This and that last one.

Just a few seconds.
We are sent over.
So let's go ahead and talk about Central Florida.
Central Florida will be this coming Saturday, 1 p.m.
Not the usual night game.
We will have the game with SportsCastr.
We're going to preview that game.
Let's go ahead and do that.
Thanks for coming in six people.
So we will go ahead and go over to the press conference from the UCF Coach.
Let me get that up on the screen fire and we will have that up.
That ISS, they are set a trap.
Got time to look at the table.
Look at this, um, quick defensive struggle now.
Yeah, obviously we got him in Cem, Cem, 3rd, 3rd and 4th round situations and those critical situations, you gotta find a way to get yourself off the field.
Um, you know, sometimes we just lost one on one matchup out on the perimeter.
Sometimes there are penalties.
Uh, sometimes there were assignment bus, you know, And at the end of the day, we gotta be collectively better, uh, to get off the field on that side of the ball.
But it's everybody.
We got play together.
I said it after the game.
Um, we haven't played complementary football yet together.
A zoo football team.
And you gotta do that.
That's how you win close games loss.
That Gabriel best thing are you see, end of the day, the only thing you concern yourself with is being plus one and being on the right side of the scoreboard.
You know, that is what our players are about.
That's what we are about is program.
Um, you know, for Dylan.
I thought he did a fantastic job of being really decisive moving in the pocket.
Um, you know, got us in the right place at the right time and did a lot of things really well, you know, drove the field at the end of the ballgame.
Uh, in a critical situation.
I thought he was composed and and, uh, you know, did a lot of really good things, but coach challenge of the success.
You guys have the offensive line, this thing much of that.
Would you attribute to the pencil? Just five offensive line? This game was just rare.
Yeah, you know, I think that's just kind of the way the game unfolded a little little bit.
We're gonna need other guys to play is we go throughout the the season? I think the biggest thing for us is that way weren't playing in second and long.
Um, you know, we eliminated for the most part all those pre snap issues and played a relatively clean game and kept us in positive situations and allowed us to play with tempo.
Um, you know, those little things add up toe the big things that everybody sees China, what she beings talk her out of jail in rock and when mind, Yeah, big place.
Not I absolutely believe that that that was the type of player that we were getting when we got him here on campus.
Everybody's seen him get better every single week.
You know, he really didn't play on the field, didn't play on a game day for almost two years.
He's got more comfortable in what we're doing and been a better decision maker and just finding holes in the zones here.
You know, the last four weeks, um, his best football still ahead of him.
He's got an opportunity to continue to grow, and he's got really good practice habits.
He's been competing on the practice field.
That translates over toe, having good performances.
Young guy that really got a lot of his first action on on special teams has improved here over the last couple of years in that role.
Um, and, uh, they're really good job on the offense.
Side of the ball to has gotten more and more opportunities as the seasons unfolded.
You can see he's got great speed, um, elite speed, and if he's getting ball in his hands, he's got an opportunity to do something pretty special with it.
I thought he was really good on his routes in the middle of a football field to when it was right.
Don't take advantage of that because for what we saw on sideline, that's Amos.
I think there's station Quander Jones, Part C.
Uh, what situation typically and then also as a macro sense.
What do you do? What you say, team frustrations very over.
E think you gotta have competitive composure.
Um, you know, that's everybody that was involved in, uh, what you were talking about there.
But it's it's us as an entire football team, too.
And, uh uh, each individual player playing with their unit, playing with, uh, with the entire group three phases of the game, playing together, um, and understanding.
You know, Daniel, you know his one play that made a difference in the football game.
Everybody saw that late late in the game, but, um, it's a Siris of one plays that make the difference in the football game and play one.
Is Justus important? It's last play of the game.
Um, there's things that each and every one of us got to do better, uh, to make that outcome be different.
And, uh um, I think, you know, for for us inside of the locker room, that's why you never take winning for granted.
It's hard to do, and, uh, when you're on the wrong side of it, um, you gotta find a way to be a little bit better and, you know, just in talking to our group, it's the urgency that you prepare with, and that gives you your best opportunity to go out and play your best football on Saturday.
It's a competitive game.
Not everything is going to go your way.
But at least you know you've done everything, uh, Thio to make sure that the brother next to you is is in the best position to be successful, too.
Just you guys rest of on fourth down.
What is it? Your mind? What worked out? Wonderful place.
What is this? That What? Yeah, Some of that's gonna come off the feel of the football game if it's happening later in the in the game.
You know how comfortable you are with some of those 4000 calls.
What you might be seen from the other side of line of scrimmage, where you're at with your personnel.
Who's healthy, Who's not, Is the game unfolds? Um, you know, we use ****ytics is well in some of that decision making and try to put our football team in the best position to go out and make a play and find a way to win.
Like think about going.
Wanted to know Mhm your long be difficulty meeting back.
Just save your guys.
You might be diamond their mind as well just to keep them side.
You only can control what you can control, right? If you're focused on that and where you're at, you have no ability to move forward.
There's a lot of things internally that we gotta do better toe to be better.
