And for 2 53 which took place last Thursday, and UFC 2 55 which took place on Saturday course one championship had some results.
The Post is well and Invicta FC 43.
Yep, they were also, uh, cooking on Friday night on UFC Fight Pass course.
You know, we love other sports.
We try to do some mentions along the way.
It was a good weekend for the Garcia household in terms of the teams we represent.
So why not? Why not bust your balls balls? Because our teams were hot, Man, you saw what l A did this past summer and fall.
Anyway, listen back to M.
A. We're gonna, you know, talk about those two events.
We had two titles that were defended successfully, and then we also had an advancement in the featherweight Grand Prix over a belt or so big big news there.
And of course, there's other needs to touch On a swell.
For example, show gun man.
He's thinking of retiring, and Dana White wasn't fighting them on it.
So we'll see what happens there.
But the pride stars, they're running out.
Folks, if show gun were to retire, we only have ouster over him with someone who kind of built a career at pride and on a technicality, fighters that fought at pride.
I could only think of two others.
And that's Nick Diaz, who did a cameo, and Robbie Lauder.
Uh, that era actually might come to a close last week.
We're talking WBC that still has a little bit of light of a lifeline, but kind of said, anyway, that Mark Ratner.
He is a V p at the UFC.
He's actually in two other hall of Fames to Boxing Hall of Fames.
But now he's going to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame, a government and regulatory affairs vice president, their good friend of the show.
Hey, got he got word that he'll be nominated.
And don't ask me when that's going to take place because traditionally happens on International Fight Week, which, of course, passed in July.
We didn't have it because of the pandemic, and they thought back then that maybe October something was gonna go down on, and I say that only because I had a little intel from fighters only in their world and the May awards that kind of like the piggy back and and, you know, do it all on the same week.
But course October is coming on.
Who knows at this point, honestly, just send us our best media source trophy writers only, and we'll just, you know, we'll look at 2021 see what's up, all right.
And then, lastly.
20 Ferguson Charles Oliveira That set that set, as is Davidson.
Figueredo versus Brandon Marino, The two guys that actually one on this Saturday's car.
They're gonna go in three weeks at U. S. C.
2 56 So it's kind of a whole mess.
It's kind of interesting, but it's all you know.
It's all part of this wacky sport of M a.
All right, folks, buckle up.
It's made junkie radio on the Monday November 23rd back in 10 seconds, well goes, Look, let's go in sequential order because I don't mind talking about this guy. A.
McKee, a belt or 2 53 on Thursday made quick work of their in Caldwell.
He advances to the finals of Bell towards Grand Prix in the other bracket.
The week before, of course, we found out that Emanuel Sanchez and Patricia People, Freddie.
They would be in the other semi final, with the winner now advanced in the Face A.
McKee, $1 million at stake and a pretty high featherweight standing.
If you look at the USA Today sports and MM, a junkie rankings were Pit Bull and A J.
Get a lot of love talk about that fight.
Talk about the greatness that is a Jay McKee.
I'm trying to tell people outside the UFC there's some really, really good fighters that we all just need to take a note of.
He's one of them.
Yeah, it was an insane performance.
I mean, the dude's got the benefit of that blueprint that his father can lay down.
You know, his father has been through just about everything in the sport of mixed martial arts and had a little stint with the UFC as well.
Um, not to mention just the wrestling that he's had instilled in him since day one.
But a Jay McKee is just one of those complete mixed martial artists.
Um, and you could see that from the moment when he was put on his back and the way he just operated so calm and cool and set up his choke.
Pretty insane, man.
I mean, he was I'm even Josh Thompson.
Excuse me, Josh Thompson and B B J M Big John McCarthy.
They were even noting, and you know, when when the submission was being applied that there could be some danger.
But it's not often seen, you know, And I think they were as surprised, you know, at at the submission itself.
For one look called was a former champion.
He was the belt or bantamweight champion.
Let me see two times prior to want our chill out of the current champion.
Um, Caldwell lost the Yogi Kyoji Horiguchi Horiguchi had to vacated.
And then it was one by one. Archuletta.
So he's won a major title.
He's done great in the world of wrestling.
He's comfortable on the ground.
But a Jay McKee man.
I mean, that guy's just complete, and that submission was so smooth, you know, he wasn't even breathing hard and he looked very confident.
And then, you know, once he saw that he had some torque there on the neck.
I mean, he went for it.
Doctor has got to be careful with a Jay McKee.
Because for us as cool the kid that he is, he makes it very clear that he wants to get paid, you know, even going back to the check that he wrote himself when he was a kid and just wanting to compete against the best they need to make that kid happy.
And they need to keep bringing people over over there to vote for for him to fight.
Because I would hate for somebody like that to get through their contract and then leave and go somewhere else because Bela Tor really put a lot into him.
And I think it was the perfect place for a J to develop his skills.
But I would want to hold on to a guy like that.
Yeah, he could reach Fodor s status.
Where? Okay, so I'm not a NIOC.
But most of the world thinks I'm number one.
He could, and Pitbull could too much respect to him.
He's a champ champ.
But whether he keeps handling his business as well, and so obviously these two could possibly collide.
We also got a give our dude Emmanuel Sanchez.
He might upset the whole party.
But yeah, these air two very, very good featherweights.
And that's why you see them high up there on the USA Today sports and ever made junkie rankings.
We even talked about that on last week's rankings report.
Uh, you know, pitbull, man.
Elsewhere on the card, Jason Jackson beat Benson. Henderson.
Benson moved upto 1 70.
I think it was just for this card.
Picked up a paycheck.
Look at welterweight if he's kind of been about a 500 fighter, but you could just tell these outside at lightweight.
Of course, he's a legend.
He's won the WBC title, the UFC title, and now he's gonna be contending for the belt or title at some point when that gets rectified.
I mean, I think football can be in two places at once.
He's got Sanchez ahead of him.
If he wins that, he's got McKee ahead of him.
So where we went looking at about another year or nine months to a year before we figure out what happens there.
But Benson definitely needs to go to 155.
Joey Davis stays undefeated.
He defeated Bobby Lee, Raytheon Stotts defeated.
Good friend of the show, Keithley.
That was your main card on the problems.
We have Jeremy Kennedy also from Xtreme Couture picking up a wind baby slice dropped his fight.
All right, let's move this Saturday.
Davison Figueredo defended his belt against Alex Perez.
It all ended pretty quickly.
But, man, they went at it.
They went at it and I liked some of the things Perez was doing.
I didn't mind him actually going for the take down.
I imagine he rehe****d taking him down and maybe having to fight off guillotines.
And he just, you know, he's to come to this one.
