go ahead.
We'll start with the Hawks.
Nice. Bring it on over here.
You see, Right now for the Atlanta Hawks trade, Young is the leading scorer at 16.
7 points per game.
I followed by DOJ Bembry, and I guess he's been playing.
He's been running, you know, been playing a lot of minutes at a shooting guard spot.
He's averaged 12 points per game.
DeAndre hunter and you'll remember the Andre owner.
Uh, he's averaging 11.
5 points per game.
Jabari Parker average of 10 points per game.
John Collins, 9.7.
You see Jabari Parker is also leading the Hawks and rebounds.
Which way? Young following now the Hawks on a terribly good rebounding team, I won't let me bring this back up here so you could see it.
I don't understand how this thing moved on me, but there we go.
Try Young leads the Hawks and assist with 6.
7, followed by Kevin Hueter.
John Collins leaves him in blocks, steals the Andrzej Bembry and trade hunk Trey Young is leaving the guys in minutes.
All right, let's go down.
And you know, we could take a look at some of their percentages.
We're not going to go through everybody's percentages, but I'll leave it up there for a second.
You can look at their percentages if you like.
All right, you see Trey Young, though we will go over trade.
He shooting 43% from the field, 25% from three DeAndre Bembry, 50 to 54% from the field and 66% from three theology 100 shooting, 55% from the field.
Jabari Parker, 40% from the field.
He's shooting 37% from the field.
I said, We need to watch out for the Andrzej Bembry who's shooting from three.
66% came reddish.
I know that's the guy you're interested in, right? Right? At the moment, he's shooting 28% from the field, 25% from three.
That was a guy that Mark kept saying, You know, when she once he gets into the N b A, he's gonna flourish.
I mean, you know, so far it's only been three preseason games, though I'm not gonna fall into that trap.
You know, knocking a guy before he even gets his MBA career going.
But I'm just saying, Excite out the Michael Parker thinking for the super charities that Frank plays.
The question is, do we get fever Frank or burnt? Frank? So look to the check.
Well, you know, Listen, Frank's played okay.
He's played well.
I don't even want to say just okay.
It's played well over the first 232 preseason games.
It just has scored a lot.
Buckets, you know, mean so if you what is your definition of playing good or playing well? Is your definition of playing well, The fact that he scores points or is it other parts of the game? What is your definition? Let's take a look at the Knicks and see what the Knicks who the next leaders are.
You see for the Knicks, Marcus Morris is the leading scorer at 19 points per game. R.
J. Barrett second was 16.
Julius Randle, who was our prize free agent pickup.
He's averaged 12.
5 points per game.
Bobby Portis is leading a team and rebounds with nine, followed by Julius Randle with 7.
Barris averages seven rebounds per game.
I like. That's, Ah lot.
Julius Randle is leading the team in assists at 5.5.
Now this is over two preseason games, All right, so you know it's not a lot of games to go by, but we're gonna go with what we have.
Mitchell Robinson, of course, leading Seaman blocks up with pain and steals at two per game, Arjun Bears leading the team in minutes 37 minutes per game.
Bobby Portis at 30 Kevin knocks at 29.4.
But Kevin Knocks only played one game, and I don't think he's gonna play tomorrow.
I'm hoping that he does. Maybe he will.
But I'm very impressed that R J Bear is average of seven rebounds per game so far over two preseason games.
Yeah, I think that's very good.
And he's an end.
He's the second leading scorer on a team at 16.
We'll take a look at some of these guys averages, see what they're doing So far this season.
Course Marcus Morris.
He's shooting 56% from the field, 54% from three.
Clearly, that's not gonna hold up.
He's not gonna continue to do that all season long, but we'll take it when we can get it. R.
He's shooting 42.9% from the field.
You shoot 36% from three.
There's only two preseason games, but look, I could take that.
I'm okay with that.
I said it before, and I'm gonna brag on my prediction a little bit.
I said it before that.
Barrett was gonna shoot better from three in the n.
Then he didn't college simply because he's going to get wider open looks.
Let's see if he can continue to knock him down.
Will he not come down at 36%? I don't know. I would love.
If he does, that'd be very good for the Knicks.
Bobby Portis is only shooting 32% from the field, 0% from three, but it's only played one game.
Julius Randle shooting 45% from the field.
He's 33% from three now.
You know, he used the chutes about 50 to 55% from the field.
So let's see what happens when the regular season comes.
Overall, the Knicks.
We are a bad shooting team.
Let's go around.
I'm going to go down and run down these guys shooting percentages so far this season, Marcus Morris is 56%.
R J better 42 43% Bobby Portis, 33% Julius Randle, 45% tires.
Gibson, 58% after that saw downhill.
Kevin Knox, 41% Wayne Ellington, 40% Alonso chair 44% as in one game, not too bad, frankly.
Mitchell Robertson, 30% l for paying 7%.
And this is not from a guidance.
Hasn't played okay.
Not like ignores was Deacon's shooting 2% but he's only played one game.
He took two shots or something.
Paid in the shooting.
7% from the field.
Wait, I'm sorry.
14% from the field.
He's taken seven, his average of seven shots of game.
He's shooting 40% from the field and Iggy is shooting 0%.
But he's only played in one game.
L for pain. It's June.
14% from the field.
That's what I meant to say.
So we are a bad shooting team right now.
And the goods, And that could be the reason why I was such a good rebounding sea because we're bad shooting team, so there's a lot of rebounds to go around.
I doubt that's that's That's not the only reason why we're no, we're good rebounding team.
We got rebounders.
Those are some stats.