And I do believe we got a room full of competitors they've tried to improve every week.
They've had pretty good practice habits.
We have to have better practice habits.
Um, but to me, I think, you know, for your fan base and your parents and family and friends and all that, um, they get consumed with the big picture, I think is a competitors, And as an athlete, you really do have to focus on what you can control.
And, uh, you're only as good as your next one.
Whether you win or lose the previous one, you gotta forget it.
Have a quick memory and move on.
And you gotta do that during the course of play to you give up a play, you gotta be able to respond in the next play eso for all of our players Way got pushed forward.
Church Oppens was much more successful using this game controls game tweets prior How much of that success was? Well, im in fact, maybe since you during my we need, please, uh, combinations of both.
I thought of wide receivers.
Did a good job in the middle of the field working it.
I thought Dylan got to the right spot at the right time.
Uh, sometimes skiing, uh, presents different opportunities to attack people in a different way.
You put all those things together, it changes the way every game is going to unfold.
Just how much does senior leadership on this? How about the crisis like next? They haven't done it under guys.
Obvious that. Keep that.
I don't think it's just senior leadership.
I think his leadership inside of your program, I think it's your elite competitors.
Guys, that air driven Thio bia's good as they possibly can, individually and collectively is unit and as a football team, uh, those guys rising and and demanding it of guys around him and for us to become what we need to be this week and in future weeks.
Those guys gotta keep driving the train.
Why? Comedian 19 You know that I know.
Thought he responded the way that we would anticipate Matt to respond in a way a great competitors does.
Yeah, there was a lot of outside noise that he had to deal with and maybe more than him and his family had to deal with, Uh, but I thought he came back.
Played really well.
Yeah, like I said, he what he's saying about the social media people going on there talking him and all that talking, Um, that you see a play it look, to be honest with you, you got to drown those situations out because you know that you're gonna have some people on that.
They're just gonna be, um, *******s and and just getting in people's faces and stuff like that.
They just wanna get attention.
So, um, the thing is, is to drown out the noise on social media because social media is just just another distraction.
Um, for these players, I mean, don't listen to what they tell you on that.
They just sitting there and they put all kind of crap on.
There's just It's just unbelievable.
So, um, that's my advice to these players.
Don't listen to all that social media hype, because what they're just they're just out there to just get a get something out there and just make you look bad and stuff like that.
So, uh, this is from Coach Josh Apple is what you see up.
We don't have Coach Fritz today.
They didn't put it video in, so we will be listening to him his last few seconds of his, um comments.
Um, with the media, you saw a lot of pre snap penalties that were issues in previous weeks, were handled and thought he played against one of the better defense tackles in the league and held his own for most today, So Okay.
You look at them.
Uh, you know, they do a great job of running the football really efficient.
I think they lead the league and rushing average per game.
On the flip side of it, they do a good job with their front seven of trying to eliminate the run game as well.
Make it difficult to run.
So for us, we got stopped running.
We gotta be efficient in the run game.
We got staying manageable situations on offense.
Gotta be able to play with some of our attempt.
Well, you know, defensively, we gotta do a great job of, uh, eliminating the run game.
And then their quarterbacks done a really good job of scrambling, Uh, some of the past downs, and we gotta do a better job of our rush integrity and make sure we keep them bottled up on this side.
So let's go through the film.
We're gonna go through the film study film study now, when they played against Memphis.
So let's go through those film study s so we switched over, so we'll get this out of here.
And what switches over we're going to begin film study, uh, Memphis.
And you see up, this is on second and nine situation.
Um, so we're gonna call the play.
I got it right on my screen, so we'll call, uh, put it in theater mode so you'll see it bigger once again.
This is what we're looking at.
Uh, the Memphis quarterbacks in the shotgun, Uh, their players Looks like they got 1234 players on the line.
So they're gonna have some they're gonna be expecting.
Ah, pass or eat or run.
This is on second and non situation to cover him.
So they're gonna drive freshman corner number 14.
See how they come in.
They got some good pressure right there on that quarterback.
So they got some absolute good pressure on the Memphis quarterback.
So that's on the second and nine situation for you.
But he gets it out, but he still gets it out on that play right there.
He still gets it out.
Nice little coverage, but he still gets it out.
They throw it his way.
That's gonna be a catch by Austin.
Right at the first down marker, Former office.
So this is once again this is on 1st and 10.
Once again, they're back in the shotgun.
They have their backs on the line there, four down linemen and also the coverage guys on this side.
So here's what they're gonna do.
They're gonna, uh She wants to run the ball.
So they're gonna throw a run the ball, so that definitely aren't they? They're gonna run that football so they're going to run the ball up the middle.
So they're gonna get some line coverage right here.
This is what's gonna happen.
So this is one gap in one hole right here.
So this is what we're showing you into some, um, segment right here.
This is where they're gonna get their penetration coming into this area, and then they're gonna get these big games s.
So if you could get a big game like that, that would help you on offense.
Uh, but your offensive line has to block.
They have to put some holes, um, into that defensive line.
They're going up from here on the move park, but it But they do fumble the ball.