But, you know, they he started.
They started kicking each other's legs a couple times, they were throwing some punches.
I was really liking the pace of it.
I don't mind that Davidson figure out a one.
Ah, I just wanted to see maybe 10 more minutes of action, and then whoever wins wins, because I was I'm high on the fly lights and I just think they were really, really performing.
Yeah, it was a great scrap and, you know, like all right, I was seeing some people saying he's taking it to Figueredo and I agree that he was being aggressive, which is what you need to do with Davidson Figueredo.
But the thing about Figueredo was he had an answer for everything as well.
That's what made that's so impressive.
Any position he was put in, he basically had a counter to it.
And that's where it came down to the choke.
You know, that That was pretty, uh, pretty nice that he was able to put everything together and do that and stay calm because that attack was pretty nasty.
You know, it was he was being challenged.
And really, as soon as that fight was over, all I could think about And this is what the beauty is of having, um, Royal and Moreno on the undercard is just to really good performances.
And now you just get to match them up together.
I couldn't wait for that.
But even outside looking in George, the one thing that kind of stayed in my mind was Man, I would like to see Demetrious Johnson face this guy Demetris Davis.
Yeah, You know, that was a big debate.
I was doing the rankings yesterday.
Late last night and I was trying to spell it out for the team that What do we do? Because this is technically figure. It does.
First title defense if you all recall when he beat just the pain of it is the first time.
Uh, that fight officially went down in the books, but Davison didn't make weight on Lee.
Benavidez was eligible to make weight, but because of the head.
S C decided well, that probably led to the finish.
Let's make them fight again.
So it was vacant when Davison wanted when he beat Benavidez the second time.
There wasn't no contest, by the way, it was still ruled the wind, but the use he kind of on their own did the matchmaking where he wanted.
They wanted those guys to meet up again.
So Davis and won the vacant title in July.
And this is his first title defense.
And, like goes is saying the news is out.
He's already he's already gonna defend Brandon Marino in three weeks.
A whole other story there.
But back to what you were saying, Uh, Demetris, 11, 6 years without a loss, 11 title defenses, Does he just give up the number one ranking.
Look, what has he done since losing the Henry Cejudo? Ongoing the one he won their Grand Prix to put them in a position to fight the undisputed champion, which is Adriana my ass and one championship hasn't able to.
One championship hasn't been able.
Thio get going like the UFC has Onley recently, the U F.
C s got half a year lead on them and maybe all the other promotions as well.
So they've been ableto get fights going, and Davidson's been ableto benefit from that.
He fought once in Florida, once in Abu Dhabi happened Dad.
So he's chasing him.
He's gaining on him, but it's 11 title defenses toe one title defense.
It's Ah, very patted resume against what looks to be a promising fighter.
I think Demetra still holds the number one spot.
In my opinion, I think that they but Figueredo 18 1 inches 9 36 months goes Demetrious Johnsons only foreign one in the last 36 months.
So that in activity, you know, you gotta, like balance it a little bit.
What do you like? Title defenses, win streaks, A flashy record.
What do you put into your You know, your liquid fire? I guess you put in all the ingredients to come up with some sort of a juice.
Well, what goes in yours when you decide who were the goats? Who are the pound for pound? That's a little bit of what we have.
We have criteria that we meet at USA Today sports and I'm a junkie, and it's not easy when it comes to something like that.
But look, in three weeks, I think in three weeks Davidson Figueredo can really, really make the claim for the number one spot that will be two title defenses.
An amazing record on again, the in activity from D J Side.
And remember, when D.
J does fight much respected Adriaan um, rise.
But he's not ranked in the top 15.
He may be right around the top 20.
So is it a quality win? Yeah, probably.
But is it along the lines of what Figueredo is fighting? Benavidez twice Marino Perez Top five guys who let's talk to duplicate so dependent there, huh? It is another belt, though.
That that is nice.
It is another belt.
Yeah, uh, alright.
So let's unpracticed again.
Figueredo defeats Alex Press.
He got on via guillotine, different from Major McKee.
He had a neck crank if I wasn't specific there the two days before.
All right, so figure Eto wins.
Marino beats Royal like Go stated in the prelims.
And Marino, whose quietly been a little bitter over getting passed over in the title shot.
You know, picking order.
Uh, he's been smiling, but he hasn't been too happy about it because he hasn't even really been given a reason why when figure out oh, beat ven Evita's.
It kind of looked like a two horse race, but with Marino having the edge, he knows them out.
You know, when you just look at who was running ahead of who, and they said, Nope, it's neither one of you is Cody Guard Brand.
But I think both guys said, Well, he is Cody guard Brad.
He is a former champion with a big name will step aside.
That's Perez and Marino.
Then Cody Garbrecht couldn't go and boy, I don't know if you guys have seen what he's going through.
He got Corona as well, right goes that stem from Verona he was saying, Wow, that injury or whatever and the blood clots hope you get well, Cody, seriously, they're looking for a return for him next spring.
But when he bowed out of that fight, Marino thought, Okay, I'm next note. They gave it to Perez.
So Marino just did his best and said, All right, I guess I'm fighting Royal.
And so that's what he did.
He beat Royal Royals.
Shoulder went out.
Marina was in a good position toe.
Possibly finish at that point anyway, I don't know.
I don't know how the fight would have turned out, because once once Royal got his shoulder popped in by coach Mark Montoya looked like he could have gone again.
So regardless, the chips fell the way they did.
Two guys fought and won rather quickly.
Their health is intact.
Guess what? They're turning it back and they're running it back on December 12 at U. S. C. 2 56.
Do you have a problem with that? Goes hell no, that's the way it's supposed to be.
I thought that was dope.
Both guys came out relatively unscathed.
I mean, we have toe.
We have to assume because, remember, we've had a lot of people on the show where they fought on Saturday.
And it's not till, like, Monday or Tuesday where they go.
Hey, something's off.
You know, it takes a while, but they look like, relatively.
They came out unscathed from their fight.
Hell, yeah. Let's do it.
I love matchmaking like that.
Yeah, Look, I'm not hating it.
I'm not gonna finish the show and then go over to the U C headquarters and pick it.
I'm not gonna pick up the fight, but what I don't like is quick.
I mean, you toe win a UFC title is supposed to be a big deal.
Should be a big deal to the promotion.
To give that belt to a fighter should be a big deal for the fighter.
But there's just no way around it.
We've done 3000 shows, 3100 plus shows.
We've gotten to know a lot of fighters who have told us a lot of stuff on air and off the air.
So we've ac***ulated a lot of knowledge over the years.
You need to decompress after a fight.
What I mean by that the rest the the weight of this pressure that you have, especially at that level, is off.
