I'm Matt Williamson with yard Barker here to talk about the Saints going to Chicago to play the Bears ST before and to have won three in a row.
But they played a ton of close games this year and have only outscored their opponents by six points in 2020 despite being four and two.
But meanwhile, the Bears air five and two and actually have been outscored this year, which is somewhat remarkable.
You would think that Michael Thomas should return for this game.
Meanwhile, Alvin Kamara is having a better season than any running back in the league thus far, as in terms of a runner and especially as a receiver, he is tearing it up.
I didn't cause all kinds of problems, but only three offenses.
Air allowing fewer sacks per games in New Orleans.
But the Bears have two dominant defensive lineman and Khalil Mack and Akeem Hicks.
Although Max on quite 100% the Bears 5.
2 yards for play allowed is simply outstanding, and they're forcing their opponents to run Mawr third down plays than any other NFL defense. That's huge.
Uh Saints had the league's best third down offense, though, which is obviously important here.
Just Washington and the Jets are worse than Chicago's offense, and you're on a yard for play basis, and this might surprise you.
But only one team in the is throwing the ball a higher percentage of the time than Chicago isn't really a winning formula for them.
Only two offenses or worse than Chicago on third down.
Hopefully, Chicago's best offensive player, Allen Robinson, is able to play because of his concussions situation.
We'll have to see maybe we'll know more of that down the line here, but they absolutely need them and Needham meet Robinson is the running game has just been putrid over the last month.
Um, the Saints red zone defense has been a little troubling, for sure, and they've taken a lot of penalties on that side of the ball.
But there's a lot of talent on this side of the ball as well, and I think New Orleans defense gets back on track against horror.
Offensive team Chicago's red zone offense has also been really poor.
Bears games have been low scoring Saints games have been high scoring, but I think the Saints formula winds out here and Chicago's defense gets back on track and that that's the big story of the day.
I like the Saints 27 Bears 17.
Thanks so much. I'm Matt Williamson.