So they kind of made a mistake in form of that football right there.
They will scoop that ball out on the ground. It came loose.
You see, it recovers in the ends.
So that's the biggest song concern, right? There is the turnovers for, um, you cannot turn over that football, because you you turn over that football, they're gonna get it, and thats gonna be their possession.
So it's very important.
Look, he made a big mistake fumbling the football zona a grievous error on the fumble.
The recovery made by Antoine Collier Sanderson, Antoine College and made that fumble.
So this is our third and goal both of those guys.
This is the quarterback.
This is on the third of gold situation.
Eso They're gonna have one back in the backfield.
Let's see what happens when this past flight big back.
Then Thompson's out today, so they're gonna they're gonna run the ball.
So this is a run one plate coming in.
So take it in for the touchdown.
That is a quick touchdown right there.
So he gets it right up the middle and that's on third and goal.
And that gets a minute for a touchdown.
Right there, you see out touchdown So defensively to might have to control that line of scrimmage when they're on that goal line.
Don't let them in the end zone.
Make them kick field goals.
That's just what we have to do.
If we're gonna win this game this Saturday against you, see up and you see f on the board on There's the touchdown.
I store run by, Um, but a great number 30 a.
That's a good back right there.
So once again, this is another first and five situation you see up is, uh, on tryto run the ball right here.
This is a runs place, but it's gonna be going to be a path down down the field.
So nice little reception right there.
So that's a nice little pass play reception against the UCF defense.
That was a pretty good, uh, all the way down to the 32 yard line.
Thio Calvin Austin trying to pick up the slack in the absence of the Monte Coke.
So this is on second in 10 shotgun formation, one back in the backfield, wide receivers on one to the left and one to the right.
Can't see the other ones, but they're in the and the views again.
Nice or slant pass against the You see a defense that was on 2nd and 10 for a touchdown and touchdown.
Hey, went right back to Calvin Austin.
So nothing's had a pretty good penetration on that on that's lamp past.
They had absolute good penetration and the third time's a charm back to nice.
Well, catch right there.
So it's a nice little cat, so he gets it in for a touchdown so she'll be drive.
So this is on the second down.
This is on second down.
Um, UCF has their two wide receivers set up in their their sets right there.
These are the sets, and then you have your running back, um, and the quarterbacks in the backfield in the shotgun.
So they're gonna blitz three.
They're gonna have three on the line.
So they're gonna Memphis is gonna have three on that line right there.
So they're gonna hand the football off a nice or run right there.
So it nice or run? So you have to contain this because they'll get those runs off.
So that was on second four.
So they got through that hole, so that was a gap right there.
Hands it off. It's time.
A yawning hole up the middle to Greg McCray still on his feet and McRae inside the 35 yard right.
That that's the young man you're gonna have to contain right there.
We're gonna look at his numbers three TV's Thompson out today.
So once again, they're 14 on the on the line for Memphis.
So they don't have the shotgun formation once again in place, so they don't have their Let's see, they'll have their three back.
Um, they'll have their to back to on wide receivers.
One pull back in the backfield.
So this is your blocking back.
This will be a blocking back.
Come again, Thio Block the quarterback and running back.
Had the running back go through those holes.
Hey, Johnny Richardson, the true freshman might see some thymus.
Well, April taking a shot deep has, um So that young man, Gabriel, he could just hum that football.
So he hopes that ball deep down the field.
Nice little catch, right? There s So that's why you got to contain his passing.
Um um, Rebels, because you got toe have passed disruption.
If you have passed disruption, you can arm, um, disrupt his timing pattern.
He can throw out of bounds or whatever.
So that's what you have.
Tohave is past disruption.
I mean, the last game against, uh, S m u, they didn't have none.
I just hey, allowed the two defense allowed, um s and you to go down field.
And you cannot do that because, you see, it's gonna be entirely different.
STD The nights with a big strike they do look like Jalen Robinson was going.
It was That was a nice wall.
He was open right there.
So, Jalen Robinson, this is another young individual that you have tow.
He's going to catch that ball in a flat.
Gonna be a post wheel combination.
Robinson just flattens it out, goes up the scene.
So this is what they're gonna do right here.
This is on second intense.
So they're gonna have their quarterback drops back again.
Gabriel is going toe throwing out a drawing out a deep false.
This is another deep ball against, um, the Memphis defense.
So this is another strike right here? Um hits his receiver in stride.
That's Williams and Williams.
And that's another guy that can catch the ball.
And that's Williams.
His name is his last name is Williams will get his first name as we go looking at some room service touchdown.
So they throw those first two touchdowns Oneto Williams and want to Robinson.
That's just the start of their offense.
Right there for you, CIA.
So defensively we have we have to be consistent and not let those passes go through.
No, Marlon Williams scores are Marlon Williams That's a young man, Marlon Williams, and scores an 85 yards later run A.
So that was an 85 yard pass, 85 yard pass.
So that's something we have to consider.
We have to make some blitzes.
We have to make some changes on those, um, place because I'm gonna tell you they're gonna throw those 85 yard passes.