Foot for the game, Ladies and gentlemen, big shout out to real GM.
You want to get some good stats and breakdowns go to religion, am You'll find everything you want there.
They got the roster and I got the schedule.
They got stats that got individual games, individual seasons, you know, They break it down from the GM standpoint, they break down the salaries.
Go check out Real GM is pretty good.
So you been him? And they've got forms that you could talk to.
So I'm gonna get back to the guys in the video.
Check if you want to call in, give me a call.
516405 to 246 And we could talk a little bit about the Knicks.
The percentage is what you expect from this game, all that stuff.
I mean, let me get back over here to the to the video chat, okay? And I see we have I'd say it looks like I say it joined us.
Making noise Clearly.
Usual, lightly. You know, the usual.
But anyway, Andy, what do you take from no statue looking any coming? I mean ah, I say it coming here looking, you know, I don't even know what he looked like.
Just looking like something You know, the marshmallow man from Ghostbusters is something with a short on dough.
You know, uh, Eddie Tell me, man, you heard some of the stats.
Uh, well, you forgot to mention because, you know, some of the Knicks fans? Um, no.
In the chapter, we're gonna go crazy about the numbers way gonna say and mentioned that the sample size is really, really small.
Really small. Yeah.
So you know that one number is gonna be really big, and the other one is going to be really low and stuff like that.
I think Bacon's gonna be there higher percentage shooter than he is now.
You know, we've got a couple of guys in the jet that can shoot better.
Uh, but, you know, Yeah, Like I said, that's that sample size to be small.
So, uh, but you can only only go, um, with a couple of those numbers also with like we said, the arcade no.
R j number really high on points and rebounds, but I'm gonna take a notice that that he was playing plenty of minutes and you know, when that divides only by two games you know the number will be high also.
But, you know, from even from those games, you see that he has that know that the magnet to the ball, he knows how to no effect of all the defense of border police.
So he's gonna have those babies are being, you know, 1.
2 or two rebounds again.
He's gonna be around five, I think.
And I shouldn't.
Aren't that pretty high number? It's good.
It's good. Yeah.
Uh, you know, points per game for r J.
I wouldn't be surprised.
It's gonna be like like this the defense, all his use it read, because if you know, if we're gonna give him a chance, I think he can manage, know to be about 15 16 points per game average.
I really think that Julius would wouldn't surprise us if he's gonna be around 20 points per game.
So I hope he gets that that percentage an efficiency other would hire.
But, you know, he saw defense's don't let him.
We saw even triple teams on the second game.
And, you know, I think they they were thinking from the from the jump that we're gonna, you know, buy him like he's the guy on this team.
That's why he was triple team double team every time he got the ball down the boats and stuff like that.
So you know, maybe it's not like he's new to it, but I don't think he saw triple teams.
You know, his career that much? No, Definitely not.
And teams are going to do that all season long is especially fun.
Well, let me not say all season.
They're going to do it until the Knicks prove that they can lighted up from three.
Yeah, and the next person that they can consistently knock it down from three.
They'll stop that double and triple teaming on Julius Randle and then he'll be able to get his off, you know? Yeah, and exactly Oh, and or if he gets those passes out of the post, you know, really, you know, on point and stuff like that.
So it's gonna, you know, president defense, because if he's going up, he's not a bad pass it from from you know, the Post.
But it could be a little bit better, you know, if he's gonna do those passes really, really correctly and on time and stuff like that with time is gonna be really good.
And I think the double team, you know, he can work with a double team.
Uh, so So that's gonna be really better for him at this point.
You know, I think he got are just to the role of the main guy.
Yeah, And that's the key, man.
He's gotta adjust to that role of the main guy.
Let me get the Charlie Brown over here.
That's the name I was looking for.
I said the marshmallow do from Ghostbusters, but I was looking for I was looking for Charlie Brown.
I just see somebody said in the chat, Charlie Brown.
I was looking for that So I can hear I can hear people in the background, You know me.
But, um, listen, listen.
Don't you call me Charlie Brown.
You call the SpongeBob? I'm sick of these names, sir.
Why have you come in with a Charlie Brown shirt on? You're going to be called Charlie Brown, And that's it.
Is it moving black? Tony Brown? The blame Charlie Brown was going off going on killing.
I'm sending them. Sell him something.
Um oh, a straight friend.
What was my man Talk about in the back? No, nothing bad is going on, man.
Talk about the back.
He's jumping on this show.
We can't see who he is, you know, saying, But you remember Linda Hawks.
I'm really disappointed that this Frank and his boy thing is just my flight has been in his rookie everything.
Just lookie here, man.
Broner just been I don't know, man.
This dude got a no, I'm doing the Humpty Buck, and I don't know, it's crazy.
Oh, as the French prince man is, you don't get mad because he stole your girl.
Come on, Huh? Hey, um, no, but all kind of disappointed that best friend does play excellent against trade young tree and never had a good game against, um, Frank, when he plays on the garden, you just can't get over the size.
And, Frank, um, you know, B is J again doesn't wanna play, But I am excited to be in jail.
What is he in when the offense C and C having group that's right now overpaid is it just hasn't been good for help in pain right now, and that's okay.
We got two other point guards again.
I think we're all really hoping to see Frank at the dentist boot.
Dennis will be in play, but, you know, I rather frank not play.
If it's the growing and get him ready.
I wanted to start game one. Yeah.
Let me ask you this.
Let me ask you this.
Um, the starters for tomorrow are Alfred pay in R J Barry.
Um, well, the projected starters, at least I can't I don't want to say the starters, but there's a health and pay in r J bear markets more is Julius Randle Mitchell Robinson.