You know, you, you know, that's why they go and they pop bottles of champagne and, you know, in party.
And they say, I'm remember Rondo used to have a bucket of wings ready to go.
Uh, imagine, You know, Joe Rogan joked that Davidson figure out.
It looked like he was 1 50 that night. £150.
He weighed 125 the day before.
To make weight, he goes, he looks like he's 1 50 more than likely is probably between 1 41 45 eso He's gonna have no chance to relax, decompress and properly build up his next title defense.
All because the UFC needs to fill that void because Peter Yang is out of his fight versus Algemeen sterling.
I think Davidson Figueredo has every right to go.
That's your problem, You know, um, it's the way cut.
It's the way Could is the biggest thing.
You know, like Ken Ken, Can the u.
C take care of it? But just by just saying Hey, look.
All right, We'll pay you more money.
You happy? I mean, usually most of us go away.
You know, the old day for for 100 grand.
Would you take a shot, Thio deliver from Mike Tyson? Yeah, sure.
Oh, you crumble forward.
You got paid blah, blah, blah.
But this is This is a professional is a proper professional sport.
You know, that kid has to go, and the diet it's has to start right now.
And here we go again, you know? I don't know.
Would I have liked it in January? Right below Connor McGregor, and just employ What is it, 23rd or some like that? Sure.
You know, I think that seems pretty good to me, but in three weeks, I don't know.
It seems like a lot with the body through man.
But here's the other thing George is I think, knowing right away those fighters aren't going to do that. Normal.
All right, now I'm gonna go eat whatever the hell I want and all that.
They're just gonna kind of remain where they're at.
So I don't think that way cuts gonna be that brutal as opposed to what happens to fighters.
Usually the second their fights over, they go out.
They do whatever they want.
Thanksgiving, all kinds of stuff, I think with both of them knowing right away, they probably instead of today being Monday, yesterday, Sunday, going out and partying and all that.
I think they just kinda maintain in that same spot.
I can't remember who it was the other day we interviewed a fighter and they and they had said, because I knew right away I was just able to kind of stay in that same spot and it wasn't as bad.
But okay, the thing that kind of sticks out for me, that's a little maybe troubling.
As great as all this is, Davidson Figueredo wins this fight.
Now who now what do you do right like that? That division needs a little bit more help.
Um, and I mentioned Demetrious Johnson and another name I wanted to throw out that I kind of missed you.
Is Henry Cejudo.
You know, I would love to see how Henry Pseudo does against Davidson Figueredo, but he's got to get through Brandon Moreno first, and I think that's gonna be Justus tough as a fight.
Um, but I don't know.
I just figured out it looks really, really tough to me, man.
He has the same thing that a J.
McKee has in the sense that he just always looks calm and nothing ever seems to really get to him.
I really don't understand, man.
Alex Perez was tough.
Dude, Alex Perez was really taking it to him.
And you know what's interesting about this fight was I correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I mean, there couldn't have been too many of these.
But this could have been a chance for a Dana White contender Siri's alum, to win a championship, right? Yeah, that would have been a series, too, especially with the ultimate fighter coming back.
And we we talk about the influences that seasons one through three.
Had there's, there's gonna be some Hall of Famers that came out of those seasons, you know? So what? What has Dana White's contender Siri has been able to produce? And we've I think we can all agree they've been able to produce quality fighters with one thing they haven't produced yet is a champion.
And that was the chance for that to happen.
So I would love to see how this press get another shot for the down the line.
Brandon Roy will, I think can also do it.
But I don't know what we do right now.
Well, going back to this move of figure 80 versus Marino, you say you like it.
I love the matchup.
I can't wait, you know? But I can wait.
Told January E just don't like the timing.
I it's It's so forced that the UFC feels like they have toe have a belt on the line.
Um, I think they can honestly look at their partners ESPN Who, by the way, handle all the paper view and just go.
What do you want? Peter Yang is out.
Remember tomorrow Husband was originally gonna defend here, gets burned.
And Peter Yang and Algemeen Sterling was the was the new headliner.
And then yon pulled out.
It's like, what do you want? You know, I mean, that this is the best we could do, but I don't think we could do this to our athletes.
You know what I mean? They you know, especially during the pandemic.
I got imagine man like you just kind of wanted, like, be over and done with again.
The UFC can go Look here, Marino.
I know you always wanted to fight for a world title.
Instead of 100 grand, We're gonna give you 200 grand or whatever.
Whatever the math is, I don't know.
And I'm sure he's gonna go. ****. Okay.
Yeah, the money is great, but man, I Onley have two weeks to prepare for that mother****er right here.
That beast Davidson Figueredo, the one Georgian goes just discussed who might be on par with Demetrious Johnson.
The one Georgian goes just said, Wow, it be interesting if Henry Cejudo were to fight them, You know? I mean, that is a monster over there.
What kind of preparation will I have for him? You know, because I say two weeks because it's in three.
But the last week, you're not really training.
You're basically just cutting weight.
You know, I I don't know.
And then if Marino loses, hopefully he can negotiate something like, Hey, look, I'll do this.
But if I grab if things don't go well and I grab a couple wins, please put me in line to try it again, because just this just doesn't seem This doesn't seem fair, you know what I mean? Like, um, that's That's not the way I grew up in combat sports.
I usually grew up with proper training camps that led to a certain date on the camp, starting with boxing, where it was like anywhere from 3 to 6 months, I guess to Mm, a same thing.
But now this quick turn around like that.
E don't know, man.
I don't look at the MBA goes Look at the n B A and e p l.
They stopped mid season sent everybody home for the pandemic.
Be with their families.
Listen to the experts.
Stay safe, We'll let you know.
And then, behind the scenes, the MBA created a bubble and then the e p l.
They did their their testing.
Not just DPL, the Spanish league, Germany.
They did what they could.
Germany had the best numbers out of the big countries that promote soccer in Europe.
And so the Bundesliga started getting going quicker with no fans, you know, they created team bubbles, I guess.
And But what happened? They didn't just go come back man you're playing on Saturday? No.
We're gonna have a little bit of a mini training camp and get you ready.
They told these guys stay ready, but a little bit of a deal there, and then they lead to a Champions League final.
Those leagues finished up in, you know, in the summer.
But then the Champions League, which usually finishes somewhere around May and finished in in, uh, in August, you know, everything got put back.
Same thing with the MBA.
They got put back.
And now the MBA wants to restart stars like LeBron.
James was saying, Hey, man, relax.
We just did this.
You know what I mean? Like, let's figure out a schedule that works for both of us, and that's what I'm saying.