It might be 95 yard passes or 60 or whatever.
I mean, but you have to contain those big place because that's explosive place that could get you losses.
So we'll go through more the film, film session, post wheel combination.
And it ends up being Marlon Williams on the line Backer Coal Mashburn.
And that is a complete mismatch.
The corner fell in on the post.
That's what they're looking for.
That's what they're exactly looking for those mismatches.
So we're gonna have toe not give them those mismatches putting linebackers on wide receivers because that could be a total mismatch when you look at it.
Okay, this is on defense right here.
It's so nice or past flight right there.
But it is going to be Wanna grab on the play Jovon Ivory Wow! Circus time I saw catch by Giovannoni Bree by Memphis against the, um you see a defense? So that was a pretty good pass play right there.
But it was a flag.
I think it was a pass interference.
I don't know what call it waas on a flag down in the aftermath.
So this is on third and gold situation.
Um, Memphis has the ball.
Um uh, You see up is lined up.
Looks like they're getting ready.
They're gonna look like they're in I formation.
So they only got two defenders back.
Expect in the past.
But everybody else is on the line, so they'll they'll run it up the middle.
So nice little run up the middle.
Brady's gonna keep it himself.
Brady White the on the right and white gets in for the touchdown.
So nice or run by Brady White to get in against that, you see up defense.
So that's the biggest.
Um, um that's that's that's a weakness.
If they could weaken, uh, get Hudson or Cam Cam Cam cow.
How can cow with both the middle make those plays? That could be a That could be a big win right there for us on the offensive side.
So that could be a big win for us.
So we have to have those two.
But it has to be.
Ah, perfectly, um, offensive line if you're going to get through it across the goal line.
So you have to go through those some because you have to have somebody that complies with that.
So that was a touchdown right there.
A Z they brought in Joseph office.
Why? He pulled back, but they didn't need him down.
Okay, this is are you see up on our second gold situation? They're gonna run their four down linemen.
So this is a four downs linemen right here.
Eso won back in the backfield.
The wide receivers.
Uh, one, 234 So it would go on these fours right here. So it will be a four.
Getting their guys in shape has been talking.
Or pass Play right there.
So it goes in for a touchdown, so we'll go back and screen it again.
So we go back to screen it one more time, but they didn't need them down.
Ramp back up, getting their guys and chick has been talking.
So yeah, so he will get it in right there for a touchdown in the end zone with 14 seconds.
A flag down is my flag came in Jalen Robinson with his second touchdown catch of the day of this stands.
They also talked about his work ethic.
Said He's his hard work and guys they have.
And Jacoby Francis just hangs on for dear life.
Tries to wrap him up.
Okay, this is on Memphis is I'm serious right here.
So they will hand the ball off, and that goes up to the looks like he's going in there.
This is the gap right here that he's gonna go into right here.
This is a pretty good gap.
Er, you're on first.
So that that's a big game right there.
So a nice or explosive play right there.
So for a big game on a gap right there, it was a nice or gap er going in as run by Martin.
Okay, this is on third and one.
So there are no they want in on a third and one situation.
Let's see what happens on this third and one.
Let's see what they dio.
So they're gonna run, So they're gonna run the They're gonna go.
Gabriel is going to take that ball.
He's gonna take it from the left side.
He's going to get that first down himself.
So Gabriel has to be contained.
Um, if he goes left, he goes right.
You have to contain him.
You have to put some people in that backfield like a linebacker or defensive end O r cornerback and try Thio contain him because he could make some runs like that.
That could be a good That could be a detrimental run.
Touch that, and he takes it in for the touchdown.
So that's that's the reason why you got to contain Gabriel.
Because he could run.
He's a scrambler.
It walsten untouched.
You're going to see the fake here.
This is a fake right here.
This is going to be the fake.
Um, number 30 was back there, so he was looking.
McRae was looking for that ball to be, um, given to him, but he takes it on the faith.
His defenders all take it.
Dylan Gabriel is just going to sneak out the back side.
I mean, they've done it in so many different ways, so that's what he's gonna do it.
That's what he called.
It's called a sneak on the outside.
So that's the concern you have to be ready for when he comes in and tries to run that football.
It's on third and one second one or whatever you have to because, um, be ready for it because it could happen at any time, any time off the on any play is blocked by the big tight end Jake Hess **** in South Carolina. Georgia.
Okay, this is on.
This is on golden situation.
So he's looking.
He's in the shotgun once again, so they're going to stay in that shotgun every single time.
April out of the shotgun rolls out.
So here, through a nice little pass right there.
So that's the That's the things you have tow.
That's the things defensive coordinators have to worry about.
Is those, um, small houses going into for big games? They hit the corner for the two points on the conversion.
Marlon Williams makes it 35 to 14.
That's the young man Marlon Williams, the young man Martin in the backfield beside his quarterback.
So, yeah, they had Martin and Brady was back a quarterback.
So he's He's, uh, Martin is the running back right here. He's right here.
Number back, Brady wife.
And now we were in there, actually.
So So Brady will throw that football right against that set out in the end.