Do you? Would you make a change? Do you think there's gonna be a change to that lineup? For starters, for the projected starters for the whole to trade young camera fetish.
Oh, John Collins. DeAndre 100.
So do you think there's a change to that line up? Yeah, it should be.
We should go smaller because we got a match of speed.
Um, they're gonna be a lot quicker than this again.
I just don't think what we're doing right now.
I don't personally that's why I might have is just not doing it for me right now.
I mean? I watch the whole video yesterday I watched really yesterday.
There's no spacing, zero shooting, all that.
You know more better.
I agree with you last night.
I wouldn't mind if ah r j and Zo Plate It started tomorrow.
I wouldn't mind that First of all that scoring and listen, man.
People are given Arjun of credit.
His defense has been good.
Has you did not get good bye.
You think you could.
My brother, Bill Bradley Bill is the second vessel on guard in the league.
Well, you didn't get cooked.
I will say this though.
You know, you said that you want to get a little bit smaller? Uh, Alfred paying its 64 He played very well on it's Smith from Washington, at least in the first game.
See, that's a difficult time. It's easy to play.
It was not easy play against fish in it, but it's just you're not a shooter, but he might be one of the fastest guards guards in the league.
You know what? It's Smith s Smith.
Do you know who he is? E Remember? Yeah, I'm amazed.
Let me play with our business.
Smith is fast, really fast ee er ee Oh, come on, man.
It's Smith is one of the fastest guards in the league.
He may not be one of the best, but it is one of the fastest guards.
It was playing a full court to you.
This is different.
Go home comes to him.
It is a little different, but I would like to see so in art start and sent it up a little bit.
Julius, um, keep Marcus.
Except I think that's a good That's a good balance on offense, defense, and that A little more towards offense.
But I would like that.
Okay, so to say something, we're quick about argument real quick cause I'm gonna get to some storylines of the game. Go ahead.
People talk about science.
Body du r j body man.
This kid is already strong, and it is gonna be scary.
When he gets 23 or 24.
We get some strength.
This cheap man you need to see.
And sure enough, he's gonna be a boot.
This is going to be broken.
I said that last night.
I don't want to argue with Baltimore.
They said of Julius Randle, you know, a satin.
I would like to see the ball more notches in this game.
I want to see him.
One more point guard was well, see.
They did it a little bit at the end of Ah, the game.
Versatile Wizards, right? They had a month's a point guard, um, with him in the laws will train the game.
That's what we got the idea from, right? That's what we got the idea from.
But let's ah, let's take a look at some of the storyline.
Hey, Skies, Who was going to be on the show? So if you have fan of skies, do what you should be, make sure you join us, all right? He's going to be talking.
Next is a big Knicks fan.
So you're gonna wanna you're gonna want to him.
You know me because he's got a lot of opinions, some of his opinions.
Gonna like some of his pain is you're not gonna like but definitely joins as Skye Zoo.
It's gonna be on the show talking.
Nick's next Monday, October 21st at 10:30 p.m.
And while you're waiting for next Monday, go check out the retro Politan album that he has out with Pete Rock.
It's pretty dark Mayor.
It is pretty dope.
No, let's talk about some of the story lines of his game.
Some of the things that at least I think of storylines.
I got six story lines, ladies and gentlemen, six story lines.
But I think we need to pay attention to coming into this preseason game.
So let's look at him storylines.
The 1st 1 to the starting line up the starting line up to me.
We talked about this before the beginning of the season or the beginning of the preseason.
There's no shooting Elford paying assume 40% from the field over two preseason games but still shooting 40% from the field.
Barrett shooting He She was 40% from the field, 43% from the field.
That's not too bad.
36% for three is not too bad.
Most of his shots, though.
He's getting up at the basket, and I'm not saying that's a bad thing.
We like the fact that he knows when to cut out a cut he can get to the basket.
That is good, and he's probably finding more space now than he has in college to get to the basket.
But this team needs somebody.
That starting lineup to spread the floor right that can knock it down from a mid range as well from three now so far is shooting 36% from three.
His mid range has been F eet.
Okay, Marcus Morris.
Obviously, he's shooting 54% from 3 56% from the field, so he spreading the floor out.
He's shooting 33% from 3 45% from the floor.
But Julius Randle is the guy we need to spread the floor.
Four. We need to spend it. Fam.
And then Mitchell Robinson.
He's shooting 30% from the floor.
He's not really getting shocks at the basket.
He's not really involved in the offense right now.
It's just kind of floating out there.
Part of it is because he doesn't have an offensive game.
His game is to be a rim runner right now.
At this moment, his game is to be a rim runner, and then his value was blocking shots on the defense of side, so there's not as cluttered.
It's very cluttered.
There's not a lot of room and teams are not respecting, at least in the preseason.
They are not respecting the next three point shooting, rightfully so because we haven't shown that we can shoot.
So I think that needs to be a change in the starting lineup.
I think we did a lineup that can shoo install one of two guys that can shoot the basketball.
Now, who do they replace? That's the question.
Obviously, RG Bear is gonna be out there on the floor because he's getting 37 minutes again.
We don't want Knicks fans, too.
Have a heart attack. Heart attacks.
Because if you replace Mitchell Robinson and that starting lineup, that's exactly what's going to happen.
He's only soon, 14% from the field, but how do you replace a wit? I guess Dennis Smith, Jr Do you bring dentist? You start Dennis Smith Jr this game.
See if that jump shot is working, you know, experimenting with rotations.
You hurt Fizdale.
You heard it from his mouth last night.