Can we figure out something that works for both parties? I guess the U. S. He said, no.
We have to have a title fight.
I don't see why.
I don't think that many more people will buy.
You see 2 56 because figure it on Marino are on it.
I mean, they just booked Ferguson versus Oliveira.
That's pretty legit on the FCS part.
That's that that that good headline? You know what I mean? It's not for a title, but they're too great lightweights, You know what I mean? So I wish they weren't so married to.
We gotta have a title.
We gotta have a title.
We gotta have a title.
I don't like that.
I hear you, man.
I think both guys, I don't think they're being pushed into it or, you know, I really do think they wait out the options and said I can do this.
You know, this is where young guys I think they can.
But the one thing I do want to add to what you said there were a lot of people that were kind of ****ting on this card a little bit about not buying it and all that.
I want to give props, soda, Moreno and Figueredo because what they did is they fought, their ass is off.
They put on great performances.
And I think enough for anyone who maybe was at a friend's house instead or didn't pay for this paper view.
If I were them, they made me want to buy a future pay per view of theirs.
They gave me that type of performance to go.
**** next time I see those guys on the card, I gotta buy that.
Does those liver? I thought they did great in that regards.
And then just to touch on the n b A that you brought up.
I mean, we're sports fans. We love sports.
But I had thought about something and tell me if I'm crazy.
I agree with LeBron.
What they asked the MBA players to do and live in that bubble and be away from their family.
That's tough is really tough.
But what stops them from doing half of the season and then taking maybe a hiatus of three weeks or something and then coming back and finishing this season? Well, soccer does that.
Actually, Thebe plz only lead that doesn't and, ah, lot of the players that have played in those other leagues and then come to the PL say yes, That would be a good thing.
So we've gotten it from players and coaches alike.
Um, you know the players already at top notch? Um, you know, physical fitness and so on their own.
I think they do a little bit of some light training just so that they don't just, you know, sit there any pizza and drink beer or whatever.
Eso Yeah, I think it would be great.
I think it's great mentally, physically recharges the batteries a little bit.
And, um, you know, it's no different from, I guess, with winter break like when we used to go to school number.
You get two weeks off for Christmas when you come back and you're ready to hit the books.
And I guess these guys were ready toe run the fields, you know? But I did want to say one So I would be in favor of something like that for the MBA, for sure.
Um, But I mean, I guess what I would do is just make the All Star break even longer because the All star break, like I think you play on a Sunday and no, how's this work? You play through like Thursday or Wednesday, and then everyone goes home.
And then they got the skills and the rookie game.
And then Sunday's the game so I would maybe lengthen it off of that play off of that, I think would be pretty nice.
Um, yeah, not a bad idea.
I didn't want to say this.
What if Figueredo Moreno had said No? Can't do it.
I don't think they know.
Like, would have said, I'm gonna remember that mother****er.
I'm gonna remember that.
Maybe he But he may have.
He may have, you know, just said really for sure.
What? I think it would have been a little pressure, but I think he would have realized that is really, really soon.
You know what I mean? And so then what would you have done? He's still would have had on UFC 2 56.
Unless Unless he would have text either one of us.
Right now I'm going. No *****es.
If I don't have a title fight, it is no pay per view.
We're just calling it a fight night.
And that's that.
Well, then I guess I guess that's that.
And I guess they miss out on that payday of ESPN gives you see a certain amount of money for each pay per view, and then they collected You know, the money off everybody.
So who knows? Maybe that's the part.
We we just don't get behind the scenes, and that's why the UFC has toe calculate the math and go.
Okay, we're gonna get this from ESPN.
Were willing to write these amount of checks, but we got to get something in here, but the B m f I mean, that was with mas at all.
That wasn't for a title.
That was the main event.
I was gonna ask this question for our spending back segment that we record today.
Um, with Davison Figueredo and Brandon Marino.
You're right. It is a quick turnaround.
But do you believe that the quick turnaround benefits one fighter? And if it does, which fighter do you think it benefits? Because I'm gonna make this argument when you're the champion.
Any other guy that's fighting When Brandon Moreno isn't fight preparing for Brandon Royal, he's preparing for Davidson Figueredo.
He's watching all of this footage.
He's clever laying.
He's on the outside looking in right.
He's looking at everything about the champion.
I don't know that Davidson Figueredo does that about Brandon Moreno.
He just focus on the dude that's in front of his task.
So I actually believe that the quick turnaround probably benefits Brandon Marino more than it does Davidson Figueredo possibly possibly you might be right.
Marina probably has Figueredo toes, face and a bull's eye around it, and he's been training for not just his opponents, but Davison Figueredo at some point.
I'm not saying Royals like Davison Figueredo, but, I mean, that's a very, very of great Jiu jitsu guy with very formidable striking that he's developed.
Um, and then from Figueredo side, you know Alex Perez, great leg kicker, A wrestler.
Um, you know, Marino probably doesn't tapped to figure out those submission.
Marino's probably better Jiu jitsu guy.
Marino's also got formidable hands now.
It's a really, really good question.
I think you're right.
I think Marino Bennett might benefit a little bit more from figure it out.
Morino might even get to do a hop skip and a jump to Tijuana, kiss his wife and his daughters, Onda.
Then, you know, come back on B.
Okay, Figueredo, that's a 10 hour flight, man, all the way back to Brazil, you know, kicks your butt a little bit and then come back and do it again.
And that's when you get a little bloated and That's why they're keeping him here.
He's not even going to Brazil.
What? Dana White set all that, by the way, is on the full press conference, which is available on youtube dot com.
Forward slash m m a junkie.
We gotta move on.
Here you have C 2 55 also had Valentina Shevchenko defending her belt against Jennifer Maya.
Hey, it got scary there for a second if you had a parlay that had that was tied to Valentina Shevchenko or a straight play, which I can't imagine anyone did that because the odds were so high.
But in round two, Jennifer Maya to Valentina Shevchenko down, uh, down to the ground and one around.
So it was 11 going in around three and even around three was competitive.
And that's about the time when Valentina Shevchenko start to pull away, not just to win the round, but to win the fight.
But then Jennifer, my man, we got to give her a ton of respect.
She did very, very well.
And just for a while there, you know, the the challenger gave the champion of scare.
I have racked my brain over and over with this I don't want to take anything away from Jennifer Mine.
I thought I thought she came to fight.
What I can't figure out is you gotta remember Valentina is coming back from a serious knee injury.
From what I remember, I think this is probably the first major injury she's had in her career.
She's had the back from I can't tell if she had a little bit of rust to her or if Jennifer Maya just rose to the occasion.
I feel like it's a little bit of both, because I felt like there were times where you could look at Valentina and she just looked a little different.