So that was against the, um, you see up defense.
So it was a good touchdown pass that was on second and goal touchdown.
So the Tigers pulling a little bit closer, Wilson with a catch unexamined of it.
And there's the touchdown pass toe Washington Weaver in the backfield that I got a call for the football.
Brady's gonna throw out dodging track.
Brady's gonna throw in that a pass right there.
Nice old middle pass right there for the touchdown on the two point conversion try.
So it's a nice one, but that zip on, they get it.
What a great catch in the back of the end zone.
And now it's a 35 22 game Washington with the grab versatility.
Okay, this is a on 35.
They led 35 22 there was.
This was second and goal.
This was at the 4.
29 more in the third quarter.
Um, so once again, hey, will have the fullback right here.
This is the full back, the running back and then the quarterback coming in with calls for the football football.
So this is a wildcat formation.
So they're gonna be oh, Anderson put it on the ground.
So that's the biggest.
They'll fumble the football.
So they that's what they did.
They fumble the football.
So that's the biggest concern.
If you if they go wild cat, he had to be ready for it.
Got to be ready for it because they could do that at any time.
It could be eat a wildcat or p o or whatever found.
And Memphis got the ball three yards away from the end zone.
Anderson, with a big time turnover well said, Okay, this is a shotgun formation.
Brady back, um, quarterback running back in the backfield.
Wide receivers air, um, on your right.
So you'll see them on on your writing, your screen on.
And you see, it was running a four down set right here.
They were running a four down set on the line here.
Randy Shannon s so nice or run right there.
So you don't get that one, so everybody is gonna cover him.
Ah, Sprint up the middle.
Watkins still on his feet and finally handed off.
They handed off the Watkins.
He got a good game out of that run.
He got an absolute good game out of that run from Memphis down by Brown This'll Tigers offense gaining a lot of momentum here.
First intended from the UCF 17.
Okay, this is what happened on 1st and 10.
Once again. Shotgun formation.
Um, everybody, the running back is in the back field.
You have to live receivers on this side.
And they got one on this side.
Eso everybody, uh, They're expecting a run or pass.
That's what they're gonna be expecting.
So let's see what happens on this, like with snap it out.
They It was a pass.
So it's a pass on 1st and 10.
So they don't throw it on 1st and 10 and they'll get it fade.
Play right there against, um uh, you see up defense.
So if you could throw some fades against them.
That can concern, um, confuse their defense in an instant that confused their defense.
Put Touchdown Ivory.
You're just going to see a slop Day Ivory against Dylan.
Lester. The throw is absolutely perfect.
Okay, this is on 3rd and 14 13 14.
Once again, they're running, therefore four down lineman's, and they also have everybody back there expecting a pass or maybe or one.
That's what they're expecting on shotgun.
So that's what they're expecting.
So let's see what happens on this path on this play.
So people 14 white looking up top so he'll look up top so he gets his receiver right there.
So he's gonna hit this receiver coming in on these on these two corners right there.
Jump ball on court.
First down Austin.
That was against two defenders right there.
That was against two defenders of U. C.
So if you could make some big plays against those two defenders, that would be the biggest victory for your offense going into this game this Saturday.
Uh, that streak so gave your back and at quarterback, so he'll throw a screen pass.
That's what you have toe.
Look out for it.
So screen passes so he'll throw it to the right side.
So that's That's the fires on the receiver screen complete and all the way down is, and that turns into a big plate right there for So, um, Memphis should have adjusted to that.
They didn't because what that past was a big game.
It was an absolute **** game and something like that you got tow. Avoid.
Is those screen passes because that could put you in a uncomfortable situation on defense.
So it is very important that you have a plan for that screen.
You have to have a plan.
You have to have, like, an adjustment plan.
Yeah, Keith Keith On the run, the turbo kicked in Good night Tigers a sprint across the field into the end zone.
That was 93 yards on the screen.
They gave that big.
That was an ex true, extreme, big play.
That was an extreme big play.
I hate to say it.
Memphis got barked on that play, so that's a lesson toe.
Any defensive team, not toe allow that screen toe happen, Brian.
Okay, watch the blocking on the edge by these defenders It's one on one.
And O'Keefe absolutely dominates that matchup.
Tirades Lindsay was trying to fill from the inside.
That was a nice abusing his blonde.
So this is on Golan situation right here for you see up.
So they're gonna be expecting pass or run.
This is what you're gonna be expected.
Let's see what happens on this place.
So they're gonna pass.
So Gabriel was brought nice.
Will pass play up the middle.
Nice catch for a touchdown in the insulin.
That was a two point conversion.
Play Gabriel into the end zone.
They get the two points.
That was Williams.
Marlon Williams with the catch.
Sean Dyche is the closest Stephen Brady wide What goes through his progression.
So he dwells another one.
Isil, um, pass play against the u C A defense.
So it was a good pass coverage right there.
So it's a good pass throw right there for the touchdown into the end zone wide open.
Sean ****s on Memphis pulls closer.
He's a mismatch nightmare for defenders.
So that was a pretty good mismatch.