We didn't go back and check my stream last night from last night, he said.
He's still looking at rotations.
He has nothing written down.
He has nothing on paper.
Nothing set in stone, and he'll be looking at rotations going into the season.
Get a lot of guys.
There's a lot of guys that he's got to look at.
789 new players, Man.
There's a lot of players.
Look at, see what they can and cannot do.
I want to see more experiment, experimentation with rotations.
You know, see what you got.
That's how I feel about it. Don't be shy.
Scales don't count yet.
Don't start counting in in a week or so, but they don't count yet.
I see what you got.
That's the reason why I say, Hey, go ahead and put so in R J burying their starting lineup because oh can shoot it.
R J barrack and facilitate.
And he still won't get his when he when he's ready to see how works you see what it looks like you don't like it, then you don't know that's what preseason this for Julius Randle.
We need Julius Randle to make some adjustments to his game.
He's got to get the ball out quicker.
We continue to talk about this.
We talked about it last night.
We talked about a few streams ago.
It's got to get that ball out quicker.
It's gotta recognize and see that double team before it gets there.
When he grabs that ball, he's gotta look and say, Okay, this guy's probably because you know what? I'm holding guy.
He's got to be able to catch the ball, recognize where the double teams are probably going to come from, take a jumble, kick it out to see what they do as they wait for Julius Randle to take that second dribble.
And as he's in the motion of drivel ing fam, the double and triple team comes, which makes it a little bit more difficult for him to kick out.
It's now he's gotta finish that dribble to get the ball up, all right, so now he's got to do something to counteract that right, which means to counteract that, he's got to recognize it.
Take one really strong dribble like it's penetrating, and then get it out right, because if you make one really strong dribble like you're actually committing.
They're gonna collapse because they think your committee.
Then you take it out.
You know, So he doesn't have a lot of time to set up dribbles and stuff like that.
See if you could make those adjustments.
He talked about it in his post practice interview.
You know how he's got a Don't be able to move the ball in those other things that we could make his his teammates better.
We've got a defendant three point line.
Ladies and gentlemen, we did a terrible job defending the three point line.
We got caught on rotations.
A lot of times we got caught deep in the paint and we couldn't get out and close out with time.
We've got to defend that three point line better.
If you're gonna switch switch, make sure you're communicating.
Who's switching? R.
Barrett? That's a great job switching and recognizing the guy that he needs to pick up.
He does a great job doing it, and I have a clip of it.
I'm gonna put it out a great job recognizing win the pickup players and who he needs to pick up Now.
We need somebody back there to be a quarterback.
Oh, our linebacker right, shall now who needs to pick up where and still being able to recognize what his guys.
We need communication like a Who's there? Who's there? We need more guys.
We need talk about it later.
Close out close to the ball. Close out.
Don't let him get that set up easy.
Sometimes we were just so deep into the paint.
Well, we didn't need to be.
There were times when we didn't need to be still in front of the player defensively, but somebody was helping out so deep they kicked it out.
We could goes out with time, so we really gotta work on his.
Ah, defending the three point line.
We also gotta work on transition defense, folks transition defense because we got smacked in transition defense.
A lot of the Washington Wizards with three point baskets came in transition defense.
Where were dropping back and which wrapping back.
So far, we're dropping back to like, a mid range, and they're stopping at the three point line, pulling it up, given him too much space.
We should be guarding that three point line if you're coming down and your guy has the ball.
Pick him up, at least at the three point line.
Don't wait for him to get to the three point line.
A lot of guys gonna pull it up to a three feet back behind the three point line.
So you got a guard, That three point line? What I mean by guarding three point line is somebody's coming down.
You're not below the three point line.
You're on the three point line or above it to pick up the person with the basketball.
You know, say, now I know some guys like a Marcus Morris.
There may be used to looking back to see who's under the basket.
You've got to trust your teammates.
You gotta trust that if you have the ball in front of you, your teammates of guarding the basket.
If it doesn't happen, you talk about it later.
But the ball is the most important.
It's the most important thing T grab.
You've got to stop the basketball and you gotta stop it, especially if you got a guy that you know you can knock it down from three.
Whether you're a guard or big man, you're in transition more than likely.
You gotta pick up whoever is close to you.
You may get stuck on a guard if you're a big man.
If your markets more individually is Randy, you might get stuck on a guard.
Gotta pick up in the right spot, even if they beat you to the basket.
Hopefully, you got some help.
But these guys nowadays, if you let him get hot from three, they're gonna knock it down.
Right? Those are two areas.
Well, where we really got killed from the three bad rotations.
Bad switches too deep in the paint on defense and then transition defense.
Then lastly, Dennis Smith Jr is gonna debut.
His preseason debut is tomorrow, eight o'clock at MSG.
He's gonna face off against Trey Young at some point during the game.
And we all know, you know, we've seen the little highlights in the game that they had in the summer when they played some pickup ball together N ba.
So it's going to be a competitive battle.
Should be a competitive battle against the Ministry of Junior Trey.
Younger should be fun, hoping we're gonna be able to see Dennis Smith Jr shot unveiled.
I don't know if he's going to start, come off the bait. You.
I'm thinking with a face.
He's probably going to come off the bench because it's his first preseason game.
Hasn't been here.
All double Elfrid Payton is shooting well.
He's doing other things well, He is shooting well.
Lucchini likely isn't gonna play, so hopefully we'll get to see Dennis.
Me and Julia show up that jump shot.
Maybe we get a couple of exciting plays.
The Garden is going to be rocking, ready to see Dennis Smith Jr hit the floor.