And then there were times where you could look at Jennifer my ago.
I think what she's doing, the way she's using her body, the way she's in implementing her strength could also be giving Valentina problems.
So I feel like it's a little bit of both.
What did you think? I think early on it looked that way, but then the way Valentina closed, man, she really, really closed, just putting it on.
Jennifer Maya from the striking round.
But look, let's not forget I was joking around you ever leave a nightclub around 2 a.
m. And just as you're walking out you go. Look, look.
And there's this drunk that's putting up some sort of, ah, you know, a fit because he got escorted out or, you know, whatever.
He wants to test the bouncers and then the bouncer what either knocks him out or somehow they get tangled and boom.
You hear that body slam? I mean, Valentin had some very, very nice tosses.
Uh uh, takedowns, you know, and they were violent, you know? So, like, I was really, really impressed.
I think once she got going, she may have shaken off a little bit of that.
That rust or or maybe maybe the the injury weight on her.
She never had a complete tear.
She had a, um a sprain, I believe of the M.
C l or slight terrorism like that.
So luckily, it wasn't one of those.
It wasn't more of the catastrophic ones that you build up over a nine month one year.
You know, rehab.
Like cub Swanson, who was a recent guest here on MME Junkie radio on SportsCastr.
You know, he talked about it a little bit that all of a sudden he was like, You know what? I was even thinking about it.
So who knows? But I think it's more credit to Jennifer Maya.
She just came, you know.
She had a good clinic, really strong clinch.
So when they were together, she may have even been the stronger of the two at times.
Um and then she's a really, really solid Brazilian due to black Belt as well.
So look, man, that the opponents, they just get better and better and better.
But Valentina definitely still far above the best at £125.
And again, I'd love to see her and Amanda Nunes at some point.
But Valentin is talking.
Hey, I'd like to do a quick turnaround as well.
I think she throughout Jessica and Rogers name, and there was one other one that she threw out as possible.
You know, a possible opponent, and I think she wants to fight sooner rather than later.
But Valentin is always kind of kept that type of busy schedule.
Yeah, you got to make up for lost time.
Tim means defeated Mike Perry.
Caitlin She Kegan defeated Cynthia Cavill Paul Craig defeated Mauricio, showing Who are any thoughts there? Well, I think when we talked about Tim Means and Mike Perry, I'm pretty sure we called it that way.
Or we just said the technical striking of Tim Means eventually will take over that fight.
And I felt like it did.
And who knows what the weight cut did to Mike Perry or what? But it was a good fight.
You be honest. It was.
It was one of my favorite cards this year. It was fun.
Anybody that wanted to criticize it before is very entitled to it.
You're entitled to criticize any card for.
I think the nice thing about the U.
Is once it plays out, we usually come back.
Oh, no, that wasn't so bad, you know, But you have every right to treat it when you look at it and you go okay, you know, because that's the same as when they is when we look at a car to go Whoa! Number one against number two.
Champ versus Champ.
There's a difference.
You know, the M M a consumer, the M M.
A fan interprets it a certain way.
So when we looked at it, we're like, Oh, yeah, you know.
But what does Valentina really gonna get tested and figure it out? I'm just I'm slowly warming up to him, you know, Um, so that's one thing that you see is always taking a little hard.
Is that criticism they get? But all were reacting to is the star power that you give us.
Are you giving us rank fighters? You giving a star powers? You know, star power means a lot for some people, you know.
Um, but anyway, Lauren Murphy was the other name.
Shoutout to Galle from Toronto for coming through is always, uh that's the other name that was mentioned from Valentina Shevchenko.
By the way, Mike Perry.
Despite everything, Dana White.
He made an impression on Dana White goes and didn't sound like Dana White wants toe cut ties with him because he came in way overweight.
And, of course, he's got, uh, outside the octagon issues.
A swell, uh, Maurice Osho gone who we mentioned earlier.
You know he's gonna talk to his team. He might retire.
He didn't say he wanted to retire pre fight But after that performance, I don't know.
Dana White's definitely now.
Now he's involved in.
Once he gets involved, you got a plea, an incredible case.
And, you know, all of B J Penn or somebody for him to give you one more chance.
You know, that's when he says I better come in.
You know, I better see some abs air.
I better see, you know, posting **** on social media.
You really want this because I I just don't wanna I don't want to send you out there, you know, for you to really, really get hurt.
I thought that was a little strange because Dana when he said it left it more like, This is what I'm thinking about were with Anderson.
It was more like, This is what's gonna happen.
And I felt like Anderson Silva's performance was way better than show them's performance s.
I think show Gun needs to hang it up with Anderson Silva.
I think he pie needs that in his career.
But I would be, uh, Anderson's 45 though, and show guns high thirties like 37.
I think he turns 38 or just turned 38 or something, that so there's that difference.
But yeah, the performance that Anderson had wasn't bad.
You know what? Nobody was watching him going.
That's a 45 year old or anything like that.
But the fact remains that he's a 45.
He's also handsomely paid 45 year old.
So it could be the data just doesn't wanna.
All right, I checked off handsomely paid 45 year old when he can get to 20 year olds to 22 year old, that'll give him a fight of the night.
So who knows? I bet you that comes into play a little bit. Alright.
Lastly, Joaquin Buckley defeated Jordan, right? And Tonino Shevchenko defeated. I am Lipsky.
Big Week for the Shevchenko family.
We actually want a shadow box competition as well to start things off.
So three stashenko ladies winds this week.
Congrats to them.
Nicholas Dahlby defeated Daniel Rodriguez.
Alan Jovan defeated Jared Gooden.
I really, really enjoy that fight, Kyle.
Doctors defeated Dustin stole Stoltzfus and Sasha Politik off defeated Louise Koshi fighting.
The night went to politic converses, Koshi and performance of the night 20 Shevchenko and walking Buckley any thoughts there goes on that card Before we put it to bed.
I thought it was interesting that Buckley somewhat opened up and was talking about the pressures of having such a big finish like that and then having to replicate something like that.
I want to say Anthony Pettis said something similar when he had the Showtime kick.
I thought that was really cool.
And then obviously, uh, he brought up a name that a lot of people weren't really sure who he was talking about at first.
But if you watch our show, you **** though who that name was because it happened on our show.
It was James Cross.
It was James Kraus.
Yeah, James Kraus and walking Buckley will not be exchanging Christmas cards, that's for sure.
I mean, those call outs are like, Not like I'd love to test my skills against that lad.
It's nothing like that at all.
It's more along the lines of like, you know, we either fight now we're gonna fight in the hotel.
If we see each other, it is on.
They dislike each other.