It Wasit was It was a pretty good So they're going for the two point conversion as well.
Both teams went for the two point conversion.
In this game, both teams both tight end to the top.
So Brady white tryto pitch out nice or a shovel pass right there, and you will get it in for the two point conversion.
So that's the That's the past place that could that could get you in that in.
So it's a shovel passes, because if you throw a shovel passed in there, that would confuse you.
Um, um, you defender picked up it ****s a gray in the back.
So once again, 35 situation McRae in the backfield.
So they're running three down linemen.
So this is some kind of a messed up situation for Memphis of running a three down on set right here.
And everybody line up for a pass play field on third and five Gabriel into the end zone.
So he just took advantage of that three down linemen and he just, um, for a touchdown.
So that's something you cannot do against the you see up offense.
It's run three down linemen.
You got to put you got to stack people in that box, you gotta put maybe five.
You gotta put maybe seven in the box because that could cost them to get confused.
So and you also got the blitz.
You've got to send your bliss.
Don't go into zone because that could cause big problems when you go in tow zone coverage.
Atonement for Harris. Touchdown.
He dropped one a moment ago.
This time he squeezed it.
I was able to find the soft spot and killing him.
He had enough time.
Gabriel had enough time on that path plate right there.
He had enough time to put it in the end zone.
That was one of his targets right there.
So that that was Harris.
So Harris is gonna be another individual.
That that the Greenway defense have to come up and make some stops on this Harris.
It delivers a great ball right up the middle.
What a great shot in view of that Watkins.
Okay, what I'm seeing right here, I'm seeing the shock information.
Once again, I'm seeing you see up under 1234 And then, um, the fifth guy s So they're gonna run four right here, and they're gonna have this wife, uh, this one covering the wide receivers.
So they're gonna run, therefore down sets right there.
So this is on 2nd and 15.
So this is a four down, um, so four down sets, um, comes out of the backfield, sets out empty formation, so it's an empty for empty backfield.
So we have an empty backfield snap so he'll get it off.
Nice will pass play.
Even if you see up runs.
Um, four down linemen, back to a three down linemen and and more past, complete over the middle on the move. Watkins.
Thought this game.
This was an absolute shoot out game right here.
22 yards between Memphis and absolutely did.
It's a little stutter out.
Come back in, gets the linebacker Jeremiah Jean Baptiste off of them.
And then so to keep their hopes alive.
What? This is another shovel pass.
This is on fourth and three right here.
This shovel pass a little shuffle past first out, then some.
Washington's and I could turn into a big place.
See the last shovel pass we saw that was a touchdown at the end zone.
This is, um, and um, towards mid mid field.
So this is a big gang right here on a shovel pass.
So a nice little shovel pass play for big.
Let us speak hanging onto it first and gold tigers.
So this is once again, this is on third and gold situation.
So everybody's, um, once again, 11 This is gonna be a edge linebacker right off the edge of this side on the left side.
And then you got your Lyman's on this side coming in.
So once again, shotgun formation one, um, back on into motion.
Uh, Austin in motion into the end zone.
So nice will pass.
Play right there.
So he goes onto your lap against the you see, uh, Touchdown, Austin.
The Tigers, they go for the two point conversion.
So they're going for the two point conversion.
Why? Just like Calvin Austin in the delivery by the sixth year senior, Brady White took it right off the carpet.
They have the lead when we come back that they had to kick a point of law for the lead and he missed it to the left.
Figured it was a done deal.
But instead of parading, white kept fighting.
So once again, Memphis, um, defeats.
Um You see, I predicted 49.
It was just an absolute shootout between these two teams. Right here.
These two teams, I think they're gonna make the once again make the conference championship again.
These two had a conference championship.
I think it was last year.
Stuff like that.
They that kind of, um Barbara, these two, Um, these two gladiator teams.
I'm gonna tell you, they were They were just shooting out.
This was like a shootout game.
So let's go ahead and give you the stats on this game or give you the stats.
I'm gonna go ahead and give you those stats with last, um, a couple of games from the last.
Um, I'm gonna go through the stats right now.
I'm gonna give you the last box score in this game, so I'm gonna pull this up, and I'll just put this in my screen fire.
Okay? The box scores on the screen.
They used to the scoring place gave, um, so you see up there, score their first touchdown.
That was on live and play 80 yard drive, so it took three minutes and 28 seconds in that game.
Now Memphis came back, scored on a four play, 75 yard drive.
And then, UM, the 10 play, 80 yard drive was a touchdown from 43 yards out.
That was a nice will pass play.
We saw that play, um, Robinson making a catch.
That was on 10 plays.
Now, the next touchdown, you see it would get would be on two plays and 85 yards going into the and then you see up scored on a non play, 75 yard drive.
That was in the second quarter.
It took one minute and 54 seconds.
Then you see up, Um, David Gill.
Gabriel had a 14 yard run that was on 11 9.
Let's see 11 plays.
This was on 11 plays and 75 yards, so that run took 11 place.
That touchdown took 11 place.
Now, the last one in the fourth quarter.