So those are six storylines to whites coming into tomorrow's game.
Ladies and gentlemen starting lineup experimenting with rotations.
Julius Randle in adjustments, defending the three point line in it and half course that, and in defending the three point line in transition defense and then Dennis Smith junior's preseason debut.
So we'll be looking forward to seeing you.
All of those things, all of those things.
I'll be watching for it.
I'm pretty sure you have some things that you'd like to see some story lines that you wanna watch coming into this preseason game.
Another storyline is Alonso. Trade.
How much how many minutes with Alonso Trig? That's another story.
Now, obviously, me and Tony Crow we couldn't cocked it up.
The idea that Zo could start alongside R. J.
Barrett, See what it looks like? I don't think that's a story.
Line the watch because I don't think David Fizdale is gonna do it.
You're saying you never know.
I have 2246 We have about 20 minutes left to the show.
25 minutes left to the show.
So I got plenty of time for you to get your calls in.
You give me your opinion, tell me what you think.
And I hopefully, you know, the day is winding down for you.
You know, when you're finishing up your work for today and just get the chance to sit back and listen to you.
And if you go into the break room, call in call in.
Just don't get fired, so just don't get fight.
All right again, Ladies and gentlemen, Skies, Who was gonna be on the show? Rapper hip hop artists, guys who was gonna be on the show next one day? Make sure you join us.
You're gonna want to hear with guys who has to say It's a huge New York Knicks fan, you know, saying a huge fan and, um, he gonna like scars.
Ooh, check out this album, Rachel Pilots and Him and Pete Rock was pretty dope man.
Metropolitan Him and Pete Rock Skies to October 21st.

Make sure you've shared this stream right now and, of course, is gonna become a video.
Shared a video, right? Eddie, I'm coming to you, man.
Oh, Dennis Smith Jr.
Let's start with we're gonna go backwards.
I want to start with Dennis Smith Jr.
And then we'll work our way up and talk about three point defense and somebody other stuff.
What do you want to see from Dennis Smith? Junior man? What do you expect from Dennis Smith Jr.
He's going to his.
His preseason debut is going to be tomorrow night Hopefully, we're gonna see that jump shot.
What do you think? Uh, yes.
And like you said, it's gonna be his debut.
I want to see what role is is gonna put them in.
Uh, in his first game.
It's called that way with this.
Please appreciate him.
I don't expect this to ride.
You know him on.
Even all of the other guys will do, like, 30 minutes.
Plus that I don't know if you saw the report, I pose it in.
And then the chap, Frank.
Then it's Kevin knocks Damian Dotson.
And so all practice today on our problem for tomorrow's game.
So no even a couple of minutes for Frank and Damion Dotson and knocks and, you know, share the rotation in the lineups.
You know, Mechem really, really, really.
You know, and and show and really hard.
Uh oh, you know, I hope that this has a good game because, you know, it's a bad it would be really bad thing because it is praised him about this camp and you know him don't have a chance, you know, in the preseason to show off a little bit of France would be would be? No, my bad.
But I think it's gonna have you know that 20 minutes.
If it's fully healthy, we can say that he's gonna have those 2025 minutes to show up.
And I think this might go even with Dennis Smith story over Peyton because they have bad games.
He knows what he can do, you know, with we only have four preseason games at the minimum for the N B.
A requirement this officer put season.
So I don't know what you know about this call that that you only have four games.
But we only have known that that granted game into Perkins on Friday.
So I think you might, you know, uh, scramble with starting a fight.
I think the biggest position toe look for the swamps and change is gonna be the point.
Cart's position? Because I know Alfred That didn't show up like you expected him of this, How I expected them on.
You know, I'm thinking about the rest of the positions, but I don't think you know, Mitch is gonna get benched.
I think that the rest position quite sold it, and I don't see swaps there.
Okay. All right, all right.
Um, it would be interesting to see Dennis Smith Jr Dennis Move junior R.
Barrett in their backcourt together.
That'd be interesting as well.
The only it definitely would.
Let's see who just joined us.
It's a weird game on Gamma was going on, man.
Son was good shot.
Do you foresee? Well, what do you want to see from Dennis? Move, Junior if he plays today every place tomorrow.
So I can't say it again.
I see it kind of I said, Ah, what are you looking to see from Dennis Smith Jr.
If he plays tomorrow? Oh, does my dream wait? I'm looking for in the people to facilitate an offense, right? I want to see Don't.
Things are so last year reports his pick and roll.
Um, Mitch, I know he ran out better than saying guys like Trailer or Woodie eight.
But again, I need to see him be able to facilitate offense.
That means get guys into certain sets given positions.
Find the open man Onda also envious, even be able to shoot the ball of the better off the dribble on the dribble.
No, I mean, awful.
Excuse me. Off the dribble off. Paul.
Um, I need to see more become three point guard.
I don't know, Mr After.
It doesn't have to be that he's making, you know, a bunch of shots were bite me to see.
Doesn't make it right, because last year, and even when we use with the Mavericks who saw a guy who's and if this is gonna be a point guard for that, you get a lot of have the ball in his hands a lot of time, he has to be efficient, and he has to give you a lot of volume, right? Look at the point guards who have a ball in their hands.
Time Chris Paul is You don't necessarily get mad at that because they're so efficient, so smart with the ball.
So if he's been learning from Chris, Paul definitely has Thio.
Those chops, Yes, social facilitation. That's the show.
Better mental, a game.
You can't get down cause a lot of time.
He's very emotional.
He makes a mistake.
You can't let that get him down, right? It's no race. Race would just happen.
Great so Oh, yes.