James Kraus told us he just didn't fit in.
This is the type of guy that I wasn't feeling.
It's not my type of guy. He is what he said.
I wanna fight him.
I want to fight a really, really bad And of course.
But, you know, like Dana White said hurt doing it themselves.
So what are we gonna do here? He kind of said the same thing about Poi and McGregory is like they kind of did it themselves.
So we're just following suit.
So I expect that fight to be made hopefully sooner rather than later.
Let's give the guys the holidays off.
Come back in January, Um, or February.
Alright, We're gonna be joined by instant anyway, Pretty soon.
The other news that we may have I mentioned Ferguson versus Olivera and Mark Ratner going into the Hall of Fame.
We'll get back to that in just a second.
Joining us soon is gonna be instant, in a way.
One of the pioneers of the sport who had an incident in Hawaii where he has a shop there that he comes home to on and he's gonna tell you about it.
All right, but we have some video as well of the incident, and, uh, you know we'll talk about all that.
When we come back in 10 seconds, we'll be joined by instant anyway.
All right, we are back.
And folks, as we conduct this interview, check out destiny forever dot Com.
Check out these cool bracelets right here that we are rocking today.
These are from Destiny, forever dot com and instant, anyway, is the creator of the beautiful.
He says the jewelry here.
I got quite a few of them, actually.
How are you? Good man. Real good.
Thank you for waking up early.
I know you guys are a couple of hours behind.
Um, but we had to talk to you about that incident, man.
I saw that over the weekend.
I was like, Whoa, that was some crazy stuff.
First of all, you know? Why are you trying to at least something that is in yours? Why are you trying to take something without paying for What kind of a varmint are you? And then what kind of a dummy are you to do it? Where there's an Alan, a legend behind the counter.
Uh, anyway, and then I still can't believe what I was watching and, you know, credit to yourself.
I don't know if in the end, you wanted to give that guy another chance to just, you know, maybe do something different with his life or whatever you told him how you felt.
And, you know, I guess maybe you could fill in the blanks once he got outside the door, But you let him go.
But for a while there, it didn't look like you were gonna let him go.
Um, I really I really have a rope.
It people about it because, especially with the day and times now, there's a lot of crime going on, and a lot of times, you know, the police arrest him and they get out on bond or bail right away, and they're doing it again.
So when that happened, you know, I until that happened, I really didn't know myself what I would have done.
And I always thought that I just started beating them up, and, you know, but I don't know.
I just didn't feel like, uh, laying hands on him was warranted at all.
I mean, stealing, trying to steal the money.
I mean, that's a big thing.
You're trying to steal the money clip.
He didn't really get Get away with it.
Um, I just didn't think it was warranted.
And so I wanted to ask you what kind of conversation I could hear a little bit of the audio, but at first he was denying it.
But then you were pretty sure that he had done what he did.
Because you basically a quick inventory saw what was missing.
And then I think what you probably read his face is Well, there was a face that was a look of guilt.
No, The reason why I saw it in his hand.
Oh, my little flashing his hand And that was a silver money clip.
And he was acting weird and, you know, when he first came in, he didn't have a mask on.
And that's one of the rules of the building that before they entered into the mass.
So I I asked him to put on the mask.
He kind of looked at me like and then he put it on.
And then the thing with right now, because of the pandemic and because the contact tracing everyone has to sign in and everyone has to make an appointment.
So everyone has to go on my website, make an appointment and there's the open times They click on the slot and they were able to come in.
So I asked him, right a right away.
Did you make an appointment? And you know, the first feeling I got He was really ****y to me.
He looked at me and said, I don't have a phone.
How can I make an appointment? So right there, I knew it wasn't going a good way.
My whole thing was thinking that deescalated get him out of the shop.
That was my biggest priority.
And he decides to turn around and start looking at something in the shop and that it's funny because the place he turns around and looks is that where all the diamonds were? I'm like, Oh my God, this is that.
That's the last place I want this guy standing with his back face blocking the whole counter.
So I got up and walked around the side, and I noticed he had his mask on.
But he was touching some of the braces that had diamond studs in him, so I I just thought it was just too sketchy.
So I told him, Hey, if you don't have an appointment, I'm gonna have people that come in with appointments on there.
You're gonna have to leave.
And he said, E don't have a phone.
How can I make an appointment? He said it again and he started walking down the shop, and I kind of got a little upset.
And I said, You've got to get out of shop, man.
And then when he turned I saw in his hand there was a flash of the money clip.
And that's what I started trying, if you notice.
I actually did try to grab him once, and he kind of ran away, right.
So I'm I'm glad I didn't get a hold of him because he probably would have struggled, and it probably would have escalated somewhere that I wouldn't want it to escalate.
So I guess it worked out for the good, huh? He didn't get away.
He I didn't I'm not getting any charges pressed on me.
Um, we'll see, though, because when he I walked him out of the shop.
Wait, wait, wait Yeah, Yeah.
Why would charges get pressed on you? What's that? Why would charges get pressed on you? Is there a way about what happened on a Hawaii? A lot of that happens where if someone comes into your house and you lay hands on them and and you're somehow it's not warranted, you know, for for me, I believe that they're in my freaking problem, my property there, in my house or in my shop.
But, uh, there's a lot of guys in Hawaii that's actually got prosecuted because of that.
And I don't need anything like that right now, so yeah, So escort him out of the building.
And then when he left and he got far away, he turned around and started cussing at me and told me that he's gonna come back and cut me up. ****.
So I I even has their on going and getting them right there and grabbing them.
And the thought went through my mind and high.
I had customers coming, and I just didn't think it was worth it.
But I do need to tell you that if he does, if I do see her back at the shop, it will be a very different energy level that I'm gonna produce towards him.
That guy's a nut. He comes back.
You know what he needs? Not only making a anyway.
What drugs? They don't know what they're saying.
So that's the benefit of doubt.
And then you should have told them, uh, you get a phone, make an appointment and also Google and send in a way, I think we may lose the customer at that point.
But at least you won't have to break a knuckle on his face.
I do regret something, though.
I wish I turned around, lock the door.
Ooh, and let and verbally just let him know what kind of situation he's in and what actually really could happen if he did it to the wrong person and really make him **** e I have Ah, I have Ah, I do.
I did a lot of Yeah, Who's the negotiations in Japan, and I'm able to make yakuza ****.
So I'm pretty sure I could have made this tweaker ****.
So that was one of my things that I wish I did.
You know, he you know what's really crazy.
I got four messages from four other companies in this area that that message me and said, Hey, that guy was giving us problems, too And I actually had a shop that was a gross salon just down the street.
That actually told me that two hours later he was banging on their door.