Keith heading, um, this was on the one play 93 yard drive, and then the next play you see up had was touchdown.
That was on a 12 play, 75 yard drive.
Now Memphis scored that touchdown.
Uh, this one was on an eight play and 60 eight your drive from Memphis.
So they gave up some scores here.
Um, let's go through the numbers.
In that game, Memphis had 41 Force towns.
They had up 13 on run, 21 on passes, so they kinda had most of the first downs on passes and in the game rushing yards in the game, Memphis had 217 yards on 45 carries.
8 yards per carry.
That was pretty decent yards right there.
Now, passing the football.
Sorry, but that, you see, I had 197 197 and 47 carries.
It was a 4.2 average.
I was looking at Memphis.
Wrong numbers. Apologize for that.
That was pretty good. Decent.
Carried between the two teams.
Um, Memphis Out random to 17.
Now, um, you see up? I'll pass them six or one toe.
you see up at, um um 35 or 49 passing.
In that game, they had five scores in that game, so they had five touchdowns.
So versus Memphis is six. Touchdown.
So that was a shootout game.
Both offenses was absolutely off the wa zoos.
Um, they had over 700 yards of on offense.
You see, I almost had 800 yards close to 800 yards, about 800 yards.
They averaged on 96 plays, so they used 1996 plays in a game now the only form of the ball three times in the game, they had 10 penalties, so this was their downfall. Right here.
Um uh, in the game, 10 penalties for 96 yards.
Um, they had to put on Lee two times.
So this is the biggest concerned right here.
You could get, um, um to pump more.
That would be, um now the time of possession.
Let's give you those time of possession numbers about go through this time of possession numbers about highlight, um, in my screen.
So you'll see him. Okay.
Once again, let's go to the possession time.
You see, I've had the ball for 26 minutes and 23 seconds.
What? The defense been on the field? Hell of a lot longer.
So if you can keep them on to feel a lot longer, that would be a great concept for our team.
Um, now, in the first quarter, they had, um, Tom possessing six minutes and 10 seconds compared to eight minutes and 50 seconds for Memphis.
Um, they also had once again six minutes and 10 seconds in the second quarter compared to eight minutes and 50 seconds.
Um, for the Memphis Tigers now, in the third quarter, they had the ball for eight minutes and 11 seconds.
Um, Medford's had the ball for 6.
now, in the fourth quarter, Um, Medford's had the ball for only five minutes.
Uh, you see? Excuse me.
You see, a Memphis had the ball for nine minutes.
You see up 5 52.
So you see, I've had it for 5.
52 so that is the biggest.
That is the concern right there is through the time of possession, you can't have that ball.
It can't be on on the field too long because they they're gonna burn you in an instant.
They're absolutely gonna burn you.
So that is just, um, the concept.
You have to have good time of possession management in those games.
Now, let's go over the third down conversions.
Let's go over those.
I'll give you those third down conversion numbers.
Okay? You see, that went five for 13 member, six for 16 so they kinda, uh, converted on third down.
Both teams now, um, fourth down conversions.
They went three for five, so they went three for five.
Memphis went five for five.
Now, the score Red zone chances they scored, um, on six.
Um, on six tries, they scored four times in the red zone, so that is the biggest concern right there.
So this is what we have thio for.
That right here in these games is, um, them scoring four times way.
Don't need them to kick, uh, get a touchdown.
We need them to kick field goals.
We need them to kick field goals.
That's the biggest.
That's the job of our team this week is, um, preventing.
You see up from scoring, kicking, having a kick field goals now, um, points off turnovers.
This was This is the both teams had seven points off turnovers, both teams.
So both teams had seven points off turnovers and sacked yards will go through all.
But let's go through the individual numbers.
I'm gonna go through the numbers, Okay? Dylan Gabriel had five touchdowns, but he was sacked three times in a game versus, um, the Memphis Defense.
Now that main, um, they had 47 carriage for 200 100 97 yards.
Their main guy was a cry.
He had 17 carries for 78 yards, he had one score and an Anderson had 18 calories for 70 yards.
So Anderson and McCrae had big games versus the Memphis um, now the wide receiver corps for the U C. Up nights.
Williams had 13 catches in the game.
Um, Robinson had 10 catches, so the two main guys was Robinson and Williams.
So that's the two guys we're gonna have toe be a little bit concerned about in that game so they could make some catches.
Um, high and low.
So now all purpose yards.
The main guy was Williams with 191 Keith with 175.
Robinson was 1 73 McCray with 105 So that was your four being contributors on the all purpose yards in the game.
Now let's give you the let's give you the you see up drives.
Let's give you see up.
Summary, the first one was a touchdown.
That was on 11th place, 80 yards, three minutes, 28 seconds time.
Assume Now, um, they went, They went for it on fourth down.
They did not convert, so that was on in the first quarter.
So they went on nine plays in 71 yards.
Also, they had another touchdown that was on 10 plays, 80 yards and then two plays, 85 yards and 21 seconds.
Now they went forward again, Um, on fourth down and did not convert.
That was on six plays and 43 yards for you see up nights.