Have this ability in his head.
Attention, Um, both emotionally and offensively.
Ross to the game.
So that's what I'm saying.
I look from the score, a bunch of points or every shot, but his decision making pheromone.
Okay, so you'll be looking to see, you know, if he's learned anything from Chris Paul, if he's known how to be a facilitator, anything like that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, I think that's that's a good thing to watch for with them.
You know me because that's been a knock on his game.
I'm also going to be looking to see Look, he's going against trade Young.
So he's gonna show up defensively.
So maybe this isn't the game to say, you know, what's he gonna do defensively? Because I think, Yeah, we've seen the last year against the tray.
Young's against the era of Fox.
Guys like that, he shows up defensively.
He's got to do it every single night.
You know, does This is a good start and and also one thing about that allow with a lot of what these guys do now.
Time, especially the point guard's guys trying to show you something you can't get caught into the I'm trying to go to for tat with your young right? You know, the smart point guards, You know, they picked their spots when they want to kind of show off. Course.
You crossed over whatever.
But they don't let that get into the total offense, right? They don't.
They don't basically all right, he scored now. Gotta score the score now.
Gotta score. It's okay. He scored.
But if that or if your defense, when we're coming out offense the defense's and predicate or doesn't dictate that I can go out and kind of bowling and cross over gets a basket, let me not try to force.
That issue is I've seen many times over the years, Especially next as we just take these times, that kind of, like show off, you know, about light.
All right? It's all over LeBron or whatever.
Maybe, you know, we've actually be the heat, whatever, a few months anyway, you know he can't get sucked into that.
I'm gonna go one on one of this guy.
Use that to our advantage of if the cars get hyped and they try to make it a one on one.
You know, dribble, dribble and passage open, Guy, I must try to collapse.
And you know, I mean, I don't get sucked in the moment.
Sure don't get something to that.
You do have a chance to kind of dunk on him or do something.
Then you do it. You take your shots.
But you got to be more mature because that tip attacks up.
Not gonna help you win. Smart.
This isn't making what play making hope she gains.
Not grew to agree with you again.
Well, you know, you could tell that you're at work, and you're probably like it took a little 10 minute break.
Whatever you say.
I don't think you smoked cigarettes, but, you know, some people get, you know, some jobs, all for people, like a 10 minute cigarette break.
They can go take cigarette breaks.
It's all other people like, Well, I don't smoke cigarettes, but I'm still taking a break if they get to take a break so I can tell you at work because you're speaking real soft.
Let me just go over here real quick.
Take this little quick break.
You know, saying a time in real quick speaking so real soft.
You see, we see.
Listen, does first.
Because you see that? That's after we see after we save these bombs.
As giants we gave him, we give him some life, and now he gets on my work.
So look, I'm in the office.
Is will anyone hear my sound? Boisterous and I'll look, but let's see. Let's see. This is what I'm saying.
This is what I'm saying, right? Usually, beautifully.
You see what I'm saying? You see it? Don't say write it like that.
But he said, You see what I'm saying? This guy soon maybe you really quiet.
You know you don't want to get caught.
I feel, you know, on which I would have done the same exact thing.
I've been the same exact thing, man.
I would be real quiet.
You give me a call.
That is a gentleman.
51645246 I say I'm coming to you right down, man.
And like I said, I had to go outside So you don't get caught.
Yes, I give five.
Now you get far.
That set up the game with off boy boisterous.
I could tell you in the office of that using the S A T words.
Man was coming back.
I just want to see this.
Ah, 2020 minutes.
Officious flooring auto.
Just like in this defense to be up the part.
He's playing Trey Trey over plans already versus Dennis wandering eyes and played pro basketball.
And over a few months, So we gotta, you know, don't publicity will blow the expectations.
I want to see a cool, efficient 10 to 12 points and Denis Reggie 10 10 to 12 point sufficiency.
Let's see you move the boss messing with the ball.
Well, um, make the right place, get people open with this passing.
Just affect the game more than just scoring. I do.
Like I said, I want to see a cool tenants.
It's gonna be crazy.
I know the defense gonna be resting, So don't If he gets blown past me with, don't overreact.
He hasn't played a professional game.
And over watch 45 months, five months.
Maybe he's been Woz.
I mean, he has to play the professional game since April.
So people gotta take it Listen, man.
Take it easy, man.
Then it hit me like, say, Doc Straight Young's been playing.
So, you know, just take it easy.
I don't expect too much.
I just want to see, like what? Give? Mom was saying with the passing interview work for Chris.
Paul, Listen, if you will go with Chris Paul, we don't put some expectation of you.
I want to see some better past, you know? So better passing good official points. That's it.
Nothing too crazy from Dennis with his first game back, you expect? Do you expect limited minutes? Um, 20 minutes.
I don't see him going past.
I'll be shocked if he does. 25.
22 minutes would be to me, the max 23 to be the max for Dennis Smith Jr in his first game back.
I know you don't want I don't want to re anger reinjure anything or get something no, cramped up.
Okay. The matters.
Um, let's go to that three point defense isn't.
Yeah, I said, let's go to that three point defense.
How did fixing it is that the Washington Wizards, with 19 for 41 or whatever it WAAS, right? How you fixing it? And I say is gone.
So I go over here and I'll get, uh, I get Andy up.
Andy, how be fixing that three point defense, man? I was laughing, man, because, you know, when I was supposed to talk about Tonto Yeah, I could hear you guys.
I got both of you guys.
I got both of you guys live.
But you must be walking through a bad area something, man, because now you're breaking up on us.
But go ahead, Andy.