So this guy's a problem, man.
There was a movie called Bronx Tale with Robert DeNiro and China's Palminteri in the mid nineties.
Did you see it? No, but Robert Dinero.
Then there's probably some type of Mafia movie, huh? In that movie, there's a biker gang that comes into the local neighborhood bar, and the Italian boss, played by Chazz Palminteri, says, Hey, why are you guys acting the way you're acting? And the bikers say, No, we're here to drink a pair.
Come on, give us a chance or whatever, and he goes, Okay, give these guys a beer.
It's on me, blah, blah, blah.
But those bikers had a reputation of rousting bars.
Eso in the middle of that.
The bikers get their beers and then they start spraying of the bartender.
So they came to basically cause trouble even, maybe a And guess what? The the monster marks.
Does he goes, He goes, Hey, that wasn't very nice.
He goes now I gotta ask you to leave and they go **** you.
We're not leaving.
How about that? He goes to the door and locked it, and he's wearing a eso.
When you said what you said about locking the door reminded me of that movie because it's perfect.
There's there's a little quick, quick narration where the one of the kids goes.
I'll never forget their faith, all of their guts.
And, you know, have been taken out of them because they knew something was about to happen.
And sure enough, a few mob guys come out from the back room and it was a great brawl.
It's a great movie.
I'll text it to you. E gonna check it out.
Maybe I can have these situations better if I check that out. Uh huh.
You were able to get that video or No. Yeah.
No, I can I can definitely show it.
I'm going to share it with the screen here, but you can see like he is just really acting strange from the get go? Yes, Like carrot top straightened out of there.
Yeah, but yeah, you already knows there's there's gonna disguise.
Not on the right level.
Energy level, man.
E takes off his way so we can get a clear shot of his face.
E I was gonna ask you, um, throughout the whole process, could you just tell right away from the moment he walked in That he had that weird vibe to him? Because, like, you said, like, even guys that you know are possibly feeds their pickpockets, whatever.
Just wouldn't you want to wear a mask like I mean, this guy's like a terrible criminal just to start with, but he did have that kind of vibe where you become basically, where my room is.
Old incident way, way maybe to move, though.
You once told us that.
Now you feel like you have making clean.
Um, how did how would have been 10 years ago? I happened to school.
Well, I I I really don't like the old incident, and I'd like to put the old ends behind me, and, uh, the old engine would have done things that I probably what is regretted today, but it would have really what got physical really fast.
And in one of when I when I saw the money clip, I think he probably would have been going to the hospital.
You know, I I hear stories about myself long ago, and I really don't like that person.
I knew I was getting to that point because I was getting a little nervous.
I could feel myself, my heartbeat going up, and it scared me because I I almost felt like the old entrance coming out again.
I know he's not blonde.
I'd like to believe he's gone, but I know he's still in there.
And I just hate these situations that just almost bringing the ball.
So but yeah, 10 years ago, man, this would have been really bad.
So I'm glad it's 10 years later and then talk a little bit more about destiny forever.
Since we get you on.
How is that going? Have you expanded? You know, you have a pretty big shop there.
That what? I was looking at it.
I didn't expect it to be that big.
It seems like you sell a lot of different types of merchandise.
So customers come in and they line up there like a person embrace it.
So as you can see, I'm super busy because this is the what I have to make your wow.
These are custom lineups that people have come in and made very cool.
And you know it, Z, I got a wall of fame to up here.
I got to get your guy's picture posted.
Nice, very cool.
So I got a wall where all the notary fighters and people that have the bracelets on So yeah, I just actually come to Hawaii every so often because of the pandemic.
This is the first time I was able to come since February.
So as you know, I can't if I can't come to Hawaii, the shop is closed and I've been paying rent for since February, and I had to make this trip.
I mean, when I get back to Japan, I have to quarantine for 14 days, but I had to get out here because the you know the company accountant has been depleted because I've been paying the rent every month for nine months now without being able to have business.
The only revenue that actually kept this business actually still open is the website.
So, you know, it's is one of those things that, you know, the pandemic is something nobody could plan for.
Yeah, we've got to deal with it.
But I'm here now.
Business is really good on, uh, we're just almost praying that this pandemic ends because I miss going into the studio.
I miss going Vegas.
Senior guys being on your show.
Thanks for having me today.
This is so awesome.
You guys again, like I'm actually in the show.
Yeah, no doubt, man.
You definitely wore a frequent visitor.
Can't wait for those days to come back.
I think this vaccine definitely that's coming in early 2021 is gonna be a godsend for everybody.
Thanks for spending some time with us today.
I'm glad that you were able to not go back to the instant of old.
And look, you're here with us now.
There's no police report the file.
Hopefully, this kid just changes his life or whatever, or they just grab them, you know, But but But I'm sure I'm sure someone will tell him if he recounts the story.
You know who he almost got mixed up with.
And it wouldn't have been a good day for him if he comes back off a message.
All right, Anderson, Have a good one.
All right, you guys take care of seafood.
Shoot! All right, you too.
Alright, folks. There you have it.
Instant anyway, man again, folks.
Goto destiny forever dot com This is mine right here.
I got four of them.
Goes as quite a few as well.
Ah, lot of M m a fighters rock HMAS.
Well, we ran into Anthony Johnson that Mike Tyson's ranch when dominance Mm a had their media day and he was rocking his so I might send ends in that picture.
I thought that was pretty cool.
Three worlds kind of colliding, and everybody happened to have them.
So we should take Yeah, he should take it as well.
Yeah, there's there's plenty of fighters that have them, but that Ah, So my handle on Twitter and Instagram is at M a junkie, George and goes Is that the goes? I will tweet it.
I will tweet it so you could see the whole video of everything that took place.
There's a little bit more than than what goes showed, but basically you can kind of hear a little bit of a confrontation.
And then there was a little bit of a cat and mouse.
Uh, you know, and And then the guy kind of put his hand up and he just walked out Kinda like Don't hit me.
Don't hit me then, boom! He took off, but apparently in some chased him out.
And that's when the guy I told them I'm gonna come back and cut you up like you just told us right now on the interview, Uh, crossed me, pal.
Take take the l in that you didn't get what you wanted to do, and then that snag something.

We're gonna go just a couple minutes of ot here because I just want to finish out a couple of things that we mentioned early in the broadcast.
Again, Peter Yang is out of his matchup vs Algemeen Sterling.
And that's why we spend a lot of time talking about Davis.
Figueredo versus Brandon Marino.
Two guys that just one this past Saturday are turning it around and they're headlining UFC 2 56 on December 12.
You know, Look, I guess on the one hand I'm not too crazy about these guys.