So if you could get them converting or fourth down and they don't get it, that's a big win for our defense.
That is a big win for our defense.
So we have toe be conscious about that now.
The fumble This was in the third quarter that's took 13 plays and 71 yards.
13 plays, 71 yards.
Now the missed field goal.
This was in the fourth quarter.
This was about 49 seconds.
That was on seven plays and 53 yards.
So that is just some of the man concerned.
Now the defense.
Let's give you the, um Okay.
Um, they had three sacks.
The young guy, this is, um, bedroom from saying this name tail, um, 10 tail, um, bedroom at one point.
543 And this guy right here.
Um, he said I'm highlighted.
Highlighted for you.
This guy right here, This young, this guy, number 54.
He had this, um, Cam Ghouti, Allah.
I'm saying that he has had one sack, and then, um, he's this this guy right here, Um um bash more more smash Brash Morse at.
So they were the main contributors of the Saxon.
That game versus the Memphis Tagus.
So they had three sacks.
So they've got some players that could make some plays on defense.
So these are the play by play numbers right here.
These are the plays that were Look at him. Okay.
To play by play, a first couple of plays, they kinda Gabriel had sacked this one.
This one was on first intense.
So the Memphis defense got to him.
So this was on 1st and 10.
That started at 11.
Um, so that was the first, um, play he got.
He got some good passes off, so he got one toe.
Anderson Anderson got a 13 yard run on second and six at the 19.
He got up to the six year old your line, so he got a 13 yard pickup.
You have to be concerned about.
The second is six is because they can turn in tow.
**** gains if you're if you let that happen.
So let's go to the next Memphis on play.
Let's see, um, Gabriel had a nice will pass play for seven and five.
Um, Marcello's William that Marcus Williams.
A young man. Williams.
He had 75 yard pass play this play right here. Run.
Play right here.
This was a 24 yard run play versus Yeah, Memphis, um, defense.
This was at the 43 yard line.
He got to the 33 so it was a 24 yard pickup.
So that was just, um, down here.
He got a 24 yard pickup.
So that's the concerns, right? That you cannot allow 24 yard gains on runs.
That's just, um, what we cannot do, because the last couple of plays the game against sm you, we allowed big games and this past part right here, this was on 1st and 10.
So this was at the 33.
Robinson gets the catch for 26 yards.
So nice or catch for 26 yards up to the seven yard line.
So that's another play right there.
That's on 1st and 10.
Okay, this is in the second quarter.
We're gonna go through the second quarter play by play.
They did in the they called.
Okay? They called for run.
This was a 12 yard pick up up to the 45.
So we've got the 33.
It got to the 45 so you can't let them.
That was on first intent.
So that was 12 yard run right there.
So that was Anderson on a 12 yard run.
Anderson gets a non your pick up on 2nd and 10.
So he gets a non your pickup.
But Dylan Gabriel gets a sack on our first intent.
This is in the second quarter.
So he gets his, um, sat.
So this is on first intense.
So if we could go on 1st and 10 and get socks on Gabriel, I think we can get off the field because you've got Thio start blitzing on those, um, downs and distance.
So this is another player.
Let's go through a another play.
This was on three.
Let's say 33 plays in six yards.
They had They went three and out.
This was, uh so this was on 446 Hey, gets an incomplete pass.
Gabriel gets incomplete pass.
So this is, um when he led 27 14 so they'll throw a a 10 yard pass play.
This is a 10 yard pass play Thio cry so he could catch the ball.
So this is good for 10 right here.
So he gets it from the 37 to the 27.
So you gotta contain those 10 yard pass place.
That's not a because you'll go 10 yard pass plays and maybe mawr.
Now let's go through the third quarter play by play.
Let's give you the numbers on this.
Um, this was on 11 play, 75 yard drive.
So the first play was this second play was a run play for 28 yards, so they don't run it.
That was Dylan gave you.
So Gabriel gets that one, so gets it from the 25 to the 47 yard line.
So that was on first.
Um, second, intense.
So saying, if we put them in the second intense situation, don't let them run because he's gonna run.
He's gonna get that he's gonna get 28 yards.
That was against the Memphis, um deep.
That's so let's say what else we waken run.
So So these are the place that they tell you right here.
These will play by play.
They tell you what he what he's done and on those plays.
So let's go ahead and wrap this up.
I'm gonna give you my my ****ysis.
My last, um, comment on this.
So once again, look those plays when you give them a give up a 26 yard play and it may be a 15 yard play and whatever, whether it's a run or pass you got, you got to control that you've got to control that.
Hopefully in the next.
Hopefully, the defense can come out and control those run plays.
Because Dylan Gabriel, he could scramble.
Now, when we show you that video, he could scramble.
So I'm looking the see what's gonna happen.
This coming, Um, Saturday versus you see up.
Hopefully, it can be significant improvements, but it Z two lane defense And also offensively, I want to see more of Kam Kao and Mawr.
Um, step on, Hudson.
That's another guy.
I mean, I don't want to see crappy ass run plays.
That doesn't go nowhere for those two.
I want to see good, significant plays out of that.