Yeah, well, you know what? They gotta stop corrupting, you know? Then go.
Hey, I'll open it back up for him, okay? Yeah.
Like I said, I think they're gonna let the guy know collapse and, you know, down down low to the paint, because I notice that they really go, you know, did a post to help out the big guys.
I'm talking about the cards, and that's why they leave the guys open.
Well, when we have Mitch, I don't know.
I think that's not quite necessary.
I think you know we gotta live with Mitch.
can know defend down in the post.
Uh, like you said that there really hurt from the three point line and that's been going on from the whole last season.
So I would advise them just, you know, not to drop off their guys.
Oh, you know, so So back away.
Just you know that That how the rule is supposed to be just drop off the guy.
You know that much, you know, come upto them goes out.
Well, your speed sold.
Yeah, I know, right? So let me ask you that.
Like you said, it's been going on since last season.
Now we have an entire new line up.
Yeah, and we see the same exact problem against the Wizards and game too.
So is it Is it the defense of scheme? It might be? That gets a scheme.
I think you know, the guards are device.
When when the big guy gets the ball in the post, I think they're a device just to, you know, pull back off their guys just to try to put a hand in so he doesn't have a chance to dribble.
And, you know, sometimes that step or two, it's enough for the shooter to take that three point when the takeout is good.
Andi, No, that's that's a deadly thing.
Let me get to a phone call. Will quit.
Live with nothing but necks was popping.
You there? Yeah, I was going on with you, man.
How you feeling? I'm doing good.
Good, good, good.
So tell me, man, uh, Dennis Smith Jr is gonna play his preseason debut tomorrow.
How you feeling about that? Um, I'm excited.
Um, I want to see how he developed his shot because I heard he changed over the summer, and I want to see how it translates into his game.
Now, if if he has if his three point if he's able to knock down a three point shot, the mid range From what I've seen in some of this, the some other videos.
You know, early in the summer, there was some videos of him shooting and look good.
Then they saw them shooting free throws.
Somebody took a video of him shooting free throws.
He still had kind of a hitch, you know? So we're going to see how it's developed. Hope leads.
I don't care if he has a hitch it Nice long.
This is going in.
How do you think is gonna impact the team? Um, it's gonna It's gonna give the team or opportunity, because if Hiss freed Oh, shooting, shooting, it's better.
People are gonna want to follow him because if he starts getting to the line, that's gonna just especially when the team needs in the most and he gets fouled and it's those two big redos shots that's that's gonna be important.
So Frito Shooting and mid range and three point and they're gonna all be important for him because we all know he could dunk.
Go on with that.
But that shooting that may be important for you.
Now, let me ask you because like guys in the chat are saying right now, Chick George Chen, they're both saying trade Young is gonna test the perimeter defense.
He's gonna test out three point defense, and we know based on last game, we were terrible.
How do we defend Trey Young tomorrow? I mean, I know it's preseason, but let's use some strategy out there.
It's time to start using strategy.
We just got a couple of games left in preseason.
How do we defend their young? Well, I think I would put Berry entree on and not Smith.
We could see the heat guard.
Hello? Yeah, Barry could guard.
Um, I feel like if we put him onto a young first that we do some switches on Trey.
I think that might be able t o, um, kind of hold him from making all the three point is that we know he could make her.
Do you think Barry is fast enough to keep him out the paint? I think he might be, um when it looks like he's pretty fast what I see from the Barrett.
I think he's fastened at the guard, Trey.
That'll be interesting to watch, because that could be something.
Listen, at some point, he's going to guard him, you know? I mean, they're going to switch off big, and they're going to guard him, so that would be interesting to see.
Good. Take good tape.
Now, Anything else you want to add? Real quick fire.
Um, no, no, I'm good.
We'll have a good rest of your day proceeding.
So, huh, That's good.
I'm not sure if he's fast enough.
I'm not sure if r j bad is fast enough.
The guard Trey Young, you know, But, hey, it's preseason test that man out 80.
What do you think, man? Ah, they call those names, Mr Harris.
He just He said, uh, put R j bear entree young.
Well, you know, if I was you, I would think about using that box and one of the most call if I called it correctly.
You played a funeral for one defense.
But you don't drop off a young even for a second.
And you can throw multiple no multiple guys on that.
We've been trying Frank for a couple of minutes.
You can try dentist called a couple of minutes. You can try. Artie.
Alot of those guys are bigger and more physical than the trade, so I think they got no bumping him off a little bit.
Bruise them and, you know, horses preseason.
But I gotta try things that might be using in the season.
Now, ghostwriter says four stray young to the basket, you know, force him into Mitch.
That's a strategy that's a strategy.
But then do we do we chance, Mitch and I know it's preseason game, but, you know, if you you know, if you use that strategy in A in a real season game now, are you chancing that Mitch is going to get into foul trouble because you're forcing? Well, I guess if you're if this is how you gain playing the adm, it should be ready.
If this is what your game plan that you practiced it, admit should be ready.
What you think about that, you know, another solution has been always being because Trey Young always tries to play on the pick and roll and get get off screen when he had the ball.
Oh, just trapped him and let the other guys beat you.
No, no, just traveling, you know, and stay on him with both guys and then rotate the defense and try, you know, not to get beat by the other guys. Yeah.
Listen, let me tell you what that really, really works.
At least on a you high school A You let it really, really works.
You know, maybe you trapped you immediately trap that ball handler because in a you level.
There's not a lot of shooters.
High school level air. You level.
Not a lot of good shooters.
Ah, sometimes your big man, it's clumsy.