Do another weight, extreme weight cut, you know, like they're gonna do to fight.
But I will watch the fight, their great fighters and this division starting to pop again.
So they did what they had to do.
Figure out versus Marino at UFC 2 56.
Mark Ratner again.
Can't say enough about that man and what he's done to put the UFC on the map across all 50 states, literally on the map and all the provinces off Canada, including influencing many countries around the world to legalize.
Mm am, um, a man in the late great Senator John McCain called it human.
****fighting at one point banned it from satellite television I mean, this this thing could have went away.
And so the UFC for many years had some struggles.
And that's why the original group SCG sold twos.
UFA, which became, you know, now the endeavor people.
Um, but along the way, in 2006, you see brought Mark Ratner over.
Mark Ratner was the former Nevada state athletic commissioner, and they brought him over, and they brought him over.
Why? Because his name carried weight and all those years that he headed that commission and help boxing thrive in this great state of ours.
Uh, you have seen you.
They needed someone like that at the house.
Somebody with credibility to fly to all these states and meet with all these commissions and get the sport legalized in all the states.
Including, was probably anywhere from a dozen to two dozen trips to the state of Albany, the capital of New York, Uh, where they failed many times.
But then they finally got it through and look how massive it's been.
Some of the biggest shows us he's ever had have been in Brooklyn and in Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.
So great great work there by Mark Ratner.
You couldn't meet a nicer guy.
Also a guy that contributed to many youth sports and collegian sports refereeing at a football a collegian level.
Uh, he's a scorekeeper at the UNLV games.
I mean, the guy is so lovable, so charming, so sweet.
And he may have pound for pound the coolest office of anybody that I've ever known.
I've gotten a tour in a couple of times, Goes kind of looked at me once, like Oh, yeah, that's pretty cool.
And I got No, no, no, Listen to me.
I grabbed him by the collar.
I go, you're going right now.
You got to check this out.
And I think I had to give him a cold water.
He almost fainted when he saw everything that was in there goes, remember, it's almost like a museum.
I could have spent an hour just looking at his lanyards from every every card he's ever been Thio.
It was pretty amazing what I like.
What he did was they correct me if I'm wrong.
But there was a point where I thought he was asking someone like, did you know about this? Like it caught him by surprise and I thought that was awesome because he's just sitting there and all of a sudden it comes on, but that I can't think of anybody that's more deserving and that staff than that guy. Man.
That dude did a lot for that company and and he's been there way longer than I thought he had been.
I forget how long he's been there, but he's been there for a while now.
Yeah, most definitely, very, very deserving.
Congratulations to him, and he's already told us he wants to come back and do the show.
I just I just texted him to congratulate because I thought that was massive.
And that's his third Hall of Fame.
By the way, he's into Boxing Hall of Fame, and this will be a third Hall of Fame.
And he said, I got to do the show soon.
I was like about Monday.
Well, that's a little too soon, but hey, took a while to get back to me, and he usually doesn't.
But that must have been because he was just getting all kinds of congratulatory texts.
So, again, congratulations to him and Tony Ferguson versus Charles Oliveira was booked late last week.
That's gonna also be on the pay per view card with Davidson.
Figure out over Brandon Marino.
So what? These cards are at one point, and what they become is completely different.
No Kamarulzaman vs Gilbert Burns.
No Peter Young nostalgia meet Sterling.
But now we got to figure out on Brandon Marino.
We got Charles Oliveira versus Tony Ferguson.
So and by the way goes, there's one card.
The last one of the year is Isa fight night.
That's pretty insane.
Have you seen it? Lady trip? What is it? Look at this, man. This is crazy.
This is the fight night with Edwards versus Shaimiyev.
You heard about that? But there.
So that's the headliner.
Look what they have.
They got Max Schnell versus Tyson AM to Flyweight Second Bank.
Stephen Thompson versus Jeff Neal to welterweight Second Bang Josie Aldo versus Marlon Vera For crying out loud.
Uh, Deron Win versus Antonio A royal below.
Mohammed vs Diego Lima Marlin.
Mariah's versus Rob Font.
Come on, you see what I'm saying? Like that's pretty. That's nuts.
Manual Kate vs Alexander Pento D.
Was talking about manual Kate and Alexander Pento on on the U.
He was really, really like another one means to certain Yakov versus Ryan Span.
I could stop right there.
So Jar Eubanks versus Panic can decide the reason my face is lighting up.
A lot of these fighters are ranked.
Christmas vacation is going to start like, literally a day later, man, cause this is going to spend some time here having unpacked these rankings, marching tomorrow versus Greg Hardy.
And you know that Michelle Parade, a guy that's really, really fancy with the key operetta who's really electrifying for Diego Sanchez like, Yeah, he's fighting chaos.
Williams. That's a great fight.
I mean, like, seriously, what a sick card like? That's why I felt like 2 56 might come up a little bit short.
But I think that you see, if they presented it like these are our two cards have finished the year another **** up.
You know what I mean? I think fans that just go all right, all right, because you get a ton of free ones, and every once in a while you gotta pony up the money.
But what else are we doing? We're not out there going to movies.
or ball games or anything else, right? So trust me.
Have a have a limited 10 per person to household fight night with degrees of 66 ft of separation and turn some people onto the sport.
It's a fabulous sport.
You never know what you can get.
You can bet there's underdogs that pull upsets their favorites.
I mean, expect the unexpected.
It is really, really something else.
That sport of mixed martial arts.
Now, you could have stopped probably about five fights earlier.
And I said what? I thought it was a great card.
And remember Twitter and Instagram Adam and made Junkie George at that goes for Twitter and Instagram.
We're gonna re tweet and retweet that link to Ensign in a way, in that little almost brouhaha that he had with that shoplifter that came into a shop and big thank you to instant anyway, on mm.
A pioneer who find in the late nineties, uh, you know, fight in Japan as well fight in the UFC.
He actually gave Randy Couture his first loss.
I remember when I read that I was like, Whoa, who's this cat.
You know him and his brother Egon.
Anyway, they both fought out of Hawaii, and we've just been lucky enough.
Toe forge A pretty cool friendship with him over the years.
Um, and he has this cool company called Destiny forever dot com.
These would make great gifts, by the way, everybody that's ever even seen this or that I've gotten one for.
I mean, I've gotten one from my mom for my girlfriend, but everyone that sees it likes what they see.
And once you go on the website, you're going to see a lot of really, really cool designs and colors.
And these you heard him talk about energy.
These stones are a little bit built around energy, and they they all have certain names.
And there's, ah, a little bit of a story to each one of them, so check it out.
Alright, folks, we gotta get on out of here.