Can't catch the ball stuff like that.
It could work in the N b A two.
But you gotta have smart defenders that able to play those passing lanes and play the gaps.
If you're gonna track that ball, handle off that pick and roll and you got a better play. The gaps.
Let me get to another phone call Will come back to you on this call.
The young live with nothing but necks was apartment.
What else was going on, man, How you feeling? You know, everybody saying six months after that is only good.
Okay, listen, you gotta use you got a beautiful our Julius Randle.
You want to be off start? He got a solo, but to make the playoffs yesterday to make that next Dia's, they gotta start tomorrow.
Have to start is not so OK, so you say he has to start.
I mean, you don't even want to get my chance to just get his first.
You know, I just get his feet wet right, Frank, I gotta go.
Give me Give me a 1st 2nd round on a pair, right? Gotta go.
Okay, But let's go back.
But I want to go back to Dennis Miller Jr for a second.
You say he has to start tomorrow, right? Gonna get Barron tomorrow by traders.
He's gonna get better.
They They have to start the way.
We have to keep the Okay, so but so you telling me that? You telling me that Dennis Smith Jr is a better defended and l for pain? You know, better, defender.
But what? You tell me what pain brings? I mean, no, I'm just saying, because you said pay is going to get burned, right? Bye bye.
So what do you mean? That pay is not gonna be in a match.
Him offensively? Is that what you're saying? Yes, sir.
Okay. Ain't gonna get burned.
Media data start is a R J.
Luke Randall Mitchell.
I want that starting lineup for the presidency.
Randall Randall takes that place that he said that I'm gonna be a star.
We will make the playoffs.
Time itself in a spartan Think that compels that we can Ah, see.
And this I am gonna be doing MBA preview is a matter of fact.
When skies, who was on the show? You know, saying we're gonna run down and look at, you know, team, you know it'll be a preview, but let's see who I think you know has a chance of making the eighth spot you got.
Milwaukee's going to be the playoffs for sure, right? Philadelphia is gonna be in the playoffs.
Boss is gonna be in the playoffs. That's three.
Indiana is gonna be in the playoffs. That's four.
Brooklyn's gonna be in the playoffs.
I think you're going to make the playoffs.
We're going to be in the playoffs.
Toronto, I think, is going to make the playoffs at seven.
Orlando could make the playoffs.
Miami could make the playoffs.
You better than Orlando.
I don't know better than our land.
I got to worry about January.
We should know if we make in the house.
But General, that's true.
By January, we'll have a good idea, because remember, man looking at the schedule, we got a real, real tough schedule in from the Miller November to December.
We got a super tough schedule.
It's a crazy schedule.
We had survived that schedule right there Happens every year to year.
The year with Derrick Rose.
Carmelo KP, everybody.
Phil, you man, Just give me a second.
Stay on the line.
Stay on the line.
I'm gonna go over this because it's brutal is really is brutal, man.
And, you know, we got to survive this stretch and we survive this stretch without being too deep under 500.
We might be okay.
I I'm gonna bring this on over here so we could say, Look at this schedule.
This is December.
We're gonna start this about December 20th.
November 20. I'm sorry.
So November 20th looking at our schedule, we played Philadelphia November 20th.
Then we play San Antonio November 23rd then broken November 24 Toronto November 27 Philadelphia, November 29 Boston December 1st, Indiana December 7th, Portland December 10th Golden State on December 11th Sacramento on December 13th and in Denver again on December 15th in Sacramento.
Will they make the place? We don't know about stresses.
It's not gonna be easy, but we're going to see man.
We definitely see.
We'll see. We'll see.
I appreciate the call, Bo.
All right, later.
These gentlemen, I got about two minutes left, so I'm gonna Andy real quick.
And then it'll be about a hit.
Anyone? Diane shuffled the lineups are really, really big.
And plant a game a CZ They said for also that this is you, like, like to call it storylines and some bother around endgame.
On what? Let's cross our fingers for a win.
It's not know that the biggest thing, but, you know, and over, you know, a state fair. That loss.
Yeah, you're right about that.
I will talk to you later. My ghetto.
It's what's popping.
Give me real quick going on that.
I worry. I'm good.
Got about 30 seconds broken about out here.
I've got to make a real short what we have to do.
At least for the pre season.
I think we should for doj um, the other caller, we do have to take a chance.
But Latina, with whom the starting line up with him did J Look, that's already lined up to begin with anythin spacing because I see Julius Randle in the boat.
There's not much, you know, good shoes on that starting lineup.
I think we should put Knox in the starting lineup as well.
And have you come to the bench? But, um, just to test it out because, um, in order to stop Trey Young used to put Kim is gonna be playing.
But, um, that's right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But, hey, I appreciate it may appreciate the cold.
I'm appreciate the corporal piece.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, I'm about to head up out of here, my man and you will see is tell me to check my twitter.
Um, not you know, I'm looking.
I don't know what we're looking for.
Um Frank Neela Keen.
I do see in Bagley that frankly Latina Dennis, Virginia Kevin knocks Alonso trade all practice today and our probable to play in Atlanta tomorrow.
So maybe Frank Miller Tina will die.
So that's a quick update from And beg Lee, all these young guys from Latina Dennis Smith, Jr.
Kevin knocks along just ready all practice tomorrow.
So hopefully we get a chance to see them guys out there on the floor.
I'm saying maybe Well, we will get a chance to see um, Dan Smith Jr.
And Frank Miller Keenan together.
That's what we've been waiting for that we'd wait for that.
So that's good. That's good.
It's gonna be interesting to see what those lineups look like tomorrow.
